22  And the children (2 NATIONS IN HER-ISRAEL-ARABS) struggled together within her; and she said, If it be so, why am I thus? And she went to enquire of the LORD.
23  And the LORD said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels;(ISRAEL AND THE ARABS) and the one people shall be stronger than the other people;(ISRAEL STRONGER THAN ARABS) and the elder shall serve the younger.(LITERALLY ISRAEL THE YOUNGER RULES (ISSAC)(JACOB-LATER NAME CHANGED TO ISRAEL) OVER THE OLDER ARABS (ISHMAEL)(ESAU)

ISAIAH 28:14-19 (THIS IS THE 7 YR TREATY COVENANT OF DANIEL 9:27)
14 Wherefore hear the word of the LORD, ye scornful men, that rule this people which is in Jerusalem.
15 Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:
16 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.
17 Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place.
18 And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it.
19 From the time that it goeth forth it shall take you: for morning by morning shall it pass over, by day and by night: and it shall be a vexation only to understand the report.

Jordan's PM: We Can't Cut Ties with Israel-Jordan-Israel peace is important for Jordan's security, says PM Abdullah Nsur after demonstrators demand the treaty be annulled.By Elad Benari, Canada0First Publish: 3/14/2014, 9:26 PM-iSRAELNATIONALNEWS

Jordan’s Prime Minister said on Friday that his country cannot cut its ties with Israel.According to Kol Yisrael radio, Prime Minister Abdullah Nsur explained that the peace treaty with Israel was important for Jordan’s national security. He further said, according to the report, that the two countries share interests including water issues, borders, the so-called “Palestinian refugees” and Jerusalem.Nsur’s comments came after around 1,000 people demonstrated on Friday near the Israeli embassy in Amman to protest the killing of a Jordanian judge by Israeli soldiers.AFP reported that the protesters demanded that the 1994 peace deal between the countries be annulled.IDF soldiers shot and killed 38-year-old Raed Zeiter, a Palestinian-Jordanian, at the Allenby border crossing on Monday, after he attacked a soldier and tried to grab his weapon. The shooting sparked the fury of both Jordan and the Palestinian Authority (PA), with protesters in Amman demanding the expulsion of the Israeli ambassador and the abrogation of the two countries' 1994 peace treaty.Opposition Islamists, youth groups, leftists and nationalists took part in the demonstration that started after Friday prayers in Kaluti mosque, near the Israeli embassy in the Rabia neighborhood in West Amman.Amid tight security, protesters waved Jordanian flags and banners reading "the people want to cancel the (1994) peace treaty," and "shut down the Zionist entity's embassy and kick the ambassador out for the sake of the martyr's blood," reported AFP."Zeiter you are a martyr and our rulers are slaves. We will not forget you," demonstrators chanted. They tried to approach the Israeli embassy, but police prevented them from doing so.On Wednesday, the lower house of Jordan's parliament, incensed by Zeiter's killing, demanded in a non-binding resolution that the government free Jordanian soldier Ahmad Daqamseh, who was jailed after he opened fire on a group of Israeli schoolgirls in 1997, killing seven.Lawmakers have also demanded the government expel the Israeli envoy in Amman and recall the Jordanian ambassador in Israel. It gave the government until Tuesday to meet its demands, threatening a no-confidence vote against Nsur if he failed to meet the deadline.

Nsur has held Israel "completely responsible" for Zeiter's death and demanded an apology for the "hideous" killing.Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Tuesday expressed "regret" over the fatal shooting of the judge."Israel regrets the death of Judge Raed Zeiter yesterday (Monday) at the King Hussein (Allenby) bridge and expresses its sympathies to the people and government of Jordan," the statement from Netanyahu's office said.(Arutz Sheva’s North American Desk is keeping you updated until the start of Shabbat in New York. Lapid: What Do We Need the PA's Recognition For?-Finance Minister joins those who have rejected Netanyahu’s demand that the PA recognize Israel as a Jewish state.By Elad Benari, Canada-First Publish: 3/14/2014, 11:15 PM-iSRAELNATIONALNEWS

Finance Minister Yair Lapid, head of the Yesh Atid party, is joining those who have rejected Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s demand that the Palestinian Authority (PA) recognize Israel as a Jewish state in order to achieve peace.Speaking in an interview Friday on Channel 10 News, Lapid said he did not understand why there is a need for the PA to recognize Israel as a Jewish state."My father did not come from the ghetto to be recognized by the Palestinians. The entire Zionist idea is that we recognize ourselves and that's enough,” he said and, in a dismissal of the dispute over recognition, added, “As we make progress in the talks there will be many crises. It is natural and that's fine.”Asked whether he would support a freeze on construction in Judea and Samaria, Lapid would not respond and said, "The left’s historic mistake is that it always announced in advance what it is willing to concede. I will not hurt the talks just to get a headline for two minutes. Negotiations are not a goal, they are means to separate from the Palestinians.”Netanyahu has insisted that the PA recognize Israel as a Jewish state in order to reach a peace agreement, explaining that the Arabs’ refusal to recognize Israel stands at the heart of the conflict.PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas has repeatedly insisted that the PA would not recognize Israel as a Jewish state and has also stressed that the future Palestinian state would not include the presence of a single Israeli – civilian or soldier. He stood his ground last Friday, saying during a meeting with Fatah youth activists that that there is "no way" he will recognize Israel as a Jewish state and accept a Palestinian capital in just a portion of eastern Jerusalem. Abbas was backed on Thursday by U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, who said that it is a “mistake” for Israel to demand that the PA recognize it as a Jewish state in order to achieve peace.“I think it's a mistake for some people to be raising it again and again as the decider of their attitude towards the possibility of a state and peace, and we've obviously made that clear,” Kerry told the House Committee on Foreign Affairs.Back in January, President Shimon Peres also called the demand for recognition "unnecessary."On Friday, MK Zehava Galon, head of the far-left Meretz party, also rejected the demand."Israel will be a Jewish state not thanks to Palestinian recognition, but only if a majority of citizens living here are interested in it being so," declared Galon. "As long as there is a democratic majority asking for the day of rest to be Shabbat, and for the holidays to be Jewish festivals, for the language to be Hebrew -- as long as Israelis want that, Israel will be a country with a Jewish character."Galon further referenced a recent poll, claiming the demand for recognition as a Jewish state "is not only not legitimate, but also against the will of Israeli citizens. When they asked the Israeli public what it prefers, peace or recognition as a Jewish state, the Israeli public said clearly: we want peace."Friday’s interview with Lapid also dealt with the new draft law which was passed this week and which will force hareidi yeshiva students to enlist in the army."We are talking about a gradual process, exactly the platform with which we went to the elections,” he said. “This law is proportionate and balanced. It was time to say to the hareidim that the bonanza is over. The most important part of it is that the state came and said: ‘I have decided.’”(Arutz Sheva’s North American Desk is keeping you updated until the start of Shabbat in New York. Lebanon says its citizens have right to ‘resist Israel’-Following attack on IDF jeep and Israel’s retaliatory shelling, Beirut effectively recognizes Hezbollah’s role on the border-By Itamar Sharon and Times of Israel staff March 15, 2014, 8:36 am 6

In a statement issued late Friday following an attack on IDF forces along the Lebanese border, Lebanon’s government asserted its citizens had the right to “resist Israeli occupation,” an apparent implied reference to Hezbollah militant forces.According to Reuters, the government said it “affirms the right of Lebanese citizens to resist Israeli occupation and repel aggressions and recover occupied territory.”Reuters reported the statement reflected a compromise within the government: It effectively recognized the right of Hezbollah – an independent group outside of the official state military – to oppose Israel militarily, although it did so in an indirect manner. This agreement, the report continued, was expected to end months of deadlock between factions of the coalition, which includes Hezbollah, and opened the door for a parliamentary vote of confidence in Prime Minister Tammam Salam government. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), an al-Qaeda linked group that opposes Hezbollah, has claimed responsibility via Twitter for an attack on an IDF patrol Friday. It was initially reported by Israeli media that the attack on the IDF jeep in the Har Dov area, near the Israeli-Lebanese border, was perpetrated by Hezbollah. A roadside bomb was detonated against the jeep, causing no casualties. The IDF fired on several targets across the border in retaliation, including tank fire at a Hezbollah position in the Lebanese village Kfar Kileh.

IDF Shells Hezbollah Position After Border Blast-An explosive device detonated near an IDF patrol on the border with Lebanon. Israel retaliates by shelling a Hezbollah position.By Elad Benari, Canada0First Publish: 3/14/2014, 8:20 PM-iSRAELNATIONALNEWS

An explosive device was detonated on Friday evening near an IDF patrol that was on the border with Lebanon. No one was physically hurt, but three soldiers were taken to the Ziv Hospital in Tzfat where they will be examined to ensure they did not suffer shock from the explosion. The IDF retaliated and shelled a position of the Hezbollah terrorist group in Lebanon."In response to the explosive device activated against IDF (Israeli army) soldiers, the IDF fired towards a Hezbollah terror infrastructure in southern Lebanon. A hit was confirmed," the army said in a statement quoted by AFP.Two weeks ago, two rockets landed near an IDF post in Mount Hermon. No injuries or damage were reported. The IDF has been on "high alert" near the Lebanese border for several weeks, since Hezbollah threatened to retaliate for an alleged Israeli airstrike on a convoy carrying weapons intended for the group and which was sent by Syria.Israel has not acknowledged the raid, but officials have confirmed a general policy of interdicting suspected arms deliveries from Syria to Hezbollah.(Arutz Sheva’s North American Desk is keeping you updated until the start of Shabbat in New York. Guatemalan authorities question members of Canadian Jewish sect: Star
The Canadian Press By The Canadian Press -MAR 15,14-Yahoonews

TORONTO - There are media reports that Guatemalan authorities have picked up six children who are members of a Jewish sect who fled Canada earlier this month. The Toronto Star is reporting that police questioned three adults and six children who were staying at a hotel in the town of Panajachel. The Star says the members of the Lev Tahor sect were taken from the hotel to appear before a judge, but it wasn't clear when that was to happen. At least two Lev Tahor families left Canada for Guatemala last week in the face of child custody hearings.About 200 members of the sect — 114 of them children — settled in Chatham, Ont., last year after suddenly leaving from Ste-Agathe-des-Monts, Que.Child-welfare authorities in Quebec spent a year investigating issues related to hygiene, health and allegations that the children weren't being educated according to the provincial curriculum.Late last year, a Quebec court ordered that 14 Lev Tahor children be placed in foster care. The group has denied all allegations of mistreatment.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper to visit Ukraine during overseas trip next week
The Canadian Press By The Canadian Press - MAR 15,14-Yahoonews

OTTAWA - Prime Minister Stephen Harper will briefly visit Ukraine next week during a European trip, the first G7 leader to do so since the new government took office under the shadow of Russian intervention. Harper is travelling to the Netherlands for the Nuclear Security Summit, from March 24-25 in The Hague. But his first stop in Europe will be Kyiv on March 22 to meet the country's new prime minister, Arseniy Yatsenyuk."Canada remains united with its allies in recognizing the government of Ukraine, and in supporting Ukraine's territorial integrity and sovereignty," the prime minister said in a statement Friday."We will continue to work with our allies to support efforts to restore the country to stability and unity so that the people of Ukraine can thrive and prosper free of intimidation and threat."

Harper last visited Ukraine in October 2010.

Harper will arrive in the days following this Sunday's hastily called referendum in Crimea, a Ukrainian region now under control of pro-Russia politicians and militias. The vote will offer Crimeans two options: to join Russia or an independent Crimea. Remaining part of Ukraine is not an option.Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird says Canada won't recognize the outcome of the referendum."I cannot stress clearly enough that it will not be business as usual," he said Friday."The international community will not recognize this stunt of a referendum that now threatens to turn from an invasion to an annexation."Harper is also to visit Germany for two days following his time in the Hague, where he will meet with Angela Merkel, chancellor of Germany, and Joachim Gauck, the German president.Canada announced earlier this week it was contributing $220 million to an international effort to bail out the government of Ukraine.Last week, the European Union proposed a $15-billion aid package, and the U.S. committed $1 billion. The new government in Kyiv has said it needs $35 billion for this year and next.Yatsenyuk told the United Nations Security Council on Thursday that Russia is carrying out a "military aggression" that has "no reason and no grounds."U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry met with Russia's foreign minister on Friday in an 11th hour bid to ease tensions, but Sergey Lavrov emerged from the meeting to say the Russians and the West have "no common vision" on the events in Ukraine. He added, however, that Russia has no plans to invade eastern or southern Ukraine despite a continuing military buildup.Baird says Canada and its allies are giving diplomacy a chance to work, but adds he's "not optimistic.""While it appears to be a remote possibility, we want to hope that Russia will choose to take a different course in the coming hours," he said.

Taliban issues congratulations to its forces on 'defeat' of Canadians-The Canadian Press By Murray Brewster-MAR 15,14-Yahoonews

KABUL - A round of goodbye messages are following the last Canadian troops out the door in Afghanistan and some of them are rather nasty. The Taliban's information arm issued a statement Thursday to followers in Kandahar congratulating its fighters in the rural districts of Panjwaii, Zharey, Dand, Maiwand and Shah Wali Kot claiming that Canada has been defeated and has now fled the country."Your sacrifices have brought us freedom. The beacons of your blood have lit the way to independence. Celebrate the victory and freedom from the Canadians," said the statement, written in Pashtu, but translated for The Canadian Press. It said that the Canadians followed Holland, Denmark, Australian, Poland, and Spain in "retreat and failure." Those nations have also begun withdrawing their forces from the International Security Assistance Force mission run by NATO.The last of Canada's training contingent of 100 soldiers formally ended the country's 12 year military involvement on Wednesday and the release from insurgents was timed to coincide with that. The statement named dead Taliban commanders, many of them killed by Canadians, and implored them to raise their heads from the grave to listen to the news. The propaganda, although blatantly obvious and expected, is likely to have an impact in the isolated rural district villages where Canadian troops helped build schools, roads and provide security.Aside from the attempt to stoke the Pashtun warrior mythology of expelling "foreigners," the message also reinforces the long held belief among illiterate rural residents that outsiders are only around temporarily and that the Taliban are the only enduring presence."That Canada which came to Kandahar with dreams of colonization, these dreams have been shattered with our powerful explosions and iron-fist attacks. The Canadians who crossed the Atlantic are now retreating back to hide in their safe-havens," said the statement."Today was the last day of this snake in this land and it has officially ended its occupation."However, a district elder and businessman in Panjwaii, Towfik Rafiqi, says the view of ordinary people in his area is that the Canadians were" tough and smart fighters," who scared the Taliban and often forced them to hide.

People do recognize the Canadians came to help, he said. The rural districts, where most of the fighting took place over Canada's five-year combat mission, are somewhat quieter since the Americans took over in 2011, Rafiqi said. But there have still been devastating attacks, including Wednesday's assault on the city's provincial intelligence headquarters compound by a group of suicide bombers. And, a senior Afghan government official said a roadside bomb in southern Helmand province on Thursday killed six civilians. The fragile state of security, not only in Kandahar, but throughout Afghanistan was violently underscored on Tuesday with the execution style murder of a Swedish-British journalist in broad daylight on a street in Kabul's mostly secure diplomatic quarter. An extremist Taliban splinter group has claimed responsibility for killing Nils Horner, 51, as he spoke with his translator near a restaurant that was the scene of a devastating attack that killed eight 13 foreigners and eight Afghans in January. The group Feday-e-Mahaz posted a statement on its website saying it targeted Horner because he was a spy for Britain's MI-6 agency, not a journalist. The group was created by loyalists of slain Taliban commander Mullah Dadullah, who orchestrated a vicious campaign of suicide bombings against Canadians in Kandahar during 2006-07. The organization broke with the Taliban following the announcement of talks with the United States. The fractured, unpredictable security environment worries human rights groups, which say Afghan civilians will bear the brunt of the violence as international forces withdraw and the Afghan army and police take on more responsibility.James Rodehaver, deputy director of the human rights unit at the United Nations assistance mission in Afghanistan, said his biggest worry is that local police and soldiers have the backing and know-how to not only dismantle roadside bombs and booby traps, but the ability to track the explosives back to their source networks.A UN report released in February noted that civilian casualties rose by 14 per cent in 2013 when compared with the previous year, and a disproportionate number of those being killed were women and children.Lt.-Col. Eric Boucher, one of the last Canadian trainers to leave, said he's confident in the ability of the local Afghan police bomb disposal technicians to handle the job.Their capability has been growing steadily."I was here in 2007 and there is no comparison," he said. "They are going to have challenges...but they have the confidence" to do it themselves. There is already one national forensic lab in Kabul dedicated to tracking the source of bombing-makers. Another one is slated to open in the western city of Herat later this year.
