THEIR WOULD BE AT LEAST ONE BIGGER SECTION OF THE PLANE THAT WAS NOT TOTALLY FRYED.BUT NO-THIS SEEN IS TOTALLY BLOWN TO BITS.NO BIG PARTS OF THE PLANE AT ALL.MY GUESS IT WAS A TERRORIST ATTACK BY AT LEAST 2 TERRORISTS ON BOARD.THEY NEVER CONFRONTED THE PILOTS.THEY JUST HACKED INTO AND CONTROLLED THE WIRING OF THE PLANE AS WELL AS THE AUTO PILOT.BROUGHT THE PLANE DOWN SLOWLY.THEY BOMBED THE PLANE TO BITS JUST BEFORE IT HIT THE MOUNTAIN.AND THEY PLANNED OUT WERE THEY WOULD BLOW IT UP.SO THE EMERGENCY WORKERS COULD NOT GET EASY ACCESS TO THE CRIME SCENE.LIKE IS THE CASE.THATS MY TAKE WHY THE PLANE IS SO OBLITERATED IN SUCH SMALL PIECES.

SEYNE-LES-ALPES, France (Reuters) - French investigators will sift through wreckage on Wednesday for clues into why a German Airbus ploughed into an Alpine mountainside, killing all 150 people on board including 16 schoolchildren returning from an exchange trip to Spain.The A320 jet operated by Lufthansa's Germanwings budget airline was obliterated when it went down in a rugged area of ravines on Tuesday while flying over France en route to Duesseldorf from Barcelona.No distress call was received from the aircraft, but France said one of the two "black box" flight recorders had been recovered from the site 2,000 meters (6,000 feet) above sea level.A person familiar with the recovery effort told Reuters that this was the cockpit voice recorder. Investigators will also need the other black box which records flight data, information that is essential for probing air accidents.Civil aviation investigators from France's Bureau d'Enquetes et d'Analyses (BEA) are expected to hold a news conference on Wednesday afternoon.In Washington, the White House said the crash did not appear to have been caused by a terrorist attack. With elections days away, Israel is abuzz with discussions and polls of who will be the next prime minister and, to a lesser extent, the next finance minister and defense minister.However, one important position has, until now, been left off the table almost entirely - that of foreign minister. According to a TNS poll conducted this week and published by Walla! News, Labor co-chair Tzipi Livni has more of the public's trust for the position than any other potential candidate.Twenty-four percent of respondents said they found the former justice minister appropriate for the job of foreign minister. Trailing behind Livni with 17% is Interior Minister Gilad Erdan, number 2 on Likud's list for the 20th Knesset.Next is current Foreign Minister and Yisrael Beytenu Chairman Avigdor Liberman with 16 percent support.He is followed by former finance minister and Yesh Atid Chairman, Yair Lapid. Fourteen percent of respondents believe Lapid is best suited for the foreign minister position in the next government.Interestingly though, even among Yesh Atid voters, support for Livni as foreign minister is stronger than that of Lapid. Another possible candidate is Michael Oren, the former Israeli ambassador to the United States. He is currently running on Kulanu's ticket for the next Knesset. While no party has stated outright the requirement of the foreign affairs portfolio to join a coalition, it is clear most of the major parties do have natural candidates.

An IsraAID disaster assistance team recently ended its first visit to the remote islands of Vanuatu in the South Pacific Ocean, where they helped locals recover from the massive damage caused by Cyclone Pam. While there they learned something surprising - the islanders love Israel.The Israeli team, together with Tongoa parliament representative MP John Amos and a team of local volunteers, distributed over 40 tons of rice, flour and drinking water to residents of the Tongoa and Mataso islands in Vanuatu.Members of the team found that "everyone here loves Israel," noting that the reaction they got from locals learning they were from Israel was a pleasant surprise.In one island village they met David, a man who lost his entire house and had his water tank polluted by the storm damage, who was moved upon learning the team was from Israel.The crew reports he picked up a damaged book from his ruined living room, excitedly pointing to a page mentioning "light through the darkness," a scriptural reference to the Jewish people being a "light unto the nations" by holding a high standard of behavior and justice.The situation on the remote island of Tongoa was certainly encapsulated by the words "darkness," with the entire island still without clean water, food, medicine, and electricity, as schools, homes and crops were all destroyed.IsraAID left the island promising to return with more supplies, which it plans to bring to other remote islands of Vanuatu that were hard hit by the cyclone. In the coming days a third crew is to leave Israel, and will include medical and psycho-social staff as well as a water engineer.While in Tongoa, the chief of a small village broke down in tears as he described to the Israeli crew "it’s been ten days since the disaster, and these are the first supplies we have received."The village contains 42 households without any road access - after the storm, only four structures remain standing. Residents lined up excitedly to receive aid from the team.Other villages on the islands of Tongoa and Mataso were in the same dire situation, and IsraAID's team traveled to 12 villages and all eight schools on the islands to distribute aid. All the schools were completely destroyed.In the village of Kurumambe they met the family of Jennifer Daniel and her four children, between the ages of one and nine.Despite having lost their home and the school the children attended, IsraAID mission head Yotam Polizer remarked how inspiring their positive attitude was."Despite everything that happened to them, Jennifer was proudly explaining to us how she protected her children underneath a white plastic cover. Our team was amazed by people’s resilience and strength," noted Polizer.

The plane dropped from its cruising altitude of 38,000ft to 6,000ft. Contact was lost at 10.53am, when the plane was at 6,000ft.The French aviation regulator has said no distress call was issued although there has been some confusion with others saying it was.The first image from the crash site shows countless pieces of debris strewn over a wide area. A regional official told CNN the largest piece was the size of a small car.The location of the crash makes access difficult and conditions are expected to deteriorate over the next 12 hours as a storm system moves into the region, producing rain and high-elevation snow.The plane’s black box has been found, the French interior minister, Bernard Cazeneuve, said. He said it would help the investigation proceed more quickly.The French, German and Spanish leaders have expressed their sorrow and shock at the tragedy. French President Francois Hollande described it as a “tragedy on our soil”.

The Guardian’s transport correspondent, Gwyn Topham, has been talking to experts about what might have caused the crash.The airline said it could not give any reason why the plane crashed and added that it was too early to speculate on possible causes. The unverified flight data from plane tracking websites however appeared to rule out a large-scale explosion, with the plane apparently flying on relatively intact, or a midair stall, which would cause a much faster descent. Experts said planes would also be able to glide for longer in the case of total engine failure.David Gleave, an air accident investigator and aviation expert at Lough borough University, said that based on the unverified data from plane tracking websites, “The descent appears to be consistent about 3000 ft a minute - not fast enough to be an explosive decompression, but it’s too fast if you were gliding. It appears to be a controlled descent.”Tony Cable, who was the senior investigator into the Concorde crash, the last major air disaster on French soil in 2000, said that if there was no distress call made by pilots during the descent, likely starting points for investigation would be either a loss of control or pilot confusion, or a combination of both. One cause might be what investigators term a CFIT or controlled flight into terrain, where loss of instruments or irregular readings can make pilots lose their bearings and only become aware of danger too late if there is no visual reference - possible in the case of descending through thick cloud.

Although it began its life as an independent low-cost carrier, Germanwings is wholly owned by its parent Lufthansa.It operates increasing numbers of the group's point-to-point short-haul routes and takes many passengers from German cities to Mediterranean sunspots.The airline has an excellent safety record with no previously reported accidents. The average age of its Airbus fleet is just over nine years old, though flight 4U 9525 was a 24-year-old A320.The plan was to phase out the Germanwings brand and replace it with Eurowings.There has been a longstanding dispute with the Vereinigung Cockpit union over early retirement. Pilots went on strike for three days around this time last year.French Prime Minister Manuel Valls said he had sent Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve to the scene and a ministerial crisis cell had been set up to co- ordinate the incident.The interior ministry said debris had been located at an altitude of 2,000m (6,500ft). 14:13 -Germanwings press conference-Germanwings is giving a press conference. Two babies were on board, the company spokesman says.The aeroplane left Barcelona at 10.01am and the destination was Düsseldorf. There were 144 passengers on board, two babies and six crew members.At 10.47am it left its travel and cruising altitude ... and entered into a descent stage. This stage lasted for a total of eight minutes. The contact between the aeroplane and the French radar [air traffic control] broke off at 10.53 ... The plane then crashed.

Germanwings flight 4U 9525 accident in the French Alps-AIRBUS STATEMENT

Airbus regrets to confirm that an A320 operated by Germanwings was involved in an accident around 11:00 (local time) today near Prads-Haute-Bléone in the French Alps. The aircraft was operating a scheduled service, Flight 4U 9525 from Barcelona, Spain to Dusseldorf, Germany.The aircraft involved in the accident, registered under D-AIPX was MSN (Manufacturer Serial Number) 147 delivered to Lufthansa from the production line in 1991. The aircraft had accumulated approximately 58,300 flight hours in some 46,700 flights. It was powered by CFM 56-5A1 engines. At this time no further factual information is available.In line with ICAO annex 13, an Airbus go-team of technical advisors will be dispatched to provide full assistance to French BEA in charge of the investigation.The A320 is a twin engine single aisle aircraft seating 150 passengers in a standard two classes configuration. French president Francois Hollande has indicated that none of those on board a crashed Germanwings Airbus A320 survived the accident.In a formal statement Hollande said 148 had been on board the aircraft, which was flying from Barcelona to Dusseldorf.“It looks like there are no survivors,” he said.Hollande stated that a crisis cell was being activated to deal with the situation. He also noted that there was uncertainty about the possible consequences on the ground.Airbus says that “all efforts are going towards assessing the situation”.

LA JAVIE, France (Reuters) - An Airbus operated by Lufthansa's Germanwings budget airline crashed in a remote snowy area of the French Alps on Tuesday and all 150 on board were feared dead.French President Francois Hollande said he believed none of those on board the A320 had survived, while the head of Lufthansa spoke of a dark day for the German airline.Germanwings confirmed its flight 4U9525 from Barcelona to Duesseldorf crashed in the French Alps with 144 passengers and six crew members on board.Hollande said: "The conditions of the accident, which have not yet been clarified, lead us to think there are no survivors."Officials said the plane issued a distress call at 0947 GMT (0547 ET), about 52 minutes after take-off. The accident happened in a snow-clad alpine area that is hard for rescue services to reach.Hollande said there were likely to be significant numbers of Germans on the flight. Spain's deputy prime minister said 45 passengers had Spanish names.It was the first crash of a large passenger jet on French soil since the Concorde disaster just outside Paris in July 2000. The A320 is a workhorse of worldwide aviation fleets. They are the world’s most used passenger jets and have a good though not unblemished safety record.

Lufthansa Chief Executive Carsten Spohr spoke of a "dark day" for the airline."We do not yet know what has happened to flight 4U9525. The 2014 water year ended at 60 percent of average annual precipitation for Sacramento Valley. For 2015, we’re already about at this total, so 2015 is very likely to be at least a bit wetter than 2014 for the Sacramento Valley.
