Bayit Yehudi (Jewish Home) has advanced new laws this morning (Friday) that would enact the establishment of regular prayer hours for Jews visiting the Temple Mount, Yediot Ahronot reports.
According the the new laws, which have already begun to undergo legal processing through the Ministry of Religious Services, daily prayer hours would be set for Jewish groups visiting Judaism's holiest site. Currently, Jews have faced frequent attacks of discrimination against them by Israeli Police during Temple Mount visits, in accordance with a ban on Jewish religious activity there stemming from pressure from Palestinian Arab and Muslim groups. Violators of the ban are apprehended immediately, sometimes facing additional bans preventing them from visiting the Mount at all for a predetermined time period. The laws, if passed, would be a monumental upholding of Israel's official stance of religious freedom. While Israel officially liberated the Mount from Arab capture during the 1967, the law would be the first of its kind to allow both Jewish and Muslim religious activity at the site. Proposals regarding the Temple Mount needs to receive an official stamp of approval from both Justice Minister Tzipi Livni and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu. In the meantime, an investigation is being launched by Bayit Yehudi, along with Chairwoman of the Committee of Interior Affairs MK Miriam Regev (Likud), regarding ways to enact legislation that flies "under the radar" to ensure Jewish prayer rights at the Mount. One suggestion includes declaring the Mount as a legal Jewish Holy Site, thus barring the exclusion of Jewish entry to the site on legal and moral grounds.
The Committee of Interior Affairs is set to discuss the issue in an official meeting this upcoming Monday, where Bayit Yehudi MK Rabbi Eli Ben-Dahan will declare that "the situation needs to change on the Temple Mount."

THESE TWO STORIES ARE WHAT ISRAEL NEEDS TO DO TO GET THE 3RD TEMPLE REBUILT.NOW ISRAEL IS ON TRACK.

In the Jerusalem city council, religous Zionist party "United Jerusalem" joined Mayor Nir Barkat's coalition this morning (Friday), gaining chairperson posts for its two new Council members, Aryeh King and Shmuel Shkedi. The party won two seats on the Council in last week's municipal elections, with many hoping the party can help Israel's capital confront its various challenges.Shkedi will be named chairperson of the city's Finance Committee; King will serve as chairperson of the Environment Committee, as well as Deputy Chairperson of the Emergency and Security Committee. In addition, King will ascend to the post as a council member on the Regional Planning and Building Committee.Shkedi told Arutz Sheva's Hebrew site, "We have translated the meteoric success of 'United Jerusalem' in the elections into leadership of the capital," adding that the roles received in the municipality will allow them to work for the benefit of the religious Zionist public and the city of Jerusalem.King, head of the Israel Land Fund which has actively been acquiring land for Jews and pressing for equal enforcement of the building law among Arabs, visited the Temple Mount on Sunday for the first time as a city council member. As Kipa reported Monday, King intends to submit a plan in the near future to increase municipal supervision over the Temple Mount, and facilitate Jewish access to Judaism's holiest site. Under the de facto rule of the Muslim Waqf religious authority, police have enforced the discriminatory ban on Jewish prayer and free access despite court rulings. On the Facebook page of United Jerusalem, King wrote, "We were left with the same party structure, meaning we did not unify with the Jewish Home. Our doors remain open to whoever wishes to join us at 'United Jerusalem.'"

THIS IS PROOF OF HOW DECIEVED THE ARABS AND MUSLIMS OF ISLAM ARE.SAYING ISRAEL SHOULD THANK HER FOR LIVING IN THE BALESTINIAN LAND.

Arab MK: Thank Me for Allowing Jews to Live in Israel

On Tuesday, Arab MK Hanin Zoabi (Balad) appeared on the Knesset TV Channel, and made a provocative statement that she should be thanked for "allowing Jews to stay in my homeland."The comment came during the opening of her interview on the show "Political Bug," hosted by Nehama Douek, and just a week after Zoabi received a mere 10.4% of the vote while running for Mayor of Nazareth, a post longtime incumbent Ali Salam won by a narrow margin over Ramiz Jaraisi. This is not the first time her loyalties to Israel, which defines itself as the Jewish state, have been questioned.Zoabi infamously took part in the Marmara flotilla in 2010 which illegally attempted to break Israel's naval blockade of Gaza. IDF soldiers were attacked by activists on one of the ships and forced to defend themselves.Just this August, Zoabi stated that she doesn't regret taking part in the flotilla which broke the laws of the country she represents, even as evidence proved she knew in advance of the planned attack against Israeli soldiers.Former MK Michael Ben Ari, in response to the statement, wrote on his Facebook page "who didn't send a thank you letter to the terrorist Zoabi?" He went on to add "it's us or them" in the name of Rabbi Meir Kahane, an outspoken Zionist and MK in the mid 1980s who was assassinated by an Arab terrorist in 1990.In early October the Supreme Court rejected a petition calling for the condemnation or banning of Zoabi from running for a second term in the Knesset on the basis of her involvement in a terrorist act.Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu officially apologized to Turkey in March for the soldiers' actions in defending themselves aboard the Marmara and began discussions around compensation for the families of those killed in the attack. At least one "victim" designated to receive compensation stated he would send the money to terrorist organizations. A survey found 71% of Israelis felt the apology to Turkey was a mistake.
