UPDATE 24 July 2011: In researching the carnage that occurred in Oslo and Utoeya Island on Friday, 22 July 2011, I have come to learn that three ideologies played a critically important role in the attacks. These ideologies were the cause and the target of these attacks as well as what is fueling the aftermath and repercussions to this very moment. There were at least three ideologies involved. The ideology of the attacker, the ideology of those who were attacked, and the ideology of those who were attacked were in active organized support of, namely the Islamist ideology of HAMAS and the Palestinian Authority.Most references to the Utoeya Island camp in media reports say it was a youth camp, or a ruling party youth camp. The core nugget of truth left unreported by the major media, but found in an English translation of a Norwegian report, is that Utoeya Island is the location of the ruling party’s socialist youth camp, which is run by the Norwegian Workers Youth League.
Here in the USA one might see roadside signs for summer Bible camp, or summer sports camps that specialize in certain athletic endeavors, or other specific activities. Those specific activities are the focus of the camps. At the Utoeya Island camp the learning focus upon the youth is the ideology of the Leftist ruling Labor Party of Norway, the Det norsk Arbeiderpartiet or DNA Party for short. Forty-eight hours before the attacks FM Gahr Stoere told the same thing to the little socialist pro-Islamist agitators on Utoeya Island.The almost immediate backlash for these attacks, aside from some person or persons unknown who altered Anders Behring BREIVIK’s Facebook page to reflect a Christian Conservative ideology where it had not existed previously, i.e. prior to when his name as the accused perpetrator was officially released by Norwegian law enforcement, has been against Christian Conservatives irregardless of their nationality. Both attacks were against targets which are directly associated with the currently ruling Labor Party (Det norsk Arbeiderpartiet or DNA) and the government led by Prime Minister Jens STOLTENBERG. Norway is a NATO ally and has been a partner in Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Both attacks mirror precisely many of the terrorist assault tactics of Islamic jihadists: VBIEDs, political assassination, an attack on a government building in the national capital city, gunning down unarmed civilians, the killing of innocent children, and using the disguise of a first-responder in the execution of the attack. Has a lunatic, lone wolf, Norwegian right-wing Christian fundamentalist terrorist now mimicked Al Qaeda’s well-publicized terror tactics to the proverbial T? How is it that almost immediately after these attacks commenced in Norway a well-known jihadist, Abu Suleiman AL-NASER, the leader of the Iraqi Kurdistan-based Al Qaeda in Iraq terrorist group since the death of its former leader, Abu Ayyub AL-MASRI; a man who is also known to be a very close associate of the newly installed Al Qaeda leader Ayman AL-ZAWAHIRI, as well as being the spokesman for the Ansar al-Jihad al-Alami terrorist group, posted the claim of responsibility? News travels that fast? Even in Kurdistan? I would think that unlike the late-Osama bin Laden, Mr. AL-NASER must have a satellite dish and/or high speed internet connection. Either he has that technology or else he had foreknowledge.Speaking of foreknowledge, It seems obvious to me that Norwegian officials and many western corporate news media outlets failed to check out the Al Qaeda-linked website announcement posted by Abu Suleiman AL-NASER before they made their pre-investigatory announcement. Last week, Carmen Álvarez Excelsior wrote a report for Salem-News.com claiming the notorious drug gang Los Zetas will attempt to overthrow the Mexican government next year using weapons sent by the United States.Excelsior said the brutal gang uses an airport in Fort Worth, Texas, to fly the weapons into Mexico. Rejón Aguilar, one of the original seven members of Los Zetas who was recently captured by police, told Mexican officials the gang bought guns directly from the U.S. government under its Operation Fast and Furious.Excelsior reported that military-grade weapons are also brought into the country through the El Paso-Ciudad Juarez and Palomas-Columbus border crossings.Many of the weapons have been stored in safe houses. I think Los Zetas are storing them for the upcoming elections of 2012, said Robert Plumlee, a former CIA pilot who testified before Congress on drugs and weapons trafficking.Phil Jordan, former director of the DEA in El Paso, corroborated the report. He said that the weapon stockpiles including anti-aircraft missiles are transported from a Dallas-Fort Worth Airport. The drug gang had set up front companies to buy weapons directly through a State Department program.The items smuggled into the country from Fort Worth allegedly include grenades, grenade launchers, antiaircraft missiles, body armor, radios, GPS devices, night vision binoculars, and other items.

The Federal Reserve Made $16 Trillion In Secret Loans To Their Bankster Friends The American Dream July 25, 2011 Federal Reserve
A one-time limited GAO audit of the Federal Reserve that was mandated by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act has uncovered some eye-popping corruption at the Fed and the mainstream media is barely even covering it. It turns out that the Federal Reserve made $16.1 trillion in secret loans to their bankster friends during the financial crisis. You can read a copy of the GAO investigation for yourself right here. These loans only went to the too big to fail banks and to foreign financial institutions. Not a penny of these loans went to small banks or to ordinary Americans. Not only did the banksters get trillions in nearly interest-free loans, but the Fed actually paid them over 600 million dollars to help run the emergency lending program. The GAO investigation revealed some absolutely stunning conflicts of interest, and yet the mainstream media does not even seem interested. Solid evidence of the looting of America has been put right in front of us, and yet hardly anyone wants to talk about it.Many Americans have a hard time grasping just how large 16.1 trillion dollars is. It is an amount of money that is almost inconceivable. It is more than the GDP of the United States for an entire year. It is more than the U.S. government has spent over the last four years combined.The Federal Reserve was just creating gigantic piles of cash out of thin air and throwing them around with wild abandon.One of the only members of Congress that has wanted to talk about the GAO audit has been U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders. The following is a statement about this audit that was taken from his official website….As a result of this audit, we now know that the Federal Reserve provided more than $16 trillion in total financial assistance to some of the largest financial institutions and corporations in the United States and throughout the world.So precisely who got this money? Well, a recent article on Raw Story named some of the big Wall Street banks that got some of this money….Out of all borrowers, Citigroup received the most financial assistance from the Fed, at $2.5 trillion. Morgan Stanley came in second with $2.04 trillion, followed by Merill Lynch at $1.9 trillion and Bank of America at $1.3 trillion.But it just wasn’t U.S. banksters that were showered with nearly interest-free loans. It turns out that approximately $3.08 trillion went to foreign financial institutions all over Europe and Asia.So who in the world gave the Federal Reserve permission to bail out financial institutions all over the world? Nobody did.But under our current system the Federal Reserve doesn’t have to get permission. They literally get to do whatever they want.
On his website, Senator Sanders expressed his outrage over these foreign loans….No agency of the United States government should be allowed to bailout a foreign bank or corporation without the direct approval of Congress and the president.So should we expect Congress to approve legislation that would reduce the power of the Fed?
Of course not.We all know that is not going to happen.The Federal Reserve is run like a dictatorship. They get to do what they want and nobody can stop them.Not only did the Fed dish out over $16 trillion in secret loans to their friends, but they also paid their bankster friends over 600 million dollars to help them do it.
According to the GAO, the Federal Reserve paid $659.4 million to the very financial institutions which caused the financial crisis to help the Fed manage all of these emergency loans.Can anyone say conflict of interest? Not only were the banksters raking in trillions in secret loans, they were also paid to help run the lending process.Wow.So why isn’t the mainstream media talking about this? That is a very good question.But wait, there is more.It turns out that many Fed officials had very large investments in the financial institutions that were receiving these secret loans.So what was done about all of the conflict of interest issues that arose?
According to Senator Sanders, the Fed provided conflict of interest waivers to employees and private contractors so they could keep investments in the same financial institutions and corporations that were given emergency loans.Oh, everyone was given waivers.Apparently corruption is okay if we just get everyone to sign a bunch of forms.The following is one example of a conflict of interest that occurred during this lending program that Senator Sanders noted on his website….For example, the CEO of JP Morgan Chase served on the New York Fed’s board of directors at the same time that his bank received more than $390 billion in financial assistance from the Fed. Moreover, JP Morgan Chase served as one of the clearing banks for the Fed’s emergency lending programs.This is a classic case of the foxes watching the hen house.It was the banksters that caused the financial crisis. They were the only ones that the Federal Reserve helped. In fact, the Federal Reserve ended up having the banksters basically run the entire emergency lending program as Senator Sanders noted on his site….The Fed outsourced virtually all of the operations of their emergency lending programs to private contractors like JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and Wells Fargo. The same firms also received trillions of dollars in Fed loans at near-zero interest rates.If you were not outraged by that, then you need to read it again.What the banksters have been getting away with is absolutely mind blowing.So will changes be made to make sure that something like this never happens again in the future? Well, the GAO has recommended that significant changes should be made.But as mentioned above, the only one that gets to tell the Federal Reserve what to do is the Federal Reserve.According to the Washington Post, the Federal Reserve is promising to strongly consider the recommendations of the GAO….The Fed’s general counsel, Scott Alvarez, said in a letter responding to the GAO’s audit that officials will strongly consider the recommendations.Most Americans do not realize that the Federal Reserve is not actually part of the federal government. It is a privately-owned central bank that is not accountable to anyone.But most Americans still believe that the Fed is a government agency.The truth is that the Federal Reserve is about as federal as Federal Express is.
In another article about the Federal Reserve, I noted that the Federal Reserve has even admitted that it is not an agency of the federal government in court….In defending itself against a Bloomberg request for information under the Freedom of Information Act, the Federal Reserve objected by declaring that it was not an agency of the U.S. government and therefore it was not subject to the Freedom of Information Act.Basically, an unaccountable private monopoly creates our money, sets our interest rates, regulates our banking system and makes secret loans to whoever they want.The Federal Reserve has more power over our economy than any other institution and nobody can overrule any decisions that they make.Does that sound very American to you? Since the Federal Reserve was created in 1913, it has been systematically destroying the wealth of America through constant and never ending inflation.The U.S. dollar loses more value every single year.According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, what you could buy for $1.00 in 1965 will cost you $7.17 today.Sadly, the devaluation of our money is actually accelerating. That is one reason why we are seeing precious metals soar right now.Not only that, but the Federal Reserve was also designed to be a perpetual government debt creation machine.

I wish it were possible to obtain a single amendment to our Constitution. I would be willing to depend on that alone for the reduction of the administration of our government to the genuine principles of its Constitution; I mean an additional article, taking from the federal government the power of borrowing.Of course we did not listen to Thomas Jefferson, did we? Despite being portrayed by the media as inept due to the length of time it took them to reach the island of Utoeya, it has now emerged that police knew the name of gunman Anders Behring Breivik before they even arrested him, a startling admission that prompted one of Britain’s top news anchors to question how authorities were aware of the gunman’s identity in advance.During his Channel 4 News broadcast on Friday evening, host Jon Snow asked why police knew the killer’s name by the time they had arrived on the island, reported the Telegraph live blog.He surrendered the moment police called his name 3 minutes after they arrived. What we don’t know is how the police knew the terrorist’s name before they arrested him, said Snow, who is recognized as one of Britain’s most trusted news anchors, and cannot be dismissed as a conspiracy theorist.Snow also posed the question on his official Twitter page.How authorities knew the gunman’s identity before his slaughter of young Norwegians on the island of Utoeya had even come to an end, and while the overwhelming speculation still centered around Islamic terrorists, is a mystery.It’s also starkly inconsistent with the incompetence angle that’s been heavily pushed by the establishment media in explaining why it took over 90 minutes for police to reach the island, a gap that significantly contributed to Breivik being able to claim such a huge number of victims.Some have speculated that Breivik may have had accomplices, and although police disregarded eyewitness accounts of multiple shooters on the island, during testimony at his court case today, Breivik admitted that he was merely one part of an organization that included at least two other cells who were planning future attacks.I believe that there were two people who were shooting, survivor Alexander Stavdal told Norwegian VG, while other eyewitnesses reported hearing gunshots from two different places on the island at the same time.

Given the fact that the establishment media got it spectacularly wrong by instantly jumping to the conclusion that Friday’s deadly attack in Norway was the work of Al-Qaeda Muslims, placing complete trust in the details emerging about gunman Anders Behring Breivik would be foolish, especially since there are innumerable inconsistencies and contradictions that need to be studied before a fuller picture of what motivated the bloodshed can be established.The rush to blame Muslims for the carnage, hastily parroted by an onslaught of mainstream terror experts, was a startling insight into how the propaganda that fuels the war on terror is so unquestionably bounced around the echo chamber of the corporate media.It’s also a reminder that the mainstream press instantly falls in line with whoever the establishment designates the enemy du jour to be at any given time. Now that Muslims have been so vehemently demonized as terrorists, it’s the turn of so called right-wing extremists, or anyone who disagrees with mass immigration, loss of sovereignty and globalist financial looting, to feel the heat.The effort to smear European conservatives as unhinged radicals who harbor simmering urges for bloodlust is now in full swing, and it’s a demonization campaign firmly founded on the carefully crafted public portrayal of Anders Behring Breivik.However, it’s quickly becoming apparent that just as many eyewitnesses reported two gunmen on the island where the rampage unfolded, there are two different personas behind Breivik himself.
Indeed, there are two different Facebook profiles for Breivik, one from before the massacre and one from after. The latter profile appears to have been embellished and deliberately altered to emphasize the notion that the gunman was motivated by his Christian conservative beliefs.Compare the two profiles below (click to enlarge). The first one in Norwegian was deleted minutes after Breivik’s identity became public. The second profile in English appeared after the original was deleted, and became the de facto profile of the killer.
Before/After
Several things have been doctored up to alter the suspects political views. First a section titled Philosophy has been added to include Christian, and Conservative. The media has used this to great lengths,notes the Council of Conservative Christians website.In the second profile, Breivik’s interest in Winston Churchill and Max Manus, the leader of the Norwegian anti-Nazi resistance, have been deleted, presumably because they don’t fit with the psychological profile that Breivik was a right-wing neo-Nazi who had links with the English Defence League.There was clearly manipulation surrounding Breivik’s Facebook page after the attack. As Madison Ruppert notes, Someone was active on Breivik’s Facebook accepting friend requests after the massacre took place. People were also tricked into registering on a fake Facebook page set up in support of the gunman’s actions.Additionally, in a series of Internet postings, Breivik clearly characterizes himself not as a populist Christian conservative, as the media has attempted to push, but as a Bill Kristol style neo-con, an enthusiastic supporter of Israel, attacking racists and accusing others of being anti-gay.None of the comments are extreme or hint at a desire to commit violence, notes the CCC website, adding that Breivik was a supporter of the website which was run by Hans Rustad, a former Jewish left-winger turned neo-conservative.
It seems as if there are two Breivik’s, the original, a socially liberal, pro-Israel neo-con, and the second post-massacre profile of a Christian conservative, white supremacist. The second profile has clearly been embellished to push the notion that Breivik’s rampage was driven by his Christian conservative beliefs, which is convenient given the fact that governments recently introduced the meme that white, Christian conservatives were the leading terror threat.Breivik’s character of an enraged psychopath intent on butchering as many people as possible in the name of his cause is also contradicted by people who knew him personally.In an interview with Russia Today, Ulav Andersson, who worked closely with Breivik, said that the killer showed behavior absolutely nothing anywhere near that depicted by the media’s characterization of him, and that his apparent racism was never expressed in terms any harsher than mild and mundane annoyance at being rejected by women. Andersson said that Breivik was not opinionated, never came across as some kind of religious fanatic or anything,and did not have a well developed ideology.Adding that he never imagined Breivik would be capable of committing such an atrocity, Andersson says that he thinks Breivik was brainwashed, a judgment which correlates with eyewitness reports stating Breivik carried out what would have undoubtedly been an intense and stressful rampage with complete calmness and a blank expression on his face.Andersson’s portrayal of Breivik seems to fit far more with the pre-massacre Facebook profile of the gunman as oppose to the post-massacre profile which seems to have been embellished to a significant degree.
A plethora of other questions continue to circulate surrounding Breivik and his motives. Why did this supposedly anti-Muslim crusader slaughter dozens of white Norwegian teenagers? Why didn’t he target a mosque? Why did this supposed Christian conservative list a television series that glorifies vampirism (True Blood) as his favorite show? How did Breivik’s ties to freemasonry and his obsession with the Knights Templar play into his rampage? Why did Breivik lift entire portions of leftist Unabomber Ted Kaczynski’s manifesto and incorporate them into his own screed?
Just like the Oklahoma City bombing, which the case has been obsessively likened with, the evidence is starting to point to a wider plot, but concurrently there seems to be a deliberate effort to manufacture a profile of Breivik as a lone-nut psychopath who was influenced by racism, nationalism, Christianity, and a hatred for Europe’s predominantly neo-liberal elite, who coincidentally will reap the greatest political benefits from this tragic massacre.

Washington DC, July 24, 2011 – The tragic terror attacks in Norway display a number of the telltale signs of a false flag provocation. It is reported that, although the world media are attempting to focus on Anders Behring Breivik as a lone assassin in the tradition of Lee Harvey Oswald, many eyewitnesses agree that a second shooter was active in the massacre at the Utøya summer youth camp outside of Oslo. It has also come to light that a special police unit had conducted drills or exercises near the opera house in downtown Oslo which involved the detonation of bombs during 2010– exactly what caused the bloodshed a few hundred meters away this Friday. Further research reveals that United States intelligence agencies had been conducting a large-scale program of recruiting retired Norwegian police officers with the alleged purpose of conducting surveillance inside the country. This program, known as SIMAS Surveillance Detection Units, provided a perfect vehicle for the penetration and subversion of the Norwegian police by NATO.A motive for the attack is also present: as part of its attempt to mount an independent foreign policy, including the imminent diplomatic recognition of a Palestinian state as part of a general rapprochement with the Arab world, Norway was leading the smaller NATO states in dropping out of the imperialist aggressor coalition currently bombing Libya. As noted, world press and media of the Anglo-American school have immediately battened onto Breivik as an archetypal lone assassin cast in the mold of Lee Harvey Oswald, Sirhan Sirhan, and so many others. The problem for the terror mythographs is that , in most of these cases, there is credible to overwhelming evidence that these figures could not have acted alone. Among more recent loan assassins, Breivik could be compared to Major Nidal Hasan of Fort Hood, Texas, whose shooting spree dates back to November 2009. Hasan is accused of having killed seven people. At the time, it was considered remarkable that Hasan had managed to kill so many armed soldiers on the military base. But early reports suggested that there were one or two other shooters in addition to Hasan. As usually happens, these extra shooters were soon expunged from the hegemonic media narrative.1 In the Norwegian case, the evidence that Breivik was not alone in claiming his fearful toll of victims is clear and convincing. Here are some excerpts from a report published by the Oslo newspaper VG:
Several of the youths who were at the Utøya the shooting drama, told VG that they are convinced that there must have been more than one perpetrator. Marius Helander Røset believes the same thing: – I am sure that there was shooting from two different places on the island at the same time, he said.
Witnesses: – There were two people
Police believe Anders Behring Breivik (32) is the perpetrator who was dressed as a policeman , and have charged him for two terrorist attacks. Young people interviewed by VG describe an additional perpetrator – who was not wearing a police uniform. The person was following them around was 180 centimeters tall, had thick dark hair and a Nordic appearance. He had a pistol in his right hand and a rifle on his back. – I believe that there were two people who were shooting, says Alexander Stavdal (23)….
At the press conference Saturday morning opened the police said that there could have been several perpetrators and emphasized that there is an ongoing investigation.2.The presence of a second shooter is of course most inconvenient for the lone assassin theory, since it represents incontrovertible evidence of a criminal conspiracy, the very thing which the media coverage is usually anxious to avoid. In the Norwegian case, the reports of a second shooter seemed to be persistent enough 36 hours after the main event so as to hold out some hope that the entire official version can be brought down on this particular.
Police Had Drilled Setting off Bombs in Same Area During 2010
Another telltale critical sign of a false flag operation is the holding of drills or exercises –allegedly for counterterrorism purposes — by the police or the military at the same time as the terror attack, or shortly before the real terror attack begins. Sometimes, the terror drills or exercises are scheduled to begin slightly after the time when the actual terror attack occurs. For large-scale terror actions, which the Norway attacks were, it is not uncommon for the drills to occur well in advance – 9/11, for example, was the result of capabilities which had been built up over a period of several years, as well as of future drills stretching well into 2002. In these cases, it is often discovered that the self-styled anti-terror drill or exercise contains a simulated action or event which strongly resembles the real world terror attack, the one which actually kills people. The media will then refer to an astounding coincidence or a weird happenstance, but the reality is that the terror drill has been taken live or flipped live in the form of real killings. Once the drill has occurred, the capabilities, hardware, etc., which it has created can remain in place to be mobilized at the desired moment. The secret is that the legally sanctioned drill has been used to conduit or bootleg the actual butchery through a government bureaucracy whose resources are required to run the terror but in which there are many officials who cannot be allowed to know what is happening.
The Norway events provide a very clear illustration of this principle. In Oslo, a powerful bomb went off in or near the building which houses the office of the Prime Minister. Exactly as we would expect, special anti-terror police had been drilling setting off bombs in a nearby part of the Norwegian capital in advance, specifically during 2010. The public had not been informed in advance, but found out what was happening when they began hearing bombs in the opera house district, less than a kilometer away from the prime minister’s office which was attacked on Friday. Here is a report from the newspaper Aftenposten:Armed police were seen in the area around the opera house in Oslo, and violent explosions could be heard over large parts of the city. No one knew that this was all a matter of practice. The Information Section of the Oslo police deeply regrets that the public was not made aware of the seemingly dramatic exercise….It was the emergency squad, the national police special unit against terrorism, which was conducting a drill in the cordoned off area at Bjørvika pier. According to a press release from the police, nearly a day after the exercise, the drill consisted of training in the controlled detonation of explosive charges….The exercise will continue for the rest of Wednesday night and a few more explosions are expected….The exercise followed a familiar pattern for all anti-terror forces around the world: The men lowered themselves down from the ceiling and into through the window that had just been blown out, while they fired hand their weapons.3.Peter Power of Visor Consultants told BBC Radio Five in the wake of the London subway bombings of July 7, 2005 that his firm had been conducting an exercise based on explosions going off in substantially the same stations of the London underground at the same times when the real explosions had actually occurred. The Norwegian events exhibit the same kind of strange coincidence.
A Motive: Norway Had Decided to Stop Bombing Libya August 1
The targets of the Norwegian terror attacks are all expressly political, including government offices and a summer youth camp of the ruling Labor Party, and thus point in the direction of politics. The government of Norway is currently a coalition composed of the Labor Party, the Socialist Left Party, and the Center Party. Norway has traditionally attempted to cultivate a pro-Arab foreign policy, as seen in its sponsorship of the Oslo peace accords between Israeli Prime Minister Rabin and Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat in the mid-1990s. The current government has announced its intention of granting diplomatic recognition to a Palestinian state in the near future. When the destabilization of Libya began last February, the Norwegian Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Støre of the Labor Party warned Norway’s partners in the NATO alliance against getting involved.But soon after this, Norway gave in to US pressure and agreed to participate in NATO’s bombing of Libya for an initial period of three months, sending six planes which have carried out an estimated 10% of all the bombing raids mounted by the Atlantic alliance. However, as the end of its three-month commitment had passed, Norway had reduced its contingent to four planes during the month of July, and had announced on June 10 that it was planning to withdraw altogether from the NATO bombing coalition no later than August 1.The Norwegian decision to drop out of the NATO attack coalition was associated with a similar move by the Netherlands, which was announced on that same day of June 10. The Dutch had decided to maintain their contingent of six planes, but will no longer take part in bombing attacks on ground targets. Henceforth, the Dutch are willing only to help enforce the no-fly zone through air interdiction. There was therefore the potential that Norway’s example could trigger a general tendency by the smaller NATO states to quit the bombing coalition, in which their collective presence is highly significant.
Leading figures of the Norwegian government were among the first to undercut the supposed rationale for the NATO bombing, while urging negotiations: ‘”The solution to the problems in Libya are political, they cannot be solved by military means alone,” Norwegian Prime Minister Stoltenberg told reporters gathered for a conference in Oslo on May 13. We are very much supporting all efforts to find a political solution to the challenges we are facing in Libya,he added. Norway’s government …pledged to scale down its role in NATO-orchestrated air strikes on Libya after its current three-month commitment ends on June 24.4 This was the policy of the entire Norwegian government: ‘Norway will scale down its fighter jet contribution in Libya from six to four planes and withdraw completely from the NATO-led operation by Aug. 1, the government said Friday…. Defense Minister Grete Faremo said she expects understanding from NATO allies because Norway has a small air force and cannot maintain a large fighter jet contribution during a long time. Norway’s air force, meanwhile says its F-16 jets have carried out about 10 percent of the NATO airstrikes in Libya since March 31. The parties in Norway’s center-left coalition government had been at odds over whether to extend the country’s participation, which was scheduled to expire June 24. The most leftist faction in the government, the Socialist Left Party, opposed an extension, but a compromise was reached to stay in the operation until Aug. 1 with fewer planes. It is wise to end the Norwegian fighter jet contribution. Now Norway should apply its efforts to find a peaceful solution in Libya,Socialist Left Party lawmaker Baard Vegar Solhjell said.’5
State Department Complained of Norway’s Lack of Commitment to Libyan Adventure
The Norwegian decision to stop waging war against Libya, the first of its kind by any member of the Atlantic alliance, has attracted the attention of diplomatic observers, one of whom commented that the current government in Oslo has advocated a distinctly more peaceful approach to global policies by the Norwegian government…. [despite] recent pressure from the US on Norway to contribute more in Libya military campaign. Norway has been resisting that pressure and pushing for a more peaceful approach to the US-led NATO attacks on Libya and refused to provide weapons to NATO, finally announcing last month that Norway would quit its military role in Libya by August 1. In March, as the US was rallying unilateral support to invade Libya, Norway’s minister of foreign affairs Jonas Gahr Støre was one of the few nations to warn the US against armed intervention in Libya. Norway initially supplied six fighter jets for Libya operations and has carried out about 10% of the Libya strikes since 19 March. However, US officials singled out Norway and Denmark for their ‘lack of commitment’ to the mission to oust Gaddafi… Other Norway-Libya links include Norway’s major oil- and fertilizer-related interests in Libya: the Norwegian state-owned Statoil, which has about 30 employees at its Tripoli offices….[Norway’s] businesses have conducted major business operations in Libya, in co-operation with Qaddafi’s regime.6 At the present stage of the inquiry, the best estimate of a motive for the Norwegian attacks is to punish the country for its independent and pro-Arab foreign policy in general, and for its repudiation of the NATO bombing coalition arrayed against Libya in particular.
Are SIMAS Surveillance Detection Units the New Gladio for Norway?
US and NATO intelligence have been shown to possess extraordinary capabilities inside Norway, many of which may be operating outside of the control of the Norwegian government. In early November 2010, the Oslo television channel TV2 exposed the existence of an extensive network of paid assets and informants of US intelligence recruited from the ranks of retired police and other officials. The ostensible goal of this program was the surveillance of Norwegians who were taking part in demonstrations and other activities critical of the United States and its policies. One of the Norwegians recruited was the former chief of the anti-terror section of the Oslo police.7 Although the goal was supposedly merely surveillance, it is possible to imagine some other and far more sinister activities that could be carried out by such a network of retired cops, including the identification and subversion of rotten apples on the active-duty police force. Some of the capabilities of a network of this type would not be totally alien to the sort of events that have just occurred in Norway.The official name for the type of espionage cell which the United States was creating in Norway is Surveillance Detection Unit (SDU). The SDUs in turn operate within the framework of the Security Incident Management Analysis System (SIMAS). SIMAS is known to be used for spying and surveillance by US Embassies not just in the Nordic bloc of Norway, Denmark, and Sweden, but worldwide. The terror events also raise the question of whether SIMAS has an operational dimension. Could this apparatus represents a modern version of the Cold War stay behind networks set up in all NATO countries and best-known under the name of the Italian branch, Gladio? The Norwegian government needs to find out. Thus far Norwegian ministers have asserted that they never approved the SIMAS network of SDUs. We never knew about it,claimed Norway’s Justice Minister Knut Storberget and Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Støre in chorus. Hillary Clinton stated instead that the Norwegians had been informed.
CIA’s Wikileaks Limited Hangout Has Rationale for Toppling Norway’s Government
Thanks to document dumps by the CIA limited hangout subsidiary generally known as Wikileaks, an obvious path for using the Norwegian terror attacks as a rationale for overthrowing the current government has already been provided. Real or doctored State Department cables obligingly made available by Wikileaks portray the Norwegian government which NATO hates as a collection of bunglers and misfits, unable to take effective measures to safeguard the national security of the country.Some of these tables have been published in the immediate wake of the terror attacks by the London Daily Telegraph, a newspaper reputedly close to NATO intelligence circles. According to this article, while talking about an attempt by the Police Security Service (PST) to track one particular suspected Al Qaeda terror cell, a cable written by the US Ambassador to Norway, Barry White, describes [how Norwegian authorities] … refused the help of the UK authorities to put surveillance on a potential suspect and adds: Not only will they not put their own resources on him…but they also just turned down the visiting UK intel service’s offer of two twelve-person surveillance teams.The cable goes on to say the UK and US intelligence services analyzed coded conversation between terror suspects and decided it warranted surveillance. But, says the cable, PST instead found a way to interpret the same translated coded conversation in a rosier, less threatening light, an interpretation which makes little sense to the US or UK.A catalog of even the most recent failures and fiascos of the FBI and the CIA in the so-called Global War on Terror would help to put these hypocritical judgments into proper perspective, but it would also be too voluminous to be appended here.
Another damaging particular appears made to order for an attempt to blame the alleged bungling of the Norwegian government for the Oslo bomb attack: The memo also reveals how, despite apparently having surveillance on the suspect, the PST lost track of bomb-making equipment which was being stored in an apartment after it was apparently removed without investigators’ noticing. The PST then failed to track one suspect for 14 days because the investigator assigned to him was called away on another job. The memo concludes: The PST is in over its head…it simply cannot keep up.
Another State Department memo dished up by Wikileaks, supposedly written in 2007… adds: The official police (PST) threat evaluation…states that international terror organizations are not a direct threat against Norway. A memo written in 2008 shows how the US felt that Norway was not awake to the possibility of a potential terrorist attack. The cable reads: We repeatedly press Norwegian authorities to take terrorism seriously. We will seek to build on this momentum to fight the still-prevalent feeling that terrorism happens elsewhere, not in peaceful Norway.And a cable written just last year adds: The PST still viewed Denmark as more of a target than Norway, for reasons very specific to the cartoon controversy.8.The government of Norway needs to go on the offensive and establish the whole truth of what has just occurred. Otherwise, that government is likely to succumb to the internationally orchestrated campaign which the Wikileaks documents so clearly foreshadow.

Last week, Carmen Álvarez Excelsior wrote a report for Salem-News.com claiming the notorious drug gang Los Zetas will attempt to overthrow the Mexican government next year using weapons sent by the United States.Excelsior said the brutal gang uses an airport in Fort Worth, Texas, to fly the weapons into Mexico. Rejón Aguilar, one of the original seven members of Los Zetas who was recently captured by police, told Mexican officials the gang bought guns directly from the U.S. government under its Operation Fast and Furious.Excelsior reported that military-grade weapons are also brought into the country through the El Paso-Ciudad Juarez and Palomas-Columbus border crossings.Many of the weapons have been stored in safe houses. I think Los Zetas are storing them for the upcoming elections of 2012, said Robert Plumlee, a former CIA pilot who testified before Congress on drugs and weapons trafficking.Phil Jordan, former director of the DEA in El Paso, corroborated the report. He said that the weapon stockpiles including anti-aircraft missiles are transported from a Dallas-Fort Worth Airport. The drug gang had set up front companies to buy weapons directly through a State Department program.The items smuggled into the country from Fort Worth allegedly include grenades, grenade launchers, antiaircraft missiles, body armor, radios, GPS devices, night vision binoculars, and other items.

During a trial last year in U.S. federal court, it was discovered that Wachovia (now owned by Wells Fargo) bought planes that shipped cocaine.The bank also laundered $378.4 billion in drug money.Wachovia’s blatant disregard for our banking laws gave international cocaine cartels a virtual carte blanche to finance their operations,said Jeffrey Sloman, the federal prosecutor in charge of the Wachovia case.In 2009, the director of the United Nations’ crime and drug watchdog group, Antonio Maria Costa, said in an interview released by Austrian weekly Profil that money made in the illicit drug trade was used to keep banks afloat during the global financial crisis. Costra’s unit found evidence that interbank loans were funded by money that originated from drug trade and other illegal activities.In addition to smuggling guns into Mexico, the U.S. government has worked closely with the drug cartels for years.

Jesus Vicente Zambada Niebla, the son of Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada Garcia, one of the top kingpins of the Sinaloa drug-trafficking organization, worked as an asset for the United States.Niebla is connected to the Gulfstream II jet that wrecked with four tons of cocaine on board on September 24, 2007. European investigators linked the plane’s tail number, N987SA, to past CIA rendition operations. A one-time limited GAO audit of the Federal Reserve that was mandated by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act has uncovered some eye-popping corruption at the Fed and the mainstream media is barely even covering it. It turns out that the Federal Reserve made $16.1 trillion in secret loans to their bankster friends during the financial crisis. You can read a copy of the GAO investigation for yourself right here. These loans only went to the too big to fail banks and to foreign financial institutions. Not a penny of these loans went to small banks or to ordinary Americans. Not only did the banksters get trillions in nearly interest-free loans, but the Fed actually paid them over 600 million dollars to help run the emergency lending program. The GAO investigation revealed some absolutely stunning conflicts of interest, and yet the mainstream media does not even seem interested. Solid evidence of the looting of America has been put right in front of us, and yet hardly anyone wants to talk about it.Many Americans have a hard time grasping just how large 16.1 trillion dollars is. It is an amount of money that is almost inconceivable. It is more than the GDP of the United States for an entire year. It is more than the U.S. government has spent over the last four years combined.The Federal Reserve was just creating gigantic piles of cash out of thin air and throwing them around with wild abandon.One of the only members of Congress that has wanted to talk about the GAO audit has been U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders. The following is a statement about this audit that was taken from his official website….As a result of this audit, we now know that the Federal Reserve provided more than $16 trillion in total financial assistance to some of the largest financial institutions and corporations in the United States and throughout the world.So precisely who got this money? Well, a recent article on Raw Story named some of the big Wall Street banks that got some of this money….Out of all borrowers, Citigroup received the most financial assistance from the Fed, at $2.5 trillion. Morgan Stanley came in second with $2.04 trillion, followed by Merill Lynch at $1.9 trillion and Bank of America at $1.3 trillion.But it just wasn’t U.S. banksters that were showered with nearly interest-free loans. It turns out that approximately $3.08 trillion went to foreign financial institutions all over Europe and Asia.So who in the world gave the Federal Reserve permission to bail out financial institutions all over the world? Nobody did.But under our current system the Federal Reserve doesn’t have to get permission. They literally get to do whatever they want.
On his website, Senator Sanders expressed his outrage over these foreign loans….No agency of the United States government should be allowed to bailout a foreign bank or corporation without the direct approval of Congress and the president.So should we expect Congress to approve legislation that would reduce the power of the Fed?
Of course not.We all know that is not going to happen.The Federal Reserve is run like a dictatorship. They get to do what they want and nobody can stop them.Not only did the Fed dish out over $16 trillion in secret loans to their friends, but they also paid their bankster friends over 600 million dollars to help them do it.
According to the GAO, the Federal Reserve paid $659.4 million to the very financial institutions which caused the financial crisis to help the Fed manage all of these emergency loans.Can anyone say conflict of interest? Not only were the banksters raking in trillions in secret loans, they were also paid to help run the lending process.Wow.So why isn’t the mainstream media talking about this? That is a very good question.But wait, there is more.It turns out that many Fed officials had very large investments in the financial institutions that were receiving these secret loans.So what was done about all of the conflict of interest issues that arose?
According to Senator Sanders, the Fed provided conflict of interest waivers to employees and private contractors so they could keep investments in the same financial institutions and corporations that were given emergency loans.Oh, everyone was given waivers.Apparently corruption is okay if we just get everyone to sign a bunch of forms.The following is one example of a conflict of interest that occurred during this lending program that Senator Sanders noted on his website….For example, the CEO of JP Morgan Chase served on the New York Fed’s board of directors at the same time that his bank received more than $390 billion in financial assistance from the Fed. Moreover, JP Morgan Chase served as one of the clearing banks for the Fed’s emergency lending programs.This is a classic case of the foxes watching the hen house.It was the banksters that caused the financial crisis. They were the only ones that the Federal Reserve helped. In fact, the Federal Reserve ended up having the banksters basically run the entire emergency lending program as Senator Sanders noted on his site….The Fed outsourced virtually all of the operations of their emergency lending programs to private contractors like JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and Wells Fargo. The same firms also received trillions of dollars in Fed loans at near-zero interest rates.If you were not outraged by that, then you need to read it again.What the banksters have been getting away with is absolutely mind blowing.So will changes be made to make sure that something like this never happens again in the future? Well, the GAO has recommended that significant changes should be made.But as mentioned above, the only one that gets to tell the Federal Reserve what to do is the Federal Reserve.According to the Washington Post, the Federal Reserve is promising to strongly consider the recommendations of the GAO….The Fed’s general counsel, Scott Alvarez, said in a letter responding to the GAO’s audit that officials will strongly consider the recommendations.Most Americans do not realize that the Federal Reserve is not actually part of the federal government. It is a privately-owned central bank that is not accountable to anyone.But most Americans still believe that the Fed is a government agency.The truth is that the Federal Reserve is about as federal as Federal Express is.
In another article about the Federal Reserve, I noted that the Federal Reserve has even admitted that it is not an agency of the federal government in court….In defending itself against a Bloomberg request for information under the Freedom of Information Act, the Federal Reserve objected by declaring that it was not an agency of the U.S. government and therefore it was not subject to the Freedom of Information Act.Basically, an unaccountable private monopoly creates our money, sets our interest rates, regulates our banking system and makes secret loans to whoever they want.The Federal Reserve has more power over our economy than any other institution and nobody can overrule any decisions that they make.Does that sound very American to you? Since the Federal Reserve was created in 1913, it has been systematically destroying the wealth of America through constant and never ending inflation.The U.S. dollar loses more value every single year.According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, what you could buy for $1.00 in 1965 will cost you $7.17 today.Sadly, the devaluation of our money is actually accelerating. That is one reason why we are seeing precious metals soar right now.Not only that, but the Federal Reserve was also designed to be a perpetual government debt creation machine.

Despite being portrayed by the media as inept due to the length of time it took them to reach the island of Utoeya, it has now emerged that police knew the name of gunman Anders Behring Breivik before they even arrested him, a startling admission that prompted one of Britain’s top news anchors to question how authorities were aware of the gunman’s identity in advance.During his Channel 4 News broadcast on Friday evening, host Jon Snow asked why police knew the killer’s name by the time they had arrived on the island, reported the Telegraph live blog.He surrendered the moment police called his name 3 minutes after they arrived. What we don’t know is how the police knew the terrorist’s name before they arrested him, said Snow, who is recognized as one of Britain’s most trusted news anchors, and cannot be dismissed as a conspiracy theorist.Snow also posed the question on his official Twitter page.How authorities knew the gunman’s identity before his slaughter of young Norwegians on the island of Utoeya had even come to an end, and while the overwhelming speculation still centered around Islamic terrorists, is a mystery.It’s also starkly inconsistent with the incompetence angle that’s been heavily pushed by the establishment media in explaining why it took over 90 minutes for police to reach the island, a gap that significantly contributed to Breivik being able to claim such a huge number of victims.Some have speculated that Breivik may have had accomplices, and although police disregarded eyewitness accounts of multiple shooters on the island, during testimony at his court case today, Breivik admitted that he was merely one part of an organization that included at least two other cells who were planning future attacks.I believe that there were two people who were shooting, survivor Alexander Stavdal told Norwegian VG, while other eyewitnesses reported hearing gunshots from two different places on the island at the same time.

Given the fact that the establishment media got it spectacularly wrong by instantly jumping to the conclusion that Friday’s deadly attack in Norway was the work of Al-Qaeda Muslims, placing complete trust in the details emerging about gunman Anders Behring Breivik would be foolish, especially since there are innumerable inconsistencies and contradictions that need to be studied before a fuller picture of what motivated the bloodshed can be established.The rush to blame Muslims for the carnage, hastily parroted by an onslaught of mainstream terror experts, was a startling insight into how the propaganda that fuels the war on terror is so unquestionably bounced around the echo chamber of the corporate media.It’s also a reminder that the mainstream press instantly falls in line with whoever the establishment designates the enemy du jour to be at any given time. Now that Muslims have been so vehemently demonized as terrorists, it’s the turn of so called right-wing extremists, or anyone who disagrees with mass immigration, loss of sovereignty and globalist financial looting, to feel the heat.The effort to smear European conservatives as unhinged radicals who harbor simmering urges for bloodlust is now in full swing, and it’s a demonization campaign firmly founded on the carefully crafted public portrayal of Anders Behring Breivik.However, it’s quickly becoming apparent that just as many eyewitnesses reported two gunmen on the island where the rampage unfolded, there are two different personas behind Breivik himself.
Indeed, there are two different Facebook profiles for Breivik, one from before the massacre and one from after. The latter profile appears to have been embellished and deliberately altered to emphasize the notion that the gunman was motivated by his Christian conservative beliefs.Compare the two profiles below (click to enlarge). The first one in Norwegian was deleted minutes after Breivik’s identity became public. The second profile in English appeared after the original was deleted, and became the de facto profile of the killer.
Before/After
Several things have been doctored up to alter the suspects political views. First a section titled Philosophy has been added to include Christian, and Conservative. The media has used this to great lengths,notes the Council of Conservative Christians website.In the second profile, Breivik’s interest in Winston Churchill and Max Manus, the leader of the Norwegian anti-Nazi resistance, have been deleted, presumably because they don’t fit with the psychological profile that Breivik was a right-wing neo-Nazi who had links with the English Defence League.There was clearly manipulation surrounding Breivik’s Facebook page after the attack. As Madison Ruppert notes, Someone was active on Breivik’s Facebook accepting friend requests after the massacre took place. People were also tricked into registering on a fake Facebook page set up in support of the gunman’s actions.Additionally, in a series of Internet postings, Breivik clearly characterizes himself not as a populist Christian conservative, as the media has attempted to push, but as a Bill Kristol style neo-con, an enthusiastic supporter of Israel, attacking racists and accusing others of being anti-gay.None of the comments are extreme or hint at a desire to commit violence, notes the CCC website, adding that Breivik was a supporter of the website which was run by Hans Rustad, a former Jewish left-winger turned neo-conservative.
It seems as if there are two Breivik’s, the original, a socially liberal, pro-Israel neo-con, and the second post-massacre profile of a Christian conservative, white supremacist. The second profile has clearly been embellished to push the notion that Breivik’s rampage was driven by his Christian conservative beliefs, which is convenient given the fact that governments recently introduced the meme that white, Christian conservatives were the leading terror threat.Breivik’s character of an enraged psychopath intent on butchering as many people as possible in the name of his cause is also contradicted by people who knew him personally.In an interview with Russia Today, Ulav Andersson, who worked closely with Breivik, said that the killer showed behavior absolutely nothing anywhere near that depicted by the media’s characterization of him, and that his apparent racism was never expressed in terms any harsher than mild and mundane annoyance at being rejected by women. Andersson said that Breivik was not opinionated, never came across as some kind of religious fanatic or anything,and did not have a well developed ideology.Adding that he never imagined Breivik would be capable of committing such an atrocity, Andersson says that he thinks Breivik was brainwashed, a judgment which correlates with eyewitness reports stating Breivik carried out what would have undoubtedly been an intense and stressful rampage with complete calmness and a blank expression on his face.Andersson’s portrayal of Breivik seems to fit far more with the pre-massacre Facebook profile of the gunman as oppose to the post-massacre profile which seems to have been embellished to a significant degree.
A plethora of other questions continue to circulate surrounding Breivik and his motives. Why did this supposedly anti-Muslim crusader slaughter dozens of white Norwegian teenagers? Why didn’t he target a mosque? Why did this supposed Christian conservative list a television series that glorifies vampirism (True Blood) as his favorite show? How did Breivik’s ties to freemasonry and his obsession with the Knights Templar play into his rampage? Why did Breivik lift entire portions of leftist Unabomber Ted Kaczynski’s manifesto and incorporate them into his own screed?
Just like the Oklahoma City bombing, which the case has been obsessively likened with, the evidence is starting to point to a wider plot, but concurrently there seems to be a deliberate effort to manufacture a profile of Breivik as a lone-nut psychopath who was influenced by racism, nationalism, Christianity, and a hatred for Europe’s predominantly neo-liberal elite, who coincidentally will reap the greatest political benefits from this tragic massacre.

Further research reveals that United States intelligence agencies had been conducting a large-scale program of recruiting retired Norwegian police officers with the alleged purpose of conducting surveillance inside the country. This program, known as SIMAS Surveillance Detection Units, provided a perfect vehicle for the penetration and subversion of the Norwegian police by NATO.A motive for the attack is also present: as part of its attempt to mount an independent foreign policy, including the imminent diplomatic recognition of a Palestinian state as part of a general rapprochement with the Arab world, Norway was leading the smaller NATO states in dropping out of the imperialist aggressor coalition currently bombing Libya. Among more recent loan assassins, Breivik could be compared to Major Nidal Hasan of Fort Hood, Texas, whose shooting spree dates back to November 2009. Hasan is accused of having killed seven people. At the time, it was considered remarkable that Hasan had managed to kill so many armed soldiers on the military base. But early reports suggested that there were one or two other shooters in addition to Hasan. As usually happens, these extra shooters were soon expunged from the hegemonic media narrative.1 In the Norwegian case, the evidence that Breivik was not alone in claiming his fearful toll of victims is clear and convincing. Here are some excerpts from a report published by the Oslo newspaper VG:
Several of the youths who were at the Utøya the shooting drama, told VG that they are convinced that there must have been more than one perpetrator. Marius Helander Røset believes the same thing: – I am sure that there was shooting from two different places on the island at the same time, he said.
Witnesses: – There were two people
Police believe Anders Behring Breivik (32) is the perpetrator who was dressed as a policeman , and have charged him for two terrorist attacks. Young people interviewed by VG describe an additional perpetrator – who was not wearing a police uniform. The person was following them around was 180 centimeters tall, had thick dark hair and a Nordic appearance. He had a pistol in his right hand and a rifle on his back. – I believe that there were two people who were shooting, says Alexander Stavdal (23)….
At the press conference Saturday morning opened the police said that there could have been several perpetrators and emphasized that there is an ongoing investigation.2.The presence of a second shooter is of course most inconvenient for the lone assassin theory, since it represents incontrovertible evidence of a criminal conspiracy, the very thing which the media coverage is usually anxious to avoid. In the Norwegian case, the reports of a second shooter seemed to be persistent enough 36 hours after the main event so as to hold out some hope that the entire official version can be brought down on this particular.
Police Had Drilled Setting off Bombs in Same Area During 2010
Another telltale critical sign of a false flag operation is the holding of drills or exercises –allegedly for counterterrorism purposes — by the police or the military at the same time as the terror attack, or shortly before the real terror attack begins. Sometimes, the terror drills or exercises are scheduled to begin slightly after the time when the actual terror attack occurs. For large-scale terror actions, which the Norway attacks were, it is not uncommon for the drills to occur well in advance – 9/11, for example, was the result of capabilities which had been built up over a period of several years, as well as of future drills stretching well into 2002. In these cases, it is often discovered that the self-styled anti-terror drill or exercise contains a simulated action or event which strongly resembles the real world terror attack, the one which actually kills people. The media will then refer to an astounding coincidence or a weird happenstance, but the reality is that the terror drill has been taken live or flipped live in the form of real killings. Once the drill has occurred, the capabilities, hardware, etc., which it has created can remain in place to be mobilized at the desired moment. The secret is that the legally sanctioned drill has been used to conduit or bootleg the actual butchery through a government bureaucracy whose resources are required to run the terror but in which there are many officials who cannot be allowed to know what is happening.
The Norway events provide a very clear illustration of this principle. In Oslo, a powerful bomb went off in or near the building which houses the office of the Prime Minister. Exactly as we would expect, special anti-terror police had been drilling setting off bombs in a nearby part of the Norwegian capital in advance, specifically during 2010. The public had not been informed in advance, but found out what was happening when they began hearing bombs in the opera house district, less than a kilometer away from the prime minister’s office which was attacked on Friday. Here is a report from the newspaper Aftenposten:Armed police were seen in the area around the opera house in Oslo, and violent explosions could be heard over large parts of the city. No one knew that this was all a matter of practice. The Information Section of the Oslo police deeply regrets that the public was not made aware of the seemingly dramatic exercise….It was the emergency squad, the national police special unit against terrorism, which was conducting a drill in the cordoned off area at Bjørvika pier. According to a press release from the police, nearly a day after the exercise, the drill consisted of training in the controlled detonation of explosive charges….The exercise will continue for the rest of Wednesday night and a few more explosions are expected….The exercise followed a familiar pattern for all anti-terror forces around the world: The men lowered themselves down from the ceiling and into through the window that had just been blown out, while they fired hand their weapons.3.Peter Power of Visor Consultants told BBC Radio Five in the wake of the London subway bombings of July 7, 2005 that his firm had been conducting an exercise based on explosions going off in substantially the same stations of the London underground at the same times when the real explosions had actually occurred. The Norwegian events exhibit the same kind of strange coincidence.
A Motive: Norway Had Decided to Stop Bombing Libya August 1
The targets of the Norwegian terror attacks are all expressly political, including government offices and a summer youth camp of the ruling Labor Party, and thus point in the direction of politics. The government of Norway is currently a coalition composed of the Labor Party, the Socialist Left Party, and the Center Party. Norway has traditionally attempted to cultivate a pro-Arab foreign policy, as seen in its sponsorship of the Oslo peace accords between Israeli Prime Minister Rabin and Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat in the mid-1990s. The current government has announced its intention of granting diplomatic recognition to a Palestinian state in the near future. When the destabilization of Libya began last February, the Norwegian Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Støre of the Labor Party warned Norway’s partners in the NATO alliance against getting involved.But soon after this, Norway gave in to US pressure and agreed to participate in NATO’s bombing of Libya for an initial period of three months, sending six planes which have carried out an estimated 10% of all the bombing raids mounted by the Atlantic alliance. However, as the end of its three-month commitment had passed, Norway had reduced its contingent to four planes during the month of July, and had announced on June 10 that it was planning to withdraw altogether from the NATO bombing coalition no later than August 1.The Norwegian decision to drop out of the NATO attack coalition was associated with a similar move by the Netherlands, which was announced on that same day of June 10. The Dutch had decided to maintain their contingent of six planes, but will no longer take part in bombing attacks on ground targets. Henceforth, the Dutch are willing only to help enforce the no-fly zone through air interdiction. There was therefore the potential that Norway’s example could trigger a general tendency by the smaller NATO states to quit the bombing coalition, in which their collective presence is highly significant.
Leading figures of the Norwegian government were among the first to undercut the supposed rationale for the NATO bombing, while urging negotiations: ‘”The solution to the problems in Libya are political, they cannot be solved by military means alone,” Norwegian Prime Minister Stoltenberg told reporters gathered for a conference in Oslo on May 13. We are very much supporting all efforts to find a political solution to the challenges we are facing in Libya,he added. Norway’s government …pledged to scale down its role in NATO-orchestrated air strikes on Libya after its current three-month commitment ends on June 24.4 This was the policy of the entire Norwegian government: ‘Norway will scale down its fighter jet contribution in Libya from six to four planes and withdraw completely from the NATO-led operation by Aug. 1, the government said Friday…. Defense Minister Grete Faremo said she expects understanding from NATO allies because Norway has a small air force and cannot maintain a large fighter jet contribution during a long time. Norway’s air force, meanwhile says its F-16 jets have carried out about 10 percent of the NATO airstrikes in Libya since March 31. The parties in Norway’s center-left coalition government had been at odds over whether to extend the country’s participation, which was scheduled to expire June 24. The most leftist faction in the government, the Socialist Left Party, opposed an extension, but a compromise was reached to stay in the operation until Aug. 1 with fewer planes. It is wise to end the Norwegian fighter jet contribution. Now Norway should apply its efforts to find a peaceful solution in Libya,Socialist Left Party lawmaker Baard Vegar Solhjell said.’5
State Department Complained of Norway’s Lack of Commitment to Libyan Adventure
The Norwegian decision to stop waging war against Libya, the first of its kind by any member of the Atlantic alliance, has attracted the attention of diplomatic observers, one of whom commented that the current government in Oslo has advocated a distinctly more peaceful approach to global policies by the Norwegian government…. [despite] recent pressure from the US on Norway to contribute more in Libya military campaign. Norway has been resisting that pressure and pushing for a more peaceful approach to the US-led NATO attacks on Libya and refused to provide weapons to NATO, finally announcing last month that Norway would quit its military role in Libya by August 1. In March, as the US was rallying unilateral support to invade Libya, Norway’s minister of foreign affairs Jonas Gahr Støre was one of the few nations to warn the US against armed intervention in Libya. Norway initially supplied six fighter jets for Libya operations and has carried out about 10% of the Libya strikes since 19 March. However, US officials singled out Norway and Denmark for their ‘lack of commitment’ to the mission to oust Gaddafi… Other Norway-Libya links include Norway’s major oil- and fertilizer-related interests in Libya: the Norwegian state-owned Statoil, which has about 30 employees at its Tripoli offices….[Norway’s] businesses have conducted major business operations in Libya, in co-operation with Qaddafi’s regime.6 At the present stage of the inquiry, the best estimate of a motive for the Norwegian attacks is to punish the country for its independent and pro-Arab foreign policy in general, and for its repudiation of the NATO bombing coalition arrayed against Libya in particular.
Are SIMAS Surveillance Detection Units the New Gladio for Norway?
US and NATO intelligence have been shown to possess extraordinary capabilities inside Norway, many of which may be operating outside of the control of the Norwegian government. In early November 2010, the Oslo television channel TV2 exposed the existence of an extensive network of paid assets and informants of US intelligence recruited from the ranks of retired police and other officials. The ostensible goal of this program was the surveillance of Norwegians who were taking part in demonstrations and other activities critical of the United States and its policies. One of the Norwegians recruited was the former chief of the anti-terror section of the Oslo police.7 Although the goal was supposedly merely surveillance, it is possible to imagine some other and far more sinister activities that could be carried out by such a network of retired cops, including the identification and subversion of rotten apples on the active-duty police force. Some of the capabilities of a network of this type would not be totally alien to the sort of events that have just occurred in Norway.The official name for the type of espionage cell which the United States was creating in Norway is Surveillance Detection Unit (SDU). The SDUs in turn operate within the framework of the Security Incident Management Analysis System (SIMAS). SIMAS is known to be used for spying and surveillance by US Embassies not just in the Nordic bloc of Norway, Denmark, and Sweden, but worldwide. The terror events also raise the question of whether SIMAS has an operational dimension. Could this apparatus represents a modern version of the Cold War stay behind networks set up in all NATO countries and best-known under the name of the Italian branch, Gladio? The Norwegian government needs to find out. Thus far Norwegian ministers have asserted that they never approved the SIMAS network of SDUs. We never knew about it,claimed Norway’s Justice Minister Knut Storberget and Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Støre in chorus. Hillary Clinton stated instead that the Norwegians had been informed.
CIA’s Wikileaks Limited Hangout Has Rationale for Toppling Norway’s Government
Thanks to document dumps by the CIA limited hangout subsidiary generally known as Wikileaks, an obvious path for using the Norwegian terror attacks as a rationale for overthrowing the current government has already been provided. Real or doctored State Department cables obligingly made available by Wikileaks portray the Norwegian government which NATO hates as a collection of bunglers and misfits, unable to take effective measures to safeguard the national security of the country.Some of these tables have been published in the immediate wake of the terror attacks by the London Daily Telegraph, a newspaper reputedly close to NATO intelligence circles. According to this article, while talking about an attempt by the Police Security Service (PST) to track one particular suspected Al Qaeda terror cell, a cable written by the US Ambassador to Norway, Barry White, describes [how Norwegian authorities] … refused the help of the UK authorities to put surveillance on a potential suspect and adds: Not only will they not put their own resources on him…but they also just turned down the visiting UK intel service’s offer of two twelve-person surveillance teams.The cable goes on to say the UK and US intelligence services analyzed coded conversation between terror suspects and decided it warranted surveillance. But, says the cable, PST instead found a way to interpret the same translated coded conversation in a rosier, less threatening light, an interpretation which makes little sense to the US or UK.A catalog of even the most recent failures and fiascos of the FBI and the CIA in the so-called Global War on Terror would help to put these hypocritical judgments into proper perspective, but it would also be too voluminous to be appended here.
Another damaging particular appears made to order for an attempt to blame the alleged bungling of the Norwegian government for the Oslo bomb attack: The memo also reveals how, despite apparently having surveillance on the suspect, the PST lost track of bomb-making equipment which was being stored in an apartment after it was apparently removed without investigators’ noticing. The PST then failed to track one suspect for 14 days because the investigator assigned to him was called away on another job. The memo concludes: The PST is in over its head…it simply cannot keep up.
Another State Department memo dished up by Wikileaks, supposedly written in 2007… adds: The official police (PST) threat evaluation…states that international terror organizations are not a direct threat against Norway. A memo written in 2008 shows how the US felt that Norway was not awake to the possibility of a potential terrorist attack. The cable reads: We repeatedly press Norwegian authorities to take terrorism seriously. We will seek to build on this momentum to fight the still-prevalent feeling that terrorism happens elsewhere, not in peaceful Norway.And a cable written just last year adds: The PST still viewed Denmark as more of a target than Norway, for reasons very specific to the cartoon controversy.8.The government of Norway needs to go on the offensive and establish the whole truth of what has just occurred. Otherwise, that government is likely to succumb to the internationally orchestrated campaign which the Wikileaks documents so clearly foreshadow.

The company that makes the remote controlled switches and valves that makes this all possible is US Pipe. US Pipe is run by executives who had 25 year work histories in the Military contracting industry. Their specialty was satellites. Their expertise will come in handy as satellites can control these valves remotely. They also have RFIDs in the pipe system for mapping and tracking purposes.
There is also bad news for people in the US who might think their well water is safe. State agents have been caught violating trespassing laws GPSing water wells on private land. Janet Phelan has had people contact her whose wells had been poisoned by the federal government’s herbicide program. GPS tracking of individual wells would allow the federal government to poison aquafiers nearest your well. And GPSing your front door during the last census would enable them to fire a missile at anyone who did not drink their water.As you probably know, the American Secret Team has genetically tuned viruses that can specifically attack whites, Blacks, Arabs, Chinese or other races. These could be used in specific households or sprayed aerially to quell riots in cases where people did not drink the water because they were asleep or out of town. Once the FBI came calling on me and they knew which hour of the day and which day of the week was most likely to find me at home.This elaborate double lined water delivery system was built to kill us and will be used to do so. It might already have been used to deliver a virus to kill a witness or a critic. It might have been used to deliver hallucinogens to someone they wanted to discredit and/or lock up in an insane asylum. In the future it might be used against rebellions. This is why an Israeli firm contracted with the Pennsylvania Department of Homeland Security kept tabs on environmental activists and pacifists. You might wonder why target people who have never been violent. I want you to understand they are looking for people who are active and will respond when they see their government committing atrocities and stealing money.
They will also be looking for people near the starvation point to give them a virus their compromised immune system cannot resist. You need proteins to build white blood cells. That is why 3 million Americans died during the Great Depression.The US government after WW II discovered that the Nazis had used fluoride to keep control of their prisoners. Protease, amylase, lipase and sucrase digest proteins, carbohydrates, fats and sugars. Good luck trying to function without all of your 4,000 enzymes intact.The ultimate use of Water As A Weapon would be the Final Solution. We might wake up one day after the next Great Depression has been raging for a months and rioters have been hunting for bankers to discover there were only 40 or 50 million Americans left behind.

Through Section 817 of the Patriot Act, Congress has authorized a mass domestic de-population program.
Water As A Weapon...
In August of 2004, quietly and without fanfare, an article was published on the Los Angeles Independent Media website revealing a plan by the U.S. government to depopulate the country via the water system. The article alleged that the water system had been reconfigured country-wide so as to function as a finely honed targeting system, which, when deployed, would selectively target individual homes with undrinkable, or death water. The article alleged that this had been accomplished by the construction of a complex system of double lines and mixing capabilities on the main lines. In this manner, certain, pre-selected homes would receive the ordinary water while the targeted homes would receive the mixture. It is the contention of this reporter that the mixture will kill those imbibing the water.
Nearly three years have passed since the publication of Public Extermination Project.(http://la.indymedia.org/news/2004/08/115676.php) New information has surfaced supporting these claims. In addition, this reporter has determined some errors in the initial report, which mandate correcting.A careful reading of Section 817 of the Patriot Act, The Expansion of the Biological Weapons Statute, reveals this to be the umbrella statute which is authorizing this project. While the wording of this statute is somewhat opaque, a diligent scrutiny of the language reveals its true intent.Firstly, this statute is legalizing delivery systems and toxins under certain circumstances. Delivery systems is weapons terminology. Toxins are poisons. The statute details when these delivery systems and toxins will and will not be legal.
Poisons, as we all know, are meant to terminate, not enhance, life. There is no mention in 817 of these poisons being utilized as any sort of legally sanctioned punishment for a crime, such as lethal injection. Rather, the statute states that these SHALL be legal when used for purposes determined as peaceful, protective, prophylactic or bona fide research.Setting aside the research clause, we are essentially seeing the legalizing of peaceful, protective, prophylactic….. poisoning.
We have thus essentially bypassed any necessity for due process and have authorized the use of poisons to kill. As the Statute clearly states that the minimal protections provided by the Statute are not applicable should the activity be conducted by the U.S. government, we are therefore led to understand that the U.S. government may conduct the herein activity at will and without legal repercussion.
A dissection of the part of this statute which lists the restricted persons,who are disallowed from possessing or transporting these delivery systems and toxins indicates that this statute is not authorizing a military operation. The list of restricted persons follows:
• (2) The term restricted person means an individual who--
• (A) is under indictment for a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding 1 year;
• (B) has been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding 1 year;
• © is a fugitive from justice;
• (D) is an unlawful user of any controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 802));
• (E) is an alien illegally or unlawfully in the United States;
• (F) has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to any mental institution;
• (G) is an alien (other than an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence) who is a national of a country as to which the Secretary of State, pursuant to section 6(j) of the Export Administration Act of 1979 (50 U.S.C. App. 2405(j)), section 620A of chapter 1 of part M of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2371), or section 40(d) of chapter 3 of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2780(d)), has made a determination (that remains in effect) that such country has repeatedly provided support for acts of international terrorism; or
• (H) has been discharged from the Armed Services of the United States under dishonorable conditions.
Nowhere is there any mention of exclusive military dominion over these delivery systems and toxins. We therefore infer that this is NOT authorizing the use of poisons in warfare against an enemy of the United States of America.So who are the intended recipients of this biological warfare, authorized in this statute? If not an enemy of this country, could it be selected segments of the U.S. population?
We have seen in our country, since 911, the stripping of civil rights that historically accompanies the rise of fascism. Our vote seems to have gone the way of Diebold, and can now be electronically finessed by those who seek to cement their continued governing power. Our privacy rights have been crushed by the national emergency that the attacks of 911 established as an ongoing national predicament. Most newspaper editors will acknowledge, at least in private conversation, that they believe their office phone lines to be tapped. Peace groups, and even Quakers, have been under surveillance, and an act as simple and unremarkable as checking a book out of a library now may invoke FBI scrutiny of library records, courtesy of the Patriot Act.The Patriot Act had already been written before the attacks of 911, and was waiting in the wings to be trotted out and rammed through Congress. It is not my intention here to attempt an analysis of who the true perpetrators were of the 911 attacks. This has been adequately done by many authors and researchers, including Webster Tarpley and David Ray Griffin. What these redoubtable authors have failed to do is to draw the line of reasoning between the creation of what Tarpley terms synthetic terror to the war on Iraq as a position in a global chess game, rather than as an imperialistic invasion for purpose of seizure of oil resources. And neither Tarpley, Griffin, or any other of the 911 researchers that I am aware of have drawn attention to the implications of 817 as authorizing a mass domestic extermination project.David Ray Griffin has postulated 911 to be a new Pearl Harbor. Tarpley has compared this event to the Reichstag fires in Hitler’s pre-war Germany. In order for the water system to be deployed as a selective, finely honed targeting system, it would be necessary for it to be configured in certain ways. First of all, there would need to be at least two water lines in most neighborhoods. One line would provide ordinary water, while the second line would contain the toxins. My research on the water system in such disparate venues as Los Angeles and Spokane has revealed the existence of the double line system.I have attached two photographs of blueprints from the Spokane water system (Attachments 1& 2). These were obtained April 19, 2007, at a public meeting held at Applebee’s Restaurant on 29th Street in Spokane. The work in this area has significantly disrupted traffic and access to local businesses. The meetings were held weekly to answer questions of local business owners and residents.I identified myself as a Sandpoint based writer and requested of Steve Sather, project engineer, a viewing of the blueprints. He immediately complied, and I requested photographing privileges. He assented.The attached photos, taken that morning, reveal the double line system on 29th Street in Spokane, Washington. This particular project involved the replacement of two water lines—a twelve inch main and a parallel 36 inch main. The onsite foreman, Brian Snipes, who appeared quite uncomfortable with my request to photograph the prints, informed me that the 36 inch line was a transmission line, and not to be tapped. However, the blueprints reveal something pivotal about this system: access line connecting the two lines, every fifty yards or so. According to the specs, both lines were placed 5.5 feet deep. The only reasonable assumption is that the two mains are connected by the access lines.Snipes had attempted to refute my perception that the two pipes were, in fact, connected. He had informed me that the connective pipe was flexible, and would bend under the second main. The pipe I viewed that day did not, in fact, appear to be flexible.In 2006, I submitted more requests for documents to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. Specifically, I requested blueprints from the Ardmore Street Cement Re-lining Project.
The attached letter came back from LADWP, signed by Ronald Deaton, General Manager (Attachments 3 & 4). He stated that certain sensitive information would be redacted from the blueprints that would be ponied up to me. Understanding that I would be viewing altered blueprints, I scheduled a meeting in March of 2007. Every print I was given was stamped REDACTED.However, there were no indications of white-out or black- out on the prints. Aside from a few scattered indications of hydrant valves, there were no other valves detailed on the blueprints. There was also virtually no evidence of service lines from the main(s) to houses or businesses. The infamous second lines were, in almost every blueprint, also missing. In the process of redacting,it appears that LADWP created entirely new documents for me to view.I have also attached a recent letter from the City of Santa Monica, in response to California Public Records Act requests for information about the water system (Attachments 5 & 6). Santa Monica was one of the cities initially contacted by this reporter, and the responses to those requests are contained in the link to the original article.This letter, signed by Eugenia Jimenez for Assistant City Attorney Joseph Lawrence, states that my requests for blueprints and for contracts with private companies are highly sensitive and jeopardize the security of the City.You may note by re-visiting the Public Extermination Project article that Joe Lawrence also put his name to a letter in 2004 stating that there were no records whatsoever on water work in Santa Monica, California.I have also attached two photographs of blueprints of the Los Angeles water system (Attachments 7 &8). He laughed. The moment of suspicion had passed. He took the plans back to the truck, and my cameras remained safe inside my jacket pocket.Hey, listen to this! he said to his buddies on the crew. She’s Osama! Everyone had a good laugh. I stayed a few more minutes, chatting amiably with the guys, then took off, my cameras and photographs secure.The two attached photos from the Ardmore Street project were taken that day with a cell phone camera and with a standard camera. The second line is in evidence in both photos, which delineate separate streets in the Ardmore Street Cement Re-lining Project.One of my detractors, Harry Mobley, of Alton, Illinois, has stated that the existence of two lines is normal. Mobley writes,but second lines are there already. That's normal. It's a backup to feed around any breaks when certain lines have to be closed down for repair. This way, the problem affects the least amount of customers.If that were in fact true, the city would not need to lay down temporary, gutter lines while doing this infrastructure work. As the City of Los Angeles needs to provide a continuity of water service while working on the main lines, and if the second lines were indeed, as Mobley stated, only back-up lines and NOT containing another substance, the temporary gutter lines in evidence in the following photograph would not be necessary. The city would simply utilize its back-up line, and would not incur the added work and expense of laying down gutter pipe. The attached photograph of gutter line during a recent cement re-lining project was taken at Washington Boulevard, in Los Angeles, California (Attachment 9).The blueprints I photographed in 2006 from the Ardmore Street Project do not appear to be as complete as the ones I first viewed back in 2004, while the City was working on the Washington/La Brea area, nor as complete as the Spokane prints. Engineers, architects and others with access to water blueprints will affirm that there are layers of work that have been done on the underground utilities throughout the years, and different sets of blueprints will reveal varying levels of complexity in delineating the systems. The blueprints I first viewed in Los Angeles, courtesy of an on-site foreman, revealed not only the existence of double lines, but access lines connecting the two lines at regular intervals. This was also revealed in the plans from the Spokane system.
The L.A. plans had also revealed crosses in front of every residence on that street. I had incorrectly designated these as tees in my first publication on the water weapon. Tees, be they tee fixtures or tee valves, have three ports. Crosses have four ports. The significance of tees and crosses in the water system is that three or more ports provide the possibility to introduce another substance into the primary line.For purposes of clarification as to the functions of tees, I have attached a photo of an exposed tee, taken at Casa Las Rosas in Los Angeles, in 2005 (Attachment 10). As you will see, there are three ports, or accesses. As water cannot flow both East/West and West/East at the same time, two of the ports provide for the uninterrupted flow of water in one direction. The third port would allow for the possibility of an introduction of a substance from another line into the main line.A valve would be necessary to control the introduction of a substance from another source. Without a control valve, the two substances would be freely intermingling.My original assumption that tee, or three port valves, were involved in this system may not be entirely accurate. Virgil Diaz, who is a sales rep for Mueller, which has acquired U.S. Pipe, advanced my understanding of this system by pointing out that gate valves positioned on tee joints serve the same function as tee, or three port, valves. The same would go for gate valves on cross joints. The red valve depicted in the second photo on the Public Extermination Project article is, in fact, a gate valve, which is a two port valve. The original article had stated that the red valves were manufactured by Tyton. They are, in fact, manufactured by U.S. Pipe. An overview of the officers of U.S. Pipe reveals a very compelling history. Ray Torok, President of U.S. Pipe, previously spent twenty five years at Alcoa, as Vice President and General Manager of the Aerospace Division. Walter Knollenberg, VP of Finance and Treasurer of U.S. Pipe, previously served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Burns Aerospace Corporation. Aerospace companies are generally known for their government contracts, including spy satellites, etc. It would be an unusual career path from aerospace to plumbing. Unless, of course, there is a direct connection between the satellites and the water system.And apparently there is. The ROM Communications website provides a diagram which depicts how remote controlled water valves can be accessed off a computer, lap top or even cell phone (Attachment 11). As shown in the diagram, the originating signal goes into the internet and up to a satellite, which can then relay the signal to the items featured on the left hand side of the diagram. Please note the inclusion of the water valve as a remote asset in the far left of the diagram. I have also attached a photo of gate valves stacked up in the City Yard in Santa Monica, California (Attachment 12). You will note the chalked in numbers on the valves on the bottom row. These appear to be RFID addresses
The ability to control these valves from a remote location is a necessary component of this system. The system has been configured for a mass kill—therefore, it would be wildly impractical and ludicrously inefficient to attempt to dispatch teams of workers throughout the broad sweep of this country to dig up the streets and manually turn all the valves at the designated time of deployment. The valves would need to be solenoid, or remote controlled. Thus, at the time of deployment, after determination had been made as to which locations house the targets and which will be passed over, one would need only throw a switch to open the valves. And the twisted vision which compelled Prescott Bush, who was the money man in the U.S. for Adolph Hitler, would be brought to fruition under the reign of his grandson, President George W. Bush.In a taped interview in March of 2006, Ali Sabouni, the Resident Engineer for the Ardmore Street Project, stated emphatically that There is no such thing as a remote controlled water valve.” When further questioned as to how timed sprinkler systems operate, he sputtered, then back-tracked. Through Section 817 of the Patriot Act, Congress has authorized a mass domestic de-population program.
Water As A Weapon...
In August of 2004, quietly and without fanfare, an article was published on the Los Angeles Independent Media website revealing a plan by the U.S. government to depopulate the country via the water system. The article alleged that the water system had been reconfigured country-wide so as to function as a finely honed targeting system, which, when deployed, would selectively target individual homes with undrinkable, or death water. The article alleged that this had been accomplished by the construction of a complex system of double lines and mixing capabilities on the main lines. In this manner, certain, pre-selected homes would receive the ordinary water while the targeted homes would receive the mixture. It is the contention of this reporter that the mixture will kill those imbibing the water.
Nearly three years have passed since the publication of Public Extermination Project.(http://la.indymedia.org/news/2004/08/115676.php) New information has surfaced supporting these claims. In addition, this reporter has determined some errors in the initial report, which mandate correcting.A careful reading of Section 817 of the Patriot Act, The Expansion of the Biological Weapons Statute, reveals this to be the umbrella statute which is authorizing this project. While the wording of this statute is somewhat opaque, a diligent scrutiny of the language reveals its true intent.Firstly, this statute is legalizing delivery systems and toxins under certain circumstances. Delivery systems is weapons terminology. Toxins are poisons. The statute details when these delivery systems and toxins will and will not be legal.
Poisons, as we all know, are meant to terminate, not enhance, life. There is no mention in 817 of these poisons being utilized as any sort of legally sanctioned punishment for a crime, such as lethal injection. Rather, the statute states that these SHALL be legal when used for purposes determined as peaceful, protective, prophylactic or bona fide research.Setting aside the research clause, we are essentially seeing the legalizing of peaceful, protective, prophylactic….. poisoning.
We have thus essentially bypassed any necessity for due process and have authorized the use of poisons to kill. As the Statute clearly states that the minimal protections provided by the Statute are not applicable should the activity be conducted by the U.S. government, we are therefore led to understand that the U.S. government may conduct the herein activity at will and without legal repercussion.
A dissection of the part of this statute which lists the restricted persons,who are disallowed from possessing or transporting these delivery systems and toxins indicates that this statute is not authorizing a military operation. The list of restricted persons follows:
• (2) The term restricted person means an individual who--
• (A) is under indictment for a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding 1 year;
• (B) has been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding 1 year;
• © is a fugitive from justice;
• (D) is an unlawful user of any controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 802));
• (E) is an alien illegally or unlawfully in the United States;
• (F) has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to any mental institution;
• (G) is an alien (other than an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence) who is a national of a country as to which the Secretary of State, pursuant to section 6(j) of the Export Administration Act of 1979 (50 U.S.C. App. 2405(j)), section 620A of chapter 1 of part M of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2371), or section 40(d) of chapter 3 of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2780(d)), has made a determination (that remains in effect) that such country has repeatedly provided support for acts of international terrorism; or
• (H) has been discharged from the Armed Services of the United States under dishonorable conditions.
Nowhere is there any mention of exclusive military dominion over these delivery systems and toxins. We therefore infer that this is NOT authorizing the use of poisons in warfare against an enemy of the United States of America.So who are the intended recipients of this biological warfare, authorized in this statute? If not an enemy of this country, could it be selected segments of the U.S. population?

This particular project involved the replacement of two water lines—a twelve inch main and a parallel 36 inch main. The onsite foreman, Brian Snipes, who appeared quite uncomfortable with my request to photograph the prints, informed me that the 36 inch line was a transmission line, and not to be tapped. However, the blueprints reveal something pivotal about this system: access line connecting the two lines, every fifty yards or so. According to the specs, both lines were placed 5.5 feet deep. The only reasonable assumption is that the two mains are connected by the access lines.Snipes had attempted to refute my perception that the two pipes were, in fact, connected. He had informed me that the connective pipe was flexible, and would bend under the second main. The pipe I viewed that day did not, in fact, appear to be flexible.In 2006, I submitted more requests for documents to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. Specifically, I requested blueprints from the Ardmore Street Cement Re-lining Project.
The attached letter came back from LADWP, signed by Ronald Deaton, General Manager (Attachments 3 & 4). He stated that certain sensitive information would be redacted from the blueprints that would be ponied up to me. Understanding that I would be viewing altered blueprints, I scheduled a meeting in March of 2007. Every print I was given was stamped REDACTED.However, there were no indications of white-out or black- out on the prints. Aside from a few scattered indications of hydrant valves, there were no other valves detailed on the blueprints. There was also virtually no evidence of service lines from the main(s) to houses or businesses. The infamous second lines were, in almost every blueprint, also missing. In the process of redacting,it appears that LADWP created entirely new documents for me to view.I have also attached a recent letter from the City of Santa Monica, in response to California Public Records Act requests for information about the water system (Attachments 5 & 6). Santa Monica was one of the cities initially contacted by this reporter, and the responses to those requests are contained in the link to the original article.This letter, signed by Eugenia Jimenez for Assistant City Attorney Joseph Lawrence, states that my requests for blueprints and for contracts with private companies are highly sensitive and jeopardize the security of the City.You may note by re-visiting the Public Extermination Project article that Joe Lawrence also put his name to a letter in 2004 stating that there were no records whatsoever on water work in Santa Monica, California.I have also attached two photographs of blueprints of the Los Angeles water system (Attachments 7 &8). Through a bit of studiously disingenuous Irish blarney, this reporter was able to view and photograph some of the non-redacted blueprints from the Ardmore Street Project.I located an ongoing work site, and arrived in the late morning. I had sidled up to a small group of Creamer employees who were digging up a section of the street (both Creamer and Spiniello were awarded sections of the cement re-lining contract). While the crews are buttressing the aging pipes with cement, they are also replacing the manually operated valves with remote controlled valves. This is critical to the deployment of this weapons system. More about these valves a little later on in this report.
I chatted with the forklift operator for a bit. I told him I was a reporter covering infrastructure work. How boring, he commented. I made a face and agreed. We talked a little, and I asked if I could get a gander at the blueprints. He was agreeable, and asked another crew member to retrieve the plans from the truck. Immediately, I sat down on the curb and began to shoot.Within a few minutes, he realized that I was photographing the blueprints. He got down off the lift and walked over to me. Hey, he said uneasily, I don’t know who you are. We are in very strange times. You could be a terrorist…. His voice trailed off.I smiled at him, as disarmingly as possible, and quickly stuck my cameras in my pocket.Oh my goodness,I said.I don’t want to worry you. Here, take back the plans.And then I winked at him. Actually,I said, I am Osama bin Laden. They shrunk me and gave me a sex change, so the CIA could never find me. Pretty clever, wouldn’t you say? He laughed. The moment of suspicion had passed. He took the plans back to the truck, and my cameras remained safe inside my jacket pocket.Hey, listen to this! he said to his buddies on the crew. She’s Osama! Everyone had a good laugh. I stayed a few more minutes, chatting amiably with the guys, then took off, my cameras and photographs secure.The two attached photos from the Ardmore Street project were taken that day with a cell phone camera and with a standard camera. The second line is in evidence in both photos, which delineate separate streets in the Ardmore Street Cement Re-lining Project.One of my detractors, Harry Mobley, of Alton, Illinois, has stated that the existence of two lines is normal. Mobley writes,but second lines are there already. That's normal. It's a backup to feed around any breaks when certain lines have to be closed down for repair. This way, the problem affects the least amount of customers.If that were in fact true, the city would not need to lay down temporary, gutter lines while doing this infrastructure work. As the City of Los Angeles needs to provide a continuity of water service while working on the main lines, and if the second lines were indeed, as Mobley stated, only back-up lines and NOT containing another substance, the temporary gutter lines in evidence in the following photograph would not be necessary. The city would simply utilize its back-up line, and would not incur the added work and expense of laying down gutter pipe. The attached photograph of gutter line during a recent cement re-lining project was taken at Washington Boulevard, in Los Angeles, California (Attachment 9).The blueprints I photographed in 2006 from the Ardmore Street Project do not appear to be as complete as the ones I first viewed back in 2004, while the City was working on the Washington/La Brea area, nor as complete as the Spokane prints. Engineers, architects and others with access to water blueprints will affirm that there are layers of work that have been done on the underground utilities throughout the years, and different sets of blueprints will reveal varying levels of complexity in delineating the systems. The blueprints I first viewed in Los Angeles, courtesy of an on-site foreman, revealed not only the existence of double lines, but access lines connecting the two lines at regular intervals. This was also revealed in the plans from the Spokane system.
The L.A. plans had also revealed crosses in front of every residence on that street. I had incorrectly designated these as tees in my first publication on the water weapon. Tees, be they tee fixtures or tee valves, have three ports. Crosses have four ports. The significance of tees and crosses in the water system is that three or more ports provide the possibility to introduce another substance into the primary line.For purposes of clarification as to the functions of tees, I have attached a photo of an exposed tee, taken at Casa Las Rosas in Los Angeles, in 2005 (Attachment 10). As you will see, there are three ports, or accesses. As water cannot flow both East/West and West/East at the same time, two of the ports provide for the uninterrupted flow of water in one direction. The third port would allow for the possibility of an introduction of a substance from another line into the main line.A valve would be necessary to control the introduction of a substance from another source. Without a control valve, the two substances would be freely intermingling.My original assumption that tee, or three port valves, were involved in this system may not be entirely accurate. Virgil Diaz, who is a sales rep for Mueller, which has acquired U.S. Pipe, advanced my understanding of this system by pointing out that gate valves positioned on tee joints serve the same function as tee, or three port, valves. The same would go for gate valves on cross joints. The red valve depicted in the second photo on the Public Extermination Project article is, in fact, a gate valve, which is a two port valve. The original article had stated that the red valves were manufactured by Tyton. They are, in fact, manufactured by U.S. Pipe. An overview of the officers of U.S. Pipe reveals a very compelling history. Ray Torok, President of U.S. Pipe, previously spent twenty five years at Alcoa, as Vice President and General Manager of the Aerospace Division. Walter Knollenberg, VP of Finance and Treasurer of U.S. Pipe, previously served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Burns Aerospace Corporation. Aerospace companies are generally known for their government contracts, including spy satellites, etc. It would be an unusual career path from aerospace to plumbing. Unless, of course, there is a direct connection between the satellites and the water system.And apparently there is. The ROM Communications website provides a diagram which depicts how remote controlled water valves can be accessed off a computer, lap top or even cell phone (Attachment 11). As shown in the diagram, the originating signal goes into the internet and up to a satellite, which can then relay the signal to the items featured on the left hand side of the diagram. Please note the inclusion of the water valve as a remote asset in the far left of the diagram. I have also attached a photo of gate valves stacked up in the City Yard in Santa Monica, California (Attachment 12). You will note the chalked in numbers on the valves on the bottom row. These appear to be RFID addresses
The ability to control these valves from a remote location is a necessary component of this system. The system has been configured for a mass kill—therefore, it would be wildly impractical and ludicrously inefficient to attempt to dispatch teams of workers throughout the broad sweep of this country to dig up the streets and manually turn all the valves at the designated time of deployment. The valves would need to be solenoid, or remote controlled. Thus, at the time of deployment, after determination had been made as to which locations house the targets and which will be passed over, one would need only throw a switch to open the valves. And the twisted vision which compelled Prescott Bush, who was the money man in the U.S. for Adolph Hitler, would be brought to fruition under the reign of his grandson, President George W. Bush.In a taped interview in March of 2006, Ali Sabouni, the Resident Engineer for the Ardmore Street Project, stated emphatically that There is no such thing as a remote controlled water valve.” When further questioned as to how timed sprinkler systems operate, he sputtered, then back-tracked. SUNDVOLLEN, Norway (Reuters) - A suspected right-wing fanatic accused of killing at least 92 people deemed his acts atrocious yet necessary as Norway mourned victims of the nation's worst attacks since World War Two.Police were hunting on Sunday to see if a possible second gunman took part in the shooting massacre and bomb attack on Friday that traumatized a normally peaceful Nordic country.In his first comment via a lawyer since he was arrested, 32-year-old Norwegian Anders Behring Breivik expressed willingness to explain himself in court at a hearing likely to be held on Monday about extending protective custody.He has said that he believed the actions were atrocious, but that in his head they were necessary, lawyer Geir Lippestad told independent TV2 news.Police said Breivik gave himself up after admitting to a massacre in which at least 85 people died, mostly young people attending a summer camp of the youth wing of Norway's ruling Labour Party on an idyllic island.

In a recent development, a report from USA Today reads, A police official tells the Associated Press that today’s terror is more like the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing by Timothy McVeigh than the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the World Trade Center by Islamist fundamentalists.This event is feeding into a growing trend in which western governments are turning their anti-terror apparatus inward. The Department of Homeland Security recently released a video in which the depiction of terrorist activity involved white men in every threat scenario.Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano recently made clear that domestic terrorism is at the center of the government’s focus.In the aftermath of the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995, Time Magazine printed an article in which the government’s post-bombing propaganda campaign is expressed vividly. The article stated in part that individuals like Timothy McVeigh …drew on widespread mistrust and even hatred of government power… Their coalition included well-known elements of far-right thought: tax-protesters; Christian home-schoolers; conspiracy theorists influenced by the John Birch Society’s fear of one-world government; Second Amendment activists for whom guns are an important part of an independent way of life; self-reliant types who resent a Federal Government…Behind the smoke rising from Oslo the economic collapse of the European Union – and the world – is brewing in the background. Resistance to the banking takeover has entered into the government threat matrix and the international criminal profile is turning towards white middle class individuals. The European Union’s criminal intelligence agency, Europol, will conduct an investigation of non-Islamic terror threats supposedly posed by non-establishment political groups, according to the Associated Press.There is no doubt that the threat from Islamist terrorism is still valid, said Soeren Pedersen. But there have actually been warnings that (right-wing groups) are getting more professional, more aggressive in the way they attract others to their cause.Media compares Norway bombing to Oklahoma City.Investigations conducted by the crime unit located at the Hague reveal that supposed ultra-right groups pose little threat. Instead, the primary threat comes from anarchists and other leftist groups. In 2010, groups identified as leftist were responsible for 45 attacks, a 12 percent increase from the previous year.On several different occasions, anarchist groups have been shown to consist of police agents provocateurs. Government has a long track record of infiltrating leftist groups and agitating for political violence.As the Hal Turner case revealed, the government basically built the American National Socialist and white supremacist movements from the ground up.Although the FBI claimed decades ago to have abandoned its notorious COINTELPRO, evidence abounds indicating the program is still operational.The numbers of rightwing extremist criminal offenses are relatively low,Europol said.
The statement reveals that any such investigation is unwarranted and will be a witch hunt. Groups deemed far right – in other words, opposed to an unelected European Union bureaucracy and its effort to force banker debt repayment and austerity measures across Europe – will be put under a microscope and demonized as terrorists.
The corporate media is now involved in a concerted effort to color the tragic event as an Oklahoma City bombing type of event.Keith Olbermann, who now works for Al Gore’s Current TV, says attack was Norwegian Oklahoma City bombing.According to police officials in Norway, the bomb used in the attack at the Norwegian prime minister’s office was some kind of Oklahoma City-type device made of fertilizer and diesel fuel, the Associated Press reports.The Associated Press claims a 4,000 pound fertilizer-and-fuel-oil bomb was detonated at the federal building in Oklahoma City in 1995, killing 168 people.The fertilizer bomb is part of the officially stated mythology surrounding the events at Oklahoma City.Ben Partin, a retired brigadier general in the United States Air Force, provided every member of Congress with a detailed, comprehensive report of his analysis of the April 19 bombing. Partin and others have concluded that a fertilizer bomb would not have caused the damage at the Alfred P. Murrah federal building.Based on my experience in weapons development and bomb damage analysis, and on my review of all evidence available, I can say, with a high level of confidence, that the damage pattern on the reinforced concrete superstructure could not possibly have been attained from a single truck bomb without supplementing demolition charge,Partin said.His research was ignored by the government and went unreported by the corporate media.Multiple bombs were reported and later found in the debris of the federal building, but this evidence was also ignored.

Prior to the events in Norway, the Department of Homeland Security released a propaganda video characterizing white middle class Americans as terrorists and members of white al-Qaeda, a term designed to conflate the image of the CIA-created Islamic terror group and rightwing extremists in America.The DHS video is part of the government’s See Something, Say Something mass hysteria campaign and follows its report leaked to the media in 2009 designating libertarians and Second Amendment advocates as terrorists and right-wing extremists.The alleged perpetrator in the Norway bombing and shooting is being described as a right-wing extremist who was a former member of a popular political party that regards itself to be a libertarian people’s party with an ideology based on classical liberalism.Anders Behring Breivik was at one time a member of the Progress Party, according to news reports. He was a member from 2004 to 2006 and in its youth party from 1997-2006 through 2007.The Progress Party platform preamble identifies the organization as populist libertarian and its main declared goal as a reduction in taxes and government intervention. The CFR says the Progress Party and similar political parties in Sweden and Finland represent a European Tea Party movement on the rise. In the U.S., the Tea Party has opposed government bailouts to the banksters and has called for ending the Federal Reserve.
The EU, the IMF and the international bankers are worried about growing populism in Europe. Rising political populism around Europe, driven by public anger over the impact of the financial crisis, threatens to make solving the euro zone’s debt woes increasingly difficult,Reuters reported in April.Millions of Europeans are opposed to raiding their treasuries to pay for debt contrived by the bankers and have turned in large numbers to political parties such as the True Finns.The True Finns’ main campaign plank is opposition to funding a bailout for Portugal. Hours after the terrorist attack, Norway’s public broadcaster NRK cited Tore Bjørgo at the Police College in Oslo who said the attack resembled the bombing of the federal building in Oklahoma City. The 1995 attack blamed on Timothy McVeigh killed 168 people.Bjørgo mentioned The Turner Diaries, the anti-government novel written by William Luther Pierce, the former leader of the white nationalist organization National Alliance. The novel was introduced as evidence during the trial of Timothy McVeigh, the government agent patsy set-up to take the fall for the bombing.The Oklahoma City bombing was a false flag event used to roll out several draconian aspects of the police state in the 1990s. Following the attack, Congress passed at the behest of then president Clinton a number of national security proposals that built the foundation and established antecedents for the PATRIOT Act in response to the staged attacks of September 11, 2011.In addition to establishing a basis for so-called anti-terror legislation, the Oklahoma City bombing was used to demonize the patriot movement that formed in response to the brazen government attack on the Branch Davidians at Waco on April 19, 1993.False flag attacks followed by intense propaganda campaigns are one of several methods used by government to neutralize political opposition.Breivik is obviously a patsy for a Gladio operation to destroy political opposition to the bankers. The Labour Party, whose youth camp Breivik attacked, has long been in favor of immigration.
About 100 people stood solemnly early on Sunday at a makeshift vigil near Oslo's main church, laying flowers and lighting candles. Soldiers with guns and wearing bullet-proof vests blocked streets leading to the government district.We are all in sorrow, everybody is scared, said Imran Shah, a Norwegian taxi driver of Pakistani heritage, as a light summer drizzle fell on unusually empty Oslo streets.At first, people thought Muslims were behind this,he said of some initial suspicions that the attacks might have been by Al Qaeda perhaps in protest at NATO-member Norway's role in Afghanistan or Iraq.Some terrified survivors of the shooting rampage said bullets came from at least two sides.We are not at all certain about whether he acted alone, police chief Sveinung Sponheim said. That is one of the things that the investigation will concentrate on.Police took almost 1.5 hours to stop the massacre, the worst by a single gunman in modern times. The response time from when we got the message was quick. The government narrative of the White Alqaeda threat has been ongoing for at least 3 years now. The latest bombing in Norway is continuing the saga. In a recent development, a report from USA Today reads, A police official tells the Associated Press that today’s terror is more like the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing by Timothy McVeigh than the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the World Trade Center by Islamist fundamentalists.This event is feeding into a growing trend in which western governments are turning their anti-terror apparatus inward. The Department of Homeland Security recently released a video in which the depiction of terrorist activity involved white men in every threat scenario.Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano recently made clear that domestic terrorism is at the center of the government’s focus.In the aftermath of the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995, Time Magazine printed an article in which the government’s post-bombing propaganda campaign is expressed vividly. The article stated in part that individuals like Timothy McVeigh …drew on widespread mistrust and even hatred of government power… Their coalition included well-known elements of far-right thought: tax-protesters; Christian home-schoolers; conspiracy theorists influenced by the John Birch Society’s fear of one-world government; Second Amendment activists for whom guns are an important part of an independent way of life; self-reliant types who resent a Federal Government…Behind the smoke rising from Oslo the economic collapse of the European Union – and the world – is brewing in the background. Resistance to the banking takeover has entered into the government threat matrix and the international criminal profile is turning towards white middle class individuals. Before the crash of 2008 the United Kingdom’s Ministry of Defense foresaw a middle class revolution in its 2007 DCDC Global Strategic Trends report. The middle classes could become a revolutionary class…,the report states. The growing gap between themselves and a small number of highly visible super-rich individuals might fuel disillusion with meritocracy, while the growing urban under-classes are likely to pose an increasing threat to social order and stability, as the burden of acquired debt and the failure of pension provision begins to bite.In November of 2008 the United States Army War College released the report Known Unknowns: Unconventional Strategic Shocks in Defense Strategy Development. The report identifies economic collapse as a reason for the defense establishment to conduct domestic operations.
The geopolitical ramifications of this event will pan out in the next week as the government codifies its official narrative.

The European Union’s criminal intelligence agency, Europol, will conduct an investigation of non-Islamic terror threats supposedly posed by non-establishment political groups, according to the Associated Press.There is no doubt that the threat from Islamist terrorism is still valid, said Soeren Pedersen. But there have actually been warnings that (right-wing groups) are getting more professional, more aggressive in the way they attract others to their cause.Media compares Norway bombing to Oklahoma City.Investigations conducted by the crime unit located at the Hague reveal that supposed ultra-right groups pose little threat. Instead, the primary threat comes from anarchists and other leftist groups. In 2010, groups identified as leftist were responsible for 45 attacks, a 12 percent increase from the previous year.On several different occasions, anarchist groups have been shown to consist of police agents provocateurs. Government has a long track record of infiltrating leftist groups and agitating for political violence.As the Hal Turner case revealed, the government basically built the American National Socialist and white supremacist movements from the ground up.Although the FBI claimed decades ago to have abandoned its notorious COINTELPRO, evidence abounds indicating the program is still operational.The numbers of rightwing extremist criminal offenses are relatively low,Europol said.
The statement reveals that any such investigation is unwarranted and will be a witch hunt. Groups deemed far right – in other words, opposed to an unelected European Union bureaucracy and its effort to force banker debt repayment and austerity measures across Europe – will be put under a microscope and demonized as terrorists.
The corporate media is now involved in a concerted effort to color the tragic event as an Oklahoma City bombing type of event.Keith Olbermann, who now works for Al Gore’s Current TV, says attack was Norwegian Oklahoma City bombing.According to police officials in Norway, the bomb used in the attack at the Norwegian prime minister’s office was some kind of Oklahoma City-type device made of fertilizer and diesel fuel, the Associated Press reports.The Associated Press claims a 4,000 pound fertilizer-and-fuel-oil bomb was detonated at the federal building in Oklahoma City in 1995, killing 168 people.The fertilizer bomb is part of the officially stated mythology surrounding the events at Oklahoma City.Ben Partin, a retired brigadier general in the United States Air Force, provided every member of Congress with a detailed, comprehensive report of his analysis of the April 19 bombing. Partin and others have concluded that a fertilizer bomb would not have caused the damage at the Alfred P. Murrah federal building.Based on my experience in weapons development and bomb damage analysis, and on my review of all evidence available, I can say, with a high level of confidence, that the damage pattern on the reinforced concrete superstructure could not possibly have been attained from a single truck bomb without supplementing demolition charge,Partin said.His research was ignored by the government and went unreported by the corporate media.Multiple bombs were reported and later found in the debris of the federal building, but this evidence was also ignored.

Prior to the events in Norway, the Department of Homeland Security released a propaganda video characterizing white middle class Americans as terrorists and members of white al-Qaeda, a term designed to conflate the image of the CIA-created Islamic terror group and rightwing extremists in America.The DHS video is part of the government’s See Something, Say Something mass hysteria campaign and follows its report leaked to the media in 2009 designating libertarians and Second Amendment advocates as terrorists and right-wing extremists.The alleged perpetrator in the Norway bombing and shooting is being described as a right-wing extremist who was a former member of a popular political party that regards itself to be a libertarian people’s party with an ideology based on classical liberalism.Anders Behring Breivik was at one time a member of the Progress Party, according to news reports. He was a member from 2004 to 2006 and in its youth party from 1997-2006 through 2007.The Progress Party platform preamble identifies the organization as populist libertarian and its main declared goal as a reduction in taxes and government intervention. The CFR says the Progress Party and similar political parties in Sweden and Finland represent a European Tea Party movement on the rise. In the U.S., the Tea Party has opposed government bailouts to the banksters and has called for ending the Federal Reserve.
The EU, the IMF and the international bankers are worried about growing populism in Europe. Rising political populism around Europe, driven by public anger over the impact of the financial crisis, threatens to make solving the euro zone’s debt woes increasingly difficult,Reuters reported in April.Millions of Europeans are opposed to raiding their treasuries to pay for debt contrived by the bankers and have turned in large numbers to political parties such as the True Finns.The True Finns’ main campaign plank is opposition to funding a bailout for Portugal. In April, the Finnish party emerged from relative obscurity and moved into the political limelight. Its sudden popularity took the European establishment by surprise.The false flag attack in Norway arrives as populism grows in Germany, Europe’s reluctant paymaster for the contrived debt-based economic crisis.Establishment politicians in Germany have balked at a second bankster bailout.We did it once, and we cannot do it a second time, we simply can’t, said Jochen Sanio, head of the German financial market watchdog BaFin. Sanio said if the government raided the German treasury again the taxpayers would come and hang all of us.The EU and the European political establishment are beholden to the bankers and their free market – as in free to loot and plunder – neoliberal policies and have now pulled out all the stops in an effort to crush resistance to endless bailouts designed to crash local economies and destroy national sovereignty.
It is no mistake the corporate media is comparing Anders Behring Breivik to Timothy McVeigh. Hours after the terrorist attack, Norway’s public broadcaster NRK cited Tore Bjørgo at the Police College in Oslo who said the attack resembled the bombing of the federal building in Oklahoma City. The 1995 attack blamed on Timothy McVeigh killed 168 people.Bjørgo mentioned The Turner Diaries, the anti-government novel written by William Luther Pierce, the former leader of the white nationalist organization National Alliance. The novel was introduced as evidence during the trial of Timothy McVeigh, the government agent patsy set-up to take the fall for the bombing.The Oklahoma City bombing was a false flag event used to roll out several draconian aspects of the police state in the 1990s. Following the attack, Congress passed at the behest of then president Clinton a number of national security proposals that built the foundation and established antecedents for the PATRIOT Act in response to the staged attacks of September 11, 2011.In addition to establishing a basis for so-called anti-terror legislation, the Oklahoma City bombing was used to demonize the patriot movement that formed in response to the brazen government attack on the Branch Davidians at Waco on April 19, 1993.False flag attacks followed by intense propaganda campaigns are one of several methods used by government to neutralize political opposition.Breivik is obviously a patsy for a Gladio operation to destroy political opposition to the bankers. Operation Gladio was a strategy of tension devised by the elite that employed terrorism – assassination and bombings – to discredit political opponents in Europe. It was set-up by the CIA and staffed in part with former members of Mussolini’s secret police.In the days ahead, we can expect more false flag terror events. These will be used by the corporate media to portray opponents to the bankster scam as child killing terrorists.
