Iran leader's messianic end-times mission Ahmadinejad raises concerns with mystical visions

Iranian President Mahmoud's Ahmadinejad's mystical pre-occupation with the coming of a Shiite Islamic messiah figure – the Mahdi – is raising concerns that a nuclear-armed Islamic Republic could trigger the kind of global conflagration he envisions will set the stage for the end of the world.
While Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has been making headlines lately by questioning whether the Holocaust actually happened, by suggesting Israel should be moved to Europe and by demanding the Jewish state be wiped off the face of the earth, his apocalyptic religious zealotry has received less attention.
In a videotaped meeting with Ayatollah Javadi-Amoli in Tehran, Ahmadinejad discussed candidly a strange, paranormal experience he had while addressing the United Nations in New York last September.
He recounts how he found himself bathed in light throughout the speech. But this wasn't the light directed at the podium by the U.N. and television cameras. It was, he said, a light from heaven.

According to a transcript of his comments, obtained and translated by Joseph Farah's G2 Bulletin, Ahmadinejad wasn't the only one who noticed the unearthly light. One of his aides brought it to his attention. The Iranian president recalled being told about it by one of his delegation: "When you began with the words ‘in the name of Allah,' I saw a light coming, surrounding you and protecting you to the end."Ahmadinejad agreed that he sensed the same thing.
"On the last day when I was speaking, one of our group told me that when I started to say 'Bismillah Muhammad,' he saw a green light come from around me, and I was placed inside this aura," he says. "I felt it myself. I felt that the atmosphere suddenly changed, and for those 27 or 28 minutes, all the leaders of the world did not blink. When I say they didn't move an eyelid, I'm not exaggerating. They were looking as if a hand was holding them there, and had just opened their eyes – Alhamdulillah!"
Ahmadinejad's "vision" at the U.N. is strangely reminiscent and alarmingly similar to statements he has made about his personal role in ushering in the return of the Shiite Muslim messiah. He sees his main mission, as he recounted in a Nov. 16 speech in Tehran, as to "pave the path for the glorious reappearance of Imam Mahdi, may Allah hasten his reappearance."
According to Shiites, the 12th imam disappeared as a child in the year 941. When he returns, they believe, he will reign on earth for seven years, before bringing about a final judgment and the end of the world.
Ahmadinejad is urging Iranians to prepare for the coming of the Mahdi by turning the country into a mighty and advanced Islamic society and by avoiding the corruption and excesses of the West. All Iran is buzzing about the Mahdi, the 12th imam and the role Iran and Ahmadinejad are playing in his anticipated return. There's a new messiah hotline. There are news agencies especially devoted to the latest developments.
"People are anxious to know when and how will He rise; what they must do to receive this worldwide salvation," says Ali Lari, a cleric at the Bright Future Institute in Iran's religious center of Qom. "The timing is not clear, but the conditions are more specific," he adds. "There is a saying: 'When the students are ready, the teacher will come.'
For his part, Ahmadinejad is living up to at least part of his call to the faithful. According to reports, he lives so modestly that declared assets include only a 30-year-old car, an even older house and an empty bank account. Ahmadinejad and others in Iran are deadly serious about the imminent return of the 12th imam, who will prompt a global battle between good and evil (with striking parallels to biblical accounts of "Armageddon").
An institute set up in 2004 for the study and dissemination of information about the Mahdi now has a staff of 160 and influence in the schools and children's magazines. In Iran, theologians say endtimes beliefs appeal to one-fifth of the population. And the Jamkaran mosque east of Qom, 60 miles south of Tehran, is where the link between devotees and the Mahdi is closest.
Ahmadinejad's cabinet has given $17 million to Jamkaran.
Shiite writings describe events surrounding the return of the Mahdi in apocalyptic terms. In one scenario, the forces of evil would come from Syria and Iraq and clash with forces of good from Iran. The battle would commence at Kufa – the Iraqi town near the holy city of Najaf.
Even more controversial is Ahmadinejad's repeated invocation of Imam Mahdi, known as "the Savior of Times." According to Shiite tradition, Imam Mahdi will appear on Judgment Day to herald a truly just government.
Missed by some observers in Ahmadinejad's speech at the U.N. was his call to the "mighty Lord" to hasten the emergence of "the promised one," the one who "will fill this world with justice and peace."
Who stands in the Mahdi's way?
A top priority of Ahmadinejad is "to challenge America, which is trying to impose itself as the final salvation of the human being, and insert its unjust state [in the region]," says Hamidreza Taraghi, head of the conservative Islamic Coalition Society.
Taraghi says the U.S. is "trying to place itself as the new Mahdi." This may mean no peace with Iran, he adds, "unless America changes its hegemonic ... thinking, doesn't use nuclear weapons, [or] impose its will on other nations."

Loyalist´ Moshe Kahlon Wins Likud Vote, Shinui Party Implodes

Anti-Disengagement Likud "loyalist" MK Moshe Kahlon won his party's primaries Thursday, giving him the #3 slot after Netanyahu and Shalom. Shinui Party is in ruins, NRP had a 93% voter turnout. The so-called Likud "rebels" did well in the primaries, with four of five of the top slots going to those who opposed Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's Disengagement Plan.
Three leading anti-expulsion MKs, however, were left off the list: Michael Ratzon, Ehud Yatom and Ayoub Kara."We were elected with the message that we are going to change things," Kahlon told Israel Radio. "The Likud will no longer make decisions in the dead of night."
Jewish Leadership faction head Moshe Feiglin expressed satisfaction with the results, even though Michael Fuah, the faction's candidate for the Knesset list, did poorly in the vote.
The Likud Knesset list is as follows:
1) Likud Chairman Binyamin Netanyahu - Unhappily supported Disengagement until the week before implementation, when he left the government in protest of it.
2) Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom - Supported Disengagement from beginning to end, though came out against the abandonment of the Philadelphi Corridor between Gaza and Egypt.
3) MK Moshe Kahlon - One of the less outspoken Likud 'loyalist,' though he voted consistently against the expulsion and is a close associate of MK Dr. Uzi Landau.
4) MK Gilad Erdan - Opposed the Disengagement.
5) MK Gideon Sa'ar - Likud's coalition whip, who maintained good relations with both camps in the Likud, was outspoken in favor of a referendum on the expulsion, and mainly voted against the expulsion.
6) MK Michael Eitan - Supported the Disengagement, but also fought on behalf of residents' and activists' legal rights in Knesset Legal Committee.
7) Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin - Opposed the Disengagement.
8) Health Minister Dan Naveh - Supported the Disengagement.
9) MK Yuval Shteinitz - Supported the Disengagement, but opposed the abandonment of Philadelphi Corridor
10) Minister Limor Livnat (received enough votes for the 11th slot, but was bumped up because the 10th slot is reserved for a woman) - Supported the Disengagement.

"Tonight we saw that Likud is the only party in which there is actually democracy," chairman Binyamin Netanyahu announced Thursday night, after the results were announced. "In Kadima there is no democracy, in Shinui there is no democracy - only in Likud." 91 percent of Likud Central Committee members turned out to elect their candidates. The election of both Natan Sharansky and Yuli Edelstein is expected to help the Likud win the always-sought-after Russian swing vote. Both men were refuseniks in the former Soviet Union.
Meanwhile, the leadership of the anti-religious Shinui Party, unhappy with the results of their primaries, has decided to reject the results by splitting apart from Shinui. They plan to take with them a majority of the MKs and thereby retain the party name. A legal battle is expected, and neither of the two splinter factions can expect to do very well in the coming elections.
Shinui Party chairman Yosef "Tommy" Lapid was re-elected party chairman by a very small margin over challenger Itzik Gilad - a result of recent polls showing Lapid to be a liability to the party rather than an asset.
MK Avraham Poraz failed to win the number two slot and immediately announced his resignation from the Party, starting the domino process of resignations that brought with it Shinui MKs Ilan Shalgi, Meli Polishuk-Bloch, Ettie Livni and Ronnie Brizon. They claim they will form a new list on their own without the burden of a central committee, in order to "represent the real Shinui," according to Army Radio.
Shinui had been expected to drop from 15 Knesset seats to less than 5. Fears had been expressed that the party might not even pass the Knesset threshold, as voters migrated to the Kadima and other parties. A poll early in the week said the party could garner as many as seven seats without Lapid at the top. "The only gimmick I can pull out of the hat at the moment is to
have Lapid hospitalized and if I go into a coma," Poraz told reporters.
Moledet and NRP Primaries The Moledet party voted to keep MK Rabbi Binyamin Elon at its top spot, followed by MK Aryeh Eldad, American oleh (immigrant) Uri Bank and Alex Epstein. The four are entitled to occupy the first, sixth, ninth and tenth spots on the National
Union list, but Dr. Eldad said before the vote that if he remains in the sixth slot, he will either retire or form or join another party.
MK Nissan Slomiansky won the National Religious Party internal elections, but will remain number two as the top slot is reserved for party chairman Zevulun Orlev. After Slomiansky came former Knesset Member Eli Gabbai, followed by MK Gila Finkelstein, MK Sha'ul Yahalom and Moti Yogev. Following the vote, MK Yahalom issued a call for "all the young people to
return home to the NRP."

SANHEDRIN RECOGNIZES COUNCIL
Sanhedrin Recognizes Council to Teach Humanity ´Laws of Noah´

A group of non-Jewish delegates have come to Jerusalem to pledge their loyalty to the Laws of Noah. They appeared before the nascent Sanhedrin, which established a High Council for B'nai Noach. The ten delegates appeared before a special session of the Jewish High Court of 71 Rabbis led by its Nassi (President) Rabbi Adin Even-Israel Steinsaltz. B'nai Noach, literally "Children of Noah," also known as Noahides, are non-Jews who take upon themselves the Torah's obligations for all members of the human race.
The seven such laws were passed on via Noah following the Flood, as documented in Genesis (see below). The gathering took place under a banner quoting the Biblical passage in Tzefania 3:9 (Zephaniah) which refers to "all the nations... speak[ing] a pure language... proclaim[ing] the name of G-d.
"The Noahide delegates stood before the nascent Sanhedrin, which was reestablished over a year ago in Tiberias, following the renewal of Biblical ordination, and has met regularly since then. "Each one [of the B'nai Noach] comes with a name he has made in the world, as a teacher and example in his community of observance of the seven laws of Noah," said Rabbi Michael Bar-Ron, the Sanhedrin's emissary who facilitated the council's organization, introducing the delegates.
"At great physical and financial expense, they have flown across the world to Jerusalem, the holy city, to pledge before the court and all mankind, their allegiance to the Seven Laws of Noah, the laws of the Creator."Each of the Noahide representatives stood before the Sanhedrin and pledged:"I pledge my allegiance to HaShem, G-d of Israel, Creator and King of the Universe, to His Torah and its representatives, the developing Sanhedrin.
I hereby pledge to uphold the Seven Laws of Noah in all their details, according to Oral Law of Moses under the guidance of the developing Sanhedrin. May HaShem bless and aid me, my fellow council members and all B'nai Noach in all our endeavors for the sake of His name. Blessed are You G-d, King of the universe, who has caused me to live, sustained me, and brought me to this day.
"Roger Grattan, a council aide who lives in Maine, told Arutz-7 prior to the ceremony, "I am sure that this will be a paragraph in the history of civilization, although one could also write books on it. It is also the fulfillment of prophecy." The core members of the council are Indian Foreign Relations Coordinator Bud Gill, Billy Jack Dial, Andrew Overall, Adam Penrod, Jacob Scharff, Chairman Larry Borntrager, Honorary Noahide Council Elder Vendyl Jones, Tennessee Noahide Community Head Jack Saunders and Council Speaker Jim Long.Long addressed the rabbis of the court, requesting formal recognition of the Noahide Council:
"Your honor, esteemed rabbis of the developing Sanhedrin. We are here because of your Torah. Rabbis before you elevated the Torah and it drew us in; before that, we stumbled in darkness. Everyone here today can tell you that in the past we have experienced the need to consolidate our efforts to make the world aware of the truth."Rabbi Even-Israel Steinsaltz, on behalf of the Sanhedrin, replied: "We hereby recognize these men as the first high council of B'nai Noach in accordance with the conditions they have accepted upon themselves.
" Rabbi Steinsaltz spoke about the role of the Jewish people in bringing the Laws of Noah to the world: "I am part of this Jewish family and I have nothing bad to say about that family, but you don't go up to a man on the street and ask him to join your family. Instead you talk to him about joining the true belief in the Creator and about implementing divine justice toward his fellow man. We are setting up a global mission here – not to recruit people, but to bring them to the realization that there is one G-d.
" The Nassi explained that this aspect of Judaism lay dormant for years, as the Jewish people dealt with remaining alive and keeping the Torah in the exile. Rabbi Steinsaltz called for an extensive project to be undertaken to help B'nai Noah in the nitty-gritty details of the observance of the religion.
"A Shulhan Arukh [Jewish Law Code] for B'nai Noah must be written so that the individual can have guidance as to what to do," Steinzaltz said, referring to the compendium of practical Jewish law written by Rabbi Yosef Karo of Tzfat in the 1560's that is still used today.He then addressed the ten B'nai Noah representatives, who had endured hours of Hebrew speeches throughout the day, in English: "There are those people, so far only a small number, who say, 'We are bound by the covenant of Adam and the covenant of Noah and we know we have to perform and fulfill our obligations.' We, as Jews, have the same religion as you.
"Within the nation of Israel there is one tribe that deals with the Temple – the priests. We Jews are a specific tribe in the world that was chosen to be a tribe of priests – hereditary priests. Because of this we have special duties. Being a priest does not mean we are cut off from the other people. While the people of the world are all different units in the armies of the Lord, we are a special commando unit that maybe doesn't get paid more, but has special assignments that may be more dangerous.
" Rabbi Even-Israel spoke about the difficulties that would confront the B'nai Noah movement as it grows:"When we are speaking in general, almost every human being can more or less accept the laws of Noah, but when we get to particulars we will come to serious points, at which we disagree with Christianity and Islam."It is one thing when a religion is small, but as it gets bigger there will be huge pressures. We will be there beside you.
We are members of the same religion that was given by the Almighty to humanity. Part of it was given to the Jews and part of it was given to humanity as a whole."The Nassi added that while there are those who doubt the ability of the Sanhedrin to be more than an idea leading up to the true reestablished court, the Noahide Council cannot be doubted or criticized due to its pure motives and unprecedented mission.
Rabbi Yaakov Ariel of the Temple Institute said that although Tuesday is the Fast of the Tenth of Tevet, which commemorates the beginning of the destruction, "Our sitting in Jerusalem now, alongside B'nai Noach, demonstrates the revival and the fulfillment of the words of the prophets." Rabbi Ariel told those gathered that he had seen a rainbow that morning, "the closest thing to seeing Noah himself - the symbol of the covenant between G-d and humanity as witnessed by Noah.
"Famed archaeologist and Noahide leader Vendyl Jones addressed a festive banquet held for the Council members, speaking about the Seven Laws of Noah. He explained, in detail, the verses in the first eleven chapters of Genesis from which the seven laws are elucidated, saying that he always understood the first six, but never understood the law proscribing the eating of a limb of a living animal - until he remembered his cattle-branding days in Texas: "We would brand and castrate the cattle when I was young, and at night we would all sit around the campfire and eat what they called 'mountain oysters'" – the testicles of the still-living animals.
Rabbi Nachman Kahane, Av Beit HaDin, spoke in English. "G-d created a primitive world," he said. "We don't grow loaves of bread, but grain that must be harvested, ground up and baked. We were meant to be partners with G-d. Unfortunately, throughout history, perversions of this idea grew. How can you be G-d's partner if you are damned and born with original sin? How can you be a partner of G-d if your religion tells you to send your children to shopping malls to blow people up? What we are creating today is a reconnection between the people and G-d.
G-d is saying to humanity – everyone has a job. I happen to be a priest - I have a particular task for when the Temple is built - but all of us have a specific task just the same; I am no better."Jones told Kahane that his brother, slain Knesset Member Rabbi Meir Kahane, together with Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach, had organized one of the first conferences for B'nai Noah nearly 20 years ago.Conference on Noahide CouncilEarlier in the day, several speakers addressed issues surrounding the B'nai Noah movement as part of a conference on the establishment of the B'nai Noah Council.Sheikh Abdul Hadi Palazzi, a leader of the Italian Muslim Assembly, addressed the assembly, speaking about B'nai Noah in Islam:
"Islamic law holds within it the seven laws of Noah and can be taught correctly to the Muslims of the world... I remember reading that a new Sanhedrin was created in Jerusalem [and] my impression was very positive - I thought maybe something new had been created to allow the Jewish people to project moral and legal clarity to counterbalance the lack of it in our world." Palazzi added that the project of creating a council of Noahide teachers would hopefully counter the negative educational effect of the Gaza withdrawal, "which taught the opposite to my people - it convinced many that only terrorism works.
"Rabbi Dr. Eliyahu Zini, who heads Yeshiva Or V'Yishuah and is the rabbi of Haifa's Technion, spoke about the intuitive natural truths of the laws of Noah. "We must create a formal connection between the nation of Israel and the B'nai Noah to show the world that we are a nation of holy priests, as is dictated in our Torah," he said, speaking partly in French as well, as the conference will be available on the Sanhedrin's web site for viewing by prospective B'nai Noah worldwide. Rabbi Yoel Schwartz, who received the blessing of leading hareidi-religious Rabbi Shalom Elyashiv to engage in the project of creating a court and infrastructure for B'nai Noah, addressed the conference as well.
Rabbi Schwartz is the Deputy Av Beit HaDin [literally, Court Elder] of the Sanhedrin and the Av Beit HaDin for the B'nai Noah court. He spoke on the topic of "B'nai Noah and World Peace.""The Islamic Jihad against the world has restored religion to the center of the world's consciousness," Schwartz said. "Over 30 years ago, someone by the name of Eisenberg sent a proposal to the United Nations saying that there will never be world peace unless the citizens of the globe agree on certain principles of faith. It was adopted by the UN as one of its official documents but was not followed up upon and has since been forgotten. We are here today to follow up on that document and remind the UN why it exists.
There will be world peace when the whole world agrees that there is one G-d. There are people who do not think what I am about to say is worthwhile, but I suggested years ago that we begin to translate our books, which are meant for the nations of the world, into Arabic as well [Schwartz has authored many books on practical observance for Noahides –ed.]. It is not by coincidence that we have this nation alongside us, surrounding and living inside the land upon our return to it, who also preserves the heritage of Abraham our father.
"Schwartz has indeed translated his books to Arabic, with the help of an Arab man he met at a bus stop who asked him a Mishanaic question, telling him he had already translated the Mishna, a codification of Jewish oral law. He said the entire printing has been sold out. "Muslim parents have thanked me for teaching their child that there is a different way to heaven than becoming a shahid, a martyr," he said. Rabbi Schwartz explained that although one of the purposes of the Jewish people's exile was to disseminate belief in the Torah's truths around the world, their return to Israel has brought with it the technology to redouble our efforts from here:
"The moment we came to Israel, communication technology flourished. The telephone and radio spread rapidly, and computers and internet came soon after, changing the entire concept of communication and education. When we were in the exile, we were there to teach the world, and now that we have returned to the Land of Israel, G-d has given us the tools to do the work from here." Rabbi David Zilbershlag, Director of Meir Panim and Koach Latet, both innovative charity associations, spoke about rectifying the misdeeds of Noah's generation, the generation of the Flood. Zilbershlag said that the new Council of Noahides must focus on kindness and charity, as that was the basis of G-d's covenant with Noah (the lack of which resulted in the destruction of Noah's entire generation) and His later covenant with Abraham.
"It is hard to distribute and spread an idea that is negative, as the laws of Noah are phrased," Zilbershlag said. "We must make a great effort to find and distribute the relevant positive commandments in our tradition throughout the world as well, and the most basic of these is that of following in the footsteps of Abraham our father."Rabbi Eliyahu Essas, a former refusenik and founder of the Teshuva (return to Judaism) movement in the USSR, spoke about establishing outreach within Israel to help gentiles who moved from the former Soviet Union to Israel become aware of the Noahide laws:
"There are at least 400,000 out of the million people who came to Israel who are not Jewish according to Jewish law. There are many who think they are Jews, but do not have a Jewish mother and are therefore not Jewish according to Jewish law. 150,000 have no blood connection to the nation of Israel – spouses of Jews and relatives who came under the Law of Return. Then there are 30,000 who have nothing to do with the Jewish people, coming with forged documents.
Over there, Jews wanted to be Russians; here, Russians want to be Jews."Should we harass such a person to convert, should we leave him alone, or should we try to get him to become a Ben Noah?" Essas asked, refraining from offering answers and saying that such complicated matters must be dealt with by both the Noahide Council and the Sanhedrin's B'nai Noah Beit Din. He added that the problem of intermarriage was not discussed by previous generations because it did not exist in such numbers.
"We are dealing with 50% of families in the former Soviet Union and even more in North America. So if one spouse is a Jew and one is a Ben Noah, what will be their status? I want to raise these issues and offer a prayer to the Almighty to help us find wise solutions."Council Looking ForwardSpokesman Jim Long outlined the Council's goals:"Education is a vital part of our effort and we need you to help us with this. We need to make sure that developing Noahide groups do not split into denominations.
As we move into the public eye, we will be viewed as heretics by many. We each come from other religions and must develop ways to approach them in a manner in which they listen without closing their ears. The Noahide movement is a Torah-based template for an ethical way of life. The Creator requires humanity to uphold these laws as per His covenant with Noah. "Anyone who reads the Bible can see that your Torah is your constitution, your Bill of Rights and your deed to the Land of Israel.
We have plans to publish Noahide prayer books, children's books and documentaries on science and the world through the lens of the Torah.""We have heard that G-d is with you," Long concluded.

A group of non-Jewish delegates have come to Jerusalem to pledge their loyalty to the Laws of Noah. They appeared before the nascent Sanhedrin, which established a High Council for B'nai Noach. The ten delegates appeared before a special session of the Jewish High Court of 71 Rabbis led by its Nassi (President) Rabbi Adin Even-Israel Steinsaltz. B'nai Noach, literally "Children of Noah," also known as Noahides, are non-Jews who take upon themselves the Torah's obligations for all members of the human race.
The seven such laws were passed on via Noah following the Flood, as documented in Genesis (see below). The gathering took place under a banner quoting the Biblical passage in Tzefania 3:9 (Zephaniah) which refers to "all the nations... speak[ing] a pure language... proclaim[ing] the name of G-d.
"The Noahide delegates stood before the nascent Sanhedrin, which was reestablished over a year ago in Tiberias, following the renewal of Biblical ordination, and has met regularly since then. "Each one [of the B'nai Noach] comes with a name he has made in the world, as a teacher and example in his community of observance of the seven laws of Noah," said Rabbi Michael Bar-Ron, the Sanhedrin's emissary who facilitated the council's organization, introducing the delegates.
"At great physical and financial expense, they have flown across the world to Jerusalem, the holy city, to pledge before the court and all mankind, their allegiance to the Seven Laws of Noah, the laws of the Creator."Each of the Noahide representatives stood before the Sanhedrin and pledged:"I pledge my allegiance to HaShem, G-d of Israel, Creator and King of the Universe, to His Torah and its representatives, the developing Sanhedrin.
I hereby pledge to uphold the Seven Laws of Noah in all their details, according to Oral Law of Moses under the guidance of the developing Sanhedrin. May HaShem bless and aid me, my fellow council members and all B'nai Noach in all our endeavors for the sake of His name. Blessed are You G-d, King of the universe, who has caused me to live, sustained me, and brought me to this day.
"Roger Grattan, a council aide who lives in Maine, told Arutz-7 prior to the ceremony, "I am sure that this will be a paragraph in the history of civilization, although one could also write books on it. It is also the fulfillment of prophecy." The core members of the council are Indian Foreign Relations Coordinator Bud Gill, Billy Jack Dial, Andrew Overall, Adam Penrod, Jacob Scharff, Chairman Larry Borntrager, Honorary Noahide Council Elder Vendyl Jones, Tennessee Noahide Community Head Jack Saunders and Council Speaker Jim Long.Long addressed the rabbis of the court, requesting formal recognition of the Noahide Council:
"Your honor, esteemed rabbis of the developing Sanhedrin. We are here because of your Torah. Rabbis before you elevated the Torah and it drew us in; before that, we stumbled in darkness. Everyone here today can tell you that in the past we have experienced the need to consolidate our efforts to make the world aware of the truth."Rabbi Even-Israel Steinsaltz, on behalf of the Sanhedrin, replied: "We hereby recognize these men as the first high council of B'nai Noach in accordance with the conditions they have accepted upon themselves.
" Rabbi Steinsaltz spoke about the role of the Jewish people in bringing the Laws of Noah to the world: "I am part of this Jewish family and I have nothing bad to say about that family, but you don't go up to a man on the street and ask him to join your family. Instead you talk to him about joining the true belief in the Creator and about implementing divine justice toward his fellow man. We are setting up a global mission here – not to recruit people, but to bring them to the realization that there is one G-d.
" The Nassi explained that this aspect of Judaism lay dormant for years, as the Jewish people dealt with remaining alive and keeping the Torah in the exile. Rabbi Steinsaltz called for an extensive project to be undertaken to help B'nai Noah in the nitty-gritty details of the observance of the religion.
"A Shulhan Arukh [Jewish Law Code] for B'nai Noah must be written so that the individual can have guidance as to what to do," Steinzaltz said, referring to the compendium of practical Jewish law written by Rabbi Yosef Karo of Tzfat in the 1560's that is still used today.He then addressed the ten B'nai Noah representatives, who had endured hours of Hebrew speeches throughout the day, in English: "There are those people, so far only a small number, who say, 'We are bound by the covenant of Adam and the covenant of Noah and we know we have to perform and fulfill our obligations.' We, as Jews, have the same religion as you.
"Within the nation of Israel there is one tribe that deals with the Temple – the priests. We Jews are a specific tribe in the world that was chosen to be a tribe of priests – hereditary priests. Because of this we have special duties. Being a priest does not mean we are cut off from the other people. While the people of the world are all different units in the armies of the Lord, we are a special commando unit that maybe doesn't get paid more, but has special assignments that may be more dangerous.
" Rabbi Even-Israel spoke about the difficulties that would confront the B'nai Noah movement as it grows:"When we are speaking in general, almost every human being can more or less accept the laws of Noah, but when we get to particulars we will come to serious points, at which we disagree with Christianity and Islam."It is one thing when a religion is small, but as it gets bigger there will be huge pressures. We will be there beside you.
We are members of the same religion that was given by the Almighty to humanity. Part of it was given to the Jews and part of it was given to humanity as a whole."The Nassi added that while there are those who doubt the ability of the Sanhedrin to be more than an idea leading up to the true reestablished court, the Noahide Council cannot be doubted or criticized due to its pure motives and unprecedented mission.
Rabbi Yaakov Ariel of the Temple Institute said that although Tuesday is the Fast of the Tenth of Tevet, which commemorates the beginning of the destruction, "Our sitting in Jerusalem now, alongside B'nai Noach, demonstrates the revival and the fulfillment of the words of the prophets." Rabbi Ariel told those gathered that he had seen a rainbow that morning, "the closest thing to seeing Noah himself - the symbol of the covenant between G-d and humanity as witnessed by Noah.
"Famed archaeologist and Noahide leader Vendyl Jones addressed a festive banquet held for the Council members, speaking about the Seven Laws of Noah. He explained, in detail, the verses in the first eleven chapters of Genesis from which the seven laws are elucidated, saying that he always understood the first six, but never understood the law proscribing the eating of a limb of a living animal - until he remembered his cattle-branding days in Texas: "We would brand and castrate the cattle when I was young, and at night we would all sit around the campfire and eat what they called 'mountain oysters'" – the testicles of the still-living animals.
Rabbi Nachman Kahane, Av Beit HaDin, spoke in English. "G-d created a primitive world," he said. "We don't grow loaves of bread, but grain that must be harvested, ground up and baked. We were meant to be partners with G-d. Unfortunately, throughout history, perversions of this idea grew. How can you be G-d's partner if you are damned and born with original sin? How can you be a partner of G-d if your religion tells you to send your children to shopping malls to blow people up? What we are creating today is a reconnection between the people and G-d.
G-d is saying to humanity – everyone has a job. I happen to be a priest - I have a particular task for when the Temple is built - but all of us have a specific task just the same; I am no better."Jones told Kahane that his brother, slain Knesset Member Rabbi Meir Kahane, together with Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach, had organized one of the first conferences for B'nai Noah nearly 20 years ago.Conference on Noahide CouncilEarlier in the day, several speakers addressed issues surrounding the B'nai Noah movement as part of a conference on the establishment of the B'nai Noah Council.Sheikh Abdul Hadi Palazzi, a leader of the Italian Muslim Assembly, addressed the assembly, speaking about B'nai Noah in Islam:
"Islamic law holds within it the seven laws of Noah and can be taught correctly to the Muslims of the world... I remember reading that a new Sanhedrin was created in Jerusalem [and] my impression was very positive - I thought maybe something new had been created to allow the Jewish people to project moral and legal clarity to counterbalance the lack of it in our world." Palazzi added that the project of creating a council of Noahide teachers would hopefully counter the negative educational effect of the Gaza withdrawal, "which taught the opposite to my people - it convinced many that only terrorism works.
"Rabbi Dr. Eliyahu Zini, who heads Yeshiva Or V'Yishuah and is the rabbi of Haifa's Technion, spoke about the intuitive natural truths of the laws of Noah. VATICAN WANTS CONTROL OF JERUSALEM

The Roman Catholic Church says the Jewish state cannot be trusted to exercise control over the city of Jerusalem – ancient and eternal capital of the people of Israel. In a statement whose arrogance and contempt he seemingly could not see, the Vatican’s legal advisor in Israel, David Jaeger, told an international conference in Haifa Tuesday that Jerusalem was too important a city to leave in the hands of either “Palestinians” or Jews.
Jaeger’s view was that the status of Jerusalem required the approval of the international community as a whole. Ironically the Vatican, which claims to be spiritual home to one billion of the world’s Christians, rejects the biblical stipulation granting everlasting possession of ancient Canaan, inclusive of Jerusalem, to the Jewish people.
Since 1947 it has sought to have Jerusalem internationalized, confident that with Rome’s massive global constituency the pope will be able to exercise substantial control over the city.
Jaeger is historically on solid ground when he says the Palestinian Arabs should have no say over Jerusalem. The city has never been an Arab capital and the “Palestinians” have no historic or national rights to it (or to any other part of Israel’s biblical homeland).
The Jews, by contrast, have venerated the city as their holiest site for over 3000 years. Israel is the only nation that has ever had Jerusalem as its capital. During centuries of exile, Jews everywhere prayed daily to return to Jerusalem in order to be able to once again worship their God in this place.
Jerusalem is described in the New Testament as the “City of the great King,” referring to Jesus of Nazareth who also bears the title King of the Jews. The book of Revelation, foretelling Jesus’ return to Jerusalem, calls Him the Lion of the Tribe of Judah – i.e. He remains Jewish.
In recent history, it has only been while under Jewish administration that Jerusalem has flourished and that protected access to all of its holy places (including Christian and Muslim sites) has been guaranteed.
Between 1949 and 1967, when the Arab kingdom of Jordan occupied the eastern part of the city, the rights of Jews and Christians to visit their holy places was restricted, sometimes denied. The Jewish Quarter of the Old City was left to rot, its synagogues sacked and burned. Despite this, the Vatican believes it should have a say that could deny the right of the Jewish people to keep their beloved capital in their hands.

The Roman Catholic Church says the Jewish state cannot be trusted to exercise control over the city of Jerusalem – ancient and eternal capital of the people of Israel. In a statement whose arrogance and contempt he seemingly could not see, the Vatican’s legal advisor in Israel, David Jaeger, told an international conference in Haifa Tuesday that Jerusalem was too important a city to leave in the hands of either “Palestinians” or Jews.
Jaeger’s view was that the status of Jerusalem required the approval of the international community as a whole. Ironically the Vatican, which claims to be spiritual home to one billion of the world’s Christians, rejects the biblical stipulation granting everlasting possession of ancient Canaan, inclusive of Jerusalem, to the Jewish people.
Since 1947 it has sought to have Jerusalem internationalized, confident that with Rome’s massive global constituency the pope will be able to exercise substantial control over the city.
Jaeger is historically on solid ground when he says the Palestinian Arabs should have no say over Jerusalem. The city has never been an Arab capital and the “Palestinians” have no historic or national rights to it (or to any other part of Israel’s biblical homeland).
The Jews, by contrast, have venerated the city as their holiest site for over 3000 years. Israel is the only nation that has ever had Jerusalem as its capital. During centuries of exile, Jews everywhere prayed daily to return to Jerusalem in order to be able to once again worship their God in this place.
Jerusalem is described in the New Testament as the “City of the great King,” referring to Jesus of Nazareth who also bears the title King of the Jews. The book of Revelation, foretelling Jesus’ return to Jerusalem, calls Him the Lion of the Tribe of Judah – i.e. He remains Jewish.
In recent history, it has only been while under Jewish administration that Jerusalem has flourished and that protected access to all of its holy places (including Christian and Muslim sites) has been guaranteed.
Between 1949 and 1967, when the Arab kingdom of Jordan occupied the eastern part of the city, the rights of Jews and Christians to visit their holy places was restricted, sometimes denied. The Jewish Quarter of the Old City was left to rot, its synagogues sacked and burned. Despite this, the Vatican believes it should have a say that could deny the right of the Jewish people to keep their beloved capital in their hands.

Hospital Director Dispels Rumors: Sharon is Alive, Unconscious

The Director-General of Hadassah Hospital, Dr. Shlomo Mor-Yosef, spoke to reporters at 2 PM this afternoon and told them that the rumors of Sharon's death are not true.
"The Prime Minister's condition is stable, but still serious," he said. "All the vital signs that we measure are in accordance with what we expect after an operation of this type.
"Part of the required treatment at present," Mor-Yosef said, "is to retain low pressure within the skull, and this requires deep anesthetization for at least the coming 24 hours."
"My purpose in telling you this is, first of all, to keep you informed, and also," Mor-Yosef then added emphatically, "to put to bed the rumors that are sweeping the country. As director of Hadassah, I pledge that any change in the Prime Minister's condition will be reported to you."
Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's condition deteriorated critically upon his arrival in the hospital Wednesday night, and he underwent an emergency seven-hour operation to stop the massive bleeding in his brain. Following the surgery, his condition was described as "serious," then "very serious." It is noteworthy that virtually every interview on public television and radio begins with the interviewee saying that he is "praying for Sharon's full recovery."
Most interviewees and their interviewers even add that they "join the entire country" in praying for the Prime Minister. As news of Sharon's operation became known, Army Radio reported that "spontaneous prayer quorums" had sprouted up at the Western Wall to pray for Sharon. This appeared to be a case of wishful thinking, however, as web-photos of the holy site, backed up by eyewitness testimony, showed very sparse attendance at the Wall - except for several press photographers making a rare visit and photographing the worshipers from various angles.

“This is a difficult time for all of us,” said Acting Prime Minister Ehud Olmert at the emergency cabinet meeting he led Thursday morning.The meeting was unusually short, and no decisions were made. “Arik is not just a leader, but a close friend to us all," Olmert said. "We all hope that Arik, who has won many battles in his life, will emerge from this one as well, healthy and whole."
Olmert conducted the meeting next to Prime Minister Ariel Sharon’s empty chair, which was placed as usual at the center of the long cabinet conference table.
Attorney-General Menachem Mazuz clarified today that Sharon is still considered to be only "temporarily" unable to fulfill his duties, meaning that Olmert is still only a "substitute" Prime Minister. The "temporary" period ends automatically after 100 days - but in any event, the national elections are only 82 days away.
Mazuz explained that the "temporary" period could also end based on a clear medical prognosis about Sharon's condition. In any event, Mazuz clarified that the elections will be held on March 28, as scheduled.An unprecedented amount of power has now been concentrated in the hands of Ehud Olmert. In addition to serving as prime minister, he also holds the powers and portfolios of 12 government ministries. The ministries were recently vacated by the Labor Party ministers, and Sharon had not yet appointed their replacements.
At a meeting of police and security leaders today, it was decided that if the Prime Minister passes away, they will be the first to be informed. This, in order to enable the police and Shabak (General Security Service) to prepare for various situations, ranging from the expected arrival of throngs of citizens to the hospital, up to total preparedness of the security establishment
for internal and external threats.
It was further decided that a total curfew would be declared on the Arab-populated areas of Judea and Samaria. Army forces are to be thickened in Judea and Samaria, and specifically around Gaza, from where Kassam rockets are expected to be fired in response to the news.
Likud party leader MK Binyamin Netanyahu has suspended his decision that Likud ministers must leave the government. That decision was supposed to take effect on Sunday, after Prime Minister Sharon’s heart catheterization which had been scheduled for today (Thursday).
“We’re still in [the government]," a senior Likud official said.
"We have a responsibility to the country, and this not the time to discuss resignations." Netanyahu himself said that all politicking should be put on hold for a few days. Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom, #2 man in the Likud, said, “This is a painful and difficult time for the Israeli people. The hour is difficult and complicated.”Education Minister Limor Livnat (Likud) said, “We are praying for the prime minister’s recovery. The Likud is represented at the cabinet meeting and will be here in the future.”
Agriculture Minister Yisrael Katz (Likud), one of the only opponents of the disengagement who remained in Sharon’s Cabinet, said, “The Likud will stay in the government to assist its new head.” He described Sharon as “a great fighter who is now lying powerless, and we are all praying for his welfare.”Justice Minister Tzippi Livni (Kadima), to whom Sharon was reportedly planning to grant a very high place on the party's Knesset list, said, “The message coming out of today’s cabinet meeting, aside from hoping and praying, is that the government is functioning. I will do everything I can to help the Acting Prime Minister function as leader of this government, and to make the right decisions.
I am certain that the other ministers will do the same.”Rabbi Yitzchak David Grossman, Chief Rabbi of the development town of Migdal HaEmek in the lower Galilee, visited Sharon's hospital room this afternoon. Rabbi Grossman, who spoke to Sharon yesterday afternoon, moved from Jerusalem's insulated Meah She'arim quarter over 30 years ago straight to Migdal HaEmek, is the founder and head of the Migdal Or yeshiva institutions, in which over 6,000 students - mostly from underprivileged homes - study.

AUSTRIA EU 2006 TAKEOVER
I like the way Jeremy Riflkin in his book, The European dream puts the European Union : How Europe's vision of the future is quietly eclipsing the American dream. In Chapter 9 called the United States of europe.
The European union is the third-largest governing institution in the world. Its 455 million citizens are spread out over a landmass that is half the size of the continental United States. In the course of the next 2 years, its people will ratify a constitution, pledgeing their lives and fortunes, and tying their personal and collective destiny to its political success.
What is Europe?
All in all , the EU is a remarkable feat, especially when one stops to reflect on the fact that even its architects are unsure of exactly what the EU represents. The problem is that there has never been any governing institution like the EU.
It is not a state, even though it acts like one. Its laws supercede the laws of the twenty- five nations that make it up and are binding. It has a single currency-the Euro-that is used by many of its members. It regulates commerce and trade and coordinates energy, transportation, communications, and increasingly, education across the many national borders that make it up.
Its citizens all enjoy a common EU passport. It has a European Parliament, which makes laws, and a European Court, whose judicial decisions are binding on member countries and the citizens of the EU. And it has a president and a military force. In many of the most important particulars that make up a state, the EU qualifies. Yet, it cannot tax its citizens, and its member states still enjoy a veto on any decision that might commit their troops to be employed.

Although it coordinates and regulates activity that takes place within the territorial boundries of its nation-state members, it has no claim to territory and is, in fact, an extra-territorial governing institution. This is what makes the EU unique.
Nation-states are geographically defined governing institutions that control specific territory. Even dynasties and empires claimed ultimate control over the territory of their subject kingdoms. The only faint historical parallel to the EU is the Holy Roman Empire of the 8th to the early nineteenth centuries. In that period, the Vatican claimed ultimate sovereignty over the principalities, city-states, and kingdoms of much of western and northern Europe.
In reality, the Holy see's actual influence over territory-related matters was more moral and ethical than enforceable. The member states of the European Union still control the territory they represent, but their absolute power over geography has been steadily eroded by EU legislative encroachments.
For example, the Schengen Agreement, an EU agreement forged in 1985, gives the European Union the power to create a Europe -wide set of rules governing immigration into the EU, and even includes a European police force to protect the EU's members' borders. The individual states, however still retain the right to decide how mant immigrants to allow into their country and to designate which countries outside the EU they can emigrate from.
Because the EU itself is not bound by territorial constraints, it can continue to bring new states under its umbrella. Indeed, the eU's criteria for membership is value-based rather than geographically conditioned. In theory, any country can apply for membership and, if it fulfills the qualificatiions, be admitted into the union. The open-ended and inclusive nature of this new kind of governing institution has caused concern among existing members and tentions among prospective candidate nations.
Some argue that even though membership is value-based, it ought to be limited only to those countries that make up historical Europe. he problem is, historians disagree as to exactly what constitutes historical Europe. Geographers say there is no such thing as the European continent. Yet others argue that Europe begins at the edge of the Atlantic Ocean and extends across europe into Russia and even to Turkey to the southeast. Is Russia part of Europe or Asia? Is Turkey part of Europe or the Mideast? Recall, the ottman Empire controlled parts of europe at various times. So is Europe part of the Mideast?
Where, then does the European Union end? No one knows. EU observers use the term "variable geometry" to encompass all of the possible combinations that might make up this new governing experiment. If it's hard to grasp exactly what the EU is, it is because it is continuously metamorphosing into new forms as it adjusts to fast-moving new realities. The EU is , in actuality, the first really post-modern governing institution.
Like Daniel says this EU will devour the whole world thru peace agreements.

'New thoughts' from Austria as it takes EU helm

Vienna : Austria is to revive the moribund European constitution and will promote expansion of the European Union, but it will also raise a critical voice on issues like the involvement of European institutions in the domestic affairs of the 25 member states, according to Chancellor Wolfgang Schüssel, whose country took over the six-month rotating EU presidency on Sunday.
Following months of bitter contention over the Union's direction, Schüssel, 60, said Europe needed "some moments of fantasy and flexibility and new thoughts." He said he would restart efforts to draft a new constitution at an EU conference on European identity to be held in Salzburg in late January. In an interview at his office at the chancellery, Schüssel was generally upbeat about Europe's prospects. But he warned that Turkey might never become a full member of the EU and said that the services directive, a bill making it easier for European workers and companies to offer services abroad, should be probably be scrapped and rewritten.
"We shouldn't wait too long to revive the debate on the European future," Schüssel said. He said he aimed to have a timetable and road map for ratification of a new European constitution ready by mid-2006, when Austria hands over the EU presidency to Finland. French and Dutch voters rejected the previous constitution in referendums last spring, effectively killing its chances of ratification. The dense and lengthy document had been drafted by about 100 European notables headed by Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, the former French president.
Schüssel called that process elitist and anachronistic, declaring, "I want to avoid a top-down approach." This time, he said, a broad spectrum of citizens including scientists, journalists and professors should contribute ideas for a new constitution. "We should really now start again with a real European debate," he said in the interview Friday, adding that a new document could possibly be ratified in tandem with European parliamentary elections in 2009.
Although much of the current unhappiness about the EU appears to stem from the latest round of expansion, from 15 to 25 members, in May 2004, Schüssel said he would push plans to add another four members quickly. Romania and Bulgaria should be able to join by 2007, or 2008 at the latest, he said, while membership for Croatia and Macedonia should follow soon after.
The European Commission, the EU executive, is expected to announce in the coming months whether Romania and Bulgaria have made the grade. Bulgaria in particular has "made enormous progress in fights against organized crime," Schüssel said.
Regarding Turkey, which opened EU membership talks in October, Schüssel said it deserved to be a candidate even though the outcome of negotiations toward full membership remained uncertain. "The end must be open," he said. This is the second time Austria has held the EU presidency since the country of eight million joined the EU in 1995.
Schüssel, who has led the center-right People's Party for a decade, said the timing was felicitous because it coincided with the 250th anniversary of the birth of Mozart and the 150th anniversary of the birth of Sigmund Freud, both born in present-day Austria.
The anniversaries, he said, could serve as "a hook to make visible that Europe is not only one identity, but that European identity consists of a great variety of sounds, images, thoughts, poems, languages, cultures - even smells, when you think about all those varieties of cooking."
In addition to the focus on identity, Schüssel said, a key event of the Austrian presidency will be a conference in April, in the northern Austrian town of Saint Poelten, on the principle of "subsidiarity" - EU jargon for allowing member states to keep rule-making under local control where possible. Even as Europeans integrate their economies, it remains critical to respect national sovereignty, Schüssel said.
"There are some tendencies within the European Union that can be seen with critical eyes," he said, notably "an extension of communitarian law by the European court. The Luxembourg-based European Court of Justice is similar to the U.S. Supreme Court in the way it decides how to apply federal-style laws. A recent decision by EU judges to force national treasuries to reimburse companies for tax losses outside their home countries was among a series of "backdoor decisions of the European court" that Schüssel said served to extend EU law without politicians' prior agreement.

Fires destroy acres and homes in Texas, and Oklahoma. Western parts of California get flooded big time. Australia wildfires raging as of January 1,06. And last but not least, The European Union troops come in to Israel as part of a 3 year agreement with the Palestinians to help at the border.
God said that on the feast days prophesies would be fulfilled. As we see right off in Genesis 1:14
14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:
Notice Jewish feast days begin from 6 PM till 6 PM the following night. Notice in this verse and let them be for SIGNS. What is prophesy. Prophesy is SIGNS being fulfilled, its no accident that these fires and flooding and EU troops come into Israel on this Chanukah 2005-2006.
All kinds of happenings have happened on previous feast days, and in the future all the main
prophesy happenings will be on feast days or Israeli hollidays.

Like Reuven Kossover said since January 1,06 and the Jewish Calendar Tevet 01,5766 line up this means judgement for the Nations. Well he got that one right from Rav Yehoshua Friedman. In Just the Last week, From The begining of Chanukah (December 25) to January 01,06.
Fires destroy acres and homes in Texas, and Oklahoma. Western parts of California get flooded big time. Australia wildfires raging as of January 1,06. And last but not least, The European Union troops come in to Israel as part of a 3 year agreement with the Palestinians to help at the border.
God said that on the feast days prophesies would be fulfilled. As we see right off in Genesis 1:14
14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:
Notice Jewish feast days begin from 6 PM till 6 PM the following night. Notice in this verse and let them be for SIGNS. What is prophesy. Prophesy is SIGNS being fulfilled, its no accident that these fires and flooding and EU troops come into Israel on this Chanukah 2005-2006.
All kinds of happenings have happened on previous feast days, and in the future all the main

ELIJAH AND MOSES IN ISRAEL
Matthew 17:10-11
10 And his disciples asked him, saying, Why then say the scribes that Elias must first come?
11 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things.
Malachi 4:5-6
5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:
6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
There is actually 2 witnesses, Elijah went to heaven in a rapture. And so did Enoch. Moses died and God hid his body.
1 - First we get the scripture that Enoch was raptured to heaven.
HEBREWS 11:55 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
2 - Second Elijah being raptured to heaven.
2 KINGS 2:1,11-12
1 And it came to pass, when the LORD would take up Elijah into heaven by a whirlwind, that Elijah went with Elisha from Gilgal.
11 And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.

I find this scripture very intersting! Why would God say that even though Moses was 120 years old he himself and his eyes were still strong and not week. Was God giving us a hint here that Moses will be the other witness in the Book of Revelation Chapter 11.
Now I have explained all of the above for a reason , because now we go to Revelation CH 11 to see 2 future preachers coming to Israel to preach to Israel and the world that they have to repent for the King is returning to Earth bodily. (JESUS), to rule and reign from Davids throne.
Revelation 11:1-2
1 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.
2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.
In these 2 verses we see the 3RD TEMPLE is rebuilt. Before the 2 WITNESSES COME ON THE SCENE.

3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore (1,260) days, clothed in sackcloth.
4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.
Right off it says 2 WITNESSES will preach for 3 1/2 years.
Who are these 2 Witnesses?
Well I believe they will be Elijah and Moses, and we will have a closer look why I think this.

5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.
6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.
Notice these 2 preachers are preaching Prophesy! Prophesy is KING JESUS is returning to earth bodily to rule and reign from Jerusalem from Davids throne. Why all the SIGNS JESUS gave us to look for, all the SIGNS are for his 2ND coming to earth.

We see these 2 will kill people that try to hurt them when their preaching Prophesy by shooting fire out of their mouths. This will be a miracle in itself, but coming from Elijah and Moses GOD done many miracles with these 2 in Bible times.

ELIJAH first!!!!! - ELIJAH means my God is Jah, or God himself
God answered Elijahs prayer in the past by making it rain. and other miracles as you will read.
1 KINGS 18:1-2,43-45
1 And it came to pass after many days, that the word of the LORD came to Elijah in the third year, saying, Go, shew thyself unto Ahab; and I will send rain upon the earth.
2 And Elijah went to shew himself unto Ahab. And there was a sore famine in Samaria.
43 And said to his servant, Go up now, look toward the sea. And he went up, and looked, and said, There is nothing. And he said, Go again seven times.
44 And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man’s hand. And he said, Go up, say unto Ahab, Prepare thy chariot, and get thee down, that the rain stop thee not.
45 And it came to pass in the mean while, that the heaven was black with clouds and wind, and there was a great rain. And Ahab rode, and went to Jezreel.
Isnt this interesting that Elijah told Ahab to go to the sea 7 times, when it is during the future 7 year peace treaty that these 2 preachers will be preaching. And it is also the 70th week of Daniels prophesy. We might just see a connection here. From past to present.
And one more interesting fact Elijahs name means God himself. during this 7 yr treaty it is God judging the world of sin, but still like Moses name means drawer out, God will be drawing people to himself during this time of trouble on the earth.
Malachi 4:6

2 KINGS 2:8
8 And Elijah took his mantle, and wrapped it together, and smote the waters, and they were divided hither and thither, so that they two went over on dry ground.
2 KINGS 1:2
2 And Elijah answered and said unto them, If I be a man of God, let fire come down from heaven, and consume thee and thy fifty. And the fire of God came down from heaven, and consumed him and his fifty.
MOSES second!!!! - MOSES name means drawer out.
God used Moses mightily to free his people in the past, why not in the future again. By the miracles of the 10 plaques. Here is something interesting again God wanted to show SIGNS for the generations of Israelis, and during this 7 yr tribulation or peace treaty the SIGNS of the end of the age of grace are being fulfilled!. And like I said before it also is Daniels 70th week to fulfill all the prophesies after dealing with Israel, and Jerusalem. Notice in verse 3 of Exodus 10 we read Thus saith the Lord God of the Hebrews. And one more intersting fact God is dealing with Hardened hearted people just like Pharaoh here in Exodus 10. During this 7 yr of incredible commandment breaking.
1ST PLAGUE WATER TURNED TO BLOOD Exodus 7:17-21, Revelation 16:3
17 Thus saith the LORD, In this thou shalt know that I am the LORD: behold, I will smite with the rod that is in mine hand upon the waters which are in the river, and they shall be turned to blood.
18 And the fish that is in the river shall die, and the river shall stink; and the Egyptians shall lothe to drink of the water of the river.
19 And the LORD spake unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and stretch out thine hand upon the waters of Egypt, upon their streams, upon their rivers, and upon their ponds, and upon all their pools of water, that they may become blood; and that there may be blood throughout all the land of Egypt, both in vessels of wood, and in vessels of stone.

3RD PLAGUE LICE Exodus 8:15-17
15 But when Pharaoh saw that there was respite, he hardened his heart, and hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said.
16 And the LORD said unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch out thy rod, and smite the dust of the land, that it may become lice throughout all the land of Egypt.

4TH PLAGUE FLIES Exodus 8:22-24

23 And I will put a division between my people and thy people: to morrow shall this sign be.

24 So there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such as there was none like it in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation.

14 And the locusts went up over all the land of Egypt, and rested in all the coasts of Egypt: very grievous were they; before them there were no such locusts as they, neither after them shall be such.
15 For they covered the face of the whole earth, so that the land was darkened; and they did eat every herb of the land, and all the fruit of the trees which the hail had left: and there remained not any green thing in the trees, or in the herbs of the field, through all the land of Egypt.
9TH PLAGUE DARKNESS FOR 3 DAYS. Exodus 10:20-23, Revelation 16:10
20 But the LORD hardened Pharaoh’s heart, so that he would not let the children of Israel go.
21 And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, even darkness which may be felt.
22 And Moses stretched forth his hand toward heaven; and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days:
23 They saw not one another, neither rose any from his place for three days: but all the children of Israel had light in their dwellings.
10TH PLAGUE FIRSTBORN KILLED Exodus 11:4-10, Revelation 16:14-16
4 And Moses said, Thus saith the LORD, About midnight will I go out into the midst of Egypt:
5 And all the firstborn in the land of Egypt shall die, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sitteth upon his throne, even unto the firstborn of the maidservant that is behind the mill; and all the firstborn of beasts.
6 And there shall be a great cry throughout all the land of Egypt, such as there was none like it, nor shall be like it any more.
7 But against any of the children of Israel shall not a dog move his tongue, against man or beast: that ye may know how that the LORD doth put a difference between the Egyptians and Israel.
8 And all these thy servants shall come down unto me, and bow down themselves unto me, saying, Get thee out, and all the people that follow thee: and after that I will go out. And he went out from Pharaoh in a great anger.
9 And the LORD said unto Moses, Pharaoh shall not hearken unto you; that my wonders may be multiplied in the land of Egypt.
10 And Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh: and the LORD hardened Pharaoh’s heart, so that he would not let the children of Israel go out of his land.
Alright so this is why I think the two Witnesses will be Elijah and Moses. Now lets continue on to see what happenes to these two at the midpoint of the 7 yr tribulation.
Revelation 11:7-10
7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.
8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.
9 And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.
10 And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.
So Here we see The EU leader has Elijah and Moses murdered, and will not let their bodies be buried for 3 1/2 days. But lets look at the next interesting turn of events in Revelation 11:11-12
11 And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.
12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.
Here we see yet another rapture to Heaven. After the 3 1/2 days Elijah and Moses are brought back to life and raptured to heaven by God in front of thousands at Jerusalem and even millions through television. Since they were hated, everybody will be watching their dead bodies lying on the street in Jerusalem, so they won't miss out on this rapture either. There will probably be a continuous camera on them so people can glote over their bodies live throught the internet.
Then we see how God gets revenge on the Gloters in Jerusalem.
Revelation 11:13
13 And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.
So here we see our Awesome God getting revenge on gloters of Elijah and Moses dead bodies. The very same hour a gigantic earthquake occurs, 1/10TH of Jerusalem is destroyed and 7,000 people die in this quake. And the rest that were in Jerusalem gave God the glory only because they are so scared, not because of true repentence.
I will leave you with a nice verse for the Israelis to cling to from Matthew 8:11.

5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.
We will recognize by what these 2 witnesses do, why I think it will be Elijah and Moses.
Revelation 11:6
6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.
ELIJAH first!!!!! - ELIJAH means my God is Jah, or God himself
God answered Elijahs prayer in the past by making it rain. and other miracles as you will read.
1 KINGS 18:1-2,43-45
1 And it came to pass after many days, that the word of the LORD came to Elijah in the third year, saying, Go, shew thyself unto Ahab; and I will send rain upon the earth.
2 And Elijah went to shew himself unto Ahab. And there was a sore famine in Samaria.
43 And said to his servant, Go up now, look toward the sea. And he went up, and looked, and said, There is nothing. And he said, Go again seven times.
44 And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man’s hand. And he said, Go up, say unto Ahab, Prepare thy chariot, and get thee down, that the rain stop thee not.
45 And it came to pass in the mean while, that the heaven was black with clouds and wind, and there was a great rain. And Ahab rode, and went to Jezreel.
Isnt this interesting that Elijah told Ahab to go to the sea 7 times, when it is during the future 7 year peace treaty that these 2 preachers will be preaching. And it is also the 70th week of Daniels prophesy. We might just see a connection here. From past to present.
And one more interesting fact Elijahs name means God himself. during this 7 yr treaty it is God judging the world of sin, but still like Moses name means drawer out, God will be drawing people to himself during this time of trouble on the earth.
Malachi 4:6
6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
2 KINGS 2:8
8 And Elijah took his mantle, and wrapped it together, and smote the waters, and they were divided hither and thither, so that they two went over on dry ground.
2 KINGS 1:2
2 And Elijah answered and said unto them, If I be a man of God, let fire come down from heaven, and consume thee and thy fifty. And the fire of God came down from heaven, and consumed him and his fifty.
MOSES second!!!! - MOSES name means drawer out.
God used Moses mightily to free his people in the past, why not in the future again. By the miracles of the 10 plaques. Here is something interesting again God wanted to show SIGNS for the generations of Israelis, and during this 7 yr tribulation or peace treaty the SIGNS of the end of the age of grace are being fulfilled!. And like I said before it also is Daniels 70th week to fulfill all the prophesies after dealing with Israel, and Jerusalem. Notice in verse 3 of Exodus 10 we read Thus saith the Lord God of the Hebrews. And one more intersting fact God is dealing with Hardened hearted people just like Pharaoh here in Exodus 10. During this 7 yr of incredible commandment breaking.
1ST PLAGUE WATER TURNED TO BLOOD Exodus 7:17-21, Revelation 16:3
17 Thus saith the LORD, In this thou shalt know that I am the LORD: behold, I will smite with the rod that is in mine hand upon the waters which are in the river, and they shall be turned to blood.
18 And the fish that is in the river shall die, and the river shall stink; and the Egyptians shall lothe to drink of the water of the river.
19 And the LORD spake unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and stretch out thine hand upon the waters of Egypt, upon their streams, upon their rivers, and upon their ponds, and upon all their pools of water, that they may become blood; and that there may be blood throughout all the land of Egypt, both in vessels of wood, and in vessels of stone.

3RD PLAGUE LICE Exodus 8:15-17

4TH PLAGUE FLIES Exodus 8:22-24
22 And I will sever in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there; to the end thou mayest know that I am the LORD in the midst of the earth.
23 And I will put a division between my people and thy people: to morrow shall this sign be.
24 And the LORD did so; and there came a grievous swarm of flies into the house of Pharaoh, and into his servants’ houses, and into all the land of Egypt: the land was corrupted by reason of the swarm of flies.
5TH PLAGUE DEAD ANIMALS Exodus 9:1-6, Revelation 16:3
1 Then the LORD said unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh, and tell him, Thus saith the LORD God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me.
2 For if thou refuse to let them go, and wilt hold them still,

7TH PLAGUE PESTILENCE, HAIL Exodus 9:22-25, Revelation 16:21
22 And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch forth thine hand toward heaven, that there may be hail in all the land of Egypt, upon man, and upon beast, and upon every herb of the field, throughout the land of Egypt.
23 And Moses stretched forth his rod toward heaven: and the LORD sent thunder and hail, and the fire ran along upon the ground; and the LORD rained hail upon the land of Egypt.
24 So there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such as there was none like it in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation.
25 And the hail smote throughout all the land of Egypt all that was in the field, both man and beast; and the hail smote every herb of the field, and brake every tree of the field.
EXODUS 10:1-31 And the LORD said unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh: for I have hardened his heart, and the heart of his servants, that I might shew these my signs before him:

8TH PLAGUE LOCUSTS. Exodus 10:12-15, Revelation 9:3-4
12 And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand over the land of Egypt for the locusts, that they may come up upon the land of Egypt, and eat every herb of the land, even all that the hail hath left.
13 And Moses stretched forth his rod over the land of Egypt, and the LORD brought an east wind upon the land all that day, and all that night; and when it was morning, the east wind brought the locusts.
14 And the locusts went up over all the land of Egypt, and rested in all the coasts of Egypt: very grievous were they; before them there were no such locusts as they, neither after them shall be such.
15 For they covered the face of the whole earth, so that the land was darkened; and they did eat every herb of the land, and all the fruit of the trees which the hail had left: and there remained not any green thing in the trees, or in the herbs of the field, through all the land of Egypt.
9TH PLAGUE DARKNESS FOR 3 DAYS. Exodus 10:20-23, Revelation 16:10
20 But the LORD hardened Pharaoh’s heart, so that he would not let the children of Israel go.
21 And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, even darkness which may be felt.
22 And Moses stretched forth his hand toward heaven; and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days:
23 They saw not one another, neither rose any from his place for three days: but all the children of Israel had light in their dwellings.
10TH PLAGUE FIRSTBORN KILLED Exodus 11:4-10, Revelation 16:14-16
4 And Moses said, Thus saith the LORD, About midnight will I go out into the midst of Egypt:
5 And all the firstborn in the land of Egypt shall die, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sitteth upon his throne, even unto the firstborn of the maidservant that is behind the mill; and all the firstborn of beasts.
6 And there shall be a great cry throughout all the land of Egypt, such as there was none like it, nor shall be like it any more.
7 But against any of the children of Israel shall not a dog move his tongue, against man or beast: that ye may know how that the LORD doth put a difference between the Egyptians and Israel.
8 And all these thy servants shall come down unto me, and bow down themselves unto me, saying, Get thee out, and all the people that follow thee: and after that I will go out. And he went out from Pharaoh in a great anger.
9 And the LORD said unto Moses, Pharaoh shall not hearken unto you; that my wonders may be multiplied in the land of Egypt.
10 And Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh: and the LORD hardened Pharaoh’s heart, so that he would not let the children of Israel go out of his land.
Alright so this is why I think the two Witnesses will be Elijah and Moses. Now lets continue on to see what happenes to these two at the midpoint of the 7 yr tribulation.
Revelation 11:7-10
7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.
8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.
9 And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.
10 And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.
So Here we see The EU leader has Elijah and Moses murdered, and will not let their bodies be buried for 3 1/2 days. But lets look at the next interesting turn of events in Revelation 11:11-12
11 And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.
12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.
Here we see yet another rapture to Heaven. After the 3 1/2 days Elijah and Moses are brought back to life and raptured to heaven by God in front of thousands at Jerusalem and even millions through television. Since they were hated, everybody will be watching their dead bodies lying on the street in Jerusalem, so they won't miss out on this rapture either. There will probably be a continuous camera on them so people can glote over their bodies live throught the internet.
Then we see how God gets revenge on the Gloters in Jerusalem.
Revelation 11:13
13 And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.
So here we see our Awesome God getting revenge on gloters of Elijah and Moses dead bodies. The very same hour a gigantic earthquake occurs, 1/10TH of Jerusalem is destroyed and 7,000 people die in this quake. And the rest that were in Jerusalem gave God the glory only because they are so scared, not because of true repentence.
I will leave you with a nice verse for the Israelis to cling to from Matthew 8:11.
Matthew 8:11
11 And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.
That means a resurrection of the dead for all the righteous Israelis since the beginning of time. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem and Come quickly Lord JESUS. AMEN and AMEN.

MICROCHIP IMPLANTS

Hospital to Test ID Chip in Patients

Nov. 23--A controversial device that can store security information and is the size of a grain of rice will make its way into the right arms of some 50 volunteering Arrowhead Regional Medical Center patients. But, its purpose here won't be to provide bank account or e-mail passwords to the Colton hospital's staff.
The VeriMed microchip system will be used to store valuable information such as type of allergies and current medication so physicians can determine the safest treatment in the event someone is unconscious or unable to speak. On Tuesday, the county Board of Supervisors approved the hospital's request to take part in a pilot program with the microchip's maker, VeriChip Corporation, for four months.
The hospital will receive 50 of the devices and, on a voluntary basis, will implant them into its patients. Dr. Dev GnanaDev, Arrowhead Regional medical director, said the program is part of the hospital's push to get appropriate care to those with chronic ailments such as cardiovascular disease or diabetes.
Arrowhead Regional's emergency room is often occupied by patients with a chronic disorder who can't effectively communicate their medical needs. For example, GnanaDev said a diabetic might enter the hospital in a coma, but ER staff might not associate the two because
they don't have access to medical records that quickly.
"In a situation like that, just a few more minutes might make a difference," he said.
With the Board's approval, Arrowhead Regional becomes the seventh hospital in the country and the first in California to agree to pilot the microchip.
Depending on the time it takes to get up and running, Arrowhead Regional's program could become just the second to go online, said John Procter, a spokesman for VeriChip Corporation.
Currently, Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey is the only hospital nationwide where the device is in use.
The microchip was approved by the Federal Food and Drug Administration last year for medical purposes. However, because it can be used to store other, more private information, Supervisor Gary Ovitt said he is opposed to the hospital's proposal to pilot it.
The 4th District supervisor said, philosophically, he's not opposed to implanting medical devices such as pacemakers. However, he didn't see the need for implanting a device in someone with identifying information.
"It's kind of a privacy issue," he said. Bill Postmus, chairman of the board, also cast a dissenting vote. GnanaDev said he understood Ovitt's position and those of privacy rights advocates.
"Our answer to that is that we're not identifying anyone; we're not tracking anyone; we're just giving them a number that links them to their medical records," he said.
VeriChip is a subdermal radio frequency microchip that, once inserted under the skin in a brief outpatient procedure, can not be seen by the human eye. Each chip contains a unique 16-digit verification number that is captured by passing a scanner over the insertion site.
The 16-digit number links to a database via encrypted Internet access. That stored information is then conveyed via the Internet to the requesting healthcare provider. A similar device has been used as a location aid in pets for about 15 years.
For the pilot, Arrowhead Regional will receive 50 devices at no cost, as well as the scanning device. If there is interest in more chips, the hospital would enter into a separate agreement with VeriChip Corporation to purchase them, pending approval from the Board of Supervisors.

THE DESTINY OF NATIONS
THE DESTINY OF NATIONS By Asher Intrater
Every nation has two groups of people in it: the general population, which is seen by God as being in rebellion to His authority (Psalm 2); and the remnant, which is the group of true born-again followers of Jesus (Yeshua). The spiritual destiny of a nation is carried by the remnant of believers within that nation. We cannot understand God’s purpose and destiny for a nation by the unbelievers— even though the unbelievers are usually the majority population within the nation.
When God looks at a nation, He looks at it like a piece of fruit—like a banana with a peel, or like a nut with a shell surrounding it. The unbelievers in the nation are like the outer shell, but you—the believing remnant within the nation—are the part that God is looking at as the bearers of the national destiny! God’s purpose and the destiny for your nation is not in the hard outer shell of the unbelievers; it is in the core fruit of the believing remnant of your nation! Let me give you a couple of examples. We cannot understand the spiritual destiny of China by looking at the communist regime of Mao Tse-Tung.
That is only the carnal exterior of China—the chaff! The “wheat†of China is the approximately 100 million believers found in it's underground church. When God looks at China He sees both the wheat and the chaff. If we do not have much spiritual discernment, we will only see the chaff, because that is what is visible to the natural eye. That is, we would only be able to see communist China and not the fruit of God within the underground Chinese church. It takes spiritual sight to see the hidden remnant within China, but it is only the believing remnant that carries the purpose and destiny of God for China.
In the end, God will separate the two. Remember that God takes the chaff and burns it up (Matthew 3:12)! The communist regime is not even going to be in the kingdom of God, but the underground Chinese church will be. We understand why God made the Chinese nation, when we see its underground Church. Consider the suffering and courage of that community of faith. What would the kingdom of God be without them? Let me give you another example: the believing remnant of Palestinians in Israel. One of the joys we Messianic Jews have in Israel is our relationship with Palestinian Christians. I’m talking about born again, Spirit-filled, evangelizing believers who are Arab by birth! We have organized conferences from time to time, in which we enjoy precious worship and communion together.
As Jews we are enriched by our fellowship with Arab Christians, because they carry with them some of the culture of our forefather Abraham. Our people—the Jewish people—have been scattered in exile for the past two thousand years, and so we have come back somewhat as strangers to our own land. We have actually discovered some of our own roots through our Arab Christian friends! Our ministry in Israel is in partnership with a group of Palestinian evangelists who are preaching the gospel to Muslims in the West Bank. They are in danger of their lives from day to day. Yet Muslims are being saved through them! Like the underground church of China, they also suffer for their faith. As a Jewish believer, I cannot imagine the kingdom of God without the remnant of true Arab Christians!
God has a spiritual purpose and destiny for every tribe, tongue, people and nation - if only we will have spiritual eyes to see it. The same holds true for Israel. If you want to understand the purpose for our nation, you cannot look at the unbelievers. You have to look at the hidden believing remnant within Israel.
Romans 11:2-5"God has not cast away His people whom He foreknew. Do you not know what the Scripture says of Elijah, how he pleads with God against Israel…? But what does the divine response say to him? 'I have reserved for Myself seven thousand men who have not bowed the knee to Baal.' Even so then, at this present time there is a remnant according to the election of grace."
Perhaps you did not even know that there is a believing remnant in Israel. Today - similar as in Elijah's days - there are more than 7,000 people who are Israeli citizens, Jewish by physical birth, and born again by the Spirit of Yeshua. I am blessed to count myself as one of those. As it was in the example of the Chinese Church and the Palestinian Christians, so it is with the Messianic Remnant of Israel. The destiny of our nation is found within the believing community, not in the unbelieving majority. If you want to understand what God is doing in Israel, the primary place you will be able to see it is within the Messianic Remnant. Some of you have become confused in trying to understand God's destiny for Israel by looking at our unbelieving politicians—right wing or left wing, or by our unbelieving rabbis—Orthodox or Reform. That is not where you are going to see God's purpose for Israel! Why are you willing to have spiritual discernment when you look at every other nation of the world except for our nation?!
I want to challenge you as Christian intercessors. If you want to understand the purpose of Israel you must look past the outer shell of our unbelieving politicians and rabbis, and you must look to the core remnant of true believers within our nation. If you continue to try to see the spiritual destiny and purpose of Israel by looking only at the unbelievers, you will only get confused either on one side or the other. Either you might become an "Israel-worshipper"; in which case you might start believing that a right-wing politician or religious rabbi is saved just because he can quote some things from the Bible. On the other hand, you might end up in "Replacement Theology", rejecting God's plan for Israel altogether because you say, ‘These people are not spiritual and not believers in Yeshua. Therefore they can't be Israel; and God has no special destiny for this nation.’ That is also a grave mistake.
Both Israel idolatry and Replacement theology are errors. Both come from the mistake of missing the role of the Messianic remnant within the nation. The Messianic Remnant provides the correction for both Israel idolatry and Replacement theology. As in every other nation, to understand the destiny and purpose of God for Israel we must look with spiritual discernment at the believing remnant within the nation. This remnant of evangelizing believers is how the kingdom of God is increasing. That reality is no less true in Israel than it is in every other nation on the face of the earth.
We must have God’s vision for the nations which is expressed and carried only in the believing remnant of that nation. There are two possible destinies for the peoples in every nation. There is the good destiny that comes from God and a perversion of that destiny which comes from the devil. We can see this in Zechariah 14 where the phrase “all nations†is used twice in the chapter. At the beginning of the chapter (verses 2-3) it says, “For I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem to battle†and they will be destroyed by Yeshua at His second coming. (NAS) Then toward the end of the same chapter in (v.16) it also says that “…every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem†(or, you could say, the remnant of every nation) shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.†KJV
You see that “all the nations†have both a positive divine destiny and a negative demonic destiny. The struggle between those two destinies is what spiritual warfare is all about. You are the representative within your nation that carries the destiny that God sees for your nation. You contain within you a vision for the salvation of your nation. You are not going to be the part of the unbelievers from “all nations†that come up to Jerusalem to be destroyed! You represent the kernel of wheat within your nation and not the chaff. You carry God’s vision for the nations regarding Israel. You are called to partner with the remnant of believers in Israel through intercession and support of God’s purposes within Israel.
Your future is to be among those from all the nations who will gather each year to worship King Yeshua in Jerusalem. This is The Destiny of the Nations that is carried within the remnant of every tribe and tongue and people and nation…including Israel and including your nation.
Dan 12:3Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever.
Heb 12:28-29...since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our "God is a consuming fire."

Every nation has two groups of people in it: the general population, which is seen by God as being in rebellion to His authority (Psalm 2); and the remnant, which is the group of true born-again followers of Jesus (Yeshua). The spiritual destiny of a nation is carried by the remnant of believers within that nation. We cannot understand God’s purpose and destiny for a nation by the unbelievers— even though the unbelievers are usually the majority population within the nation.
When God looks at a nation, He looks at it like a piece of fruit—like a banana with a peel, or like a nut with a shell surrounding it. The unbelievers in the nation are like the outer shell, but you—the believing remnant within the nation—are the part that God is looking at as the bearers of the national destiny! God’s purpose and the destiny for your nation is not in the hard outer shell of the unbelievers; it is in the core fruit of the believing remnant of your nation! Let me give you a couple of examples. We cannot understand the spiritual destiny of China by looking at the communist regime of Mao Tse-Tung.
That is only the carnal exterior of China—the chaff! The “wheat†of China is the approximately 100 million believers found in it's underground church. When God looks at China He sees both the wheat and the chaff. If we do not have much spiritual discernment, we will only see the chaff, because that is what is visible to the natural eye. That is, we would only be able to see communist China and not the fruit of God within the underground Chinese church. It takes spiritual sight to see the hidden remnant within China, but it is only the believing remnant that carries the purpose and destiny of God for China.
In the end, God will separate the two. Remember that God takes the chaff and burns it up (Matthew 3:12)! The communist regime is not even going to be in the kingdom of God, but the underground Chinese church will be. We understand why God made the Chinese nation, when we see its underground Church. Consider the suffering and courage of that community of faith. What would the kingdom of God be without them? Let me give you another example: the believing remnant of Palestinians in Israel. One of the joys we Messianic Jews have in Israel is our relationship with Palestinian Christians. I’m talking about born again, Spirit-filled, evangelizing believers who are Arab by birth! We have organized conferences from time to time, in which we enjoy precious worship and communion together.
As Jews we are enriched by our fellowship with Arab Christians, because they carry with them some of the culture of our forefather Abraham. Our people—the Jewish people—have been scattered in exile for the past two thousand years, and so we have come back somewhat as strangers to our own land. We have actually discovered some of our own roots through our Arab Christian friends! Our ministry in Israel is in partnership with a group of Palestinian evangelists who are preaching the gospel to Muslims in the West Bank. They are in danger of their lives from day to day. Yet Muslims are being saved through them! Like the underground church of China, they also suffer for their faith. As a Jewish believer, I cannot imagine the kingdom of God without the remnant of true Arab Christians!
God has a spiritual purpose and destiny for every tribe, tongue, people and nation - if only we will have spiritual eyes to see it. The same holds true for Israel. If you want to understand the purpose for our nation, you cannot look at the unbelievers. You have to look at the hidden believing remnant within Israel.
Romans 11:2-5"God has not cast away His people whom He foreknew. Do you not know what the Scripture says of Elijah, how he pleads with God against Israel…? But what does the divine response say to him? 'I have reserved for Myself seven thousand men who have not bowed the knee to Baal.' Even so then, at this present time there is a remnant according to the election of grace."
Perhaps you did not even know that there is a believing remnant in Israel. Today - similar as in Elijah's days - there are more than 7,000 people who are Israeli citizens, Jewish by physical birth, and born again by the Spirit of Yeshua. I am blessed to count myself as one of those. As it was in the example of the Chinese Church and the Palestinian Christians, so it is with the Messianic Remnant of Israel. The destiny of our nation is found within the believing community, not in the unbelieving majority. If you want to understand what God is doing in Israel, the primary place you will be able to see it is within the Messianic Remnant. STANS ISRAELI FLAG ISSUE SHOT DOWN
THE ISRAELI FLAG ISSUE.
The Issue I went to City hall against was Homosexuals flying their flag outside of City Hall. But when I wanted a Christian symbol (the israeli flag) flown , I got shot down as you will read. But one good thing did come out of it, no more flags can be flown outside city hall but Canadian and visiting dignitaries flags.
Here is a copy of what I said in front of City Council members Monday July 11,05.

What kind of a City or Country are we when we take God out of everything and call sin as normal, such as Strippers(nothing but legal prostitution), Drug and Alcohol abuse, Abortion(murder of innocent babies and Homosexuality and adultery.
What does God say about this kind of activity of commandment breaking and leaving him out of everything. These are not my words these are Gods words. In Lev 26:16 It says, I will bring upon you sudden terror, waisting diseases and fever that will drain your life away. And also in Psalm 9:17 it says The wicked shall be turned in to Hell, and all the Nations who forget God. I think we should start listening to the voice of God that is powerful and truth and start respecting him.
And as a sign of respect to our God and to the Nation of Israel I would like to demand that the Israeli flag be flown permamently outside city hall as a sign of appreciation for the Israelis, their future Messiah and as a sign for the majority of Owensound who are Christians.
As we as Christians know Jesus our savior is Jewish and as our leader and future King of Jerusalem, I demand on behalf of all the Christians worldwide that the Israeli flag be flown outside of city hall permanantly.
If minorities can have their flag outside city hall, I surely believe the majority of Owensounders can demand the Israeli flag be flown as a sign of our leader Jesus our God to be flown as well.
You can not just give minorities their say and leave the majority out in the cold.
So I as a christian on behalf of all TRUE CHURCHES demand that the Israeli flag be flown outside city hall permanantly as reminder of our support for the Nation of Israel and our Jewish savior Jesus Christ our leader.
Thank you very much for agreeing with the majority as the minorities got their symbol of respect at city hall.
Just lastly I would like to state the symbol of the rainbow in the Bible states in Genesis 9:11-13 GOD promised No MORE JUDGEMENT by flooding the whole earth or its inhabitants. Is it not interesting that minorities use a symbol of judgement in their human rights issues.

WHATS SO SPECIAL ABOUT CHRISTMAS? 1 John 4:14
14 And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.

John 8:41 Ye do the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God.

ALL CLONES ARE VIRGIN BIRTHS.SURELY THE GOD OF ISRAEL COULD PUT A SINLESS PERSON (JESUS) IN A BODY.
Isaiah 7:14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
Matthew 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.
Luke 1:34-35 Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.
WHY A VIRGIN BIRTH?
Because we all were guilty through Adams fall. Roman 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have
sinned:
Adams blood stream became polluted. Now for the Almighty God to by pass the polluted blood stream of Adam, he sent his son and Jesus said in Hebrews 10:5 A body my father prepared for me. And in that body was the precious blood.
1 Peter 1:19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
Blood without taint, blood without sin. All the blood in a baby is stricktly from the man, no mother ever passes her blood, she only nurishes the child. Its the blood in the sperm. And so they had to avoid it, and they did through a virgin Birth. praise God.
Now this virgin born one came for one reason.1 John 4:14 And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.
Theres only one way to be saved, thats through the cross of Jesus Christ. Isaiah 53:4-7 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.
He came for this. He knew why he came. He was laid in that grave. Christ died for our sins. He was buried and he rose again the third day. Now without the resurrection, none of this would be true.
Why?
Because Romans 1:4 says Christ is declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of Holiness.
How?
By the resurrection of the dead. So you can trust him today. This one (JESUS) is soon coming back to set up his Kingdom for 1000 years. Revelation 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast,
neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

ALL CLONES ARE VIRGIN BIRTHS.SURELY THE GOD OF ISRAEL COULD PUT A SINLESS PERSON (JESUS) IN A BODY.
Isaiah 7:14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
Matthew 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.
Luke 1:34-35 Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.
WHY A VIRGIN BIRTH?
Because we all were guilty through Adams fall. Roman 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have
sinned:
Adams blood stream became polluted. Now for the Almighty God to by pass the polluted blood stream of Adam, he sent his son and Jesus said in Hebrews 10:5 A body my father prepared for me. And in that body was the precious blood.
1 Peter 1:19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
Blood without taint, blood without sin. All the blood in a baby is stricktly from the man, no mother ever passes her blood, she only nurishes the child. Its the blood in the sperm. And so they had to avoid it, and they did through a virgin Birth. praise God.
Now this virgin born one came for one reason.1 John 4:14 And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.
Theres only one way to be saved, thats through the cross of Jesus Christ. Isaiah 53:4-7 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.
He came for this. He knew why he came. He was laid in that grave. Christ died for our sins. He was buried and he rose again the third day. Now without the resurrection, none of this would be true.
Why?
Because Romans 1:4 says Christ is declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of Holiness.
How?
By the resurrection of the dead. So you can trust him today. This one (JESUS) is soon coming back to set up his Kingdom for 1000 years. Revelation 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast,
neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

PRAYER
LORD JESUS, SAVIOR OF THE WORLD. YOU CAME TOOK A BODY. AND THAT BLOOD IN THAT BODY, WAS SHED FOR ME. TO WASH ME, TO CLEANSE ME AND TO SAVE ME. TODAY, I RECIEVE YOUR SACRIFICE FOR ME. LORD JESUS, COME INTO MY HEART. I PRAY THIS IN YOUR HOLY NAME KING JESUS. AMEN AND AMEN.
AND WE ALL PRAY FOR THE PEACE OF JERUSALEM, AND COME QUICKLY LORD JESUS.
