The IDF commander of Judea and Samaria must actively protect the property rights of all residents, and that includes preventing unauthorized parties from taking property that does not belong to them. Construction of homes by such parties on private land is illegal and in lieu of any other arrangement they must be torn down.”The court, in a decision written by Chief Justice Asher Grunis, rejected claims by Amona residents that they had legally purchased the land. Even if they had, Grunis said, the homes there were built without permits or licenses from planning commissions and other legal bodies whose approval is required for construction.Knesset Speaker MK Yuli Edelstein said the decision is "difficult, painful and infuriating.”“Along with the adherence to the rule of law it was expected that common sense will prevail and that law enforcement would be proportionate and equal, since it is a blooming community in which many families built homes,” he said.“It is too bad that under the pretext of protecting rights, the residents are harmed again. Just days after fire was opened at a synagogue in Paris, a kosher restaurant in the same city was attacked in a similar manner.According to the French-language JSSNews, an air gun was fired towards the Al Haeche kosher restaurant in the 19th district of the French capital.The attack took place overnight Tuesday, and the owner of the restaurant discovered a bullet hole in his window on Wednesday morning, around 7:00 a.m.The damage was minimal and there were no injuries, noted JSSNews, adding that the same type of gun was used in attack earlier this week on the David Ben Ichay synagogue.The Bureau for National Vigilance Against Anti-Semitism (BNVCA) condemned the incident and added, “We describe it as anti-Semitic because it was deliberately aimed at a kosher restaurant.”The BNVCA noted that the restaurant and the synagogue are located within one kilometer of one another, and that the weapon used in both attacks was an air pistol."Regardless of the projectile, the BNVCA considers the intention and gesture to be criminal and anti-Jewish,” said the organization.France has seen a sharp rise in anti-Semitism in recent years, and it flared particularly during this past summer's Operation Protective Edge, with violent protests in Paris.In one incident, hundreds of Muslim extremists attacked a major synagogue in Paris, provoking clashes with Jewish youths who rushed to defend the site and worshippers trapped inside.Earlier this month there was a shocking robbery and rape attack committed against a young Jewish couple in Paris, which has led French politicians to condemn the steep rise of anti-Semitism.Recent attacks have also targeted non-Jews. JERUSALEM (AP) — Israel's supreme court has ordered Israeli authorities to demolish one of the oldest and most contentious Jewish settlement outposts in the West Bank.The court on Thursday said the hilltop outpost of Amona must be evacuated within two years.Amona was established in 1995 on private Palestinian land without Israeli government permission.In 2006, Israeli police demolished nine homes at the outpost, setting off a bloody clash of settlers and supporters against police and soldiers. Several dozen trailers have remained.The government put off dismantling the rest of the outpost, despite court deadlines. Settlers also claimed to have retroactively bought some of the land where the outpost sits, though the Palestinian landowners claim some of those sales were fictitious.Palestinians want to establish a state in the Israeli-occupied West Bank.

In his message, the Pope spoke strong words about the tragedy of abused children, killed in their mothers’ wombs and slaughtered by bombs.Firstly, the Pope talked about the situation in the Middle East. ‘I ask him, the Saviour of the world, to look upon our brothers and sisters in Iraq and Syria, who for too long now have suffered the effects of ongoing conflict, and who, together with those belonging to other ethnic and religious groups, are suffering a brutal persecution. May Christmas bring them hope, as indeed also to the many displaced persons, exiles and refugees, children, adults and elderly, from this region and from the whole world. BRUSSELS - Four European countries are in the world’s 10 largest economies, according to research by the Centre for Economic and Business Research.The annual World Economic League Table 2015 published on Friday (26 December) by the London-based think tank puts the US as the world’s main economic powerhouse, followed by China and Japan.Germany, the UK and France take the fourth, fifth and sixth spots, respectively, with Italy, in the eighth place, the only other EU country in the top 10.The UK has edged ahead of France into fifth place in this year's rankings, although the Cebr comments that the $1 billion (€850 million) gap in output between the two countries is “well within the margin of error” and would likely be extinguished if France's markets in drugs and prostitution, which “may prove to be 'larger than their British counterparts”, were included.In June, the UK economy received a statistical boost of £65 billion (€80 billion) following the introduction of new EU accounting rules allowing the so-called ‘grey economy’, which includes proceeds from drug trafficking and prostitution, to be recorded.Meanwhile, Russia is the main loser in the new list, dropping from eighth place to tenth in the rankings, with Cebr chief executive Douglas McWilliams suggesting that Moscow’s role in the ongoing Ukraine conflict was a factor in the country’s economic decline.“The fun of the world economic league table is that it brings things back to hard figures,” said McWilliams.He added that “countries like Russia and Argentina, who have invaded neighbouring countries and whose leaders spout aggressively nationalistic rhetoric, are brought down to earth by their falls in the league table as their economies collapse".The Russian economy is poised to endure a 4.5 percent recession in 2015 as a result of falling oil prices and the effects of western sanctions.Last week the country’s central bank was forced to spent around €3 billion of its foreign currency reserves to prevent a run on the rouble currency.But the next 15 years are likely to be about the continuing rise of some of the 'Bric' countries - Brazil, Russia, India, and China.China is projected to overtake the US by 2025 as the world’s largest economy, the Cebr forecasts, while the "unstoppable" rise of India will see it become the world’s third-largest economy by 2024.In Europe, meanwhile, Cebr predicts that Germany’s ageing and declining population, coupled with the weakness of the euro, will allow the UK to overtake it by 2030.

BRUSSELS - Dominant figures on the right and left in Berlin have voiced different views on how the EU should handle Russia’s rouble crisis.Wolfgang Schaeuble, the finance minister from the centre-right CDU party in the grand coalition, showed little sympathy in an interview with the Rheinische Post daily on Christmas eve (24 December).“Of course, we are concerned about the developments in Russia … But that doesn’t mean we accept that Russia can impose its interests by military means. The annexation of Crimea and Russia’s permanent violation of the ceasefire in Ukraine cannot remain without consequences. I hope every day that Russia will return to co-operation with the West, but until then we are sticking to the sanctions”, Schaeuble said.Asked what consequences a Russian default could have for Europe, he said only that: “It is up to Moscow to prevent them”.But the centre-left SPD’s foreign minister, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, speaking in Der Spiegel one day earlier, said a Russian economic collapse is dangerous. Steinmeier noted that the current situation “can’t allow us to go straight back to business as usual”.But he added: “I'm worried. This is why I oppose any further tightening of the sanctions. Anyone who wants to bring the Russian economy to its knees is completely mistaken if they think that this will bring about greater security in Europe”.“It cannot be in our interests for this to spiral completely out of control. We should bear this in mind in our sanctions policy”.Steinmeier said the EU and Nato should hold more talks with Russia to alleviate its trade concerns and to avoid an accidental military confrontation.“Even during the coldest days of the Cold War, these types of talks [between Nato and Russia military experts] were held. Dmitry Polevoy, the ING Bank’s chief economist on Russia, also told Reuters that “near-term prospects for the rouble remain highly uncertain”.The currency crisis has seen the price of basic commodities, such as bread, rise steeply in 2014.The main cause is a slump in oil prices. But EU sanctions on Russian banks and energy firms are making matters worse by stopping the blacklisted firms from buying debt on international markets.Three listed banks - Sberbank, Vnesheconombank, and VTB - have challenged the EU measures in the EU court in Luxembourg on technical grounds.The EU recently suffered several legal defeats on sanctions, including on Iran and on the Palestinian militant group Hamas, due to lack of hard evidence.But cases take two years or more to reach a verdict and no listed company has ever won financial damages from the EU tribunal.

BRUSSELS - The Internet feels like it has always been with us and it is easy to forget just how recently it became part of public consciousness.The number of regular web-users has increased from 150 million in 1998 to over 3 billion, and technologists see no reason why this number cannot swell up to 7 billion over the next few years.The brainchild of engineers such as Vint Cerf and Bob Kahn from the 1970s onwards, the net has also tended to be run by the engineers that created it. Its governance was left to the experts. Politicians were kept out.But in recent years online governance has become increasingly political. The debates on net neutrality, data privacy, cyber security, and the future of the Internet’s governing structure have risen up the political agenda.A public backlash against the anti-counterfeit treaty Acta, which is primarily about protecting intellectual property rights, but which became ingrained in the public psyche as an Internet power grab by governments and service providers, led the European Parliament to veto the treaty in July 2012.Meanwhile, the revelations by NSA-whistleblower Edward Snowden last summer of mass data capture and surveillance by US security authorities prompted widespread public anger and questions about how our data is collected and used by governments.If there is little indication that it has stopped people from using the web, there is evidence that the NSA scandal has had a detrimental effect on the online economy, where consumer trust and security is a prerequisite.A report published this spring by the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation, a Washington-based think tank, estimated that the US cloud industry faces up to €25.8 billion in lost revenues.It also has implications for the methods and structures used to govern the Internet.In March the US Department of Commerce signalled that it wants to scale down its role in Internet governance, outlining plans to end its contract in September 2015 with the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), which has been charged with managing domain names since the late 1990s.For its part, in a paper entitled "Europe's role in shaping the future of Internet governance" the previous European Commission headed by Jose Manuel Barroso signalled its support for an international group to replace the San Francisco-based ICANN and warned that the web should not be allowed to "unravel into a series of regional or national networks”.Meanwhile, other governments and analysts have mooted the possibility of a international forum based loosely based on the model of the UN Security Council, although this idea has been resisted by most of the technologist and business community.Mark Raymond, assistant professor at the university of Oklahoma in the US says that consumers are “no longer happy to leave [Internet governance] to the experts”.“It is too important to leave to engineers”, he told EUoberver at a conference on Internet governance organised by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers in Brussels in December.If there appears to be agreement among politicians, civil society, and industry that Internet governance needs updating, there is no sign of a consensus on what this brave new cyber-world should look like.“How can we get to a global consensus when the parties can’t even agree on the procedures to draw up the rules?” Raymond asks.“There is a risk that Internet governance is a canary in a coal mine,” he adds, worrying that failure to reach international agreement “may indicate that we can’t agree on governance in other international policy fields.”Speaking at the same conference, one of the Internet founding fathers - Cerf - argued that the Internet’s history has been one of only creating new institutions and governing structures “when there is an apparent need” rather than in response to political pressure.Cerf says the Internet operates in a "post-Westphalian world", a reference to the peace treaty agreed by France and the Habsburg family in 1648 which brought an end to the Thirty Years war and ushered in the concept of state sovereignty which has shaped the modern world.The Internet does not respect national borders, Cerf believes, explaining that this was “very deliberate in the original design of the network.”The result of this is that “things that happen on the net are all of our responsibility no matter where they happen”.It also means that national or even European regulation can have little effect other than to fragment the online world.Lawmakers are learning this as they shape their responses to the so-called ‘right to be forgotten’ ruling by the European Court of Justice in May, which judged that the EU’s data protection laws give Europeans the right to demand that search engines delete results based on a person’s name if the data is irrelevant, out of date, inaccurate, or an invasion of privacy.This rule may apply in Europe, but there is nothing to prevent the same material being available elsewhere in the world.Can the Internet survive if politicians, engineers, the business community and activists cannot agree on how it should be run? The technologist community appears comfortable that a system which has seen its network of users increase by a factor of nearly 30 in less than two decades will not collapse any time soon.“We would hope that our systems are capable for surviving without consensus,” says Cerf. “There will be a lumpy kind of Internet if we cannot reach agreement but it will still work. TOKYO (Reuters) - Japan, the United States and South Korea are close to reaching a deal on sharing and safeguarding sensitive information on North Korea's missile and nuclear programs, Japan's Defence Ministry said on Friday.As Japan lies well within the range of North Korea's mid-range missiles, acquiring military intelligence on North Korea in a timely manner is vital for its security."Ever since defense ministers of Japan, the United States and South Korea agreed on the importance of information sharing in May, discussion has taken place at various levels," a Japanese Defence Ministry official told a media briefing."And now we are in the final stages toward signing."Under the framework, South Korea would pass relevant information to the United States, with which Seoul already has a legally-binding pact to share and safeguard intelligence called General Security of Military Information Agreement (GSOMIA), and then the U.S. would pass the information onto Japan.It would also work the other way around as the United States has signed a GSOMIA with Japan as well.Some South Koreans have voiced concerns about signing a security pact with Japan, a one-time colonial ruler. 12 To take a spoil,(OIL IS IN SPOIL) and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited, and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations, which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst of the land.

1 Therefore, thou son of man, prophesy against Gog,(LEADER OF RUSSIA) and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech (MOSCOW) and Tubal: (TUBOLSK)

3 And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand.
4 Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands,( ARABS) and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured.
5 Thou shalt fall upon the open field: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD.
6 And I will send a fire on Magog,(NUCLEAR ATOMIC BOMB) and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am the LORD.
7 So will I make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel; and I will not let them pollute my holy name any more: and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, the Holy One in Israel.
8 Behold, it is come, and it is done, saith the Lord GOD; this is the day whereof I have spoken.
11 And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will give unto Gog (RUSSIA/ARAB/MUSLIMS) a place there of graves in Israel, the valley of the passengers (EAST OF THE DEAD SEA IN JORDAN VALLEY) on the east of the sea: and it shall stop the noses of the passengers: and there shall they bury Gog (RUSSIAN) and all his multitude:(ARAB/MUSLIM HORDE) and they shall call it The valley of Hamongog.(BURIEL SITE OF THE 300 MILLION,RUSSIAN/ARAB/MUSLIMS)
12 And seven months shall the house of Israel be burying of them, that they may cleanse the land.(OF ISRAEL)
13 Yea, all the people of the land (OF ISRAEL) shall bury them; and it shall be to them a renown the day that I (GOD-JESUS) shall be glorified, saith the Lord GOD.
14 And they shall sever out men of continual employment,(NUCLEAR ATOMIC BOMB EXPERTS) passing through the land to bury with the passengers those that remain upon the face of the earth, to cleanse it: after the end of seven months shall they search.
15 And the passengers that pass through the land, when any seeth a man’s bone, then shall he set up a sign by it,(WON'T TOUCH IT) till the buriers have buried it (PROPERLY) in the valley of Hamongog.(RUSSIA/ARAB/MUSLIMS NEW BURIEL SITE)(EAST OF THE DEAD SEA IN THE JORDAN VALLEY)
