MIKE BROWN AND DORIAN JOHNSON GO INTO THE STORE.THEY GO BACK TO THE CIGAR SECTION AGAINST THE WALL IN AN OPEN CASE.JOHNSON WATCHES AS BROWN TAKES A FIRST PACKAGE OF CIGARS OUT AND HANDS THEM TO JOHNSON. JOHNSON HOLDS ONTO THE CIGARS.THEN BROWN GOES BACK IN THE CIGAR CASE AND GRABS MORE CIGARS.JOHNSON THEN PUTS THE CIGARS BROWN GAVE HIM BACK IN THE CASE.AND BROWN DROPS SOME CIGARS IN FRONT OF THE CASE THAT HE STOLE.SO HE PICKS THEM UP.PUTS THEM BACK IN THE BOX.AND BROWN AND JOHNSON MAKE THEIR WAY OUT THE STORE.BUT BEFORE THEY GOT OUT THE DOOR.THE CLERK OF THE STORE CONFRONTS BROWN.OVIOUSLY THE CLERK SEEN BROWN STEAL THE CIGARS ON CAMERA OR WAS WATCHING IN THE STORE SOME WHERE WERE HE SEEN BROWN STEAL THE BOX OF CIGARS.THE CLERK GETS TO THE DOOR AHEAD OF BROWN WITH A KEY IN HIS HAND.AS HE WAS GONNA LOCK THE DOOR SO HE COULD CONFRONT BROWN AND GET THE BOX OF CIGARS BACK.BUT BROWN AT 6'4 PUSHES THE CLERK WITH HIS LEFT HAND TO THE CLERKS CHEST AGAINST THE COUNTER.BROWN AND JOHNSON THEN LEAVE THE STORE AND THE CLERK SAYS SOMETHING TO BROWN.BROWN COMES BACK IN THE STORE.AND INTIMIDATES THE CLERK BY STANDING OVER HIM LOOKING LIKE A GUERILLA FOR A FEW SECONDS.BROWN THEN TURNS AND WALKS OUT THE STORE DOOR.THE CLERK FOLLOWS HIM AND SAYS SOMETHING TO BROWN OUTSIDE BEFORE COMING BACK IN.THATS ALL IT HAD ON THE TV VIDEO OF THE INCIDENT.

THE SHOOTING ENCOUNTER

12:01 p.m. – The officer encounters Michael Brown and a friend as they walk down a street. Brown is shot to death as a result of the encounter.

TEN MINUTES AFTER THE ROBBERY BROWN AND JOHNSON WALK DOWN THE STREET-ON THEIR WAY HOME I PRESUME.OFFICER DARREN WILSON THEN SEE 2 GUYS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD AND STOPS THEM.AND BRIEFLY TALKS WITH THEM.THEN HE MUST HAVE LET THEM GO FOR A MINUTE OR SO.THEN WILSON HEARS OVER THE POLICE SCANNER THAT THERES A LOOKOUT FOR 2 PEOPLE WHO STOLE CIGARS FROM A STORE.AND THE ID WAS GIVEN OVER THE SCANNER OF THE CLOTHING.NOW I DON'T KNOW IF BROWN AND JOHNSON WERE CLOSE ENOUGH TO WILSONS CAR TO HEAR THE DESCRIPTION AND LOOKOUT FOR THEMSELVES.BUT THEN OFFICER WILSON BACKES UP THE CAR I THINK TO CONFRONT BROWN AND JOHNSON.BECAUSE HE SEEN THE CIGARS ALSO IN BROWNS HAND.JOHNSON I THINK GOES TO THE BACK OF THE POLICE CAR.NOT SURE.BUT BROWN WAS RIGHT BESIDE WILSONS DOOR.I THINK WILSON TRYED TO OPEN HIS CAR DOOR.BUT BROWN WHEN WILSON OPENED THE DOOR.SHUT THE CAR DOOR ON WILSON.THEN WILSON OPENED THE CAR DOOR THE SECOND TIME. AND GOT OUT OF THE CAR.BUT BEFORE WILSON COULD GET GOING.BROWN PUSHED  WILSON BACK IN THE CAR.I THINK THEN BROWN STUCK HIS HAND IN THE OPEN CAR WINDOW OR OPEN CAR DOOR AND PUNCHED OFFICER WILSON IN THE EYE.AND AFTER THE PUNCH.WILSON WENT FOR HIS GUN.BUT BROWN ALSO WENT FOR WILSONS GUN.THERE WAS A SCUFFLE AND IN THAT SCUFFLE A SHOT WAS FIRED.THE SHOT MUST HAVE HIT THE INSIDE OF THE CAR DOOR AND RICO SHAYED IN THE CAR SOMEWHERE.BECAUSE NO BODY SAID WILSON OR BROWN WAS HIT BY THE GUN SHOT IN THE CAR.BROWN THEN MUST HAVE GOT SCARED AND STARTED WALKING OR RUNNING DOWN THE STREET.JOHNSON WAS WALKING OR RUNNING WITH BROWN.JOHNSON GOT OUTTA THE WAY SOMEWHERE.AND BROWN WAS IN THE CENTER OF THE STREET HIMSELF.WILSON GOT OUTTA THE POLICE CAR.AND FIRED AT LEAST ONE SHOT AT BROWN WHILE PERSUING HIM. BECAUSE HIS RIGHT HAND WAS NICKED.AND WILSON PROBABLY SAID FREEZE OR I WILL SHOOT YOU.BROWN BECAUSE OF THE NICK-TURNED TO THE FRONT TO CONFRONT WILSON HEADON.BROWN THEN STARTED YELLING AT WILSON AND TANTING HIM.BROWN WHILE TAUNTING WILSON LIFTS UP HIS HANDS TO HIS CHEST OR SO TO LOOK LIKE HE WAS READY TO COME RUNNING STRAIGHT AT WILSON. WILSON WAS THREATENED BY THE LOOK AND THOUGHT BROWN WAS GONNA COME RUNNING AT HIM.SO WILSON FIRED THE FOUR SHOTS INTO BROWNS  ARM.BROWN THEN WENT TO COVER THE BLOOD FROM COMING OUT OF HIS ARM WITH HIS OTHER ARM.WHILE HIS FACE WAS TURNING TO LOOK AT THE WOUNDS.WILSON GOT OFF ANOTHER SHOT-THE 5TH AND IT WENT INTO THE TOP OF BROWNS EYE.THIS SHOT THEN PROBABLY JERKED BROWNS HEAD BACK AND FORWARD.AND BROWN STARTED FALLING TO THE GROUND AS A RESULT OF BEING UNBALANCED.BUT WILSON TOOK ONE LAST 6TH SHOT AT BROWN WHILE HE WAS FALLING AND IT WENT INTO BROWNS TOP OF THE HEAD AND KILLED BROWN INSTANTLY.AND WILSON THOUGHT TO HIMSELF.BROWN MUST HAVE BEEN ON SOME KINDA DOPE OR SOMETHING.

UPDATE AUGUST 21,14-09:10AM
OK LETS LOOK INTO THE FERGUSON SITUATION.THE CITY OF FERGUSON MISSOURI IS 67% BLACKS AND 33% WHITES AND OTHERS.AND THE BLACKS ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THAT THE POLICE ARE HASSLING BLACKS IN EVERYTHING THEY DO.THERES 50 WHITE OFFICERS AND 3 BLACK OFFICERS ON THE FORCE.WHY WITH 3/4 OF THE CITY CONTROLLED BY BLACKS WOULD THERE BE 50 WHITE OFFICERS AND ONLY 3 BLACK OFFICERS.DOES THIS TELL US THE POLICE FORCE ONLY HIRES A MAJORITY OF WHITE OFFICERS.OR BECAUSE OF THE BLACKS MINDSET AND HISTORY-THE BLACKS HARDLY WANT TO GET INTO LAW ENFORCE MENT.OR DO THE BLACKS PREFER THE GANG-CRIMINAL ACTIVITY LIFESTYLE TO LAW OBEYING OFFICERS. AND THEN JUST PLAY INTO THE WHITE RACE CARD AS SYMPATHY SO PEOPLES MINDS GET OFF ALL THE CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES DONE BY THE BLACKS.I DON'T KNOW.BUT ALL I DO KNOW IS WITH A 3/4TH MAJORITY OF A CITY-ONE SPECIFIC GROUP (BLACK)-AND THAT GROUP IS DOMINATED IN GOVERNMENT AND POLICE AND MAYOR ETC BY ANOTHER GROUP (WHITE). EITHER THE BLACKS AREN'T INTERESTED IN GOVERNMENT-TOWN JOBS AND ACTIVITY.OR THEY WOULD RATHER HIRE WHITES IN THE GOVERNMENT- TOWN JOBS.SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR OTHER BLACKS. AND IF ANYTHING HAPENS IN THESE JOBS.THE BLACKS CAN GET SYMPATHY BY SAYING- ALL THE WHITES IN THESE BUSINESSES ARE RACIST.AND ALWAYS PICK ON US BLACKS IN EVERYTHING WE DO.WE CAN NOT EVEN WALK DOWN THE STREET WITHOUT BEING STOPPED AND ASKED QUESTION.BUT DO THE BLACKS EVER THINK-WHY WOULD POLICE ALWAYS STOP BLACKS AND QUESTION THEM.COULD IT BE THE BLACKS DO 10-1 CRIMES THE WHITES DO.INSTEAD OF THE CLAIM OF THE WHITES ARE ALL RACIST AGAINST BLACKS.BLACKS-COULD THE REASON POSSIBLY BE CRIMINAL INSTEAD OF RACIST IS MY QUESTION.THE STEREOTYPE OF BLACKS AS CRIMINALS MORE OFTEN COULD POSSIBLY BE TRUTH.AND USE BLACKS VOTED IN A WHITE MAYOR ALSO IN FERGUSON.IF USE ARE SO WORRIED ABOUT WHITE RACISM.WHY WOULD A CITY OF 3/4 DOMINATED CHOOSE TO VOTE IN A SO CALLED RACIST WHITE IS MY QUESTION.THERE IS JUST SO MUCH HYPOCRITICAL CLAIMS HERE.I JUST CAN NOT UNDERSTAND HOW A 3/4 BLACK DOMINATED CITY CAN BE DOMINATED IN GOVERNMENT BUSINESSES BY THE SO CALLED ENEMY WHITE RACIST.EITHER HARDLY ANYBODY VOTES OR BLACKS WOULD RATHER VOTE IN WHITES IN THESE BUSINESSES SO THEY CAN PLAY THE RACE CARD.ONLY THE BLACKS KNOW WHATS IN THEIR HEADS.BUT THERES SOMETHING DEFINATELY GOING ON IN FERGUSON MISSOURI.

UPDATE AUGUST 21,14-05:00AM
I THINK THERE WERE 6 ARRESTS LAST NIGHT IN FERGUSON.IT WAS RAINING PRETTY HARD AT ONE POINT.AND MOST OF THE PEACEFUL PROTESTERS LEFT THEN.

OBAMA ON ISIS
Today, the entire world is appalled by the brutal murder of Jim Foley by the terrorist group ISIL.Jim was taken from us in an act of violence that shocked the conscience of the entire world.Let’s be clear about ISIL. They have rampaged across cities and villages killing innocent, unarmed civilians in cowardly acts of violence. They abduct women and children and subject them to torture and rape and slavery. They have murdered Muslims, both Sunni and Shia, by the thousands. They target Christians and religious minorities, driving them from their homes, murdering them when they can, for no other reason than they practice a different religion. They declared their ambition to commit genocide against an ancient people. So ISIL speaks for no religion. Their victims are overwhelmingly Muslim, and no faith teaches people to massacre innocents. No just god would stand for what they did yesterday and what they do every single day. ISIL has no ideology of any value to human beings. Their ideology is bankrupt. They may claim out of expediency that they are at war with the United States or the West, but the fact is they terrorize their neighbors and offer them nothing but an endless slavery to their empty vision and the collapse of any definition of civilized behavior. From governments and peoples across the Middle East, there has to be a common effort to extract this cancer so that it does not spread. There has to be a clear rejection of this kind of nihilistic ideologies. One thing we can all agree on is that a group like ISIL has no place in the 21st century. Friends and allies around the world, we share a common security and a common set of values that are rooted in the opposite of what we saw yesterday. And we will continue to confront this hateful terrorism and replace it with a sense of hope and civility. http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/transcript-president-obamas-remarks-on-the-execution-of-journalist-james-foley-by-islamic-state/2014/08/20/f5a63802-2884-11e4-8593-da634b334390_story.html

UPDATE AUGUST 20,14-10:16PM
THE ONLY HASSLE SO FAR HAPPENED AROUND 9PM.WHEN A WOMAN HAD A SIGN DEFENDING OFFICER DARREN WILSON.AND SHE WAS CONFRONTED BY A BROWN SUPPORTER.THE POLICE BROKE UP THE HASSLE AND HELPED THE WOMAN GO DOWN FURTHUR.THEN A MINUTE OR SO LATER THE WOMEN WAS CONFRONTED AGAIN BY A BROWN SUPPORTER.AND THE POLICE ESCORTED THE WOMAN SOME WHERE.THEN AT 10:05PM THE PROTESTERS WERE WALKING DOWN THE ROAD.AND WHAT DO I SEE WHEN THE CROWD PASSES BY BUT A SIGN THAT SAYS. DON'T KILL ISIS-LEAVE US ALONE.A PROTESTER HAD THE GALL TO CARRY THIS SIGN AROUND. AND NOT ONE PERSON CONFRONTED THAT PERSON ABOUT A REDICULAS SIGN LIKE THAT.THE BLACKS JUST TOOK IT ALL IN STRIDE.BUT WHEN THE WOMAN SUPPORTED OFFICER WILSON WITH A SIGN.SHE WAS QUICKLY HASSLED TWICE. DOES THIS JUST TELL YOU THE MORALS OF SOME OF THESE BLACKS.THEY CLAIM THEIR PEACEFUL-BUT ALLOW A SIGN THAT PROMOTES ISIS THE BEHEADING MURDERERS TO BE IN FULL VIEW WITHOUT ANYBODY TRYING TO GET RID OF THAT PERSON.I SAY THATS TOTALLY REDICULAS.

U.S. attorney general visits Missouri town for meetings on fatal shooting-Reuters-By Scott Malone and Carey Gillam-aug 20,14-yahoonews

FERGUSON Mo. (Reuters) - U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder met with community members in Ferguson, Missouri, on Wednesday and vowed a thorough civil rights probe into the fatal police shooting of an unarmed black teenager that has set off 11 nights of racially charged unrest.Holder, the first African-American to head the Justice Department, met with students and then community leaders at a community college during a visit to Ferguson for a briefing on a Justice Department investigation into the Aug. 9 killing of 18-year-old Michael Brown. His visit came hours after nearly 50 protesters were arrested in the latest demonstrations since the shooting. Many of the protests have been peaceful, but others, especially smaller ones late at night, have been punctuated by looting, vandalism and clashes between demonstrators and police. The turmoil has cast the St. Louis suburb of 21,000 people into the international spotlight as a symbol of often troubled U.S. race relations.Ferguson is majority black, but its police force, political leadership and public education administration are dominated by whites. Activists and demonstrators have complained that Brown's death was the culmination of years of unfair police targeting of blacks.Among students meeting with Holder at the Florissant Valley campus of St. Louis Community College was Molyric Welch, 27, who said her brother died three years ago after Ferguson police used a stun gun on him."A lot has happened here," she said. "He (Holder) promised things were going to change."Also on Wednesday, the St. Louis County prosecutor's office began presenting evidence to a regularly seated grand jury investigating the fatal shooting. Prosecuting attorney Bob McCulloch said his office could continue presenting evidence to the grand jury - which meets once a week - through mid-October as he confronts conflicting pressures for speed and thoroughness."On one side, people are saying: 'You're rushing to justice,' and on the other side, they're saying: 'You're dragging this thing out,'" he told a news conference. "We're going to present this as expeditiously as possible, but we are not going to present it in a half-hearted manner."Outside McCulloch's office, a few dozen protesters called for his removal from the case and the immediate arrest of the officer involved in the shooting. The officer, 28-year-old Darren Wilson, has been placed on leave and gone into seclusion."The criminal justice system in America ... is as racist as it was 50 years ago," said 62-year-old black minister Stanton Holliday, who said he was a longtime civil rights activist and was concerned that prosecutors were taking too long.Accounts of Brown's slaying differ. According to police, Wilson reported that Brown reached into the policeman's cruiser when Wilson approached him on the street, then grabbed for the officer's gun.A companion of Brown said the teenager was initially shot after the officer tried to grab him through the car window and again after Brown staggered back with his hands in the air.In the meeting at the community college, Holder said he had assigned the most experienced agents and prosecutors to the investigation, according to a briefing note from his office.Hundreds of people have already been interviewed and federal medical examiners have performed an independent autopsy, the third conducted in the killing.Holder, Missouri Governor Jay Nixon and other officials have appealed for public calm.

EYES OF THE WORLD

The case has reignited a national debate over racial disparities in the U.S. criminal justice system and has drawn sharp words from top U.N. officials and human rights groups about police tactics and the need to respect the rights of protesters.Police and the governor have insisted that thugs or outside agitators have caused most of the trouble at the nightly demonstrations. On Tuesday, demonstrators were noticeably fewer in number and more subdued than on previous nights, but the relative calm dissolved just before midnight, as police in riot gear ordered lingering demonstrators to disperse, then charged into the crowd to make arrests.Police said later they took 47 people into custody and seized several loaded firearms, but no gunshots were fired. On the street where Brown died, and where a memorial occupies the center lane of the road, volunteers on Wednesday worked at tents set up to sign up people to vote to promote youth and community programs."People don't have a voice. That leads to distrust," said the Rev. Alvin Herring, director of the trauma healing team of the community organizing group PICO National Network, who came from Washington, D.C., to help launch the voter drive."In the case of Michael Brown, that led to death," he added. "We are not saying that whites can't represent African-Americans. We are saying African-Americans are perfectly capable of representing themselves."(Additional reporting by Lucas Jackson and Julia Edwards in Washington; Writing by Fiona Ortiz; Editing by Lisa Von Ahn and Peter Cooney)

Police interest in wearable cameras spikes after Ferguson shooting-Reuters-By Mridhula Raghavan-aug 20,14-yahoonews

(Reuters) - Digital Ally Inc has been busy fielding a rush of enquiries from U.S. police departments this past week about its wearable cameras, following the fatal police shooting of an unarmed black teenager that triggered large-scale rioting.Interest in these tiny video cameras, which can be pinned to shirts, belts or eye-glasses, has surged as pressure mounts on the police for a transparent investigation into the Aug. 9 shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown by a white policeman in Ferguson, Missouri.A petition on the White House website calling for state, county and local police to be required to wear a camera has received 130,350 signatures since it was uploaded on Aug. 13."We have had a lot more enquiries because of the civil unrest that is going on over in Ferguson," Digital Ally Chief Executive Stanton Ross told Reuters.Larger rival Taser International Inc, best known for its stun guns, said it did not have data yet to gauge interest in the past 10 days. But CEO Rick Smith said he expects an increase in interest for the company's wearable cameras over the next six months "because of the events that are happening today."The total addressable market for wearable video cameras is about $500 million in North America, he estimated.Shares of both the companies have soared since the Ferguson incident. Up to Tuesday's close, Digital Ally's shares nearly doubled since Aug. 8, a day before the fatal shooting. Taser shares rose 30 percent in the same period. Some law- enforcement agencies are already using these rugged cameras. The San Diego police department purchased 300 body-worn video cameras from Taser in May and signed up for a five-year data management subscription."We have had very positive feedback from the officers who are using (body cameras) in the field," Lt. Kevin Mayer, spokesperson for the San Diego police department, said in an emailed statement. Taser introduced its cameras about five years ago, but demand has been slow so far. The devices and cloud storage combined contributed about 12 percent to Taser's total revenue of $37.2 million in the June quarter.Digital Ally's wearable cameras accounted for about 9 percent of its total sales of $3.4 million in the same period."On-officer video is still in its infancy but appears to be accelerating and we think that Taser is well-positioned to be a market leader in the space," JP Morgan Securities analyst Paul Coster said in a note to clients.Part of the reason demand hasn't taken off is the cost. Apart from the device itself, which sells for $399-$795, customers need to buy cloud space to store the footage. Some of these cameras are also tamper-proof - recorded video cannot be edited or deleted.Taser said it charged a U.S. police department $400,000 for a recent 100-unit purchase including a 5-year cloud storage contract. The additional cost might still be worth it.Cambridge University's study of the Rialto, California police department's use of wearable cameras showed that complaints against police fell drastically and civilians behaved better when being videotaped.Barak Ariel, a lecturer in the university's criminology department who headed the study, said the use of body-worn videos was a strong deterrent against suspects and officers violating guidelines and regulations.(Reporting by Mridhula Raghavan in Bangalore; Editing by Feroze Jamal and Saumyadeb Chakrabarty)
