JOHN-JAMES THE SONS OF THUNDER

I FIND SOMETHING INTERESTING ABOUT A VERSE IN MARK 3 WHEN JESUS IS GETTING HIS 12 TOGETHER.

MARK 3:14-19
14 And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach,
15 And to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils:
16 And Simon he surnamed Peter;
17 And James the son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James; and he surnamed them Boanerges, which is, The sons of thunder:
18 And Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus, and Simon the Canaanite,
19 And Judas Iscariot, which also betrayed him: and they went into an house.

NOTICE IN VERSE 17 JESUS NAMES JOHN AND JAMES THE BROTHERS,THE SONS OF THUNDER.JOHN AND JAMES,THE BROTHERS WERE THE ONLY 2 TO BE CALLED CERTAIN HAPPENINGS.WHY WOULD JESUS NAME THEM SONS OF THUNDER?

WELL WE KNOW JOHN WROTE THE BOOK OF REVELATION AND THERE IS THUNDER AND LIGHTNING JUST BEFORE THE JUDGEMENTS OCCURR.SO WE SEE THE CONNECTION TO JOHN AND THUNDER.

REVELATION 1:1,9-11,19
1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:
2 Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw.
9 I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.
10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,
11 Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.
19 Write the things which thou hast seen,(PAST) and the things which are,(PRESENT) and the things which shall be hereafter;(FUTURE-7 YR TRIBIBULATION PERIOD)

REVELATION 4:5-9
5 And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.
6 And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.
7 And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.
8 And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.
9 And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,

FROM HERE ON IN IS THE JUDGEMENTS OF THE 7 YEAR TRIBULATION PERIOD.

REVELATION 6:1-3 (1ST SET OF 7 JUDGEMENTS TO HIT THE EARTH)
1 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.
2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.
3 And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.

REVELATION 8:5-6 (2ND SET OF 7 JUDGEMENTS TO HIT THE EARTH)
5 And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake.
6 And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.

REVELATION 10:3,7,11
3 And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.
4 And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.
5 And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven,
7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
11 And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.

REVELATION 15:1 (3RD SET OF 7 JUDGEMENTS TO HIT THE EARTH)
1 And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.

REVELATION 16:17-18 (THE END OF THE 21 JUDGEMENTS)
17 And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.
18 And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.

OK SO WE HAVE THE CLEAR CONNECTION TO JOHN AND WHY JESUS CALLED HIM THE SON OF THUNDER.BUT WHAT ABOUT JAMES? ALL I CAN THINK IS JAMES WARNS US OF THE ECONOMIC THUNDER AND LIGHTNINGS THAT WILL OCCURR ON EARTH.CLEARLY JAMES,JOHNS BROTHER HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH JUDGEMENT ON EARTH ALSO.

WE SEE IN REVELATION 18 WHAT HAPPENS TO AMERICA-AN ECONOMIC THUNDER.

REVELATION 18:8
8 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.

IN JAMES 5 WE SEE THE ECONOMIC COLLAPSE.MAYBE THIS IS WHY JAMES IS CALLED A SON OF THUNDER.I'M ONLY GUESSING.ONLY GOD KNOWS FOR SURE.AND WE SEE JOHN REVEALS THE JUDGEMENTS TO THE CHRISTIAN WORLD AND IF JAMES IN JAMES IS THE BROTHER OF JOHN-HE REVEALS THE JUDGEMENTS TO THE 12 TRIBES OR ISRAELIS OR JEWS IN THE WORLD.TO WARN THEM WHATS COMING.

JAMES 1:1-3 (I HOPE THIS JAMES IS THE BROTHER OF JOHN-I'M NOT POSSITIVE)
1 James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting.
2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.

JAMES 5:1-9
1 Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.
2 Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten.
3 Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.
4 Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth.
5 Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter.
6 Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you.
7 Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.
8 Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.
9 Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door.
10 Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the Lord, for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience.

IN THESE PASSAGES JAMES AND JOHN ASK JESUS IF THEM 2 CAN SIT ON THE RIGHT AND LEFT OF JESUS AT THE RESURRECTION OF ISRAELIS AT THE SUPPER OF THE LAMB WHILE JESUS IS RULING FROM JERUSALEM ON EARTH AFTER THE 7 YEAR TRIBULATION PERIOD.WE KNOW JESUS AND JOHN WERE CLOSE FRIENDS BUT JESUS MUST HAVE BEEN A CLOSE FRIENDS TO JAMES TO OR THE 2 WOULD NOT HAVE ASKED TO BE ON EITHER SIDE OF JESUS AT THE RESURRECTION SUPPER.

MARK 10:35-45
35 And James and John, the sons of Zebedee, come unto him, saying, Master, we would that thou shouldest do for us whatsoever we shall desire.
36 And he said unto them, What would ye that I should do for you?
37 They said unto him, Grant unto us that we may sit, one on thy right hand, and the other on thy left hand, in thy glory.
38 But Jesus said unto them, Ye know not what ye ask: can ye drink of the cup that I drink of? and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?
39 And they said unto him, We can. And Jesus said unto them, Ye shall indeed drink of the cup that I drink of; and with the baptism that I am baptized withal shall ye be baptized:
40 But to sit on my right hand and on my left hand is not mine to give; but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared.
41 And when the ten heard it, they began to be much displeased with James and John.
42 But Jesus called them to him, and saith unto them, Ye know that they which are accounted to rule over the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and their great ones exercise authority upon them.
43 But so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister:
44 And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all.
45 For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
