Children aged 5-11 tested after Pfizer jab developed vaccine acquired immune deficit, or VAIDS, leaving them susceptible to viruses, bacterias and other pathogens.Children vaccinated with Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine developed weakened immune systems and diminished immune responses for months after the jab, a recent Australian study revealed.In the study conducted by Australian researchers published last week in the peer-reviewed journal Frontiers, titled, “BNT162b2 COVID-19 vaccination in children alters cytokine responses to heterologous pathogens and Toll-like receptor agonists,” scientists tested the cytokine responses of 29 children aged 5-11 before their first dose of Pfizer BioNTech’s vaccine and 28 days after their second dose.The scientists concluded “vaccination in children alters cytokine responses to heterologous stimulants, particularly one month after vaccination,” however, they did not explain the implications of their findings, namely that all of the children essentially developed vaccine acquired immune deficit, or VAIDS, leaving them susceptible to viruses, bacterias and other pathogens.According to the study, the decrease in immune response was noticeable in data after 28 days, and decreased immune response to viruses lasted for at least six months.Researcher Igor Chudov noted the study’s findings are a milestone for the mainstream scientific community, in that they are finally, albeit indirectly, admitting what independent physicians and scientists have been reporting for a long time.Finally, we have scientific confirmation that vaccination against COVID-19 causes a marked decrease in immunity to heterologous pathogens such as viruses, bacteria, and fungi. Their research presented an assessment of lifetime risks of cancer incidence associated with the drinking water standard for tritium established by the US Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA).In America, this standard is an “annual-average maximum contaminant level (MCL) of 740 becquerels per liter.”The results of their study revealed that the average risk of skin cancer for both sexes when ingesting tritium in drinking water at the maximum contaminant level (MCL) over an average life expectancy (80 years for women and 75 for men) is 0.0003.At the same time, the lifetime risk of cancer with a daily consumption of two liters of drinking water over an average life expectancy, excluding tritium and cases of skin cancer, is 0.000056. Thus, the risk in this case increases more than five-fold.Earlier, the Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO), the operator of the damaged Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station (Fukushima-1), detected tritium (T, or 3H – a radioactive substance) in the seawater off the northeastern shoreline of the port in proximity to the facility. This was the first detection of tritium since the release of treated, low-grade radioactive water commenced. According to TEPCO, the seawater around the plant has tritium levels below 10 becquerels per liter, well below the company’s 700-becquerel set limit and the World Health Organization’s (WHO) recommended safe drinking water threshold of 10,000 becquerels.In late August, Japan’s Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant operator announced that it was putting into motion its plan to release over a million metric tons of treated, highly-diluted radioactive wastewater from the crippled plant into the Pacific Ocean. Tokyo has argued that the treated water needed to be discharged as it urgently needed to free up space at the Fukushima facility.While initially Tokyo planned to begin discharging water purified of all radionuclides except tritium into the ocean 0.6 miles from the station this spring, the deadline was pushed back to the summer of 2023 due to adverse weather conditions and other factors. But Americans were in for a shock last week when the Tehran Times, a newspaper closely tied to the regime, published Malley’s ostensible letter of suspension from the State Department, dated April 21, 2023.In the letter, Erin Smart, head of the State Department’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security, stated that she had “determined that your continued national security eligibility is not clearly consistent with the interests of national security. Your national security eligibility, including your Top Secret security clearance, is suspended pending an ongoing investigation.”This, she added, was due to receiving “information regarding you that raises serious security concerns” regarding personal conduct, handling of protected information and use of information technology.The Biden administration has remained mum on the matter, but has not denied the veracity of the report, boosting assessments that the letter is authentic.The letter’s revelations quickly elicited anger among Republicans on Capitol Hill. Part of the e-Gov PH system, this app provides the public convenient access to government services and information online at both the local and national levels, reports ABS-CBN News. The app is another step forward in President Marcos’ push to digitize government agencies.Among its features, the AI-based app will make getting Philippine passports easier and provide a digital driver’s license, as an alternative to the traditional plastic card. The Land Transport Office said earlier this year the mobile driver’s license would not completely replace the physical credential.The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) launched the super app to integrate all the other apps used by different government agencies and local government units and allow users to have a single sign-on for all departments and agencies linked to the national ID system. Once verified, the single sign-on lets users access different accounts with government agencies such as PhilHealth, GSIS and SSS.Additionally, the super app is intended to make government transactions more transparent and reduce corruption. “What the app, or what digitalization does, is it removes discretion from the people who exercise discretion on a whim, and that’s where a lot of corruption happens,” said Ivan Uy, Secretary of the DICT.In an interview with ABS-CBN, Uy revealed plans for an upcoming launch of the eGov Pay feature, which will allow the country to offer a digital system covering everything from application to payment for government services.Test of biometric authentication app for national ID successful, drive for higher enrollment-The Philippine Statistics Authority in Negros Oriental (PSA-Negros Oriental) has reported a successful three-day pilot test of its Civil Registration Services (CRS) app to authenticate national identification cards with biometrics, such as fingerprints and iris scans. It is also undertaking more activities to ramp up residents’ registration to the Philippine Identification System, or PhilSys.The verification of national ID cards was tested from Aug. 15-17 ahead of its expected rollout in September. According to PSA-Negros Oriental head Ariel Fortuito, “We have conducted the required 30 test subjects for the Civil Registration Services authentication service, and so far, everything went well.”The new system will address concerns of national ID card holders, which were not previously possible, such as requests for the replacement of damaged PhilID cards, a replacement for retrieval of lost transaction reference numbers and issuance of printable ePhilIDs.Fortuito said they must find new strategies to reach out to the remainder of the province’s population who have yet to register for the biometric national ID system.The PSA-Negros Oriental will co-locate in schools during their respective enrollment periods and with the enrollment of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) and conduct mobile registration at the “sitios” or sub-villages.The Philippine News Agency reports that 1,108,728 residents have registered in Negros Oriental, representing 87.65 percent of its 1,264,881 population based on the 2020 census.

Benzie will autonomously patrol 11 acres and send back real-time video during 30-minute shifts. The video feed has 1080p color and night vision capabilities, business news publisher Atlanta Business Chronicle reports.DroneDog is a quadruped unmanned ground vehicle (Q-UGV) that pairs Boston Dynamics’ Spot robot with Asylon’s custom applications including PupPack, DogHouse and DroneIQ. The robot developer says that, aside from facial recognition, the robot can perform license plate recognition and sniff for explosives and narcotics.DroneDog was designed both for government and commercial use. Michael Quiroga, Asylon’s chief revenue officer, says that ABM Sports and Entertainment, which operates the stadium, is the first to use the technology in the sports world.Knightscope puts facial recognition robots into casinos-Another company that wants to use robots to catch trespassers is Knightscope. The U.S.-based firm recently announced that it will be deploying its Autonomous Security Robots (ASRs) in an unnamed casino in California.The robot, named K1 Tower, is stationary and can be equipped with facial recognition to identify high rollers, advantage players and known trespassers, the company says in a release. It is designed for use at smaller properties where mobility is not necessarily required, the firm said.Knightscope also offers the K1 Hemisphere robot which look less like a dog and more like HAL-9000 from the cinematic classic 2001: A Space Odyssey. The Arab Interior Minister Council (AIMC), a body tasked with fighting crime in the Middle East, wants to create a biometric fingerprint database.This week, its members discussed establishing the biometric database within the domain of the General Secretariat of the Council, as well as setting regulations and identifying policies for their use.Qatar’s Ministry of Interior (MoI) participated in the meetings with representatives from the Administration of Criminal Evidence and Information at the General Department of Criminal Investigation, according to The Gulf Times.The Arab Interior Minister Council is tasked with developing coordination in Arab countries in internal security and fighting crime. It also offers support to international bodies such as Interpol with which it shares warrants and access to data on crimes and criminals. The Council’s general secretariat is based in Tunis.Arab countries have been expanding their biometric capabilities, including Kuwait which announced in August that one million people have submitted their fingerprints to the country’s central biometric database. Privacy watchdogs, however, have voiced concerns over the possibility of using biometric information to crack down on human rights across the Middle East.In June, UN experts warned the Arab League that the Arab Interior Ministers Council is failing to protect against political extraditions. Incode is forming a strategic alliance with Indiana-based reusable digital identity company Simpello to build a biometric platform for business in the travel industry to carry out know your customer (KYC) checks.Simpello is supplying its decentralized data platform, and Incode its selfie biometrics and liveness detection technologies to bring frictionless data sharing and edge processing to hotels, retailers, financial institutions and the broader travel industry.The new partners cite Liminal research forecasting a $266 billion market for reusable digital identity by 2027.The travel industry is plagued by inefficiency when using traditional identity verification systems, which have focussed on onboarding, Incode and Simpello note. Instead of forcing travellers to perform repeated verifications, often relying on physical ID documents, the combined software of the partners can simplify the process. Hotel check-ins, they say, can be reduced from 10 or 15 minutes to 18 seconds.“Reusable identity is key to reimagining a seamless and secure travel experience for everyone. A contract won by IBM last month to supply facial recognition technology to UK border security and law enforcement has prompted accusations that the company has abandoned prior commitments to limit its sale of the technology.The contract with Home Office, originally listed as being for £65.6 million (US$84.4 million) but now corrected to £54.7 million (US$69 million), is to provide infrastructure and biometric matching for immigration controls, the issuance of passports and visas, and law enforcement investigations.In 2020, IBM committed to cease selling “general purpose” facial recognition, and to avoid providing face biometrics for applications that involve “mass surveillance” or “racial profiling.”The use of facial recognition for one-to-many matching violates those commitments, according to some observers among media and rights advocacy organizations. The Verge quotes representatives of Black Lives Matter UK and Amnesty international that the contract is a reversal by the U.S. tech giant. The latter claims that “research across the globe is clear; there is no application of one-to-many facial recognition that is compatible with human rights law.”One-to-many facial recognition is used by border and law enforcement agencies in dozens of countries around the world, including the U.S. and UK.“IBM no longer offers general-purpose facial recognition and, consistent with our 2020 commitment, does not support the use of facial recognition for mass surveillance, racial profiling, or other human rights violations,” IBM spokesperson Imtiaz Mufti told The Verge.Further, Mufti argues that because the platform is not capable of ingesting video, it does not support typical mass surveillance operations.An IBM policy paper makes clear that the company has been advocating for export controls and other regulation of 1:N facial recognition software since 2020, and uses but does not specifically define the term “general purpose IBM facial recognition and analysis products.”Doing so now runs the risk of appearing to move the goalposts. Afenifere, a socio-political organization working on behalf of the Yoruba people in Nigeria, believes using biometrics during Nigeria’s planned population census will enhance the accuracy of the census outcome.As part of their discussion during a meeting held in Ondo state on August 30, members of the Pan-Yoruba group said the federal government must consider using biometrics as it does with voter registration, according to a statement from the group seen by Biometric Update.“The meeting took note of the census coming up next year. It was noted that the biometric method was successfully used for Voter Card registration.” Afenifere has therefore called on the federal government to make the National Population Commission “use the same biometric method rather than the manual method that is prone to abuse, as has happened several times in the past.”This call ties in with the ambition of the National Population Commission, which had said in the past that it plans to use advanced technologies, including biometrics, in order to avert manipulation and fraud during the exercise.After it failed to take place in May as planned, it is not clear exactly when the census will begin. This will be the first digital population census in Nigeria.Over 102 million are now enrolled in digital ID-In the meantime, the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) has given updates on the latest digital ID figures, saying more than 102 million people are now registered.The Voice of Nigeria, reporting on the NIMC figures, lists 102.39 million National Identification Numbers (NIN) as of August 28.The statistics show 743,085 persons were enrolled in August, slightly up from the 634,603 registered in July.Lagos state holds the digital ID enrollment lead with 11.17 million registrants, followed by Kano state with 9.07 million, per the NIMC figures.The ID-issuing authority recently named a new director general, Abisoye Coker-Odusote, who was immediately greeted with calls to expand digital ID coverage in the country so that the 148 million World Bank enrollment target by June 2024 can be met.

Ethiopia biometric ID card contract won by Madras Security Printers-2nd national digital ID tender for company in weeks-Aug 31, 2023, 3:09 pm EDT-| Chris Burt

Madras Security Printers Private Limited has been chosen by Ethiopia’s government to produce one million cards for the country’s digital ID project with a $300,000 bid.More than 1.4 million Ethiopians have registered so far for the national digital ID, Fayda, reports Africa Intelligence (subscription required). The country’s population is 120 million, and the government is aiming for universal registration of adults by 2025.Madras Security Printers will deliver pre-personalized cards, under the contract which the government began accepting bids for in June. The cards will be personalized to include biometric data for authentication to access a range of public services, and also perform identity verification for onboarding to new bank accounts.The company was also recently selected to provide digital ID cards for Sri Lanka’s national identity system. That selection prompted data privacy concerns, and the process drew accusations of favoritism towards certain vendors.In this case, Madras Security Printers beat out 10 other bidders, including Thales, Toppan subsidiary Toppan Gravity, and local firm Premier Switch Solution, according to Africa Intelligence. Without judging the significance or veracity of the successes that digital ID organization Worldcoin’s executives have claimed this summer, the volume seems to be keeping pace with ominent news.Worldcoin says that 2.3 million have enrolled in its iris biometrics-secured World ID globally since the project’s late-July launch. CEO Alex Blania has been out front in the marketing blitz, telling reporters that there are 1.7 million monthly active users of the company’s wallet, called the World app.Blania trumpeted this week that, for the first time, a half-million World app transactions were mediated by the software on one unspecified day.While not an accomplishment, Worldcoin says it is placing 1,500 iris scanners, called orbs, around the world, having started with maybe 225 of the biometric mirror balls at launch. It claims to have created 2,000 so far.People enrolling with an orb are paid 25 Worldcoin tokens, a sum valued at US$27.75 on deadline. Tokens peaked at $2.43 one month ago.A strain of cynicism about Worldcoin, its tokens, orbs, utopian goals and business practices exists, but that’s among the rabble on social media. The real threat is found in the increasing numbers of national regulatory agencies who wonder if everything at Worldcoin is on the up and up.Reuters reported August 31 that CNIL, France’s digital-business watchdog, has rifled through Worldcoin’s offices in Paris to see how its cryptocurrency operations are holding up.No word on what a visit like that looks like. It is the second similar investigation of Worldcoin by CNIL since the project’s launch. NEC Corporation India has launched the latest smart city project in Tirupati, India, on behalf of Tirupati Smart City Corporation Limited, in one of two projects expanding the use of facial recognition in the country.NEC India will spearhead the implementation of information and communications technology (ICT) including facial recognition throughout the city, including establishing a City Operations Center (COC) in Tirupati, according to a company announcement. The ICT systems, which include integrated services and a unified command and control center, will facilitate real-time data collection and analysis and improve two-way communications. This digitalization effort will help to provide more efficient responses to issues related to safety, security, healthcare and environmental concerns, the company says. Furthermore, a city network infrastructure and on-premises data center will provide a data-backed decision-making process for the city.On the traffic front, NEC India is also introducing an intelligent traffic management system. This system seeks to streamline traffic flow, including during rush hours, and reduce traffic accidents.To elevate municipal service quality, NEC India will also support Tirupati authorities to deliver municipal services through systems across key areas. The shells, which are designed to penetrate enemy armored vehicles, will be used by US M-1 Abrams tanks that will begin arriving in Ukraine within the next several weeks. In March, the United Kingdom was first to announce it would give the controversial rounds to Ukraine, for use in British Challenger 2 tanks. The ammunition is made from the byproduct of uranium that’s been processed for nuclear energy and nuclear weapons. In anti-tank use, depleted uranium is valued for its density, which is 1.7 times the density of lead. It’s used to manufacture dart-like sabot rounds that penetrate armor and then ignite when they contact the oxygen inside the targeted vehicle. While the United Nations Scientific Committee on the Effects of Atomic Radiation (UNSCEAR) says the risk posed to civilians by the residue of depleted uranium (DU) rounds “was not significant,” a different study points to potential links between the ammunition and a variety of genuinely horrifying birth defects in Iraq. That study centered on the Iraqi city of Nasiriyah, which was attacked by the US military in the early 90s and again in 2003. According to the International Coalition to Ban Uranium Weapons: When DU bullets hit an armored surface, they are burned by the high temperatures generated by the impact. 22  And the children (2 NATIONS IN HER-ISRAEL-ARABS) struggled together within her; and she said, If it be so, why am I thus? And she went to enquire of the LORD.
23  And the LORD said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels;(ISRAEL AND THE ARABS) and the one people shall be stronger than the other people;(ISRAEL STRONGER THAN ARABS) and the elder shall serve the younger.(LITERALLY ISRAEL THE YOUNGER RULES (ISSAC)(JACOB-LATER NAME CHANGED TO ISRAEL) OVER THE OLDER ARABS (ISHMAEL)(ESAU)
24  And when her days to be delivered were fulfilled, behold, there were twins in her womb.
25  And the first came out red, all over like an hairy garment; and they called his name Esau.(THE OLDER AN ARAB)
26  And after that came his brother out, and his hand took hold on Esau's heel; and his name was called Jacob:(THE YOUNGER-ISRAELI) and Isaac was threescore (60) years old when she bare them.(1967 + 60=2027)(COULD BE THE LAST GENERATION WHEN JERUSALEM IS DIVIDED AMOUNG THE 2 TWINS)(THE 2 TWINS WANT JERUSALEM-THE DIVISION OF JERUSALEM TODAY)(AND WHOS IN CONTROL OF JERUSALEM TODAY-THE YOUNGER ISSAC-JACOB-ISRAEL)(AND WHO WANTS JERUSALEM DIVIDED-THE OLDER,ESAU-ISHMAEL (THE ARABS)

ISAIAH 28:14-19 (THIS IS THE 7 YR TREATY COVENANT OF DANIEL 9:27)
14 Wherefore hear the word of the LORD, ye scornful men, that rule this people which is in Jerusalem.
15 Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:
16 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.17 Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place.
18 And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it.
19 From the time that it goeth forth it shall take you: for morning by morning shall it pass over, by day and by night: and it shall be a vexation only to understand the report.

DANIEL 8:23-25
23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king (EU DICTATOR) of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences,(FROM THE OCCULT) shall stand up.
24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power:(SATANS POWER) and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.
25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes;(JESUS) but he shall be broken without hand.DANIEL 11:36-40
36 And the king shall do according to his will;(EU PRESIDENT) and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done.
37 Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers,(THIS EU DICTATOR IS A EUROPEAN JEW) nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.
38 But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces:(HES A MILITARY GINIUS) and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things.
39 Thus shall he do in the most strong holds (CONTROL HEZBOLLAH,AL-QUAIDA MURDERERS ETC) with a strange god, whom he shall acknowledge and increase with glory: and he shall cause them to rule over many,(HIS ARMY LEADERS) and shall divide the land for gain.
40 And at the time of the end shall the king of the south(EGYPT) push at him:(EU DICTATOR PROTECTING ISRAELS SECURITY) and the king of the north(RUSSIA) shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, and with horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries, and shall overflow and pass over.

ZECHARIAH 14:12-13
12 And this shall be the plague wherewith the LORD will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.
13 And it shall come to pass in that day, that a great tumult from the LORD shall be among them; and they shall lay hold every one on the hand of his neighbour, and his hand shall rise up against the hand of his neighbour.(1/2-3 BILLION DIE IN WW3)
