ONE ON THE STREET-ONE IN THE BACK SEAT OF THE VEHICLE. THE 3RD PERSON IS SUPPOSIDLY AT A HOUSE HIDING ABOUT A HALF MILE FROM THE INLAND REGIONAL CENTER.
