FIFTH ANGEL - TO DR SAMUEL DOCTORIAN-We are five angels from the five continents. of the world.NORTH AND SOUTH AMERICA-Then I saw the last angel flying over North and South America - all the way from the North Pole down to Argentina. From the east of the U.S.A. to California. I saw in his hand a bowl. The angel said he would pour out over these countries the judgments that were in the bowl. Then I heard the angel say, No justice anymore. No righteousness. No holiness. Idolatry. Materialism. Drunkenness. Bondage of sin. Shedding of innocent blood - millions of babies being killed before they are born. Families are broken. An adulterous generation. Sodom and Gomorrah is here. The days of Noah are here. False preachers. False prophets. Refusing of my love. Many of them have the imitation of religion, but denying the real power. When I heard all that, I begged the angel, Can you not wait for a little while? Don't pour it. Give a chance for repentance. The angel said, Many times God has spared and has spoken, but they have not listened. His patience has come to an end. Beware, the time has come. They have loved money and pleasure more than they have loved Me. As the angel began to pour from the bowl in his hand, I saw tremendous icebergs melting. When that happened I saw floods all over Canada and North America - all the rivers flood; destruction everywhere. I heard the world market collapsing with mighty earthquakes, and New York skyscrapers were tumbling - millions dying.I saw ships in the ocean sinking. I heard explosions all over the north country. I saw the angel pouring over Mexico and two oceans joining together- the Atlantic and the Pacific. A great part of north Brazil covered with water, the Amazon River turning into a great sea. Forests destroyed and flooded. Major cities in Brazil destroyed; earthquakes in many places. As the angel poured, great destruction took place in Chile and Argentina as never before. The whole world was shaking. Then I heard the angel say, This will happen in a very short time.I said, Can't you postpone? Don't pour these things out all over the globe. And suddenly I saw the five angels standing around the globe lifting up their hands and their wings towards heaven and saying, All glory to the Lord of heaven and earth. Now the time has come and He will glorify His Son. The earth shall be burned and destroyed. All things shall pass away. The new Heaven and New Earth shall come. God shall destroy the works of the devil forever. I shall show My power - how I will protect My children in the midst of all this destruction.

Chile earthquake: Five dead, (ONE) million evacuated as tsunami hits central coastline after quake-sept 17,2015-abc online
A powerful earthquake has struck off the central coast of Chile, sparking a tsunami, killing at least five people and triggering the evacuation of a million people.Thousands of terrified residents rushed out onto the streets in the capital Santiago when the quake struck just before 8:00pm (local time). It was felt as far away as Argentina, where buildings also swayed.Chile's deputy interior minister Mahmoud Aleuy confirmed the death toll stood at five, saying the figures were preliminary.President Michelle Bachelet said she would go on Thursday to the affected zones."Once again we are forced to face a difficult blow from mother nature," she told reporters, according to local media."We are monitoring the affected regions, the level of the damage ... All the zones affected will be declared catastrophe zones."The quake struck at a depth of 25 kilometres, the US Geological Survey (USGS) said. Estimates of the quake's magnitude varied from 7.9 to 8.3.The navy reported waves of up to 4.5 metres near the port city of Coquimbo."We're going through a really grave situation with the tsunami. We have residential neighbourhoods that have flooded ... the ocean has reached the downtown area," Coquimbo mayor Cristian Galleguillos said.Chile's government urged residents to evacuate from the coastline as a precautionary measure, and officials reported that one million people had evacuated. The quake was felt as far away as Buenos Aires, in Argentina, about 1,400 kilometres away, while a tsunami warning was in place for the whole of Chile's coastline.About 20 minutes after the initial earthquake, three aftershocks all greater than magnitudes 6.1 struck the region, the USGS reported. The mayor of Illapel, which is near the epicentre, said that a 26-year-old woman had been killed by a collapsing wall, and 15 others were reported injured.Waves of up to three metres are possible along the coasts of Chile, Peru and French Polynesia, the Pacific Tsunami Centre (PTWC) in Hawaii said. The PTWC also issued an alert for waves of between 0.3 to 1 metres for Japan, Antarctica, and most of the South Pacific, including New Zealand, Fiji, Tonga, Vanuatu and the Solomon Islands.Quake sparks panic in Santiago-Katie McColl, an Australian student on exchange in the capital Santiago, said she sought shelter for an hour under the table in her house."So we got under the table and it kept going and it kept going and the house was moving," she told the ABC."Luckily nothing fell or anything like that. So we're all under the table and it kept going for about two or so minutes, which is a lot longer than they usually go for."Seismologists at the University of Chile said the epicentre was located about 500 kilometres north of Santiago. The USGS said the quake struck just 232 kilometres from the city."The motion began lightly, then stronger and stronger," Santiago resident Jeannette Matte said."We were on the 12th floor and we were very afraid because it was not stopping. First it was from side to side, then it was like little jumps."Chile's state copper miner Codelco said workers at its Ventanas division have been evacuated. In April last year, a magnitude 8.2 earthquake in northern Chile killed six people and forced a million to leave their homes in the region around Iquique. An earthquake measuring magnitude 8.8 struck off the coast of Chile's Maule region on February 27, 2010.It killed more than 500 people and inflicted an estimated $30 billion in damages.
Powerful quake hits off coast of Chile, some coastal flooding-Reuters-SEPT 16,15-YAHOONEWS
SANTIAGO (Reuters) - A magnitude 8.3 earthquake hit off the coast of Chile on Wednesday, shaking buildings in the capital city of Santiago and flooding some coastal areas under a tsunami warning. At least three people were killed by the quake about 280 km (175 miles) north of Santiago, the biggest earthquake since 2010 to hit the world's top copper producer. The quake, which was felt as far away as Buenos Aires in Argentina, also damaged homes, buildings and injured several people.A 26-year-old woman was killed by a collapsing wall and another person died from a heart attack, according to media reports. The coastal town of Coquimbo was hit by waves of up to 4.5 meters (15 feet) after the earthquake, Chile's navy said."We're going through a really grave situation with the tsunami. We have residential neighborhoods that have flooded .... the ocean has reached the (Coquimbo) downtown area," said Coquimbo Mayor Cristian Galleguillos. The inland city of Illapel, about 46 km (28 miles) from the epicenter, was without electricity or drinking water. People fled their damaged homes and poured into the streets, the mayor said.State copper miner Codelco [CODEL.UL] said it had suspended mining operations at its Andina mine and that it had evacuated workers from its Ventanas smelter. Antofagasta Plc said it had halted operations at its flagship Los Pelambres copper mine and would wait until daybreak to assess damage.Tsunami advisories were issued for parts of South America and as far away as Hawaii, California and French Polynesia.Tsunami waves of 1 meter to 3 meters (3 to 10 feet) are possible for French Polynesia starting at 0800 GMT, said the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center.Waves of 15 to 20 cm (6 to 8 inches) hit the Peruvian coast, and waves of less than 1 meter were expected in Hawaii around 3:06 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time (1306 GMT) on Thursday, the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said.Less than an hour after the initial earthquake, three aftershocks all greater than magnitudes 6.1 struck the region and smaller quakes continue to shake the area, USGS reported. In April 2014, an 8.2-magnitude quake struck near the northern city of Iquique. In February 2010, an 8.8-magnitude earthquake in central-southern Chile triggered a massive tsunami, and more than 500 people were killed. In the hours following that quake, President Michelle Bachelet and other government officials misjudged the extent of damage and declined offers of international aid. That delayed the flow of assistance to disaster areas, leaving many survivors feeling they had been abandoned by the government.Compounding matters, the Chilean navy's catastrophe-alert system failed to warn the population of impending tsunamis, leaving hundreds who survived the initial quake to be engulfed by massive waves that followed.Bachelet´s government was also slow to prevent looting following the quake. Powerful quake off Chile slams waves into coastal towns; eight killed-Reuters-SEPT 17,15-YAHOONEWS-By Anthony Esposito
SANTIAGO (Reuters) - Strong aftershocks rippled through Chile on Thursday after a magnitude 8.3 earthquake that killed at least eight people and slammed powerful waves into coastal towns, forcing more than a million people from their homes. After the powerful quake hit on Wednesday evening, the government ordered evacuations from coastal areas to avoid a repeat of a quake disaster in 2010 when authorities were slow to warn of a tsunami that killed hundreds. As the risk subsided, the government lifted its tsunami warning on Thursday morning. The quake and heavy waves afterward caused flooding in coastal towns, damaged buildings and knocked out power in the worst hit areas of central Chile and shook buildings in the capital city of Santiago about 280 km (175 miles) to the south. The port of Coquimbo suffered major damage in the quake, which was the strongest in the world this year, Interior Minister Jorge Burgos told a news conference.President Michelle Bachelet said she planned to travel to the areas worst affected by the quake, the biggest to hit the country since 2010."Once again we're having to deal with another harsh blow from nature," she said in a televised statement.Chile is the world's top copper producer and operations were suspended at two big copper mines.Copper prices on the London Metal Exchange rose to two-month highs in early Asian trading on worries about supply disruptions. The quake was felt as far away as Buenos Aires in Argentina."It's been awful. We ran out of the house with our grandchildren and now we are on a hill hoping it will be over soon," said Maria Angelica Leiva from the coastal town of Navidad."It is all very dark, and we just hope the sea hasn't reached our house," she said.Tsunami advisories were issued for parts of South America, Hawaii, California and French Polynesia, although waves were generally expected to be small. As far away as New Zealand, authorities warned of "unusually strong currents" and urged residents in eastern coastal areas to stay out of the water and off beaches.-AFTERSHOCKS FELT-Dozens of strong aftershocks continued to rattle central Chile, a largely agricultural region south of the mining belt, on Thursday.A 26-year-old woman was killed by a collapsing wall in Illapel, near the quake epicenter. Another person died from a heart attack in Santiago, according to media reports. Most buildings in Illapel had stayed standing, residents said. Quake-prone Chile has strict building regulations that limit potential damage, so newer buildings are able to withstand even strong quakes. Many homes in Illapel and surrounding areas are simple, adobe houses and are more prone to damage. The brunt of the damage was borne by coastal areas where houses and fishing-boats were smashed by waves. The coastal town of Coquimbo was hit by waves of up to 4.5 meters (15 feet) after the earthquake, Chile's navy said."We're going through a really grave situation with the tsunami. We have residential neighborhoods that have flooded. The ocean has reached the downtown area," said Coquimbo Mayor Cristian Galleguillos.Residents reported looting of evacuated houses in Los Vilos, another seaside town, its mayor said.Chile is due to celebrate its national holiday on Friday, but roads were cut off and public transport canceled between Santiago and the north, local media reported. The quake is the latest natural disaster to roil mining in Chile, which accounts for a third of global copper output. Northern Chile was hit by severe floods earlier this year, while a volcanic eruption caused problems for residents in the south.State copper miner Codelco said it had suspended mining operations at its Andina mine but had restarted operations at its Ventanas smelter after evacuating workers there. Antofagasta said it had halted operations at its Los Pelambres copper mine and would wait until daybreak to assess damage.ACTIVE QUAKE ZONE-Chile runs along a highly seismic and volcanic zone where tectonic plates meet and often experiences earthquakes. In 2014, an 8.2-magnitude quake struck near the northern city of Iquique. In 2010 an 8.8-magnitude earthquake in central-southern Chile triggered a massive tsunami, and more than 500 people were killed. In the hours after that quake, President Bachelet and other government officials misjudged the extent of damage and declined offers of international aid. That delayed the flow of assistance to disaster areas, leaving many survivors feeling they had been abandoned by the government.Bachelet's government was also slow to prevent looting following the quake. Its failings hit her high approval ratings at the end of her presidential term, although she remained popular and was elected again in 2013.Map of the quake region: (http://link.reuters.com/sam65w)-(Additional reporting by Antonio de la Jara and Fabian Cambero in Santiago, Rosalba O'Brien in Buenos Aires and Marco Aquino in Lima; Writing by Richard Lough and Sarah Marsh; Editing by Angus MacSwan and Frances Kerry)

Exclusive: Syrian army starts using new weapons from Russia - military source-Reuters By Tom Perry-SEPT 17,15-YAHOONEWS
BEIRUT (Reuters) - The Syrian military has recently started using new types of air and ground weapons supplied by Russia, a Syrian military source told Reuters on Thursday, underlining growing Russian support to Damascus that is alarming the United States. The source described the weapons as highly accurate and effective. The army had started using them in recent weeks having been trained in their use in Syria in recent months, the source said."New weapons are being delivered, and new types of weapons. The Syrian army is being trained in the use of these weapons. In fact, the army has started using some of these (weapon) types," the source said in response to a question about Russian support."The weapons are highly effective and very accurate, and hit targets precisely," the source told Reuters. "We can say they are all types of weapons - be it air or ground."The source declined to give further details about the weapons.Alongside Russia's military supplies to the Syrian army, an ally since Soviet times, Moscow is expanding its own forces on the ground in Syria, where more than four years of war have killed an estimated 250,000 people.Facing a manpower problem in the army, the Syrian government has lost ground this year in the northwest, the southwest and the center of the country to an array of groups including Islamic State and other insurgents battling to topple President Bashar al-Assad.U.S. officials said on Wednesday the United States had identified a small number of Russian helicopters at a Syrian airfield, the latest addition to what Washington believes is a significant Russian military buildup in the country. One of the officials said four helicopters had been identified, including helicopter gunships, although it was not clear when the Russian helicopters had arrived there.Russia has been sending about two military cargo flights a day to an air base at Latakia on the government-controlled Syrian coast, U.S. officials say.Reuters has previously reported on U.S. assessments that Russia has sent about 200 naval infantry forces, battle tanks, artillery and other equipment to an airfield near Latakia. Thus far in the conflict, Iran and its Lebanese ally Hezbollah have been the main source of military support for Damascus. Hezbollah has deployed directly in combat, while Iran has mobilized militias and sent military advisers. Lebanese sources familiar with military and political developments in Syria have also previously told Reuters that Russians are taking part in military operations in the country. Syrian officials say the Russian military presence is restricted to experts.(Writing by Tom Perry; Editing by Janet McBride)
