"I believe the Messiah is in our time and I believe Israel will realize its borders."As Lipkin believes that Israel will soon expand its borders to occupy part of Syria, he argued that soon after, jihadi orders will be called to rid the world of Jews, Christians and other non-Muslims.When Muslims are called to jihad, Lipkin believes that they will already have personal information on Jews and Christians because they will have used deception to build personal relationships with those they seek to exterminate.Explaining that it is a violation of the Quran for Muslims to seek relationships with Jews and Christians, Lipkin said there is an exception for those who plan to act as Islamic spies on churches and synagogues.Lipkin further explained that his wife, an Egyptian-born Jewess named Rachel, is an avid monitor of various Islamic broadcasts, television feeds and other Islamic news outlets. Before leaving for Canada, Lipkin explained that radical Muslims demanded that she record the personal information, addresses and phone numbers of her Jewish and Christian patients in Edmonton. The Muslims demanded that after she acquired the personal information of her non-Muslim patients, she had to send it to them on a disk so that information can be used to kill her patients once jihad has been ordered in Canada."When a war breaks out in the Middle East and orders for jihad come to the Muslims of Canada, the Muslims of Edmonton will kill the Jews of Edmonton and Muslims of Toronto will kill the Jews of Toronto and the Muslims of Vancouver will kill the Jews of Vancouver," Lipkin continued."This was in 1999 but even now, they are cataloging the Jews wherever the Jews live. (Reuters) - A white gunman was still at large after killing nine people during a prayer service at an historic African-American church in Charleston, South Carolina, the city's police chief said on Thursday, describing the attack as a hate crime.Officers with dogs searched the streets for the suspect, whom police described as a 21-year-old white man with sandy blond hair, after gunfire erupted inside Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in downtown Charleston on Wednesday night, Police Chief Gregory Mullen said.The gunman had yet to be caught hours later and was considered extremely dangerous, he said."To have an awful person come in and shoot them is inexplicable, obviously the most intolerable and unbelievable act possible," Charleston Mayor Joe Riley told reporters. "The only reason someone could walk into a church to shoot people praying is out of hate."The shooting recalled the 1963 bombing of an African-American church in Birmingham, Alabama, that killed four girls and galvanized the civil rights movement of the 1960s.The Charleston church is one of the largest and oldest black congregations in the South, its website says. It has its roots in the early 19th century, and was founded in part by a freed slave who was later executed for organizing a revolt, according to the U.S. National Park Service.The attack follows the April shooting of an unarmed black man in neighboring North Charleston by a white police officer. The officer has been charged with murder in that case, one of a number of deaths of unarmed black men in encounters with police that have raised racial tensions in the United States.The community reacted with shock and grief after Wednesday's shooting."I'm heartbroken," said Shona Holmes, 28, a bystander at the aftermath of the shooting. Washington (AFP) - A white gunman was on the run Thursday after fatally shooting at least nine worshippers in a historic black church in a southern US city in what police called a hate crime.Churchgoers had gathered for a prayer meeting in the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church on Wednesday evening in Charleston, South Carolina when the shooter walked in, sat in the congregation for about an hour, then opened fire, Charleston Police Chief Gregory Mullen said.America's latest mass shooting comes at a time of heightened racial tensions in the country, after several high-profile killings of unarmed black men at the hands of white police in recent months led to riots and a national debate on race.In Wednesday's attack, three men and six women were killed and several other people were wounded."At this point, we have nine victims in this hideous crime that has been committed," Mullen told journalists."I do believe it was a hate crime."Among the dead was the church's pastor Clementa Pinckney, who was also a South Carolina state senator, fellow politician Marlon Kimpson told US media.Police said the suspect was a clean-shaven white man in his early 20s. As of 7:00 am Thursday (1100 GMT), he remained at large and officers swarmed the city with the help of helicopters and tracking dogs to try to find him.Police released security camera images of the suspected gunman -- a slender young white man with dark blond or brown hair in a distinctive bowl-type haircut, and wearing a grey sweater."He obviously is extremely dangerous," Mullen said.
- 'Absolutely bizarre' -
Jim Curley, owner of AC's Bar & Grill, which is located a few blocks from the church, said locals were shocked anyone would carry out an attack in the popular tourist area."This is absolutely bizarre," Curley told AFP. "This is really completely out of the blue... We have no idea what the motivation is."The shooting's designation as a hate crime means federal authorities will help with the investigation and could assist in an eventual prosecution.Officers also investigated a possible bomb threat after the shooting, but several hours later gave the all-clear.The incident once again brings to the fore broad racial tensions that persist in many US communities, more than five decades after the Civil Rights Act was enacted to outlaw racial and other forms of discrimination.High-profile police killings of unarmed black men have prompted riots, as well as much soul-searching and national debate in recent months as America grapples with its troubled racial past.In April, in the neighboring city of North Charleston, a white police officer was charged after a video surfaced of him fatally shooting a fleeing black man, 50-year-old Walter Scott, in the back.But Curley said the neighborhood's residents typically get along fine."Generally, there's not a great deal of racial tension," he said.

Lipkin, who immigrated from New York to Israel in 1968, spoke at this week's Future Conference held at Skyline Church in San Diego where he proclaimed that the world is facing the "most interesting" biblical period since the days of Jesus Christ and contended that the coming of the Messiah is just around the corner."We are realizing with our own very eyes fulfillment of more Bible prophecy than in any other generation in 2,000 years," Lipkin asserted. "I believe the Messiah is in our time and I believe Israel will realize its borders."As Lipkin believes that Israel will soon expand its borders to occupy part of Syria, he argued that soon after, jihadi orders will be called to rid the world of Jews, Christians and other non-Muslims.When Muslims are called to jihad, Lipkin believes that they will already have personal information on Jews and Christians because they will have used deception to build personal relationships with those they seek to exterminate.Explaining that it is a violation of the Quran for Muslims to seek relationships with Jews and Christians, Lipkin said there is an exception for those who plan to act as Islamic spies on churches and synagogues.Lipkin further explained that his wife, an Egyptian-born Jewess named Rachel, is an avid monitor of various Islamic broadcasts, television feeds and other Islamic news outlets. In one particular Arabian broadcast, Lipkin said Rachel heard the claim made that "all" churches in America have Muslim spies."It is very dangerous for a Muslim to even be associated with Christian missionaries or Christian churches unless they are spies. My wife has picked up broadcasts that say all the churches in America have Muslim spies in them, including former Christians who converted to Islam," Lipkin said."When Muslims come to you and say 'Oh yes, we have accepted Christ and we are born-again,' you gotta be real careful because lying in Arabic is not only permissible it is commanded. Lying is a virtue in Islam to defeat the enemy."Lipkin told the story of one highly-decorated Middle Eastern Muslim doctor who applied for a Canadian visa in order to set up a medical office in Edmonton, Alberta. Before leaving for Canada, Lipkin explained that radical Muslims demanded that she record the personal information, addresses and phone numbers of her Jewish and Christian patients in Edmonton. The Muslims demanded that after she acquired the personal information of her non-Muslim patients, she had to send it to them on a disk so that information can be used to kill her patients once jihad has been ordered in Canada."When a war breaks out in the Middle East and orders for jihad come to the Muslims of Canada, the Muslims of Edmonton will kill the Jews of Edmonton and Muslims of Toronto will kill the Jews of Toronto and the Muslims of Vancouver will kill the Jews of Vancouver," Lipkin continued."This was in 1999 but even now, they are cataloging the Jews wherever the Jews live. The Muslims like to have ecumenical relations with the Jews because they want to know who the Jews are and they go to the rabbis and want to be best friends with a rabbi. They want to get close with the rabbi because it will be easier to reach him and kill him."Lipkin further suggested that when the orders for jihad are made, Muslims are to kill the Jews on Saturday (the Jewish Sabbath) and then kill the Christians on Sunday."Allah wants to kill the Jews on Saturday and kill the Christians on Sunday; kill the Hindus, kill the Buddhists, kill the blacks in Africa and the Muslims kill each other all in the name of Allah," Lipkin contended. (Reuters) - A white gunman was still at large after killing nine people during a prayer service at an historic African-American church in Charleston, South Carolina, the city's police chief said on Thursday, describing the attack as a hate crime.Officers with dogs searched the streets for the suspect, whom police described as a 21-year-old white man with sandy blond hair, after gunfire erupted inside Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in downtown Charleston on Wednesday night, Police Chief Gregory Mullen said.The gunman had yet to be caught hours later and was considered extremely dangerous, he said."To have an awful person come in and shoot them is inexplicable, obviously the most intolerable and unbelievable act possible," Charleston Mayor Joe Riley told reporters. "The only reason someone could walk into a church to shoot people praying is out of hate."The shooting recalled the 1963 bombing of an African-American church in Birmingham, Alabama, that killed four girls and galvanized the civil rights movement of the 1960s.The Charleston church is one of the largest and oldest black congregations in the South, its website says. It has its roots in the early 19th century, and was founded in part by a freed slave who was later executed for organizing a revolt, according to the U.S. National Park Service.The attack follows the April shooting of an unarmed black man in neighboring North Charleston by a white police officer. The officer has been charged with murder in that case, one of a number of deaths of unarmed black men in encounters with police that have raised racial tensions in the United States.The community reacted with shock and grief after Wednesday's shooting."I'm heartbroken," said Shona Holmes, 28, a bystander at the aftermath of the shooting. "It's just hurtful to think that someone would come in and shoot people in a church. If you're not safe in church, where are you safe?"The FBI, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and other agencies have joined in the investigation, Mullen said.Eight victims were found dead in the church, Mullen told reporters, and a ninth person died after being taken to hospital. One other person was wounded and was being treated at a local hospital, Mullen said, adding that there were other survivors.None of the victims were immediately identified. But the Reverend Al Sharpton, the New York-based civil rights leader, said in a tweet that the Reverend Clementa Pinckney, the church's pastor and a member of the state Senate, was among the dead.President of the Charleston NAACP, Dot Scott, told the local Post and Courier newspaper that a survivor told family members that the gunman first sat in the church before rising and opening fire. Washington (AFP) - A white gunman was on the run Thursday after fatally shooting at least nine worshippers in a historic black church in a southern US city in what police called a hate crime.Churchgoers had gathered for a prayer meeting in the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church on Wednesday evening in Charleston, South Carolina when the shooter walked in, sat in the congregation for about an hour, then opened fire, Charleston Police Chief Gregory Mullen said.America's latest mass shooting comes at a time of heightened racial tensions in the country, after several high-profile killings of unarmed black men at the hands of white police in recent months led to riots and a national debate on race.In Wednesday's attack, three men and six women were killed and several other people were wounded."At this point, we have nine victims in this hideous crime that has been committed," Mullen told journalists."I do believe it was a hate crime."Among the dead was the church's pastor Clementa Pinckney, who was also a South Carolina state senator, fellow politician Marlon Kimpson told US media.Police said the suspect was a clean-shaven white man in his early 20s. As of 7:00 am Thursday (1100 GMT), he remained at large and officers swarmed the city with the help of helicopters and tracking dogs to try to find him.Police released security camera images of the suspected gunman -- a slender young white man with dark blond or brown hair in a distinctive bowl-type haircut, and wearing a grey sweater."He obviously is extremely dangerous," Mullen said.
- 'Absolutely bizarre' -
Jim Curley, owner of AC's Bar & Grill, which is located a few blocks from the church, said locals were shocked anyone would carry out an attack in the popular tourist area."This is absolutely bizarre," Curley told AFP. "This is really completely out of the blue... We have no idea what the motivation is."The shooting's designation as a hate crime means federal authorities will help with the investigation and could assist in an eventual prosecution.Officers also investigated a possible bomb threat after the shooting, but several hours later gave the all-clear.The incident once again brings to the fore broad racial tensions that persist in many US communities, more than five decades after the Civil Rights Act was enacted to outlaw racial and other forms of discrimination.High-profile police killings of unarmed black men have prompted riots, as well as much soul-searching and national debate in recent months as America grapples with its troubled racial past.In April, in the neighboring city of North Charleston, a white police officer was charged after a video surfaced of him fatally shooting a fleeing black man, 50-year-old Walter Scott, in the back.But Curley said the neighborhood's residents typically get along fine."Generally, there's not a great deal of racial tension," he said.

Charleston is known locally as "The Holy City," due to its large number of churches and historical mix of immigrant ethnic groups that brought a variety of creeds to the city on the Atlantic coast."This is the most unspeakable and heart-breaking tragedy," Mayor Joseph Riley said."People in prayer on a Wednesday evening. A ritual coming together, praying and worshipping God. To have an awful person come in and shoot them is, is inexplicable."Officials did not immediately release the names or any details of the victims. According to its website, the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church is the oldest such church in America's southern states.The church was founded in 1816 and in 1822 was investigated for its involvement with a planned slave revolt, the website states."The only reason someone can walk in to church and shoot people praying is out of hate," Riley said. "It is the most dastardly act that one can possibly imagine."Because of the shooting, Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush canceled campaign events that had been planned for Thursday in Charleston."Governor Bush's thoughts and prayers are with the individuals and families affected by this tragedy," his campaign said in a statement.Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, who had been in Charleston earlier Wednesday, tweeted her condolences."Heartbreaking news from Charleston - my thoughts and prayers are with you all," she wrote.Mass shootings in America have increased, an FBI report released last year found.Investigators looked at 160 mass shootings between 2000 to 2013. While there was an average of 6.4 incidents in the first seven years of that period, the number soared to an average of 16.4 shootings over the last seven years.The deadliest of these include the April 2007 Virginia Tech shooting, when 32 were killed, and the December 2012 Sandy Hook elementary school shootings in Newtown, Connecticut, when a total of 27 people died, including 20 children.Charleston is famous for its cobblestone streets, Southern cuisine and nearby beaches and islands. The city is also known outside the United States for its namesake 1920s dance.
