BOOK OF DANIEL COMES LITERALLY TO LIFE

Heres something I find real interesting in the EU Constitution. If it will be confirmed, now I believe it will be agreed on and the Constitution will come in to effect. But Why?

The Presidency system

22. The Constitution provides for the replacement of the existing six-monthly rotating Presidency by a Team Presidency system. Under it, all Councils apart from the Foreign Affairs Council (which will be chaired by the European Union Foreign Minister) will be chaired by a team of three Member States holding the Presidency for 18 months. In principle, one Member State will preside over all the Councils for 6 months, supported by others in the Team, though the Member States concerned may agree alternative arrangements amongst themselves. The details of rotation will be set out in a separate Council Decision.

23. The Government believes that the Team Presidency system will provide a longer-term, more stable decision-making structure and therefore ensure greater coherence and consistency in the work of various sectoral Councils. The Team Presidency system is set out in the Declaration re Article I-22, paragraph 6, concerning the European Council decision on the exercise of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

DANIEL 7:7-8,23-24
7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast,(THE EU) dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces,(TRADING BLOCKS) and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.(10 NATIONS)
8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn,(#11 SPAIN) before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots:(3 EU COUNTRIES) and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.
23 Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth,(THE EU,REVIVED ROME OR 7TH WORLD EMPIRE IN HISTORY) which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in
pieces.(TRADING BLOCKS)
24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them;(#11 SPAIN) and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.(BE HEAD OF 3 KINGSOR NATIONS)

By what the constitution says above, now we know that Spain will be part of the 3 countries that will rule together for 18 months and Spain will be given the 18 month term to talk for the EU. Out of this 18 month term The FUTURE DICTATOR WILL BECOME STRONG AND A PEACEFUL MAN. HE WILL HAVE THE ANSWERS TO THE MIDEAST EAST PEACE PLAN AND SOMEWHERE DOWN THE LINE HE WILL BE THE ONE THAT SIGNS THE 7 YEAR ISRAELI / ARABS AND MANY PEACE CONTRACT OF DANIEL 9:27.

REVELATION 17:3,7-13
3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
7 And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.
8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.
10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.
12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.
13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.

So wether the Constitution comes into force or not I belive this 3 country 18 month term will stand no matter what it fits right in with Daniel 7:23-24 perfectly.

EU seeks common stance on Mideast ceasefire call Tue Aug 1, 7:43 AM ET

BRUSSELS (AFP) - European Union foreign ministers have sought to hammer out a common stance on the urgent need for a ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah, the bloc's Finnish presidency said.

The EU crisis talks, coinciding with a 48-hour Israeli suspension of air strikes, were called amid disagreement over what should come first, a ceasefire or a wider political accord. The main content of any declaration has to be an immediate call for (a) ceasefire,Finnish Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja said shortly before the talks opened in Brussels Tuesday.

I think the most important thing today will be to come to one unified EU position which would call for an immediate cessation of hostilities, added EU External Relations Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Walder.

The EU talks came amid sharp disagreement within the bloc about whether to call for an immediate ceasefire.Britain and Germany have pushed for a UN accord to deploy an international force to secure the Israeli-Lebanon border and ensure that any truce is sustainable, while France has led calls for an immediate end to the fighting.

Ferrero-Waldner, who has just returned from a trip to the war-torn region, said the key issue was deciding what should come first, a ceasefire or a wider political agreement.I think we have to break the question of sequencing. We have to say an immediate cessation of violence, and at the same time of course a durable solution, she said. The Finnish minister added that the ceasefire call has to be part of a larger political agreement, underlining Europe's important role in forging a stabilization force for Lebanon.Such an international force cannot be an EU force, it has to be UN multi-national force,he said, adding that EU member states will have the main responsibility for such a force.Swedish Foreign Minister Jan Eliasson stressed the need to stop the violence and let politicians resume talks.

We hope this meeting today will bring in an element of calm and restraint. We must stop this killing and we must get back to the political and diplomatic path,he said.

Well like I said yesterday we better be with Israel on this, God gave them the land and only them, not Arabs (Ishmael).

And here are the bounderies of the land that Israel will inherit either through war or peace or God in the future. God says its Israels land and only Israels land. They will have every inch God promised them of this land in the future.

ALL THIS LAND ISRAEL WILL DEFINATELY OWN IN THE FUTURE, ITS ISRAELS NOT ISHMAELS LAND.

Few Canadians back Harper's pro-Israel stand

OTTAWA (AFP) - Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper's outspoken support for Israel in its fight with Hezbollah militants seems out of step with most Canadians, according to a new poll. The Strategic Counsel survey found only 32 percent of Canadians backed the prime minister, who said Israel's military response to the abduction of two of its soldiers and repeated rocket attacks into Israel was measured. Some 45 percent opposed Harper's view.

A whopping 77 percent said Canada should remain neutral in the current conflict.

The position Canadians want us to take is decidedly neutral, pollster Allan Gregg told the Globe and Mail newspaper. However, Harper's stand has not affected the
Conservatives overall popularity, which remains almost 10 percentage points ahead of the opposition Liberal Party.Thousands in Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal have protested Harper's position on the Middle East conflict over the past month.

Canadian media predicted Harper would likely face a voter backlash over his dogged support for Israel and his refusal to blame Israel for the deaths of nine Canadians in air strikes in southern Lebanon, including a UN military observer. The poll of 1,000 Canadians was taken July 27 to 30 and is accurate to within 3.1 percentage points.

LUKE 21:25-26
25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
26 Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

Train links to Pakistan's Karachi cut by rain

KARACHI (AFP) - Flooding caused by monsoon rain washed out a railway bridge in Pakistan and cut the line to the southern financial hub of Karachi, officials have said. A river rose by about 20 feet (six metres) and swept away part of the bridge across a gully at Ran Pathani, 80 kilometers (48 miles) north of Karachi, railways official Syed Nasir Zaidi told AFP.It also damaged the pillars of the bridge and carried off some of the tracks. All ten daily trains serving Karachi are now stopping at Hyderabad city, 120 kilometres to the northeast, with buses covering the rest of the route. We are waiting till the water recedes and I assess that the repair work could be started tomorrow,Zaidi said.

Torrential rain in Pakistan has killed at least 30 people in the past two weeks and caused widespread damage to crops, roads and triggered landslides. In neighbouring India, the monsoon death toll has exceeded 300 according to one count, although officials are also predicting the bountiful rains will yield bumper crops.

Strong Indian monsoon brings misery but hopes of rich crops by Pratap Chakravarty Mon Jul 31, 4:14 AM ET

NEW DELHI (AFP) Indian officials have predicted that bountiful monsoon rains would yield bumper crops, even as downpours tormented thousands and flooded large swathes of the country's two wealthiest states. The western state of Maharashtra evacuated
65,000 flood-hit people from 35 villages in the southern district of Sangli, the United News of India reported.

Four Sangli villages were cut off while rescuers using rowboats overnight evacuated another 2,500 marooned people from the inundated central Satara district, it said on Monday. In adjoining Gujarat state, authorities evacuated 70,000 people from six flood-hit districts, said D.A. Satya director of relief operations.

Torrential rain has killed 15 people since Friday and forced the closure of 150 Gujarat motorways since then, he said as meteorologists warned the torrent would not let up until Tuesday.

Eighty students have been marooned in their high school in Vadodra district since the weekend, local administrator Chandu Patel said. The latest deaths take to nearly 50 the number of people killed in rain-related accidents in Gujarat since June when the monsoon slammed into India's west coast. The national monsoon toll has exceeded 300 according to one official count.

State authorities warned that 38 brimming reservoirs, including Gujarat's two
largest dams in the districts of Bhavnagar and Rajkot, were overflowing. The national policy-making Indian Agriculture Research Institute (IARI), however, said the floods were unlikely to affect an anticipated bumper harvest of summer crops as the rains are now covering all of agriculture-dependent India.Such floods are not uncommon at this time of the year in Gujarat and Mahrashtra and the rains are not expected to come in the way of our anticipation of a good khariff (monsoon) crop, IARI's principal scientist N. V. K. Chakravarty told AFP.Chakravarty said the delayed monsoon rains have washed away fears of a shortfall in production in India, where two thirds of people live off farming.

The recent rains prospects are pretty good specially for crops such as rice, maize cereals, cotton and jute which is planted in July.If the monsoon maintains its present trend in August and September then the wheat output will also be very high due to formation of rich moisture and good water reservoir positions,he said.

It's too early to say but the rainfall pattern so far has raised hopes of bountiful wheat production this winter, he said, while also predicting a robust yield in oilseeds in the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnakata and Andhra Pradesh. The IARI chief scientist also said the soggy conditions were healthy for vegetable production.Today, the farmers are well equipped to handle pests so such condition will prove to be a blessing,Chakravarty said.

India says a bountiful monsoon would further spur Asia's fourth largest economy, which is clipping ahead at a brisk 8.1 percent annual growth.According to the National Centre for Medium Range Weather Forecasting, rainfall during the peak season between June 1 and July 19 was normal in 23 of India's 36 meteorological zones, in excess in one and patchy in 12.

Indonesian volcano spews more lava Mon Jul 31, 7:42 AM ET

JAKARTA (Reuters) - Flows of lava accompanied by showers of molten rock shooting into the sky have forced villagers living close to a volcano in eastern Indonesia to shelter in schools and churches, officials said on Saturday. Dali Ahmad, an Indonesian vulcanologist, said by telephone that there did not appear to be a danger of a major eruption by Mount Karangetan at the moment but the lava continued to threaten nearby villages. There have been no reports of casualties so far from the volcano on Siau island, which lies north of Manado on Sulawesi island, 2,200 km (1,365 miles) northeast of the capital Jakarta.

It is true that lava is flowing but it is not as strong as yesterday and only flowed 2 km (1.2 miles).

But there is no buffer,Ahmad said by telephone from the Center of Vulcanology and Geological Disaster Mitigation in Bandung. He said the alert status on the mountain was still at maximum.A health ministry official said that 3,491 people or 891 families had fled the area close to the volcano, although he said data was only for the eastern part of the remote island where the volcano is situated.Refugees are staying at schools and churches. There are flows of lava and it is raining down, Rustam Pakaya said. Indonesia is predominantly Muslim, but there are also large numbers of Christians in some areas.

ISAIAH 30:26-27
26 Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the LORD bindeth up the breach of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound.
27 Behold, the name of the LORD cometh from far, burning with his anger, and the burden thereof is heavy: his lips are full of indignation, and his tongue as a devouring fire:

MATTHEW 24:21-22,29
21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened (Daylight hours shortened)
29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

REVELATION 16:7-9
7 And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.
8 And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.
9 And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.
