THE FIRST JUDGEMENT OF THE EARTH STARTED WITH WATER-IT ONLY MAKES SENSE THE LAST GENERATION WILL BE HAVING FLOODING
GENESIS 7:6-12
6 And Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters was upon the earth.
7 And Noah went in, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons’ wives with him, into the ark, because of the waters of the flood.
8 Of clean beasts, and of beasts that are not clean, and of fowls, and of every thing that creepeth upon the earth,
9 There went in two and two unto Noah into the ark, the male and the female, as God had commanded Noah.
10 And it came to pass after seven days, that the waters of the flood were upon the earth.
11 In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.
12 And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights.
GOD PROMISED BY A RAINBOW-THE EARTH WOULD NEVER BE DESTROYED TOTALLY WITH A FLOOD AGAIN.BUT FLOODIING IS A SIGN OF JUDGEMENT.

At least three people have been killed and seven injured, the government said.Communications and power are down in several provinces, and authorities are still trying to make contact with some of the worst-hit areas. There's particular concern about the city of Guiuan, with a population of 47,000, which was the first in line when Haiyan made landfall. The typhoon has brought down power lines and trees, and destroyed crops, buildings and houses.Amateur video has shown flooded streets caused both by heavy rain and a storm surge that was predicted to be as high as to seven metres.Sea travel and flights have been suspended, and schools have been closed in the central region.Rescue agencies say they are struggling to assess the full extent of the damage as the storm continues to batter the country. The head of the Philippines Red Cross, Gwendolyn Pang, has told Asia Pacific even those who have sought emergency shelter are still at risk."Even people in evacuation centres - we are not quite sure if they're safe because the wind is very strong," she said."We have seen in the previous disasters - especially typhoons - still evacuation centres are not really safe for the people."We're trying our best to continue to monitor the situation...but it's so huge - so big."Ms Pang says the wind is making any aid efforts difficult."The challenge now is how are we going to continue to support the people in the next few hours or days because...our the wind is very strong and our activities are very limited at the moment," she said.
Carin van den Hor, country director of Plan International Philippines, says her agency has aid workers in the path of the typhoon."We see toppled electricity poles, we see toppled trees, we see landslides, we see damaged houses, roofs flying off buildings," she said. There is about three to four million people who are going to be affected by this typhoon, and that's a conservative estimate.Carin van der Hor, country director of Plan International Philippines.Ms van den Hor told the ABC that people are evacuating to higher ground but "there is almost nowhere to go because the (typhoon's) diameter is 600 kilometres."
"There is about three to four million people who are going to be affected by this typhoon, and that's a conservative estimate," she said."We're mostly worried about people in more remote areas. We think that people in the town centres are pretty well prepared because the information has reached them."But there is always going to be pockets of very poor, very remote villages that either may not have been reached in time or where people simply have not wanted to evacuate."
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) says Super Typhoon Haiyan, known locally as Yolanda, made landfall at 4.40am local time over Guiuan, Eastern Samar in the Philippines.Earlier President Benigno Aquino appeared on national television to warn the people of floods and landslides.Aaron Aspi, an emergency communications Specialist for World Vision, told Radio Australia's Pacific Beat the storm has cut power and halted transport."People are already warned from yesterday of possible devastation brought by the storm so there were preparation measures that are in force by the government," he said."Families are advised to stock up on food supplies and have their emergency survival kits ready."The state weather bureau said Haiyan is expected to exit the Philippines late on Saturday and then move into the South China Sea.
On Bohol island, 5,000 people living in tents after they lost their homes in a magnitude 7.2 earthquake last month have been moved to temporary shelters.Lionel Dosdos, from the the International Organization for Migration, says Bohol is still recovering from the October 15 disaster. He says power is down across the island and the streets are deserted in the regional capital Tagbilaran."Shops are shut and people are being warned to stay inside," Mr Dosdos said."It is dark and gloomy, alternating between drizzle and heavy rain. It's pretty intense right now.""Even though people are scared of aftershocks some of them have no choice but to go back into their homes or to go to municipal buildings which have been declared safe."
At least 1,000 people on an island off Masbate province have been marooned by stormy weather and large waves reaching seven meters high.Schools in the capital Manila have been closed and university classes cancelled. An average of 20 typhoons hit the Philippines every year.A 'super typhoon' is one in which the wind speeds are twice as powerful as the point at which a storm becomes a typhoon.Bopha, last year's strongest storm, flattened three coastal towns on the southern island of Mindanao, killing 1,100 people.
