What exactly is a class II device that is implantable? Approved by the FDA, a class II implantable device is an implantable radio frequency transponder system for patient identification and health information.The purpose of a class II device is to collect data in medical patients such as claims data, patient survey data, standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary.

The Dangers of Nuclear War: U.S.-Russian Nuke Deal no Cure for Real Threat

BEIJING, April 2 — After nearly a year’s negotiations, the U.S. and Russian governments finally reached an agreement on further reduction and limitation of nuclear weapon arms. The agreement will be signed on April 8, limiting the total number of warheads to less than 1,550. Overall, it is good for world peace and stability as well as the prevention of nuclear proliferation, but we shouldn’t be over-optimistic about the treaty.The motivations behind the treaty are clear. Russia is opposed to the U.S. missile defense system and its deployment in Eastern Europe. The U.S. continues to expand the scope of the missile defense system, which constitutes a real threat to Russia in Eastern Europe.With 95 percent of the world’s total nuclear warheads, the U.S. and Russia are the world’s two largest nuclear powers. Russia has more than 14,000 missiles and the U.S. has more than 9,000. This remains one of the few areas where the former U.S.’s national strength is as great as ever, so the U.S. is active in working toward compromise in this field.Yet the treaty has its problems. In the existing agreements, the number of nuclear warheads was limited to between 1,500 and 2,200. This new agreement itself has no new breakthroughs and has not met the expectations of the international community. Half a year ago, the limit of 1,500 was proposed, but in the end, it became 1,550, no big breakthrough at all.

The most fundamental problem is that the provisions do not eliminate nuclear weapons but instead change their level of readiness. Nuclear weapons have three states of readiness: fully equipped and ready to be fired, readied but with the head and body separated, and finally, in storage conditions with the warhead removed.This treaty reduces the number of fully equipped nuclear weapons to less than 1,550, but the excess missiles will not be destroyed, only moved to a different state of readiness. They could be activated and re-weaponized in only a short span of time.Despite the agreement, the U.S. also continues to work on developing new nuclear weapons itself. While some are being moved from the frontlines, lighter, more accurate weapons are being developed, as well as so-called bunker-busters designed to penetrate deeply into the Earth.The U.S.-Russian agreement only limits bilateral development, but the real concern is the spread of nuclear weapons worldwide. The U.S. is planning to hold a nuclear safety summit on April 13 where the core issue is the nuclear non-proliferation.Once nuclear technology spreads, and especially if terrorist organizations get their hands on nuclear materials, the consequences are unpredictable, and it is in every country’s interests to prevent this.U.S. standards on nuclear proliferation are also inconsistent. It gives tacit approval to Israel’s nuclear weapons program, and makes no effort to discourage Japan from stockpiling raw materials that could, in theory, produce thousands of nuclear weapons.In contrast, the U.S. has been particularly sensitive to Iran and North Korea. Iran has not tested nuclear weapons, but claims to developing civilian nuclear facilities. However, the U.S. has been strongly working for sanctions against it as a consequence and even considering military actions.Out of political considerations, the U.S. has adopted two completely different standards on the use of nuclear technology by various nations.To make a convincing case for non-proliferation, the U.S. should apply the same standards to every country.

The Federal Communications Commission does not have the legal authority to slap Net neutrality regulations on Internet providers, a federal appeals court ruled Tuesday.
A three-judge panel in Washington, D.C., unanimously tossed out the FCC's August 2008cease and desist order against Comcast, which had taken measures to slow BitTorrent transfers before voluntarily ending them earlier that year.Because the FCC has failed to tie its assertion of regulatory authority to an actual law enacted by Congress, the agency does not have the power to regulate an Internet provider's network management practices, wrote Judge David Tatel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Tuesday's decision could doom one of the signature initiatives of FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski, a Democrat. Last October, Genachowski announced plans to begin drafting a formal set of Net neutrality rules--even though Congress has not given the agency permission to do so. That push is opposed by Verizon and other broadband providers. Our primary goal was always to clear our name and reputation,Comcast said in a statement.We have always been focused on serving our customers and delivering the quality open-Internet experience consumers want.

Net neutrality proponents responded to Tuesday's ruling by saying the FCC should slap landline-style regulations on Internet providers, which could involve price regulation, service quality controls, and technological mandates. The agency should immediately start a proceeding bringing Internet access service back under some common carrier regulation,Public Knowledge's Gigi Sohn said. The Media Access Project said, without mentioning common carrier regulations directly, that the FCC must have the ability to protect the rights of Internet users to access lawful content and services of their choice.In a statement on Tuesday, the FCC indicated that it was thinking along the same lines. The D.C. Circuit did not close the door to other methods for achieving this important end,the agency said. A spokeswoman declined to elaborate. Early reaction on Capitol Hill cleaved along party lines. Kay Bailey Hutchison, the Texas senator and senior Republican on the Senate Commerce Committee, said: It would be wrong to double down on excessive and burdensome regulations, and I hope the FCC chairman will now reconsider his decision to pursue expanded commission authority over broadband services.But Rep. Ed Markey, the Massachusetts Democrat who had drafted one of the unsuccessful Net neutrality bills, said: I encourage the (FCC) to take any actions necessary to ensure that consumers and competition are protected on the Internet.Markey noted that he reintroduced similar legislation last summer--it's been stuck in a House subcommittee even though House Speaker Nancy Pelosi once said there was an urgent need to enact it.

The FCC had known all along that it was on shaky legal ground. Its vote to take action against Comcast was a narrow 3-2, with the dissenting commissioners predicting at the time that it would not hold up in court. FCC Commissioner Robert McDowell, a Republican, said at the time that the FCC's ruling was unlawful and the lack of legal authority is sure to doom this order on appeal.The ruling also is likely to shift the debate to whether Congress will choose to explicitly grant the FCC the authority to regulate companies' network management practices. It will also likely revive lobbying coalitions that have been defunct for the last few years. In 2006, Congress rejected five bills, backed by groups including Google, Amazon.com, Free Press, and Public Knowledge, that would have handed the FCC the power to police Net neutrality violations. Even though the Democrats have enjoyed a majority on Capitol Hill since 2007, the political leadership has shown little interest in resuscitating those proposals. We must decide whether the Federal Communications Commission has authority to regulate an Internet service provider's network management practices,Tatel wrote in his 36-page opinion. The commission may exercise this ancillary authority only if it demonstrates that its action--here barring Comcast from interfering with its customers' use of peer-to-peer networking applications--is reasonably ancillary to the...effective performance of its statutorily mandated responsibilities.In August 2005, the FCC adopted a set of principles saying consumers are entitled to run applications and use services of their choice.But the principles also permit providers' reasonable network management and, confusingly, the FCC admitted on the day of their adoption that the guidelines are not enforceable.The FCC's 2008 vote to punish Comcast stems from a request from Free Press and its political allies, including some Yale, Harvard, and Stanford law school faculty.This is not the first time that the FCC has been rebuked for enacting regulations without any actual legal authority to do so. In 2005, the Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit ruled the agency did not have the authority to draft its so-called broadcast flag rule. And a federal appeals court in Pennsylvania ruled in the Janet Jackson nipple-exposure incident that the FCC's sanctions against CBS--which publishes CNET News--amounted to an arbitrary and capricious change of policy.

Update 11:25 a.m. PDT: Here's an e-mail I received from Sam Feder, a former FCC general counsel who's now a partner at the Jenner and Block law firm in Washington: There are no great paths forward. The court decision is not broad enough to have a good shot at overturning it in the Supreme Court, and for the same reason, it is unlikely to prod Congress into enacting legislation. Reclassifying broadband under Title II--a path advocated by some public interest groups--might provide a more sound legal basis for moving forward, but the politics of that move are awful. The ISPs would fight tooth and nail to avoid reclassification, and the public interest groups are unlikely to be happy unless reclassification is accompanied by significant regulation. In the end, that move makes nobody happy. I think the best path forward is to try to articulate different grounds for exercising ancillary jurisdiction, a path the court left open, and then taking your chances in court. If you do, you can see a lot of articles and responses from investors who have been keenly watching the developments in bullion market.The whistle-blower in this biggest gold fraud was Andrew Maguire, an experienced precious metal trader in London. In an riveting interview (which is available on the internet all over the world) with GATA director, Adrian Douglas, Maguire describes a new dynamic impacting gold. The fact is that, there is a huge short position in the market.The CFTC hearing confirmed what GATA has been saying all along, that the gold market is being manipulated. And, how? It is inevitable that the big traders and hedge funds will push the naked shorts to the wall by asking for physical metal. If there is a squeeze on the naked shorts, the sky is the limit for precious metal prices.There have been reports that over the past 10 years, the gold cartel has staged a controlled retreat. It has been fighting the advancing gold price with propaganda, paper short sales and the occasional dishoarding of physical metal from central bank vaults and more recently, the IMF. The CFTC hearing came about in part because of long-term complaints from organizations such as the Gold Anti-Trust Action Committee and individual analysts such as Ted Butler, Reg Howe, James Turk, Frank Veneroso and Adrian Douglas that the gold and silver commodity markets have been subject to blatant extensive price suppression manipulation by the US government and its trading partners.In November 2009, Andrew Maguire, a former Goldman Sachs silver trader in that firm’s London office, had contacted the CFTC Enforcement Division to report the illegal manipulation of the silver market by traders at JPMorgan Chase. He described how the JPMorgan Chase silver traders bragged openly about their actions, including how they gave a signal to the market in advance so that other traders could make a profit during the price suppressions.Maguire had a series of emails with Eliud Ramirez of the CFTC enforcement division explaining how the manipulations were tied to the Bureau of Labor Statistics monthly release of non-farm payroll figures and other recurring events.In effect, the commissioners were told that almost all of the trading activities on the London exchange were merely settled by paper for paper, not for physical metals as the exchange supposedly requires. Further, the commissioners were told that it was impossible for the London exchange to ever deliver all the gold and silver owed to the owners of contracts.After the hearing, GATA publicly released copies of Maguire’s e-mails with the CFTC.

2) Is the Commission aware that investigations by these complainants, observations by pilots and statements by government bodies increasingly suggest that what is happening is that aircraft are emitting into dry air small particles consisting of barium, aluminium and iron, a phenomenon which in public debate in America has come to be known as chemtrails?

3) Unlike contrails, chemtrails are not an inevitable by-product of modern aviation. Does the Commission know, therefore, what is the purpose of artificially emitting these Earth-derived substances into the Earth's atmosphere? Does it help to cause rain, benefit telecommunications or combat climate change?

A covert look at Dalit Baum & New Israel Fund-In-Depth undercover investigative report: Academic lesbians for jihad By Lee Kaplan, Communications Director

1 April 2010: The Israeli taxpayers should take notice of Dalit Baum who bills herself as a Professor of Gender Studies and World Economy at the University of Haifa and Beit Berl College. As these taxpayers work to feed their families in an always tight Israeli economy, little do they know that Dalit Baum is traveling the world and the Internet, funded in part by the two sinecures provided from these taxpayer-supported colleges in Israel, to do all she can to see that those taxpaying Israelis lose their jobs, if not their entire country, and that they be unemployed.

Dalit Baum’s specialty is promoting BDS, or Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions against Israel as a modern extension of the Arab League Boycott. As a radical member of the Coalition of Women for Peace, an NGO set up mostly by lesbian academics in support of the Arabs getting whatever they want from Israel, Dalit Baum has further carved out a niche for herself in the subgroup titled Who Profits From the Occupation?

You want to know who profits from the Occupation? Dalit Baum profits, that’s who. Baum was the founder of the radical group Black Laundry that is composed of radical lesbians who support the misogynist Arabs in their quest to dismantle the Jewish state. One should write a book on Baum titled How to have an academic career based solely on your own sexual disambiguation and by destroying the State of Israel.The only advanced degree she holds is a PhD in mathematics. But her anti-Israel activism, or rather, subversion, lands her lots of teaching work worldwide where she strives to bring down the Jewish state. I searched for hours and could not find one book or significant academic article by Baum in either Gender Studies or Economics.
Despite this, Baum does the lecture circuit in the US in Women’s Studies departments, primarily ones that have lesbian activists like herself who will hire her. It’s easy to see how she proclaims herself an expert on Gender Studies since she is a study in and of herself. As for World Economy, she lectures on how to economically boycott Israel, so gets the bully pulpit of classrooms (particularly in America) to push that agenda too. Her reading materials for a course she gave once at UC Santa Cruz that required students plan and carry out an activist attack on something (preferably Israel) included a book by Miriam Simos, aka Starhawk, an International Solidarity Movement (ISM) crazy who tells everyone she is a witch and practices paganism. This is an example of the academic research and sourcing as practiced by Dalit Baum as a field of academic study.

Her real research is in how to help the Arabs destroy Israel.

On February 17, 2010, Dalit Baum gave a guest lecture in San Francisco, California that was sponsored by the UC Berkeley Students for Justice in Palestine, part of the same ISM that foments riots every weekend in Bi’ilin and works to bring money and material goods to Hamas in Gaza. Baum’s Who Profits? website is even permanently linked on the SJP’s website where their mission is to destroy Israel.The purpose of her lecture was to train activists in San Francisco in how to expand the BDS campaign against Israel in America. About 35 hardcore radicals showed up for this session and I attended it undercover and filmed everything that is now viewable with this article.For an excellent example of how Dalit Baum over the last several years has routinely lied or distorted facts on the college lecture circuit in order to demonize the Jewish state, there is a post by a California blogger named Becky Johnson that illustrates Baum in action before a mostly college-aged audience in Santa Cruz, California, where she has been allowed to teach.Back then and even to this day, during the lecture I attended, and on her website, she says that Israel holds 10,000 political prisoners in its jails, meaning that every Palestinian Arab who murdered an Israeli, or attempted to, or built bombs, should be released unconditionally. She is not a pacifist working toward peace, but rather a subversive working to destroy the same state that employs her and gives her two sinecures to go abroad and isolate Israel in the world of public opinion.I arrived at Baum’s training lecture early at 745 Valenica Street in San Francisco to see her in action. At the door, I was asked to sign a pledge card agreeing to participate in activities to boycott any companies accused of being complicit with the occupation.

Literature accompanying the pledge card stated the goal of the campaign was to end the occupation and colonization of all Arab lands (i.e. Israel itself),to recognize the fundamental rights of the Arab Palestinian citizens of Israel (Israeli Arabs) to full equality (which they already have by law in Israel that is enforced by the government), and a guaranteed right of return of all refugees (any Arab who says he is one) to their homes and properties left in 1948 (the Catch 22 so there can never be peace without tearing apart the Jewish state).This wasn’t a limited program to make a peace settlement in the region, but another form of warfare against Jews, in essence, starving them out of their country and national homeland. This type of action was said to be nonviolent and helping human rights, that is, by starving the Jews into submission. This was a lecture by an Israeli woman (thing) who wants Israel destroyed to become Palestine despite her two-faced denials.The event was sponsored by the Students for Justice in Palestine at UC Berkeley that just fixed a divestment proposal to be passed by the student government there as well Break the Siege, a group that works to assist Hamas against Israel, by trying to stop Israel from preventing the importation of weapons into Gaza by sea or land from Iran.Of note, there was a colorful brochure handed out to us at the door for the Coalition of Women for Peace, the NGO that Dalit Baum also works for. CWP’s brochure boasted how “In November 2006 we led a collation of 17 Israeli organizations and more than 100 groups around the world to protest against the economic and military siege of the Gaza strip (in other words, support for Hamas). The one month campaign included demonstrations, public events, car convoys, an on-line petition and more.Another excerpt declared The world says no to Israeli occupation.

The document then had a section titled Re-framing Security. It explained that security was a euphemism to justify all military activity and the occupation of Palestinian territories.It continued,The Reframing Security Project explores this term from the broadest feminist-civil perspective, thus challenging the narrow militaristic understanding of security. Security in its civil forms includes aspects such as economic security (having a job, a roof over one’s head, access to health care), security in the family and the community (safety from gender-related violence, protection from crime, having one’s children safe in schools), environmental security (clean tap water, clean air), etc. The project generates critical discourse through lecture series, workshops and tours for groups of formal educators and informal educators (like Baum’s presentation that evening), young leaders, social activists and other actors for change.Ironically, the Boycott lecture and training that Baum was to give that evening, based on information from her, already has cost jobs and social welfare benefits to Israelis who I guess are not entitled to security in its civil forms. Gender related violence as honor killings is normal in the Palestinian Authority and prohibited in Israel, and Israeli children in Sderot at school are subject to missile attacks from Hamas that CWP supports, but this too is apparently lost on Baum and her supporters. Even Gaza enjoys clean water thanks to Israel, not Hamas.Despite this, Dalit Baum‘s perverse lecture implied that human rights would be served by denying these same basic feminist-civil ideas of security to Jews and other Israelis.The brochure then listed eleven CWP allies that are also affiliated with the International Solidarity Movement, such as Machsom Watch that interferes with Israeli soldiers at checkpoints, Women in Black that demonstrates also in favor of Hamas, New Profile that was recently raided by the police for encouraging desertion and draft dodging from the IDF, and the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom, a pro-Marxist group that sponsors a woman named Anna Baltzer who tours churches in America giving Christians fake reports on how Israel routinely commits atrocities against innocent Arabs and where she concludes how violence against Israelis is a natural reaction to such things. Baltzer is against Israel existing as a Jewish state so it isn’t a stretch to figure out that Dalit Baum is on the same page given the evening’s lecture.

The back page of the brochure generated the most of my interest.It read, For a US-tax deduction (minimum $100), make out a check to New Israel Fund. Write in the memo line For the Coalition of Women for Peace and mail to NIF, 1101 14th Street NW, 6th Floor, Washington, DC 200005-5639.In Israel there has been a major scandal about the New Israel Fund (NIF) funding all manner of subversive and destructive organizations. Naomi Chazan, the head of NIF in Israel has denied publicly that NIF funds any such entities. Yet here in San Francisco was proof that NIF does exactly that; Baum’s event was advertised as a CWP event and her Who Profits? website is part of CWP. What most Israelis and even American Jews don’t know, is that above Chazan as Chairman of the Board of NIF, sits Martin Indyk, the former US State Department ambassador in Tel Aviv who has always opposed Israeli communities in Judea and Samaria and supported Palestinian goals no matter how unreasonable. NIF was clearly funding this starve the Jews out lecture by Dalit Baum.So much for Chazan’s denials and further proof of a fifth column working from inside Israel’s academia funded from the outside.Other flyers handed out at the door urged End Apartheid. Boycott Israeli Goods,South Africa Did It, and Take the Pledge Now. Given that Israel is the only state in the Middle East that does not practice apartheid, the goal of the literature and speech that evening was to fool the naïve into thinking they are promoting a campaign as was conducted against former South Africa where apartheid was really practiced. Sadly, this manipulation of facts to fool people into hating Israel was further promoted by Baum during the evening’s talk. Still another flyer listed companies the pledges should work to boycott or encourage people to divest from. These companies included non-Israeli companies that were American firms that have Jewish managers or owners such as Estee Lauder.

In that case, it was explained that the owner, Ron Lauder, who is Jewish, volunteers for the Jewish National Fund, a quasi-national governmental organization that was established in 1901 to acquire Palestinian land… according to one flyer. It mentioned Lauder’s company was targeted for attack by Queers Undermining Israeli Terrorism (QUIT)another homosexual anarchist group that Dalit Baum belongs to.Given that the JNF purchased all its land legally before the creation of either Israel or a Palestinian state when the area was part of the Ottoman Empire, particularly back in 1901, and is somehow responsible for settlements today (meaning helping Jews find homes in Israel), Lauder’s company being listed is really a boycott against American Jews, if anything, and a violation of US Civil Rights Laws. Other American companies targeted for boycott included Hanes, Playtex, Champion, Ball Park Hot dogs and even the Wonderbra (perhaps a different type of support?).Even Victoria’s Secret’s bras were subject to the list because their cotton is grown in Israel on confiscated Palestinian land.Of course, since all of Israel is on confiscated Palestinian land in the view of Dalit Baum and her crowd, even the land purchased legally by Lauder’s Jewish National Fund back in 1901, this was a Boycott against all of Israel, not just the occupation of the West Bank or its settlements.This fact was also explained to us by Dalit Baum during her lecture. At first she said her group, Who Profits?, as part of the CWP, was only interested in the West Bank, Gaza, the Golan Heights and East Jerusalem, not inside the Green Line from 1948. Yet at one point during the lecture she told us that it is impossible to boycott just the occupied territories as they claim they do, that her group does indeed promote the boycott of all of Israel.Although the event was sponsored and advertised by the UC Berkeley chapter of the Students for Justice in Palestine that only weeks later was to push through a divestment bill by the University’s student government, the evening was introduced as an event by the BACIA, the Bay Area Campaign to End Israeli Apartheid. The host told us his group wasn’t shifting the debate away from the occupation,but rather devoting their efforts to do BDS work.

The goal of having Dalit Baum there that evening was to (1) get people to sign pledge cards to agree to boycott Israeli products (2) to damage the Israeli economy and 3) to keep in touch with a newsletter and other events to keep the boycott going.

Baum began her lecture by explaining that Who Profits? grew out of a discussion by CWP about the need to know more of the economic aspects of the 1967 occupation.She then went on to explain that it is impossible to separate the economy of the ’67 occupation from the entire community of Israel.Because of this, she said,we had to switch our thinking around.Occupation is expensive, costs a lot. Maybe we should pull out, too expensive to hold onto, when maybe the money could be used for health care,she explained.If you flip it, and look at it for profits and how all the money from US Israel relations goes to corporations and the military, some goes here, some goes there, we can trace money and look for a pattern.Israeli society profits from the occupation. Those close to the decision making in the government have more clout .Thus was born her organization and website with CWP, Who Profits? she explained, as a means of direct influence on Israel’s economy with three categories of involvement:The main idea is for activists to show things openly so as to invade the privacy of corporations or the government.Next, came the settlements calling to report on anything built beyond the Green Line. Although CWP is run by an Arab leader and an Israeli, she stated that since she and her colleagues are Israelis it allows them freedom of movement including at checkpoints only Israelis could have. She explained that most of her work involved taking photographs and using Google. She boasted about how she was told it is illegal for security reasons to take photos at checkpoints and how she scoffed at the soldiers who told her so, continuing on anyway.

She flashed a photo of the entrance to the Barkan Industrial Zone in Judea/Samaria, The biggest center with all the money,she said and explained how she made it a major target for boycott.It’s near the settlement of Ariel, she explained,most of their exports are kitchen items.She said that the settlers send her letters: They really were angry. We employ Palestinians, provide a service, why are you against us? she almost snickered. She said she replied to them We are doing what we can for peace, and offered them a chance to work with CWP to help Palestinians or do what she termed Green Work.The only Green Work I saw was Hamas green.There are many initiatives to boycott settlement products…, she continued,…very tiny, very small initiatives. Don’t buy settlement products. We want people to do much more.The life in Israel is affected by the economy of the settlements, she explained, as she described some of the settlement products such as halvah, and seasonings and herbs, whose origins in the settlements is concealed by some companies that use non-settlement addresses inside Israel.She explained the reason for this was Israel has free trade agreements with the US and EU that may not include the occupied territories. As such, her movement could force these Israeli companies to pay higher import taxes citing Germany as an example of how her group made some of the companies pay higher customs duties.This, of course, lowers profits and can cost people jobs. But Dalit Baum was on a mission and just getting warmed up.She mentioned that IT customer services are big in the settlements, as well.Two companies provide this,she said. She explained how people in America who thought they were calling an American customer service agent in the US were rerouted to places like Modi’in in Israel where there is usually an American Jewish woman who answers the phone and provides the service.It’s important to know which companies do the service,she said.

Why? So maybe she and her boycott acolytes can cost that woman a job. After all, what better way to promote peace as the Arab League see it? What Dalit Baum doesn’t mention during her lecture is that Modi’in is well within the Green Line from 1948 and has been a Jewish city for millennia. Baum uses deceptive language to imply that even parts of Israel, separate from disputed territory taken in 1967, are settlements stolen from the Arabs. This is nothing more then subversion and giving aid to Israel’s enemies. What she can’t do to hurt her fellow Israelis with guns she will do with disinformation and words. Then again, as an academic she lectures all the time in two Israeli universities on topics she also knows little about.Next, she mentioned Lev Leviev’s company for targeting. It seems the Leviev company does building in the settlements.It’s not just a product, it’s also construction, she advised. Maybe she can cost some construction workers, even Palestinian ones, their jobs too. It won’t cost the PLO or Hamas leaders she shills for any income, but the average Palestinian can be sure to find less work then blame it on Israel thanks to Dalit Baum.She then went after services provided to Israelis in Judea and Samaria by companies inside the Green Line. Such companies don’t provide the same services to the Palestinians, she said, recounting a letter from a victim of her project who said flatly,We do not discriminate.But she went on that it was a very clear apartheid economy, not for the Palestinians.She did not define what these services were. Perhaps gun cleaning and bomb assembly for the Palestinian Authority?

She took relish in discussing the Veolia corporation as being a good example of a good organizing campaign.Veolia, a French firm, provides myriad services abroad and in Israel, but mainly in the EU such as water services, public transportation and waste removal. She explained that privatization of services had made it easier to facilitate the boycott internationally and how they were able to get smaller municipalities overseas to boycott Veolia by going to local governments and getting them to refuse to work with the French company for violating international law for dealing with Israel. CWP and Who Profits? obviously work with Arabs overseas to organize these campaigns.The occupied territories are in dispute and the settlements are not illegal, but Baum constantly recites the Arab propaganda line that they are and her trainees do the same in the EU and elsewhere overseas. She boasted that evening in San Francisco that they got the city of Galway in Ireland to refuse business with Veolia and the Norwegian capital of Oslo to do the same.The next time a city needs clean streets they will know not to deal with Veolia,she bragged, and then explained that her actions and group had cost the company $10 billion dollars in contracts and how that’s a lot of money.It sure is. And it’s a lot of Israeli jobs lost too. She then explained how Veolia pulled out of a contract to build a light railway to Judea and Samaria from Jerusalem as the result of her work, thus depriving Israelis of transportation as well as jobs.Next, she discussed an action of which she said, I am really proud. A Belgian bank named Dexia bought an Israeli bank that loaned money to Israelis to buy homes in Judea and Samaria. It was Dalit Baum and Who Profits?, working with the Palestinians, who began a campaign in Europe to have the bank boycotted for loaning money to many of the municipalities in Judea and Samaria. The situation resulted in Knesset hearings because the bank was not loaning money to these Israeli residents. It is important to understand that regardless if one thinks borders should be redrawn in a final peace settlement, the uprooting of Jewish communities is not a route to peace. Dalit Baum, however, wants the Arabs to take all of Israel, only starting with Judea and Samaria. Her actions got the governments of France and Belgium to pressure Dexia to not give loans to Israeli citizens, the same ones who pay her salaries at Israeli universities.

But wait, there’s so much more:She told us how in the UK, food products produced in Israeli communities in Judea and Samaria have to be labeled so as to be more easily boycotted as a result of her efforts. It’s really great, she said, and it makes organizing supermarket boycott events so much easier.It should be noted a similar campaign was done with the French supermarket chain Carrefour where Arabs marched through the market pulling Israeli goods off the shelves (not just from settlements) and destroyed them. Local activists tried doing this at Trader Joe’s in the San Francisco Bay Area but were advised by law enforcement it’s illegal to tamper with the public food supply.She boasted that she spends all her time looking for logos: Danone, Coca-Cola, Disney—anything, especially companies that are well-known in Israel in order to hurt their businesses through her activism to get them to change their policy.Fruits and vegetable are especially a target for Dalit Baum, so maybe she is attracted to such products because she is so like one of them.She claimed that Israel requires the Palestinians to buy important products at higher prices from Israel and prevents the PA from exporting unless it is cheap goods. This may be true, but the PA is under license to Israel that subsidizes it and has a right to control financial exports until there is a Palestinian state. This, she did explain, was because of the Oslo Accords. What she did not explain was that the only requirement for a PA state was the Arabs stop terrorism and arrest terrorists, something they refuse to do.Of course Israel has a right to control imports and exports until the Arabs produce a truly peaceful state next door. The importation of weapons is a favorite Arab import right now.

She accused Israel of controlling Palestinian water also. The water systems that provide clean water to the Holy Land were built and run by Israel to this day. Israel provides clean water even to Gaza where missiles are fired from at Israel. If the Arabs were given unfettered control of the water supply the first thing they would do is prevent Israel’s access to it from Lake Kinneret or even poison it if it goes to Jewish communities. None of this was explained by Dalit Baum, only her idea that Israel denies Palestinians Palestinian water that would be subject to Israeli control.She next displayed a photograph of many common Israeli logos that represented companies in cellular communications, banks, transportation, fuel, chain stores and even food.You cannot live in Israel without using these companies,she explained,This is why it is impossible to boycott settlements and not Israel. Her statements prove she knows she is damaging the livelihood of all Israelis, not just those in Jewish communities in Yesha.Offering more entities to attack, she said, Banks are good. They give construction loans for settlements (Jewish homes). All Israeli banks are complicit. If you have bank concerns that you can convince the EU are illegal, this is good. They can’t transfer funds, or open new branches or open new bank accounts.

This cost jobs in Israel.She then accused Israel of exploiting the Palestinian labor force. Israel doesn’t give jobs to the Palestinian Arabs, she claimed, it takes advantage of them (in the PA one of the best jobs is as a terrorist with $50K a year paid to Al Aksa terrorists, something she didn’t bother to mention). In fact, Arabs who work in construction for Jewish firms make sizeable incomes.Israel just does everything bad, you see, according to Dalit Baum. She found on Google a toxic waste dump in Yesha so the Israelis are dumping toxic waste on the Arabs even if it is on unused former Jordanian state land that is not lived on. She complained about a new light railway system from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem that takes 28 minutes but some in Israel objected to the noise near their homes. She alleged the route was changed to go through the West Bank to annoy the Arabs with the noise. Israel has hired an Italian firm to build a tunnel so as to abate the noise, she told us, and then said, It would be a good idea to start a campaign in Italy to stop the tunnel.More Israeli jobs lost.She continued,We have some reason to believe, some people told us that the kibbutz that manufactures Ahava skin care products might excavate some of the mud next to the Dead Sea shores for their product.She described this taking mud to make a saleable product abroad as pillage that is illegal per international law.Baum is not an international attorney and Ahava has been making skin care products forever. While the Arabs were training their kids how to shoot Jews and throw rocks, the Kibbutz at the Dead Sea produced a product from mud. Even this is objectionable to Baum and should be subject to international boycott.She attacked the gas supplier for Gaza for controlling gas supplies to Hamastan in favor of the Israeli government in time of war. Then she moved on to connections with the US complaining about Kentucky Fried Chicken and Pizza Hut in Israel, more targets to boycott inside the Green Line.She mentioned an Israeli company that has one hundred 7/11 stores in the United States that need to be boycotted here and would thus cost American jobs in a bad economy too. It’s your job to find out about such companies and to attack them financially, she said.An audience member asked her what her position was on cases such as former PA Prime Minister Qureia holding a monopoly of the cement business in the PA.Oooh, a political hot potato,she said. Then continued, We only concern ourselves with Israeli companies and not what the Palestinians do.

So much for objectivity.She claimed next that her organization does not concern itself with weapons companies and says so on her website. However, it was plain to be this was a ruse to prevent the Israeli government from seeing her as a security risk that she clearly is. She told us that Israeli weapons do merit an investigation then showed us photos of security systems manned around Gaza by female IDF personnel.
It was at this point she moved into sedition as far as I was concerned. She showed a photo of a scanner at the Kalandia checkpoint and explained how she took pictures of it in defiance of orders by soldiers not to do so. She then explained the logo she found (she said she searches for logos at the checkpoints) revealed the scanner was made by an American company, but further research showed it was purchased by Israel through a Danish subsidiary. She explained how she and her allies took the issue before the Danish parliament. Their problem was how to convince the Danes that the scanner was from a Danish company and not America and they did just that, convincing the Danish government to not allow any future sales of the security equipment. She showed us how identity cards are made by a particular system for the Palestinian Arabs that allows them to pass through the checkpoints using biometric data, another target to pursue by ending business with Israel.Both of the above security systems save both Israeli and Palestinian lives, both Jews and Arabs, by stopping suicide bombers and terrorists. But Dalit Baum wants to facilitate their entry into Israel in her perception of peace that is definitely sedition for Arab enemies. Even the biometric cards that would make it faster and easier for Arabs to cross the checkpoints don’t escape her boycott plans.The rest of the lecture actually was devoted to attacking the weapons systems and security apparatus she claimed she does not pursue. She discussed the companies that build the Security Fence and boycotting them (The Security Fence has reduced terrorist bombings inside Israel by 95%). She boasted how the company that manufactures the fence used to have logos all along the fence but that now they are no longer seen due to her group’s efforts.

Again, more Israeli jobs lost.She mentioned how she and her acolytes go to the weekly riots in Bi’ilin and Ni’ilin in order to search for more Israeli companies to boycott worldwide.Then she concluded her presentation by discussing—weapons systems. She discussed drones used at sea and in the air. Displaying a photo of a drone boat used off Gaza, she claimed it was used to shoot at Palestinian fishermen, a barefaced lie.The sea drones are used to combat weapons and explosives smugglers. She also discussed the air force drones and unmanned vehicles then mentioned Elbit Systems, Israel’s weapons manufacturer, that makes missiles to shoot into people’s homes.She also mentioned that while her website features information on about 500 companies that they work to boycott Israel from, she has another thousand that she doesn’t post on the site. The Shin Bet should see those files.At the conclusion of her presentation, a member of the ISM in the audience pointed out I was in the room. Instead of running away as he must have thought I’d do, I went up to Dalit Baum and introduced myself by shaking her hand. I wrote an article about you, I said. She replied,I know. I read it. There isn’t a word of it that is true.Really? I said. As a journalist I surely don’t want to write things that are untrue. Can you tell me what I wrote in that article that isn’t true? I can even do corrections, if so. She couldn’t answer.Finally, she said, I don’t make a career out of reading your articles.I only wrote one article about you, I replied. Surely you can think of just one thing I wrote or said in the article that is untrue? You just said not one word in the article was true. Can you tell me one thing I wrote about you that’s not true in the article? I asked again.She just walked away without answering confirming that what I had written about her was, indeed, true.It’s one thing to be a pacifist, it’s even another to want to give concessions to the Palestinian Arabs in a delusional dream they will stop killing Jews, but for Dalit Baum, these are only ruses for a woman who wants Israel destroyed, and who will stop at nothing to do so by traveling worldwide and doing it by economic warfare. She is the most dangerous woman, er, person, in Israel in my opinion and of more danger than an armed terrorist, because her activities open the doors for terrorists by subverting Israel’s economy and security systems unconditionally in favor of the Arab terrorist groups. I firmly believe that’s what she really wants to do. Her deconstructing of the Israeli economy is chilling. All the while she is doing this on the Israeli taxpayer’s dime.

Palestinian PM sees statehood by August 2011

JERUSALEM (AFP) – Palestinian premier Salam Fayyad predicts a Palestinian state will be established by August 2011 through positive facts on the ground, in an interview published on Friday in an Israeli newspaper.The birth of a Palestinian state will be celebrated as a day of joy by the entire community of nations, Fayyad told the Haaretz daily.The time for this baby to be born will come, he said, and we estimate it will come around 2011, the prime minister said.That is our vision and a reflection of our will to exercise our right to live in freedom and dignity in the country (where) we are born, alongside the State of Israel, in complete harmony.

Fayyad's August 2011 target is based on a decision taken by the Palestinian leadership in August 2009 to establish a state within two years. Since then Fayyad has been building institutions for a de-facto state.If for one reason or another, by August 2011 (the plan) will have failed ... Magnitude 6.9 quake strikes Baja California

LOS ANGELES – A strong earthquake south of the U.S.-Mexico border shook high-rises in downtown Los Angeles and San Diego and was felt across Southern California and Arizona.The U.S. Geological Survey says the 6.9 magnitude quake struck in Baja California, about 108 miles east-southeast of Tijuana.

LOS ANGELES – Seismologists have raised the preliminary magnitude of an earthquake in northern Baja California from 6.9 to 7.2.U.S. Geological Survey seismologist Lucy Jones says the new magnitude of the 3:40 p.m. Sunday earthquake is still an estimate.

The quake centered south of California's border with Mexico was widely felt, swaying buildings as far away as San Diego, Los Angeles and Arizona.There has been no confirmed damage, but some power outages were reported in southern Arizona and Tijuana, Mexico. Jones says any damage would likely have occurred closer to the epicenter such as in the Mexican city of Mexicali or in U.S. border cities.THIS IS A BREAKING NEWS UPDATE. LOS ANGELES (AP) — A strong earthquake south of the U.S.-Mexico border Sunday swayed high-rises in downtown Los Angeles and San Diego and was felt across Southern California and Arizona, but there were no immediate reports of major damage.The 6.9 magnitude quake struck at 3:40 p.m. in Baja California, Mexico, about 19 miles southeast of Mexicali, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The area was hit by magnitude-3.0 quakes all week.The quake was felt as far north as Santa Barbara, USGS seismologist Susan Potter said.Strong shaking was reported in the Coachella Valley and Riverside, Calif. The earthquake rattled buildings on the west side of Los Angeles and in the San Fernando Valley, interrupting Easter dinners. Chandeliers swayed and wine jiggled in glasses.In Los Angeles, the city fire department went on earthquake status, and some stalled elevators were reported. No damage was reported in Los Angeles or San Diego.One woman called firefighters and said she was stuck in an elevator descending from the 34th floor in a building in Century City, but there was no way to immediately know if the breakdown was tied the quake, Los Angeles firefighter Eric Scott said.The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power says there are no power outages anywhere in the city, spokeswoman Maryanne Pierson said.

The quake was felt for about 40 seconds in Tijuana, Mexico, causing buildings to sway and knocking out power in parts of the city. Families celebrating Easter ran out of the homes, with children screaming and crying.Baja California state Civil Protection Director Alfredo Escobedo said there were no immediate reports of injuries or major damage. But he said the assessment was ongoing.In the Phoenix area, Jacqueline Land said her king-sized bed in her second-floor apartment felt like a boat gently swaying on the ocean.I thought to myself,That can't be an earthquake. A Democratic Congressman from Illinois told his constituents that he does not worry about the constitution when it comes to the health care bill signed into law last week by the president, before misquoting from the Declaration of Independence and claiming he had read the 2700 page legislation three times.Representative Phil Hare made the comments at a meeting yesterday with his constituents in Quincy that was captured on camera.As Hare was questioned over the constitutionality of forcing 30 million Americans to buy insurance from private companies, one member of the public asked where in the Constitution it says the government can do that.I don’t worry about the Constitution on this to be honest, Hare replied.I care more about the people that are dying every day that don’t have health insurance,Hare said.It’s people’s lives. It’s people’s children. It’s when you take your child to the hospital and you think it’s really bad and your heart is thumping, thumping, thumping while you’re waiting for the doctor to tell you what it is and then the doctor comes out and says it’s going to be ok, except you don’t have insurance and you’re stuck with a $10 or $15,000 bill…You care more about that than the U.S. Constitution, which you swore to uphold? one of the constituents asked.

I believe it says we have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, Hare fired back, before someone else in the room corrected the Congressman, noting that that line is found in the Declaration of Independence.Doesn’t matter to me, Hare said. Either one.Hare then asked what the question was again, to which the constituent repeated Where in the Constitution does it give you the authority…? I don’t know.Hare angrily interrupted.The Congressman also claimed that he had read the health care bill three times in the time since it was made public, a total of 8100 pages. When the constituents challenged the possibility of such a feat, Hare stormed out and left in a waiting vehicle, refusing to say how long it had taken to read the bill three times.Given the fact that fourteen states have initiated lawsuits to block the enactment of the bill, and leading constitutional scholars have noted that the bill contravenes the commerce clause, it is perhaps no wonder that Hare does not know how the bill can be squared with the Constitution.

Will Feds Use Letter Sent by Sovereign Citizen Group to Stage False Flag?

Following sensational news stories claiming the Guardians of the free Republics threatened state governors around the country in letters demanding they leave office or be removed, the FBI has today warned police around the country that the letters could provoke violence,according to the Associated Press.Security at the capitol in Nevada was increased after Gov. Jim Gibbons received a letter from the Guardians of the free Republics.Investigators do not consider the letters threatening or see threats of violence in the Guardians of the free Republics message. However, according to the Associated Press, the FBI believes the organization’s call for removal of top state officials in its Restore America Plan may lead others to act out violently.While there does not appear to be a credible or immediate threat of violence attached to the letters, we’re working with state and local authorities to continue to assess the matter,said FBI Special Agent Joseph Dickey of Las Vegas. The letters are from a sovereign citizen extremist group and that those groups reject all forms of government authority,said Dickey. He said those groups don’t believe they have to pay taxes or obey federal, state or local laws.As of Wednesday, more than 30 governors had received letters saying if they don’t leave office within three days they will be removed, according to an internal intelligence note by the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security,the Associated Press reports.

An individual identifying himself as D. Merlin Campbell contacted the Nevada Appeal earlier in the week and denied that the Restore America Plan intends to use violence to accomplish its objectives. According to Mr. Campbell, the letter received by the governor of Nevada and other state officials around the county is actually a Declaration from a lawful Grand Jury of 26 people in each state which is endeavoring to re-establish the true Republic in a peaceful and lawful manner. It does not represent a threat from an extremist (as is commonly associated with terrorist in the media today) group but instead it is a real, legally binding document which is presented by a Grand Jury of regular people which declares that the governor, lieutenant governor, secretary of state, controller and treasurer all must have lawful oaths of office in order operate in their respective positions. The bonds which they all operate under have been effectively seized and noticed to be null and void. The package includes the following; Declaration, Warrants, Orders to the Governors, General orders to the military. It is not a threat, it is a truth that must be complied with or there will be consequences, not of violence, but legal recourse.A comment posted on the Appeal’s website describes the Guardians of the free Republics plan as a bold achievable strategy for behind-the-scenes peaceful reconstruction of the de jure institutions of government without controversy, violence or civil war.Is it possible the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security will exploit the Restore America Plan in order to stage a false flag event that will be subsequently blamed on the patriot movement?

It is now almost certain the FBI set-up the Hutaree group in Michigan by inserting agents provocateurs who encouraged violence. The corporate media then orchestrated a hysterical campaign designed to insinuate that the Tea Party movement shares the Hutaree’s anti-government philosophy. The sensationalized raid in Michigan followed a week of corporate media propaganda claiming racist Tea Party activists had assaulted Democrats in Washington as they prepared to vote for the Obamacare bill in Congress.As Infowars.com and others have demonstrated, the accusations had absolutely no basis in fact.The effort was part of a larger campaign designed to portray the patriot movement as extremist and potentially violent. For months now, CNN, MSNBC, and the corporate media at large – taking their talking points from the SPLC and the ADL — have argued that opposition to Obama and the unconstitutional expansion of the federal government represents the ascension of a dangerous white supremacist and militia movement in the United States.The Department of Homeland Security under the leadership of both Bush and Obama set the stage for the current hysterical campaign with its now notorious report on rightwing extremism. Missouri and Virginia contributed to the effort in separate reports characterizing Ron Paul supporters and other patriots as potentially dangerous domestic terrorists.In addition, it appears the government plans to use anarchists to disrupt Tea Party demonstrations on April 15. A red alert, however, should be issued and members of the patriot movement need to be on the outlook for suspicious activity within their ranks.It is certain, however, that the government is looking for the right situation in order to crack down on the patriot movement. The establishment is infamous for staging fake terror and criminal events as a pretext to take drastic action against those who oppose their plans.Finally, Obama publicly named two of his more prominent enemies on CBS today. This is highly unusual. Presidents never mention their foes by name as this has a tendency to lend credence to them. Not even Nixon named his enemies in public. Obama’s comments may mean nothing. On the other hand, he may have issued a warning to those who oppose him. It is interesting to note he mentioned Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck, who are in essence shills for the establishment. The breach of etiquette, however, should be taken as a warning to those Obama does not name but are generally associated with the patriot movement and often linked to Beck and Limbaugh, however erroneously, by the corporate media.

Obama to Crush Economy with Massive CO2 Taxes as Early as Next Week

Abandoning all loyalty to the democratic processes this nation holds dear, President Obama has made the decision that getting energy tax legislation through Congress with the approval of the American people is just too much of a pain to bother with. Instead he will have the EPA declare as early as next week that CO2 is a dangerous global warming gas and will start regulating its emissions immediately.Obama’s promise to open up vast stretches of ocean on the East Coast and Gulf of Mexico to energy exploration is simply a ruse to soften up the public for soon to be announced draconian regulations.Similar to how Obama used the $50 million dollar study on healthcare companies competing across state lines to sell ObamaCare as a bipartisan bill, his recent decree allowing energy companies to explore (not drill, not produce energy from … just explore) new stretches of ocean for oil is also meant to be a trivial, yet impressive enough sounding carrot for conservatives right before he stuffs his Marxist trash down their throats.House Minority Leader John Boehner responded to Obama by saying At the same time the White House makes today’s announcement, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is plotting a new massive job-killer that the American people can’t afford.

Every American who doesn’t live in a technology adverse commune in California will now pay even more of their hard earned cash to the federal government for absolutely no good reason. Put simply, it means $8 for a gallon of gas and 2-3 times higher electricity bills. It also means the loss of millions more sorely needed jobs as businesses are hit with higher operating costs and the transfer of whatever remains of our manufacturing sector to China where energy is cheaper and they aren’t so concerned about CO2.In the first week alone, American businesses estimated that ObamaCare will cost them $14 billion. By most estimates this latest Obama nightmare will be far more expensive and may literally destroy the economy in less than 20 years.All because of climate science that has been clearly exposed as inaccurate and untrustworthy. Obama may or may not be a communist plant sent to destroy America, but he sure is acting like one.

BEIJING, April 2 — After nearly a year’s negotiations, the U.S. and Russian governments finally reached an agreement on further reduction and limitation of nuclear weapon arms. The agreement will be signed on April 8, limiting the total number of warheads to less than 1,550. Overall, it is good for world peace and stability as well as the prevention of nuclear proliferation, but we shouldn’t be over-optimistic about the treaty.The motivations behind the treaty are clear. Russia is opposed to the U.S. missile defense system and its deployment in Eastern Europe. The U.S. continues to expand the scope of the missile defense system, which constitutes a real threat to Russia in Eastern Europe.With 95 percent of the world’s total nuclear warheads, the U.S. and Russia are the world’s two largest nuclear powers. Russia has more than 14,000 missiles and the U.S. has more than 9,000. This remains one of the few areas where the former U.S.’s national strength is as great as ever, so the U.S. is active in working toward compromise in this field.

Yet the treaty has its problems. In the existing agreements, the number of nuclear warheads was limited to between 1,500 and 2,200. This new agreement itself has no new breakthroughs and has not met the expectations of the international community. Half a year ago, the limit of 1,500 was proposed, but in the end, it became 1,550, no big breakthrough at all.The most fundamental problem is that the provisions do not eliminate nuclear weapons but instead change their level of readiness. Nuclear weapons have three states of readiness: fully equipped and ready to be fired, readied but with the head and body separated, and finally, in storage conditions with the warhead removed.This treaty reduces the number of fully equipped nuclear weapons to less than 1,550, but the excess missiles will not be destroyed, only moved to a different state of readiness. They could be activated and re-weaponized in only a short span of time.Despite the agreement, the U.S. also continues to work on developing new nuclear weapons itself. While some are being moved from the frontlines, lighter, more accurate weapons are being developed, as well as so-called bunker-busters designed to penetrate deeply into the Earth.The U.S.-Russian agreement only limits bilateral development, but the real concern is the spread of nuclear weapons worldwide. The U.S. is planning to hold a nuclear safety summit on April 13 where the core issue is the nuclear non-proliferation.Once nuclear technology spreads, and especially if terrorist organizations get their hands on nuclear materials, the consequences are unpredictable, and it is in every country’s interests to prevent this.

U.S. standards on nuclear proliferation are also inconsistent. It gives tacit approval to Israel’s nuclear weapons program, and makes no effort to discourage Japan from stockpiling raw materials that could, in theory, produce thousands of nuclear weapons.In contrast, the U.S. has been particularly sensitive to Iran and North Korea. Iran has not tested nuclear weapons, but claims to developing civilian nuclear facilities. However, the U.S. has been strongly working for sanctions against it as a consequence and even considering military actions.Out of political considerations, the U.S. has adopted two completely different standards on the use of nuclear technology by various nations.To make a convincing case for non-proliferation, the U.S. should apply the same standards to every country.

David Cameron promises to create neighbourhood army-David Cameron: People are skeptical that change can happen-David Cameron has said that a Conservative government would train a 5,000-strong neighbourhood army to set up community groups.

The Tory leader said in a speech this offered a positive alternative to Labour's big government approach. But the BBC has learned it will be paid for with money from an existing scheme which supports voluntary organisations. Meanwhile, Labour is promising communities more powers to take over the running of local services. The parties are attempting to take control of the localist agenda ahead of the general election, which is likely to be held on 6 May.

It is about a Health emergency….isn’t that ok?

In the history of our country, have we ever had such a massive, national health emergency that we needed a militia/military reserve ready to pepper the country and control things? No!!! Katrina…..there was the blue cross, FEMA, the National Guard, local police, charities, congress and other leadership responding to this disaster. Mayor Ray Nagin and FEMA got much criticism about their organization and response time, but that seems to be typical with any disaster, be it tornado, attack or hurricane. Organization and pace can always improve. New Orleans needed a ton of things, not, a military force trumping and smothering the naturally, already in force health and enforcement channels.The last flu season……I followed the H1N1 Swine flu drama from beginning to end. I was amazed as to how a normal flu season, even milder at times than most other flu seasons, (according to CDCs own tracking data on their web site) was described as practically a nuclear bomb on America’s people and children. There was ridiculous talk of forced inoculations, yet real science pointing out (I talked with a few of the research scientists on my show) the danger and lack of real study with the vaccines. Many later and serious health problems were linked to some of the dirty ingredients in the vaccine. This was at the very least a horribly manipulated event.

With the messiah now with a health militia, will the next flu season be an even larger crises causing FORCED vaccinations for the good of the community, family and country? Wouldn’t it be special, a Stepford wives, ACORN type Obamaton showing up at your door with a forced injection or else. Remember Obama’s passion for abortion. Some of his czars are abortion heroes. John Holdren (Science Czar) even wrote about it being appropriate having forced abortions and aborting a child up to age 2. How do you do that since they have been alive for 2 years? Do you push them in front of a train or mercifully inject them with poison? Could this President some day declare a national population growth emergency and certain/controlled criteria for having children, thus forcing abortions with some or worse? He already has a sea of radical, abortion and control loving Stepford wives as his czars! I pray and hope that something this absurd will never happen in America but with Obama’s actions and associations thus far…..watch very closely.Another national emergency, needing Obama’s ‘health’ militia could be his troops coming to get our guns if we didn’t turn them in one day. Of course, this again would be required of the people due to a contrived crises such as extreme growth of crime, terrorism or hiding behind a treaty of gun control with the UN, thus having to enforce it.

We can’t support violence in anyway but we must not be seduced when dictator type behavior is everywhere. Focus behind the conservative, freedom loving candidate in your city and state! Do more than talk over coffee. You need to organize, call, fax, march if need be and campaign. We know that there will be voter fraud and manipulation like never before in November. All conservatives and concerned citizens MUST vote this time. Don’t fall into the self talk of my vote won’t count anyway.If you don’t vote with your attitude and all, the dead person and illegal alien down the street will. Others will vote 20 times. 100 million Americans question or find fault with the official 9/11 story

The failure to rebuild the World Trade Center site in Manhattan has received endless attention. But public anger about this failed reconstruction should not been seen so negatively. After all, mental reconstruction has also still not been successful and is surely more needed, with too many Americans still accepting the official government story about 9/11. This, despite a huge amount of compelling evidence that elements of the US government played some role, despite a very large, active 9/11 truth movement, and despite an impressive number of highly credible people demanding a new investigation as documented at patriotsquestion911.com. In the recent Angus Reid Public Opinion survey of a representative national sample of American adults, 62 per cent of respondents disagree with the view that the Sept. 11 incident was a big fabrication as a pretext for the campaign against terrorism and a prelude for staging an invasion against Afghanistan.Far more Republicans disagree at 80 percent, compared to 66 percent of Independents and 55 percent of Democrats. Consistent with this is that two-thirds of Americans (67 percent) agree with the government commission that investigated the events of Sept. 11, 2001, which concluded that an attack was carried out by 19 hijackers who were members of the al-Qaeda terrorist organization, led by Osama bin Laden. Though 12 per cent of respondents reject the commission’s findings, one-in-five Americans (21 percent) are undecided. In particular, 35 percent of Independents and 34 percent of Democrats do not accept the official version, compared to just 20 percent of Republicans.

These figures translate to about 100 million Americans that question or find fault with the official 9/11 story, far from a trivial number and far too many to dismiss as conspiracy nuts and part of the lunatic fringe. This is the important message that merits public appreciation. That the mainstream media refuses to acknowledge this kind of public sentiment reflects on their lack of courage to dig deep into the role of the government and face the truth. This behavior does nothing to improve American democracy and trust in government. True patriots must acknowledge that government through the terrible acts of some individuals can carry out hideous acts; there is a bipartisan history of this. Truth is the best way to stop such behavior.
Clearly, Republicans have blocked out the painful possibility that the Bush-Cheney administration played a role in 9/11. This may also explain why the large tea party movement that results from strong disillusionment with government does not embrace the 9/11 truth movement. Here is my perspective: If far more Americans rejected or questioned the official government story and demanded a new investigation, we would get the mental reconstruction sorely needed to ensure that the government never again uses a false flag operation to advance a policy (wars in Iraq and Afghanistan) that would not otherwise receive public support, especially one that kills thousands of Americans, both civilians and soldiers. That the reconstruction at ground zero in Manhattan has still not succeeded symbolizes that the wounds of 9/11 are not healed, which means that we still have some chance of demanding and discovering the full truth, regardless of how painful it is. The cost of a first-rate new investigation might be $50 million, far less than the billions of dollars to reconstruct the Manhattan site.In the end, truth is more important than new buildings. Worse than a hole in the ground is a hole in our national soul. We need Congress to authorize and fund a new 9/11 investigation. The highly fragmented 9/11 truth movement must unite behind a political strategy to make this happen. The only reason to fear a new investigation is the likely unsettling finding that, indeed, the US government was a lot more than incompetent and negligent.

Obama Approval Drops 5 Percent to New Low Since Pro-Abortion Health Care Law

The CBS poll has him at a new low of 44 percent and a new Rasmussen poll has Obama down to a 46 percent approval rating.Those numbers could explain why Obama is getting testy with reporters who are asking him about the low polling numbers for his approval and that of the pro-abortion health care program.The latest CBS News Poll, conducted between March 29 and April 1, found Americans unhappier than ever with Obama and health care.While 44 percent of Americans approve of Obama's performance, 41 percent disapprove -- down five percent since he signed the bill and down 24 percent since his high last April.When it comes to health care, just 34 percent of Americans approve compared with 55 percent who do not.The Rasmussen Reports daily presidential tracking poll released today shows 46% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of Obama's performance while 53 percent disapprove. That includes 31 percent of voters who strongly approve of Obama's performance while 41 percent strongly disapprove.

Rasmussen indicates the numbers come despite positive news coverage from the mainstream media of Obama and the pro-abortion health care bill.Over the past week, 55.8% of media coverage concerning the President has been positive, the polling firm noted. In general, the President has receive more favorable coverage since passage of the health care bill than he did earlier in the month.Yesterday, Obama hit back against opposition to the health care bill.Every day since I signed reform into law, there’s another poll or headline that says Nation still divided on health reform. No great surge in public support,Obama said. Well, yeah. It happened last week. ABC, CBS Evening News Continue To Hemorrhage Viewers

CNN isn't the only news network struggling to bring in viewers. Evening news broadcasts at major networks are suffering, too.According to Bill Carter at the New York Times, ABC's World News with Diane Sawyer had its worst quarter since 1987. CBS' Evening News with Katie Couric hit a new low starting in January.But Brian Williams' Nightly News at NBC got a boost with its best first quarter in four years (thanks, Olympics).Over all, Q1 numbers were:NBC (GE): 9.92 million viewers
ABC (DIS): 8.27 million,CBS (CBS): 6.45 million.The number of viewers still watching the three shows together — more than 24 million in the first quarter — continue to dwarf any news program on cable,Carter notes.But evening news casts continue to lose their viewers to cable networks and Internet news coverage. In an effort to make up the difference in dipping ad revenue, broadcasts have been cutting hundreds of newsroom staffers. ABC News is also looking at new revenue streams like paywalls for their websites and adding video onto ad-supported sites like Hulu.

Fayyad Copies Jewish Passover Prayer: Next Year in Jerusalem

(IsraelNN.com) Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Salam Fayyad Saturday night copied a 2,000-year-old Jewish prayer and told Christians in Bethlehem, Next year, Inshallah (G-d willing), we will celebrate in the Church of the Holy Sepulcher in east Jerusalem, the capital of the Palestinian state…according to 1967 borders, a state whose capital shall be Jerusalem.The city is the home of the two Jewish Holy Temples, the second of which was destroyed nearly 2,000 years ago. Jews have been praying ever since for the return of Jerusalem to Jews. Part of the city came under Israeli sovereignty with the re-establishment of the modern State of Israel in 1948. The remainder of the city, including the site of the Temple Mount, was restored to Israel in the 1967 Six-Day War.However, the Arab Muslim world has increasingly denied any Jewish connection with the city. Fayyad's assertion that Jerusalem is the eternal home of Arabs is one of several twists of history by the Muslim world, which also claims that Ishmael and not Yitzchak (Isaac) was bound by Abraham as a sacrifice to the Almighty, whose command was considered a test of Abraham’s faith.

Fayyad’s speech was the latest of several bold statements. Several months ago, he completely disengaged from the American Roadmap plan and declared that the PA will declare itself an independent country by 2011.He has been drumming up international support for a possible United Nations resolution to recognize the PA as a country, a unilateral initiative that attempts to force a de facto situation that would test Israeli sovereignty over the united city of Jerusalem.Fayyad, who was hand-picked by the United States to lead PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas’ government, vowed that the dawn of liberty shall sprout from all of the Old City's alleys in Shechem, in Hebron and in all of the communities and refugee camps in Judea, Samaria and Gaza.His comments indicate that the PA will stand fast on its demand for the right of immigration of several million PA Arabs claiming ancestry in Israel.The PA’s threats for unilateral declaration as an independent state coincide with the Obama administration’s attempts to in effect present Israel with a final status agreement based on PA demands.

Israeli Arabs Like Matzoh

(IsraelNN.com) During the week of Passover, in which Jews are commanded to eat only matzoh – unleavened bread – one would be hard-pressed to find anything other than the flat, cracker-like wafers in any Jewish store in Israel. In the Passover Haggadah, which tells the story of the Jewish Exodus from Egypt, matzoh is described as the Bread of Affliction, because Jews had no time to allow the dough to rise properly for baking before fleeing their Egyptian taskmasters.In the Arab sector, however, – 20 percent of Israel's population -- Muslims and Christians are not obligated to observe Jewish law, and they are free to eat whatever bread they like. But apparently what they like to eat is matzoh, according to a report published over the weekend by the Associated Press.It quotes families in the northern Israeli Arab city of Umm el-Fahm who were carting away boxes of matzoh at a local supermarket, to be eaten at home with chocolate spread. The store owner, Tariq Ifin, had no doubt he would sell the more than four tons of matzoh he had stocked in anticipation of the holiday.You can't say Arabs and Jews are one people, but we share the same land, so why not share the same food? he told AP reporter Ben Hubbard.One of his customers backed him up, commenting,Don't the Jews eat our bread? Fine, we eat their matzoh. The mother of five added that her kids love the taste. They eat it like cookies,she explained.

Thousands Celebrated Heritage Status at Patriarchs' Cave

(IsraelNN.com) Thousands of people took part in a festive ceremony at the Cave of Patriarchs (Cave of Machpelah) in Hevron Thursday, to mark the inclusion of the cave in the government's list of national heritage sites. The Jewish community in the ancient city awarded certificates of gratitude to Knesset members who worked to include the ancient cave in the list, in spite of the political opposition to the move.MK Prof. Aryeh Eldad (National Union) said at the ceremony that when the Cave of Machpelah was not added to the list of heritage sites, the pressure on Jerusalem formed.Five years ago, not many people understood that Gush Katif is the security belt of Ashkelon and Be'er Sheva,he said, referring to the Expulsion from Gaza and the subsequent Arab rocket and mortar onslaught on southern Israel.Hevron is the security belt of Jerusalem,he added.Jerusalem is not like Tel Aviv and Hevron is not like Tel Aviv,MK Tzipi Hotovely (Likud) said. Tel Aviv is 101 years old, Jerusalem is 3,000 years old and Hevron is 4,000 years old. We are tied through our souls to this place and no foreign leader will tell us what to do in places that belong to our forefathers. We will safeguard the Land of Israel and stand behind the Prime Minister so that he can stand firm in the face of pressures from world leaders.
