A culture of death is poisoning our society and we’re living in a world where people laugh at and encourage the physical, economic and emotional destruction of lives.Television host and political commentator Bill Maher served up the latest example of this mentality during a recent appearance on StarTalk Radio. While espousing a classic eugenicist mindset, Maher said:“I do believe in more DNA testing. My motto is let’s kill the right people. I’m pro-choice, I’m for assisted suicide, I’m for regular suicide, I’m for whatever gets the freeway moving – that’s what I’m for. It’s too crowded – the planet is too crowded – and we need to promote death.”The comment came after host Neil deGrasse Tyson asked Maher about his position on abortion and the death penalty, Paul Joseph Watson reported on InfoWars.com.“The Pope is consistently pro-life, I am consistently pro-death.” said Maher, drawing laughter from the host. For the most part, Maher’s comments are being met with dead air. But Alex Jones, radio host and owner of InfoWars.com, promptly took Maher to the woodshed for the remarks. That line of thinking is “sick, twisted, hateful, demonic trash,” he said.Perhaps Maher should symbolically offer to kill himself to make more room on the planet, Jones said on Thursday’s radio show.“I’m not randomly going on the street and saying, ‘Hey, we’re going to kill you,’ ” Maher said. “I mean, we’re talking about people who have earned it. But as I say, kill the right people. I’m just not one of those people who thinks that all life is precious. You know? I bet you a lot of people wouldn’t say that, but if you’re pro choice, maybe that’s really what you’re thinking.”Individual lives don’t matter because life is “teeming everywhere” around us and it is something that even a dog can create, he said.Fake liberals also love the idea of putting people on welfare, said Jones. It banishes them to a life of poverty, despair and non-productivity, so the public buys into the notion of killing these people. This sect of liberals also worships the notion of a dictatorial police state and government-run health care so even more people can be exterminated, he added. There is no shortage of heartlessness as unemployment persists and wages continue to sink. Even though many people understand the global economic decline, they enjoy categorizing all of the have-nots as people who are lazy and unworthy of living. There also appears to be no shortage of people promoting the elimination of life through abortion or sterilization.British ads run by Marie Stopes International promote female sterilization, Watson said during Thursday’s show. Stopes’ website calls sterilization “the most popular form of contraception in the world.”Stopes “wrote love letters to Hitler” stating drunken or diseased people should be sterilized, said Watson. In 1939, Stopes send Adolph Hitler a copy of her book, Love Songs for Young Lovers, according to the London Telegraph.“She’s this big feminist icon hero in Britain,” said Watson.A discourse similar to Maher’s was heard when Joel Stein of Time Magazine made jokes about aborted fetuses on the Dudley and Bob Morning Show on KLBJ 97.3 radio in Austin. Stein made the comments in September after being asked about the strangest things he has seen during the national political conventions.“The conservative protesters, all they do is read the bible…all they do is read scripture and have giant, giant pictures of dead fetuses,” Stein said, as the radio hosts snickered. He suggested a beauty contest should be held for fetuses because he has seen so many he can tell the ‘good-looking ones from the ugly ones.’
