I've been watching Anonymous as it has taken on the US right-wing bully pulpit. I've been wondering too where is our Anonymous in Canada? In a country being overtaken by a phony religious few disguised as Conservatives intent on stripping us of our freedoms, Anonymous has been strangely quiet. If there is any country in the modern world needing a revolutionary spanking, it is 21st century Canada, no longer the Canada we all have loved for so long.This video is small potatoes, Anonymously speaking. But it is a statement and a promise. Will it finally devote itself to the red and white? Hard to say. As we are drug yawning into a pale and cruel facsimile of the United States, I've been wondering where is our Anonymous? Where is our internet revolution? Where is our 2012 version of the resistance? Judging by this video, perhaps we have our virtual super heroes about to make a stand.

I was on the fence about @vikileaks30 exposing Vic Toew's cheating ways. No longer. The turning point for me was one of our own teaming with Sun News to backstab us all. That pissed me off. That bit of cloying sanctimonious self-promotion changed the game. In fact, that ended it.I will no longer bring a rubber knife to a gun fight. It's war. We as progressives are being harassed, beaten down and eliminated. All too often, we do not fight back so we are easy game. We are too nice. We are too supplicant. This is F-(hopping mad war), people. Time to throw away our glasses and bow-ties.This time, Anonymous, you better bring the goods with some good mockery and facts. No more Neville Chamberlain Grits. No more appeasing Sun News token progressive tunrcoats. It's time to make a stand. Anonymous, do what you need to do to expose Mr. Toews' hypocrisy. My country is at stake. No more apologies. No more Mr. Nice Guy. We are at war for the soul of our country. Anonymous, do what you need to do.UPDATE: It appears that it is Anonymous' video that has Toews calling in the RCMP. Anonymous threatens mockery, not violence against the Minister. This new video from Anonymous clarifies matter. But the media won't tell you that.
