But there’s only one problem – it isn’t actually happening.Infowars.com contacted the Sanford Police Department on Sunday, looking for confirmation on the Miami News Times story, but according to the department’s office of public information, We can confirm there have been no reports of any Neo-Nazi, or armed Neo-Nazi patrols in Sanford.The Miami New Times have since updated their article to retract their earlier reports of armed Neo-Nazi patrols in Sanford.Where there are racial extremists, expect to find the Southern Poverty Law Center(SLPC) nearby. In this instance, the SPLC seemed to be perfectly synchronized with the release of the Miami New Times claims, running their own story touting this latest news, warning Florida residents that:The neo-Nazi, National Socialist Movement (NSM) has announced that it will be conducting patrols in Seminole County, Fla., to protect local citizens from the area who are concerned for the safety of their families.The group says it is prepared for racial violence in the Sanford area, where the Martin shooting occurred, and that is has been contacted by dozens of local citizens supposedly seeking protection…

… The NSM announcement pointed as evidence of impending racial strife to the recent comments by New Black Panther Party (NBPP) leader Mikhail Muhammad that the group had started a Wanted: Dead or Alive campaign to bring justice for Trayvon Martin. Muhammad said the group was offering a $10,000 bounty for the capture of George Zimmerman, the alleged shooter in the case.Schoep describes his Neo-Nazi NSM as a white civil rights organization,and describes himself as the white equivalent of the black activist Reverend Al Sharpton.On the other side of the controlled left-right cut-out coin, the New Black Panther Party is calling out for a new race war, and said to have joined forces with Million Hoodies for Trayvon Martin Coalition, both groups demanding immediate justice through the apprehension of George Zimmerman.
Unfortunately, this same Miami News Times imaginary report of armed Neo-Nazis patroling Stanford, Florida, was rapidly disseminated on dozens of other progressive websites over the weekend, including news site Raw Story written by their Associate editor Muriel Kane, and Democrat Party-oriented website LA Progressive written by Julie Driscoll.Chicago-based liberal Democrat Julie Kindle Driscoll, who also runs a website entitled Politics Anonymous, a partisan website whose content is aligned with Democrat Party talking points, takes the fake Neo-Nazi news report to another level, employing overt race-baiting, subtley inciting Zimmerman haters in her article:Somebody needs to remind these demented zealots that the angry, hostile, violent, armed, murderous killer was a white Hispanic dude, George Zimmerman.This level of retaliatory tabloid sensationalism is hardly surprising, if not irresponsible, considering that writer Driscoll and other bloggers are simply drawing off of a fake news report in order to form their own biased verdicts on the George Zimmerman case. Their commentary will normally stay along left vs right, 1% vs 99%, or black vs white political lines. In Driscoll’s case, it’s a prime example of the writer declaring herself as judge, jury – and executioner of George Zimmerman – all the while concealed behind a cloak of her left-leaning opinion. Free-Market Analysis: We can see from this article excerpt above that two nascent protest movements are joining forces in Philadelphia. One is public banking and the other is Occupy Wall Street.We wish we could be more optimistic about either … or both. But, sorry … This convergence seems to us evidently and obviously a dominant social theme of what we call the power elite. The elites use these fear-based promotions to frighten people into giving up power and wealth to globalist institutions.In observing these dominant social themes it became clear to us that both the public banking movement and Occupy Wall Street are methodologies purveying the involvement of the state in private-sector affairs.The state is the lever that the power elites use to realize what is evidently and obviously a globalist agenda. One-world government and global money can only be realized via mercantilism, the exploitation of government power.We’ve already charted the backing of Occupy Wall Street – which is apparently partially provided by George Soros, from a funding standpoint. This has been widely reported. The OWS movement is surely one that seeks to reclaim the state on behalf of the people.The public banking movement seeks to reclaim commercial banking and lending for the people. The convergence of these two movements in Philadelphia is hardly coincidental, in our view.Both movements claim to represent the people versus the corporate interests that are exploiting the common man. Shrinking the state is probably preferable to trying to control it, especially if it remains un-shrunk.Power loves complexity. To simply try to reclaim the levers of Leviathan from Money Power without shrinking the modern state drastically is probably a fool’s errand. Nonetheless, well-meaning people will try, as we can see from the article excerpted above.

Public banking preaches that individual state-run banks can loan out money at little or no interest to those who need funds. This is called Greenbackerism, and the trouble is that this is a recipe for inflation.Absent market discipline, those in charge of printing money will always print too much. Abraham Lincoln is often provided as a model for this sort of financial approach. But as we pointed out yesterday, there is more to the story of Lincoln than has been presented by Greenbacker revisionist history. Individual human action is what’s necessary, not vast group actions. Heal thyself, not a community of billions. Seek smaller communities and prepare among family and friends for hard times.Public solutions – and using the levers of Leviathan to benefit the people is a kind of pipe dream that leaves the real controllers unscathed. That’s why, in our view, they’re being promoted. It’s probably all part of a larger directed history.Conclusion: We’ve long predicted the convergence of these two movements. Personally, I'm not buying the doom. Maybe part of it is because I don't fear death, but my own intuition tells me that there will be no pole shift in the next year (or near future).Interestingly, Santos Bonacci noticed a 4 degree shift in the sun's position in the past year however, that doesn't necessarily imply a pole shift as it seems to pertain more to the precession of the equinoxes than anything else. If, by little chance, Drunvalo is correct, who would want to live through a pole shift? I came here to experience EVERYTHING and if a pole shift is what I wanted to experience, then so be it, but that's not what I'm feeling or manifesting.

(CNN) -- A Marine facing discharge over criticism of President Barack Obama on a Facebook page he administers will fight in military and civilian courts, his attorney said Tuesday.A military board recommended last week that Sgt. Gary Stein be given an other-than-honorable discharge on grounds that he violated good order and discipline by calling Obama a liar and suggesting he would not follow some orders issued by the president, among other comments posted to his Armed Forces Tea Party Facebook page.The board found he also violated rules limiting political conduct by service members.This is not just a First Amendment case, attorney Gary Kreep said on CNN Tuesday.They violated their own rules, they violated their own procedures.Kreep, executive director of the U.S. Justice Foundation, said the panel did not allow Stein's attorneys to present testimony from expert witnesses who would have said that the rule under which the board was recommending Stein's discharge only applies to commissioned officers.Stein said the case against him was weak.They based this on personal opinion, nothing about the legal aspects, he said.The case is now in the hands of Brig. Gen. Daniel Yoo, commander of the Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego, where Stein is stationed. It will be up to Yoo to decide whether the discharge effort proceeds.Stein is asking a federal judge in San Diego to block the discharge proceeding, saying it violates his rights to free speech and due process. A hearing is scheduled for Friday, but Kreep said he is not optimistic.The federal judge hearing this matter has expressed a marked unwillingness to protect the rights of Sgt. Stein and has urged us to go up to the 9th Circuit. And on Monday or so, if we lose on Friday, on Monday we'll be before the 9th Circuit.

In the near future, the majority of Americans will own smart phones that will have the ability to track their location down to a few centimeters.With the effort to legally establish surveillance drones as a legitimate tool in domestic law enforcement, authorities could save a lot of time and money by simply requesting cell phone companies provide real-time tracking of suspects via their smart phones.

Indeed, Apple, Google and Microsoft have all been caught secretly tracking the physical locations of their users and saving that information to a file. How long is it before such data is instantly available to law enforcement bodies on demand, just as governments are legislating that ISPs and cell phone companies divulge our web browsing histories, email, texts and call information? Recognition of the existence of 'Palestine' as a State was ostensibly given the international imprimatur on 31 October 2011 - when 107 countries voted to admit Palestine as the 195th member state of UNESCO.Palestine’s admission to UNESCO rested upon Article II (2) of UNESCO’s Constitution which states:Subject to the conditions of the Agreement between this Organization and the United Nations Organization, approved pursuant to Article X of this Constitution, states not members of the United Nations Organization may be admitted to membership of the Organization, upon recommendation of the Executive Board, by a two-thirds majority vote of the General Conference.Palestine’s application would presumably have been vetted by UNESCO’s 58 member Executive Board - to make sure Palestine qualified as a state to entitle it to become a member of UNESCO - otherwise the application would have had to be ruled out of order.Article II (2) above indeed makes clear that there had to be a recommendation by the Executive Board.To try and find out how the Executive Board came to its conclusion - I asked UNESCO two questions - to which I received the following answers on 1 December 2011:

QUESTION: Did the Secretariat or any other division within UNESCO prepare a report on the status of Palestine to qualify as a state to be admitted to membership of UNESCO? If so could I please be sent a copy.ANSWER: There was no document submitted to the General Conference by the Secretariat relating to the status of Palestine.

QUESTION: On what basis can Palestine qualify to be admitted as a member State of UNESCO when it does not possess the necessary qualifications to be recognized as a State in customary international law as codified in article 1 of the Montevideo Convention 1933? ANSWER: This question would need to be addressed to the UNESCO Member States that voted in favor of admission.Not satisfied with these answers - I wrote a further letter on 2 December 2011 drawing UNESCO’s attention to the following:Article II.2 of the Constitution requires a recommendation of the Executive Board as a necessary pre-condition for the admission of any states to UNESCO that are not members of the United Nations.Can you supply a copy of the recommendation of the Executive Board to the General Conference to admit Palestine to membership of UNESCO and any reports that formed part of that recommendation or were considered by the Executive Board prior to making that recommendation.There was no reply - only an impenetrable wall of silence erected by UNESCO ever since.Now those of you who have read my many articles over the past 5 months know that I consider Palestine’s admission to UNESCO to be unconstitutional - being in breach of Article II (2) above.I have unsuccessfully urged UNESCO to seek an advisory ruling from the International Court on the meaning of Article II (2) and on other clauses in the Constitution that appear to be inconsistent with it.UNESCO can approach the Court to resolve these issues under Article XIV (2) of the Constitution which states:Any question or dispute concerning the interpretation of this Constitution shall be referred for determination to the International Court of Justice or to an arbitral tribunal, as the General Conference may determine under its Rules of Procedure.Not one of the 194 UNESCO member states seems remotely interested in pursuing this option. All have apparently accepted the fact that Palestine is a State.No member State has objected to the flag of Palestine flying above UNESCO headquarters in Paris alongside their State's respective flags.Under Article II (7) - each Member State is entitled to appoint a Permanent Delegate to UNESCO.On 23 January 2012 - Mr. Elias Wadih Sanbar was appointed Permanent Delegate of the member state of Palestine - without demur or objection from any of the other member states.

Given the apparent acceptance of Palestine as a state on an equal par with all the other 194 member states of UNESCO - my questions to all of them are:Why is the world not now celebrating the realisation of the two-state solution on 31 October 2011?When will UNWRA be disbanded - now that the State of Palestine exists?Why is the UN still carrying the following outdated material on its website:In late April the Security Council is due to hold its quarterly open debate on the Middle East. The focus of discussion will likely be whether the Quartet has been able to achieve sufficient impetus to break the stalemate in the Israel/Palestine peace process. The Quartet—comprising the EU, Russia, the UN and the US—will next meet on 11 April in Washington, DC.Why waste the Security Council’s time with another debate on efforts to break the stalemate in the Middle East - when the stalemate was broken on 31 October 2011? Isn’t it time the Quartet disbanded and announced the cancellation of its next meeting set for 11 April 2012? Has it any function now - following international recognition by the 194 member states of UNESCO that Palestine is a State? Not one of the 195 member states of UNESCO ( including Palestine itself) can pinpoint the State of Palestine on a map or the boundaries which it encompasses.This surely is testimony to the mess that the world has landed itself in because it has chosen to ignore international law and UNESCO‘s Constitution.The world will have to live with its flight into fantasy and folly and bear the consequences of its unlawful decision.You can't be half pregnant - nor can you be half a state. If you call yourself a State - represent yourself as a State when seeking entry to world organizations - and get accepted on the basis of being a State - then you are a State and should stop efforts in that regard.Time to focus now on the claims of other groups with long standing demands for self determination - such as the Tibetans, the Kurds, the Basques and the Corsicans.They should now all apply to join UNESCO - using Palestine as the precedent - confident in the knowledge that if UNESCO can miraculously turn fiction into fact by recognizing Palestine as a State - it can make the aspirations of these other long suffering people become a similar reality.What is good for the goose must surely be good enough for the gander.

Gaza terrorists launched a rocket at the town of Sderot on Sunday evening. The rocket hit an unpopulated area and did not cause injury.Earlier in the day terrorists fired two rockets at the city of Netivot. Those rockets hit unpopulated areas as well.The attacks come as Israelis celebrate the week-long Passover holiday.

Gaza’s many terror organizations have been relatively inactive in recent weeks, but have launched occasional attacks, demonstrating that they do not consider themselves bound by the calm Hamas declared after Israel’s last counter-terror activities in the area.Sunday’s attacks are thought to be linked to an incident Saturday night in which a group of terrorists attempting to fire a rocket were fired on by IDF soldiers. Two of the terrorists were wounded.

At the tail end of his 90 minute meeting with Russian President Dmitri Medvedev in Seoul last week, Obama said that he would have more flexibility to deal with controversial issues such as missile defense, but incoming Russian President Vladimir Putin needs to give him space,ABC News reports.Unbeknownst to the two leaders, the private conversation made public by a live microphone provide a clear pattern of Obama's mindset and glimpse into his future far-left approach to foreign policy in the second term he expects to win.The implication is far-reaching, since he can do whatever he wants and he no longer feels accountable to America's voting public.And to everyone's surprise, why in the world should the US with an unmatched strategic advantage in missile defense yield to Russia just to placate Vladimir Putin? And what foreign policy interests is Obama willing to trade for that space so that he can win a second term? NASA global warming alarmist James Hansen, who previously endorsed a book that called for acts of environmentalist terrorism and genocide to return the planet to the agrarian age, is set to call for a global tax on carbon emissions in an upcoming speech.In his lecture, Hansen will argue that the challenge facing future generations from climate change is so urgent that a flat-rate global tax is needed to force immediate cuts in fossil fuel use, reports the Guardian.Echoing rhetoric that skeptics of the political agenda behind man-made climate change are akin to racists, Hansen characterizes alleged human-induced climate change a great moral issue on a par with slavery.The report admits that the tax would greatly increase the cost of fossil fuel energy even as people struggle with soaring energy costs and that the the carbon levy would increase year on year.The report gives little indication as to how the tax would be collected and by whom, but hints at some kind of hair-brained redistribution of wealth scheme with the promise that the tax would be paid directly back to the public as a dividend, shared equally, rather than put into government coffers.That’s after Hansen’s buddies like Al Gore and Maurice Strong, pioneers of the billion dollar carbon tax boondoggle, have taken their cut of course.Physicist Luboš Motl responded to the speech by pointing out that Hansen is basically calling for a dictatorial global government.People around Hansen have stopped interacting with scientists or sensible people in general many years ago. They’re not even trying to hide anymore that they have switched from attempts to find valid answers to scientific questions – a challenge in which they have failed miserably – to pure political activism. Hansen also wants to introduce a global government:

Early last year, leaked documents obtained by a Colorado beekeeper exposed the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency‘s (EPA) illegitimate approval of clothianidin, a highly-toxic pesticide manufactured by Bayer CropScience that the regulatory agency knew was capable of killing off bees (http://www.naturalnews.com/030921_EPA_pesticides.html).Now, a new study out of Purdue University in Indiana has not only confirmed, once again, that clothianidin is killing off bees, but also that clothianidin’s toxicity is systemic throughout the entire food chain, which could one day lead to the catastrophic destruction of the food supply.The study, which was published in the online journal PLoS ONE, investigated the various methods and routes by which a class of insecticides known as neonicotinoids, which includes clothianidin, are harming honey bees. They discovered that both clothianidin and thiamethoxam, another component of neonicotinoid insecticides, persist in extremely high levels in planter exhaust material produced during the planting of crops treated with these insecticides, which runs contrary to industry claims that the chemicals biodegrade and are not a threat.

The research team also found neonicotinoid compounds in soil, including in fields where the chemicals were not even sprayed, as well as on various plants and flowers visited by bees. Based on their analysis, the researchers involved with the study determined that bees actively transfer contaminated pollen from primarily neonicotinoid-treated corn crops, and bring it back to their hives. This research should nail the coffin lid shut on clothianidin, said Laurel Hopwood, chairwoman of the Sierra Club‘sGenetic Engineering Action Team, who is petitioning the EPA to finally ban these chemicals after years of needless delay. “Despite numerous attempts by the beekeeping industry and conservation organizations to persuade the EPA to ban clothianidin, the EPA has failed to protect the food supply for the American people.Without bees, which are now dying off at an alarming rate due to exposure to clothianidin and various other insecticides and fungicides, one third or more of the food supply will be destroyed, including at least 100 varieties of fruits and vegetables that rely on bees for pollination. This is why Dr. Neil Carman, Ph.D., scientific advisor to Sierra Club, has put out a call for the EPA to immediately ban the use of clothianidin and the other neonicotinoid insecticides for the sake of protecting the food supply from irreversible destruction.
