Attorney general criticises Minnesota governor for alleged failure to enforce law-JAN 25,26
US Attorney-General Pamela Bondi has written a lengthy letter to Minnesota Governor Tim Walz following the shooting of Alex Pretti.In the letter, Bondi accused the governor of refusing to “enforce the law” and alleged that politicians in Minnesota are putting the lives of ICE agents at risk through their criticisms of its activities in their state.Bondi also dedicated a part of the letter to what she called the “unprecedented financial fraud”, adding that Walz is no longer able to keep American lives or funds secure.Bondi made three proposals to resolve the issues in Minnesota:
Share Minnesota’s records on various food assistance programmes operating in the state to resolve issues related to fraud.
