DOCTOR DOCTORIAN FROM ANGEL OF GOD
then the angel said, Financial crisis will come to Asia. I will shake the world.

JAMES 5:1-3
1 Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.
2 Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten.
3 Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.

REVELATION 18:10,17,19
10 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.
17 For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,
19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.

EZEKIEL 7:19
19 They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the LORD: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels: because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity.

REVELATION 13:16-18
16 And he(FALSE POPE) causeth all,(WORLD SOCIALISM) both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:(CHIP IMPLANT)
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Gingrich: Obama is most radical president ever By RON FOURNIER, Associated Press Writer – Thu Apr 8, 10:47 pm ET

NEW ORLEANS – Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, a potential presidential candidate in 2012, called Barack Obama on Thursday the most radical president in American history who oversees a secular, socialist machine.Gingrich reminded conservative activists why he was one of the nation's most polarizing leaders in the 1990s, opening the Southern Republican Leadership Conference with a biting assessment of Obama's policies.The most radical president in American history has now thrown down the gauntlet to the American people: I run a machine. I own Washington and there's nothing you can do about it,Gingrich said. He urged his fellow Republicans to stop what he called Obama's secular, socialist machine.Highly charged words, for sure. But that's standard fare at the three-day GOP gathering that is drawing several presidential hopefuls. Friday's headliner is former Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin.Gingrich has not declared his intentions for 2012, but his appearances in New Orleans had all the trappings of a fledging presidential campaign, from an intimate meeting with tea party activists — his staff photographer took grip-and-grin pictures of Gingrich posing with every activist — to his wade-through-the-crowd entrance at the GOP conference, with the thumping beat of Survivor's Eye of the Tiger drawing the crowd to its feet.

He said Obama's policies — particularly health care and economic stimulus legislation — have put the United States on the road to socialism. The former speaker did not specifically explain why he thought Obama is a secularist, though he did say the GOP wasn't afraid of recognizing faith's role in American society.
Gingrich offered Republicans an antidote to Democratic accusations that GOP leaders do little more than oppose policies — the so-called party of no. He said Republicans should underscore the policies they favor — yes on tax cuts, a lower deficit, fewer regulations and a sensible energy plan.The point is there are many things we can say yes to,Gingrich said.Will he say yes to a presidential campaign? That will be up to God,he said, and the American people.

Palin, Obama spar from a distance over nuke policy By LIZ SIDOTI, AP National Political Writer - APR 9,10

NEW ORLEANS – President Barack Obama and Republican Sarah Palin sparred from a distance over nuclear policy with each questioning the other's experience on the issue in a potential preview of the 2012 White House race.Unbelievable, Palin said earlier this week after Obama rewrote the U.S. nuclear strategy, and she suggested the president was weak on nuclear defense.Obama, in Prague to sign a nuclear reduction treaty with Russia, countered by deriding the former Alaska governor who resigned midway through her first term as not much of an expert on nuclear issues.

Palin then shot back Friday during a speech to the Southern Republican Leadership Conference in New Orleans with a reference to Obama's early career choice. Mocking the president, she dismissed all the vast nuclear experience that he acquired as a community organizer.Playing out over several days and across the globe, the spat foreshadowed what the country could see come the next presidential race should Palin run for president and win the GOP nomination.The 2008 vice presidential nominee is among roughly a dozen Republicans weighing candidacies. It's a wide-open field but Republican insiders say Palin would be a serious contender if she got in the race. She is beloved by tea party activists. She's a political celebrity who draws tons of media coverage. And she has an ability to raise big money. But she's also polarizing, and there's no evidence that she can broaden her base of support beyond conservatives to win the GOP nomination, much less to beat a popular Democratic president.Nevertheless, Palin is leaving the door open to a candidacy and has spent the past few months pummeling Obama in speeches, interviews and online. She used her speech in New Orleans to blister the president repeatedly, as did several of her potential rivals who also spoke at the three-day event.But, until now, Obama hadn't responded directly to Palin. The president typically doesn't counter criticism from Republicans weighing whether to challenge him. Doing so always has the potential to elevate a rival.The spat began Wednesday when Palin criticized Obama's rewriting of the U.S. nuclear defense policy. Her comments came during an interview on Fox News, where she is a paid analyst. She likened Obama to a kid poised for a playground fight who said, Go ahead, punch me in the face and I'm not going to retaliate. Go ahead and do what you want to with me.

Palin was particularly incensed about the policy that says if a non-nuclear state were to use chemical or biological weapons against the U.S. or its allies, it would face a potentially devastating conventional military strike by the U.S., but not a nuclear one.No administration in America's history would, I think, ever have considered such a step that we just found out President Obama is supporting today, Palin said.Across the globe in Prague, Obama was asked by ABC News to respond to the criticism.I really have no response, the president said.Because last I checked, Sarah Palin's not much of an expert on nuclear issues.Obama added: If the secretary of Defense and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff are comfortable with it, I'm probably going to take my advice from them and not from Sarah Palin.Palin got what could be the last word in her Friday speech in New Orleans. Among several potential candidates addressing the GOP rank and file at the conference, Palin got a rousing reception from the few thousand activists in attendance and delivered a speech rife with platitudes for the GOP and criticism for Democrats.Some in the crowd responded with a Run, Sarah, run chant. She didn't say whether she would.But Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal made his plans clear, telling the audience: I am not running for president of the United States of America. I've got the job that I want.

Texas Gov. Rick Perry of Texas also was speaking Friday, one day after Newt Gingrich called Obama the most radical president in American history.On tap for Saturday: Indiana Rep. Mike Pence, former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum, Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour and Texas Rep. Ron Paul. At least four possible candidates passed up the event. Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney was in the midst of a book tour. Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty was addressing the activists by video so he could welcome home returning troops. Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee and South Dakota Sen. John Thune also were absent.

AP EXCLUSIVE: Future pope stalled pedophile case By GILLIAN FLACCUS, Associated Press Writer - APR 9,10

LOS ANGELES – The future Pope Benedict XVI resisted pleas to defrock a California priest with a record of sexually molesting children, citing concerns including the good of the universal church,according to a 1985 letter bearing his signature.The correspondence, obtained by The Associated Press, is the strongest challenge yet to the Vatican's insistence that Benedict played no role in blocking the removal of pedophile priests during his years as head of the Catholic Church's doctrinal watchdog office.The letter, signed by then-Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, was typed in Latin and is part of years of correspondence between the Diocese of Oakland and the Vatican about the proposed defrocking of the Rev. Stephen Kiesle.The Vatican confirmed Friday that it was Ratzinger's signature. The press office doesn't believe it is necessary to respond to every single document taken out of context regarding particular legal situations,the Rev. Federico Lombardi said.Another spokesman, the Rev. Ciro Benedettini, said the letter showed no attempt at a cover-up. The then-Cardinal Ratzinger didn't cover up the case, but as the letter clearly shows, made clear the need to study the case with more attention, taking into account the good of all involved.The diocese recommended removing Kiesle (KEEZ'-lee) from the priesthood in 1981, the year Ratzinger was appointed to head the Vatican office that shared responsibility for disciplining abusive priests.The case then languished for four years at the Vatican before Ratzinger finally wrote to Oakland Bishop John Cummins. It was two more years before Kiesle was removed; during that time he continued to do volunteer work with children through the church.

In the November 1985 letter, Ratzinger says the arguments for removing Kiesle are of grave significance but added that such actions required very careful review and more time. He also urged the bishop to provide Kiesle with as much paternal care as possible while awaiting the decision, according to a translation for AP by Professor Thomas Habinek, chairman of the University of Southern California Classics Department.But the future pope also noted that any decision to defrock Kiesle must take into account the good of the universal church and the detriment that granting the dispensation can provoke within the community of Christ's faithful, particularly considering the young age. Kiesle was 38 at the time.Kiesle had been sentenced in 1978 to three years' probation after pleading no contest to misdemeanor charges of lewd conduct for tying up and molesting two young boys in a San Francisco Bay area church rectory.As his probation ended in 1981, Kiesle asked to leave the priesthood and the diocese submitted papers to Rome to defrock him.In his earliest letter to Ratzinger, Cummins warned that returning Kiesle to ministry would cause more of a scandal than stripping him of his priestly powers.It is my conviction that there would be no scandal if this petition were granted and that as a matter of fact, given the nature of the case, there might be greater scandal to the community if Father Kiesle were allowed to return to the active ministry,Cummins wrote in 1982.

While papers obtained by the AP include only one letter with Ratzinger's signature, correspondence and internal memos from the diocese refer to a letter dated Nov. 17, 1981, from the then-cardinal to the bishop. Ratzinger was appointed to head the Vatican's Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith a week later.California church officials wrote to Ratzinger at least three times to check on the status of Kiesle's case and Cummins discussed the case with officials during a Vatican visit, according to correspondence. At one point, a Vatican official wrote to say the file may have been lost and suggested resubmitting materials.Diocese officials considered writing Ratzinger again after they received his 1985 response to impress upon him that leaving Kiesle in the ministry would harm the church, Rev. George Mockel wrote in a memo to the Oakland bishop.My own reading of this letter is that basically they are going to sit on it until Steve gets quite a bit older,the memo said.Despite his young age, the particular and unique circumstances of this case would seem to make it a greater scandal if he were not laicized.As Kiesle's fate was being weighed in Rome, the priest returned to suburban Pinole to volunteer as a youth minister at St. Joseph Church, where he had served as associate pastor from 1972 to 1975. Kiesle was ultimately stripped of his priestly powers on Feb. 13, 1987, though the documents do not indicate how or why. They also don't say what role — if any — Ratzinger had in the decision. Kiesle continued to volunteer with children, according to Maurine Behrend, who worked in the Oakland diocese's youth ministry office in the 1980s. After learning of his history, Behrend complained to church officials. When nothing was done she wrote a letter, which she showed to the AP.Obviously nothing has been done after EIGHT months of repeated notifications, she wrote.How are we supposed to have confidence in the system when nothing is done? A simple phone call to the pastor from the bishop is all it would take.She eventually confronted Cummins at a confirmation and Kiesle was gone a short time later, Behrend said. Kiesle, who married after leaving the priesthood, was arrested and charged in 2002 with 13 counts of child molestation from the 1970s. All but two were thrown out after the U.S. Supreme Court struck down as unconstitutional a California law extending the statute of limitations.

He pleaded no contest in 2004 to a felony for molesting a young girl in his Truckee home in 1995 and was sentenced to six years in state prison. Kiesle, now 63 and a registered sex offender, lives in a Walnut Creek gated community, according to his address listed on the Megan's Law sex registry. An AP reporter was turned away when attempting to reach him for comment. William Gagen, an attorney who represented Kiesle in 2002, did not return a call for comment. More than a half-dozen victims reached a settlement in 2005 with the Oakland diocese alleging Kiesle had molested them as young children. He admitted molesting many children and bragged that he was the Pied Piper and said he tried to molest every child that sat on his lap, said Lewis VanBlois, an attorney for six Kiesle victims who interviewed the former priest in prison. When asked how many children he had molested over the years, he said tons. Cummins, 82 and now retired, initially told the AP he did not recall writing to Ratzinger about Kiesle, but he remembered when shown the letter with his signature on Friday. He said things had changed over the past quarter century. When he (Ratzinger) took over I think he was following what was the practice of the time, that Pope John Paul was slowing these things down. You didn't just walk out of the priesthood then, Cummins said. These things were slow and their idea of thoroughness was a little more than ours. We were in a situation that was hands-on, with personal reaction.Documents obtained by the AP last week revealed similar instances of Vatican stalling in cases involving two Arizona clergy. In one case, the future pope took over the abuse case of the Rev. Michael Teta of Tucson, Ariz., then let it languish at the Vatican for years despite repeated pleas from the bishop for the man to be removed from the priesthood.In the second, the bishop called Msgr. Robert Trupia a major risk factor in a letter to Ratzinger. There is no indication in those files that Ratzinger responded. The Vatican has called the accusations absolutely groundless and said the facts were being misrepresented.Associated Press writers Brooke Donald in Oakland, Eric Gorski in Denver, John Mone in San Diego, Raquel Maria Dillon in Los Angeles and Victor L. Simpson in Rome contributed to this report.

Tie-Breaking procedure
* - Division leaders are seeded 1, 2, and 3 in Conference standings. If two or more clubs are tied in points during the regular season, the standing of the clubs is determined in the following order:

1.The fewer number of games played (i.e., superior points percentage).
2.The greater number of games won.
3.The greater number of points earned in games between the tied clubs. If two clubs are tied, and have not played an equal number of home games against each other, points earned in the first game played in the city that had the extra game shall not be included. If more than two clubs are tied, the higher percentage of available points earned in games among those clubs, and not including any "odd" games, shall be used to determine the standing.
4.The greater differential between goals for and against for the entire regular season.

TORAH PORTION FROM APR 11 - 17,2010

SINCE WHAT ISRAEL READS WILL BE FULFILLED IN THAT WEEK I WILL BE PUTTING THE WEEKLY TORAH PORTION ON FOR ALL OF US TO KEEP TRACK OF ISRAEL HAPPENINGS.

TORAH PORTION FROM APR 11 2010 6PM - APR 17 6PM 2010

LEVITICUS 12:1 - 15:33
1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a woman have conceived seed, and born a man child: then she shall be unclean seven days; according to the days of the separation for her infirmity shall she be unclean.
3 And in the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised.
4 And she shall then continue in the blood of her purifying three and thirty days; she shall touch no hallowed thing, nor come into the sanctuary, until the days of her purifying be fulfilled.
5 But if she bear a maid child, then she shall be unclean two weeks, as in her separation: and she shall continue in the blood of her purifying threescore and six days.
6 And when the days of her purifying are fulfilled, for a son, or for a daughter, she shall bring a lamb of the first year for a burnt offering, and a young pigeon, or a turtledove, for a sin offering, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, unto the priest:
7 Who shall offer it before the LORD, and make an atonement for her; and she shall be cleansed from the issue of her blood. This is the law for her that hath born a male or a female.
8 And if she be not able to bring a lamb, then she shall bring two turtles, or two young pigeons; the one for the burnt offering, and the other for a sin offering: and the priest shall make an atonement for her, and she shall be clean.

LEVITICUS 13:1-59
1 And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron, saying,
2 When a man shall have in the skin of his flesh a rising, a scab, or bright spot, and it be in the skin of his flesh like the plague of leprosy; then he shall be brought unto Aaron the priest, or unto one of his sons the priests:
3 And the priest shall look on the plague in the skin of the flesh: and when the hair in the plague is turned white, and the plague in sight be deeper than the skin of his flesh, it is a plague of leprosy: and the priest shall look on him, and pronounce him unclean.
4 If the bright spot be white in the skin of his flesh, and in sight be not deeper than the skin, and the hair thereof be not turned white; then the priest shall shut up him that hath the plague seven days:
5 And the priest shall look on him the seventh day: and, behold, if the plague in his sight be at a stay, and the plague spread not in the skin; then the priest shall shut him up seven days more:
6 And the priest shall look on him again the seventh day: and, behold, if the plague be somewhat dark, and the plague spread not in the skin, the priest shall pronounce him clean: it is but a scab: and he shall wash his clothes, and be clean.
7 But if the scab spread much abroad in the skin, after that he hath been seen of the priest for his cleansing, he shall be seen of the priest again:
8 And if the priest see that, behold, the scab spreadeth in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a leprosy.
9 When the plague of leprosy is in a man, then he shall be brought unto the priest;
10 And the priest shall see him: and, behold, if the rising be white in the skin, and it have turned the hair white, and there be quick raw flesh in the rising;
11 It is an old leprosy in the skin of his flesh, and the priest shall pronounce him unclean, and shall not shut him up: for he is unclean.
12 And if a leprosy break out abroad in the skin, and the leprosy cover all the skin of him that hath the plague from his head even to his foot, wheresoever the priest looketh;
13 Then the priest shall consider: and, behold, if the leprosy have covered all his flesh, he shall pronounce him clean that hath the plague: it is all turned white: he is clean.
14 But when raw flesh appeareth in him, he shall be unclean.
15 And the priest shall see the raw flesh, and pronounce him to be unclean: for the raw flesh is unclean: it is a leprosy.
16 Or if the raw flesh turn again, and be changed unto white, he shall come unto the priest;
17 And the priest shall see him: and, behold, if the plague be turned into white; then the priest shall pronounce him clean that hath the plague: he is clean.
18 The flesh also, in which, even in the skin thereof, was a boil, and is healed,
19 And in the place of the boil there be a white rising, or a bright spot, white, and somewhat reddish, and it be shewed to the priest;
20 And if, when the priest seeth it, behold, it be in sight lower than the skin, and the hair thereof be turned white; the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a plague of leprosy broken out of the boil.
21 But if the priest look on it, and, behold, there be no white hairs therein, and if it be not lower than the skin, but be somewhat dark; then the priest shall shut him up seven days:
22 And if it spread much abroad in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a plague.
23 But if the bright spot stay in his place, and spread not, it is a burning boil; and the priest shall pronounce him clean.
24 Or if there be any flesh, in the skin whereof there is a hot burning, and the quick flesh that burneth have a white bright spot, somewhat reddish, or white;
25 Then the priest shall look upon it: and, behold, if the hair in the bright spot be turned white, and it be in sight deeper than the skin; it is a leprosy broken out of the burning: wherefore the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is the plague of leprosy.
26 But if the priest look on it, and, behold, there be no white hair in the bright spot, and it be no lower than the other skin, but be somewhat dark; then the priest shall shut him up seven days:
27 And the priest shall look upon him the seventh day: and if it be spread much abroad in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is the plague of leprosy.
28 And if the bright spot stay in his place, and spread not in the skin, but it be somewhat dark; it is a rising of the burning, and the priest shall pronounce him clean: for it is an inflammation of the burning.
29 If a man or woman have a plague upon the head or the beard;
30 Then the priest shall see the plague: and, behold, if it be in sight deeper than the skin; and there be in it a yellow thin hair; then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a dry scall, even a leprosy upon the head or beard.
31 And if the priest look on the plague of the scall, and, behold, it be not in sight deeper than the skin, and that there is no black hair in it; then the priest shall shut up him that hath the plague of the scall seven days:
32 And in the seventh day the priest shall look on the plague: and, behold, if the scall spread not, and there be in it no yellow hair, and the scall be not in sight deeper than the skin;
33 He shall be shaven, but the scall shall he not shave; and the priest shall shut up him that hath the scall seven days more:
34 And in the seventh day the priest shall look on the scall: and, behold, if the scall be not spread in the skin, nor be in sight deeper than the skin; then the priest shall pronounce him clean: and he shall wash his clothes, and be clean.
35 But if the scall spread much in the skin after his cleansing;
36 Then the priest shall look on him: and, behold, if the scall be spread in the skin, the priest shall not seek for yellow hair; he is unclean.
37 But if the scall be in his sight at a stay, and that there is black hair grown up therein; the scall is healed, he is clean: and the priest shall pronounce him clean.
38 If a man also or a woman have in the skin of their flesh bright spots, even white bright spots;
39 Then the priest shall look: and, behold, if the bright spots in the skin of their flesh be darkish white; it is a freckled spot that groweth in the skin; he is clean.
40 And the man whose hair is fallen off his head, he is bald; yet is he clean.
41 And he that hath his hair fallen off from the part of his head toward his face, he is forehead bald: yet is he clean.
42 And if there be in the bald head, or bald forehead, a white reddish sore; it is a leprosy sprung up in his bald head, or his bald forehead.
43 Then the priest shall look upon it: and, behold, if the rising of the sore be white reddish in his bald head, or in his bald forehead, as the leprosy appeareth in the skin of the flesh;
44 He is a leprous man, he is unclean: the priest shall pronounce him utterly unclean; his plague is in his head.
45 And the leper in whom the plague is, his clothes shall be rent, and his head bare, and he shall put a covering upon his upper lip, and shall cry, Unclean, unclean.
46 All the days wherein the plague shall be in him he shall be defiled; he is unclean: he shall dwell alone; without the camp shall his habitation be.
47 The garment also that the plague of leprosy is in, whether it be a woollen garment, or a linen garment;
48 Whether it be in the warp, or woof; of linen, or of woollen; whether in a skin, or in any thing made of skin;
49 And if the plague be greenish or reddish in the garment, or in the skin, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in any thing of skin; it is a plague of leprosy, and shall be shewed unto the priest:
50 And the priest shall look upon the plague, and shut up it that hath the plague seven days:
51 And he shall look on the plague on the seventh day: if the plague be spread in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in a skin, or in any work that is made of skin; the plague is a fretting leprosy; it is unclean.
52 He shall therefore burn that garment, whether warp or woof, in woollen or in linen, or any thing of skin, wherein the plague is: for it is a fretting leprosy; it shall be burnt in the fire.
53 And if the priest shall look, and, behold, the plague be not spread in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in any thing of skin;
54 Then the priest shall command that they wash the thing wherein the plague is, and he shall shut it up seven days more:
55 And the priest shall look on the plague, after that it is washed: and, behold, if the plague have not changed his colour, and the plague be not spread; it is unclean; thou shalt burn it in the fire; it is fret inward, whether it be bare within or without.
56 And if the priest look, and, behold, the plague be somewhat dark after the washing of it; then he shall rend it out of the garment, or out of the skin, or out of the warp, or out of the woof:
57 And if it appear still in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in any thing of skin; it is a spreading plague: thou shalt burn that wherein the plague is with fire.
58 And the garment, either warp, or woof, or whatsoever thing of skin it be, which thou shalt wash, if the plague be departed from them, then it shall be washed the second time, and shall be clean.
59 This is the law of the plague of leprosy in a garment of woollen or linen, either in the warp, or woof, or any thing of skins, to pronounce it clean, or to pronounce it unclean.

LEVITICUS 14:1-57
1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
2 This shall be the law of the leper in the day of his cleansing: He shall be brought unto the priest:
3 And the priest shall go forth out of the camp; and the priest shall look, and, behold, if the plague of leprosy be healed in the leper;
4 Then shall the priest command to take for him that is to be cleansed two birds alive and clean, and cedar wood, and scarlet, and hyssop:
5 And the priest shall command that one of the birds be killed in an earthen vessel over running water:
6 As for the living bird, he shall take it, and the cedar wood, and the scarlet, and the hyssop, and shall dip them and the living bird in the blood of the bird that was killed over the running water:
7 And he shall sprinkle upon him that is to be cleansed from the leprosy seven times, and shall pronounce him clean, and shall let the living bird loose into the open field.
8 And he that is to be cleansed shall wash his clothes, and shave off all his hair, and wash himself in water, that he may be clean: and after that he shall come into the camp, and shall tarry abroad out of his tent seven days.
9 But it shall be on the seventh day, that he shall shave all his hair off his head and his beard and his eyebrows, even all his hair he shall shave off: and he shall wash his clothes, also he shall wash his flesh in water, and he shall be clean.
10 And on the eighth day he shall take two he lambs without blemish, and one ewe lamb of the first year without blemish, and three tenth deals of fine flour for a meat offering, mingled with oil, and one log of oil.
11 And the priest that maketh him clean shall present the man that is to be made clean, and those things, before the LORD, at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:
12 And the priest shall take one he lamb, and offer him for a trespass offering, and the log of oil, and wave them for a wave offering before the LORD:
13 And he shall slay the lamb in the place where he shall kill the sin offering and the burnt offering, in the holy place: for as the sin offering is the priest's, so is the trespass offering: it is most holy:
14 And the priest shall take some of the blood of the trespass offering, and the priest shall put it upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot:
15 And the priest shall take some of the log of oil, and pour it into the palm of his own left hand:
16 And the priest shall dip his right finger in the oil that is in his left hand, and shall sprinkle of the oil with his finger seven times before the LORD:
17 And of the rest of the oil that is in his hand shall the priest put upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot, upon the blood of the trespass offering:
18 And the remnant of the oil that is in the priest's hand he shall pour upon the head of him that is to be cleansed: and the priest shall make an atonement for him before the LORD.
19 And the priest shall offer the sin offering, and make an atonement for him that is to be cleansed from his uncleanness; and afterward he shall kill the burnt offering:
20 And the priest shall offer the burnt offering and the meat offering upon the altar: and the priest shall make an atonement for him, and he shall be clean.
21 And if he be poor, and cannot get so much; then he shall take one lamb for a trespass offering to be waved, to make an atonement for him, and one tenth deal of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering, and a log of oil;
22 And two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, such as he is able to get; and the one shall be a sin offering, and the other a burnt offering.
23 And he shall bring them on the eighth day for his cleansing unto the priest, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, before the LORD.
24 And the priest shall take the lamb of the trespass offering, and the log of oil, and the priest shall wave them for a wave offering before the LORD:
25 And he shall kill the lamb of the trespass offering, and the priest shall take some of the blood of the trespass offering, and put it upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot:
26 And the priest shall pour of the oil into the palm of his own left hand:
27 And the priest shall sprinkle with his right finger some of the oil that is in his left hand seven times before the LORD:
28 And the priest shall put of the oil that is in his hand upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot, upon the place of the blood of the trespass offering:
29 And the rest of the oil that is in the priest's hand he shall put upon the head of him that is to be cleansed, to make an atonement for him before the LORD.
30 And he shall offer the one of the turtledoves, or of the young pigeons, such as he can get;
31 Even such as he is able to get, the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, with the meat offering: and the priest shall make an atonement for him that is to be cleansed before the LORD.
32 This is the law of him in whom is the plague of leprosy, whose hand is not able to get that which pertaineth to his cleansing.
33 And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,
34 When ye be come into the land of Canaan, which I give to you for a possession, and I put the plague of leprosy in a house of the land of your possession;
35 And he that owneth the house shall come and tell the priest, saying, It seemeth to me there is as it were a plague in the house:
36 Then the priest shall command that they empty the house, before the priest go into it to see the plague, that all that is in the house be not made unclean: and afterward the priest shall go in to see the house:
37 And he shall look on the plague, and, behold, if the plague be in the walls of the house with hollow strakes, greenish or reddish, which in sight are lower than the wall;
38 Then the priest shall go out of the house to the door of the house, and shut up the house seven days:
39 And the priest shall come again the seventh day, and shall look: and, behold, if the plague be spread in the walls of the house;
40 Then the priest shall command that they take away the stones in which the plague is, and they shall cast them into an unclean place without the city:
41 And he shall cause the house to be scraped within round about, and they shall pour out the dust that they scrape off without the city into an unclean place:
42 And they shall take other stones, and put them in the place of those stones; and he shall take other morter, and shall plaister the house.
43 And if the plague come again, and break out in the house, after that he hath taken away the stones, and after he hath scraped the house, and after it is plaistered;
44 Then the priest shall come and look, and, behold, if the plague be spread in the house, it is a fretting leprosy in the house: it is unclean.
45 And he shall break down the house, the stones of it, and the timber thereof, and all the morter of the house; and he shall carry them forth out of the city into an unclean place.
46 Moreover he that goeth into the house all the while that it is shut up shall be unclean until the even.
47 And he that lieth in the house shall wash his clothes; and he that eateth in the house shall wash his clothes.
48 And if the priest shall come in, and look upon it, and, behold, the plague hath not spread in the house, after the house was plaistered: then the priest shall pronounce the house clean, because the plague is healed.
49 And he shall take to cleanse the house two birds, and cedar wood, and scarlet, and hyssop:
50 And he shall kill the one of the birds in an earthen vessel over running water:
51 And he shall take the cedar wood, and the hyssop, and the scarlet, and the living bird, and dip them in the blood of the slain bird, and in the running water, and sprinkle the house seven times:
52 And he shall cleanse the house with the blood of the bird, and with the running water, and with the living bird, and with the cedar wood, and with the hyssop, and with the scarlet:
53 But he shall let go the living bird out of the city into the open fields, and make an atonement for the house: and it shall be clean.
54 This is the law for all manner of plague of leprosy, and scall,
55 And for the leprosy of a garment, and of a house,
56 And for a rising, and for a scab, and for a bright spot:
57 To teach when it is unclean, and when it is clean: this is the law of leprosy.

LEVITICUS 15:1-33
1 And the LORD spake unto Moses and to Aaron, saying,
2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When any man hath a running issue out of his flesh, because of his issue he is unclean.
3 And this shall be his uncleanness in his issue: whether his flesh run with his issue, or his flesh be stopped from his issue, it is his uncleanness.
4 Every bed, whereon he lieth that hath the issue, is unclean: and every thing, whereon he sitteth, shall be unclean.
5 And whosoever toucheth his bed shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
6 And he that sitteth on any thing whereon he sat that hath the issue shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
7 And he that toucheth the flesh of him that hath the issue shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
8 And if he that hath the issue spit upon him that is clean; then he shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
9 And what saddle soever he rideth upon that hath the issue shall be unclean.
10 And whosoever toucheth any thing that was under him shall be unclean until the even: and he that beareth any of those things shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
11 And whomsoever he toucheth that hath the issue, and hath not rinsed his hands in water, he shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
12 And the vessel of earth, that he toucheth which hath the issue, shall be broken: and every vessel of wood shall be rinsed in water.
13 And when he that hath an issue is cleansed of his issue; then he shall number to himself seven days for his cleansing, and wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in running water, and shall be clean.
14 And on the eighth day he shall take to him two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, and come before the LORD unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and give them unto the priest:
15 And the priest shall offer them, the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him before the LORD for his issue.
16 And if any man's seed of copulation go out from him, then he shall wash all his flesh in water, and be unclean until the even.
17 And every garment, and every skin, whereon is the seed of copulation, shall be washed with water, and be unclean until the even.
18 The woman also with whom man shall lie with seed of copulation, they shall both bathe themselves in water, and be unclean until the even.
19 And if a woman have an issue, and her issue in her flesh be blood, she shall be put apart seven days: and whosoever toucheth her shall be unclean until the even.
20 And every thing that she lieth upon in her separation shall be unclean: every thing also that she sitteth upon shall be unclean.
21 And whosoever toucheth her bed shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
22 And whosoever toucheth any thing that she sat upon shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
23 And if it be on her bed, or on any thing whereon she sitteth, when he toucheth it, he shall be unclean until the even.
24 And if any man lie with her at all, and her flowers be upon him, he shall be unclean seven days; and all the bed whereon he lieth shall be unclean.
25 And if a woman have an issue of her blood many days out of the time of her separation, or if it run beyond the time of her separation; all the days of the issue of her uncleanness shall be as the days of her separation: she shall be unclean.
26 Every bed whereon she lieth all the days of her issue shall be unto her as the bed of her separation: and whatsoever she sitteth upon shall be unclean, as the uncleanness of her separation.
27 And whosoever toucheth those things shall be unclean, and shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
28 But if she be cleansed of her issue, then she shall number to herself seven days, and after that she shall be clean.
29 And on the eighth day she shall take unto her two turtles, or two young pigeons, and bring them unto the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
30 And the priest shall offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for her before the LORD for the issue of her uncleanness.
31 Thus shall ye separate the children of Israel from their uncleanness; that they die not in their uncleanness, when they defile my tabernacle that is among them.
32 This is the law of him that hath an issue, and of him whose seed goeth from him, and is defiled therewith;
33 And of her that is sick of her flowers, and of him that hath an issue, of the man, and of the woman, and of him that lieth with her that is unclean.

PROPHETS PORTION

2 KINGS 4:42-5:19
42 And there came a man from Baalshalisha, and brought the man of God bread of the firstfruits, twenty loaves of barley, and full ears of corn in the husk thereof. And he said, Give unto the people, that they may eat.
43 And his servitor said, What, should I set this before an hundred men? He said again, Give the people, that they may eat: for thus saith the LORD, They shall eat, and shall leave thereof.
44 So he set it before them, and they did eat, and left thereof, according to the word of the LORD.
1 Now Naaman, captain of the host of the king of Syria, was a great man with his master, and honourable, because by him the LORD had given deliverance unto Syria: he was also a mighty man in valour, but he was a leper.
2 And the Syrians had gone out by companies, and had brought away captive out of the land of Israel a little maid; and she waited on Naaman's wife.
3 And she said unto her mistress, Would God my lord were with the prophet that is in Samaria! for he would recover him of his leprosy.
4 And one went in, and told his lord, saying, Thus and thus said the maid that is of the land of Israel.
5 And the king of Syria said, Go to, go, and I will send a letter unto the king of Israel. And he departed, and took with him ten talents of silver, and six thousand pieces of gold, and ten changes of raiment.
6 And he brought the letter to the king of Israel, saying, Now when this letter is come unto thee, behold, I have therewith sent Naaman my servant to thee, that thou mayest recover him of his leprosy.
7 And it came to pass, when the king of Israel had read the letter, that he rent his clothes, and said, Am I God, to kill and to make alive, that this man doth send unto me to recover a man of his leprosy? wherefore consider, I pray you, and see how he seeketh a quarrel against me.
8 And it was so, when Elisha the man of God had heard that the king of Israel had rent his clothes, that he sent to the king, saying, Wherefore hast thou rent thy clothes? let him come now to me, and he shall know that there is a prophet in Israel.
9 So Naaman came with his horses and with his chariot, and stood at the door of the house of Elisha.
10 And Elisha sent a messenger unto him, saying, Go and wash in Jordan seven times, and thy flesh shall come again to thee, and thou shalt be clean.
11 But Naaman was wroth, and went away, and said, Behold, I thought, He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of the LORD his God, and strike his hand over the place, and recover the leper.
12 Are not Abana and Pharpar, rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? may I not wash in them, and be clean? So he turned and went away in a rage.
13 And his servants came near, and spake unto him, and said, My father, if the prophet had bid thee do some great thing, wouldest thou not have done it? how much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean?
14 Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God: and his flesh came again like unto the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.
15 And he returned to the man of God, he and all his company, and came, and stood before him: and he said, Behold, now I know that there is no God in all the earth, but in Israel: now therefore, I pray thee, take a blessing of thy servant.
16 But he said, As the LORD liveth, before whom I stand, I will receive none. And he urged him to take it; but he refused.
17 And Naaman said, Shall there not then, I pray thee, be given to thy servant two mules' burden of earth? for thy servant will henceforth offer neither burnt offering nor sacrifice unto other gods, but unto the LORD.
18 In this thing the LORD pardon thy servant, that when my master goeth into the house of Rimmon to worship there, and he leaneth on my hand, and I bow myself in the house of Rimmon: when I bow down myself in the house of Rimmon, the LORD pardon thy servant in this thing.
19 And he said unto him, Go in peace. So he departed from him a little way.

NEW TESTAMENT PORTION

MATTHEW 8:1-4
1 When he was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him.
2 And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.
3 And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
4 And Jesus saith unto him, See thou tell no man; but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.

MATTHEW 11:2-6
2 Now when John had heard in the prison the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples,
3 And said unto him, Art thou he that should come, or do we look for another?
4 Jesus answered and said unto them, Go and shew John again those things which ye do hear and see:
5 The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.
6 And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.

MARK 1:40-45
40 And there came a leper to him, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him, and saying unto him, If thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.
41 And Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth his hand, and touched him, and saith unto him, I will; be thou clean.
42 And as soon as he had spoken, immediately the leprosy departed from him, and he was cleansed.
43 And he straitly charged him, and forthwith sent him away;
44 And saith unto him, See thou say nothing to any man: but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing those things which Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.
45 But he went out, and began to publish it much, and to blaze abroad the matter, insomuch that Jesus could no more openly enter into the city, but was without in desert places: and they came to him from every quarter.

LUKE 2:22-24
22 And when the days of her purification according to the law of Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord;
23 (As it is written in the law of the Lord, Every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy to the Lord;)
24 And to offer a sacrifice according to that which is said in the law of the Lord, A pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons.

LUKE 5:12-16
12 And it came to pass, when he was in a certain city, behold a man full of leprosy: who seeing Jesus fell on his face, and besought him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.
13 And he put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will: be thou clean. And immediately the leprosy departed from him.
14 And he charged him to tell no man: but go, and shew thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing, according as Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.
15 But so much the more went there a fame abroad of him: and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities.
16 And he withdrew himself into the wilderness, and prayed.

LUKE 7:18-23
18 And the disciples of John shewed him of all these things.
19 And John calling unto him two of his disciples sent them to Jesus, saying, Art thou he that should come? or look we for another?
20 When the men were come unto him, they said, John Baptist hath sent us unto thee, saying, Art thou he that should come? or look we for another?
21 And in that same hour he cured many of their infirmities and plagues, and of evil spirits; and unto many that were blind he gave sight.
22 Then Jesus answering said unto them, Go your way, and tell John what things ye have seen and heard; how that the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, to the poor the gospel is preached.
23 And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.

Bilderberg To Prolong Global Financial Recession For Another Year
Paul Joseph Watson Prison Planet.com Friday, April 9, 2010

http://www.infowars.com/bilderberg-to-prolong-global-financial-recession-for-another-year/

The Bilderberg Group will meet this year in Spain and continue to advance their agenda for world economic governance while agreeing to prolong the global financial recession for another year, according to Bilderberg sleuth Jim Tucker, who has discovered through his routinely accurate inside sources that the conference will take place from June 3-6.Bilderberg sleuths were correct in predicting that this year’s meeting would take place in western Europe, but were wrong in pinpointing the UK as the likeliest location. The 2010 conference will take place in a coastal resort called Sitges, which is about 20 miles from Barcelona.Bilderberg have now been absent from the UK for the longest time in their history. Even if Bilderberg chooses the UK as their 2011 destination, 13 years will have passed since their 1998 conference in Scotland, the longest gap between UK conferences since the group’s founding in 1954. As we highlighted yesterday, Bilderberg’s decision to avoid the UK is undoubtedly related to increased awareness of the group and the expectation that they would receive unwanted press attention as well as sizeable demonstrations if they held the meeting in the British Isles.Bilderberg last met in Spain in 1989 when they held their annual conference on the Spanish island of La Toja.This year’s confab will be similarly secluded, with Bilderberg’s increasing army of police and private security guards on hand to create a lock down of the entire resort.

Bilderberg will have a wide choice of hotels from which to host their secretive get-together, meaning the precise location of the conference will be harder than ever to pin down. The area is known for having a plethora of high standard hotels and is a popular tourist resort.The most likely candidate however would appear to be the Hotel Dolce Sitges (pictured top), a 5 star luxury resort adjacent to a prestigious golf club. Forming the consensus which sets the agenda for global policy behind closed doors can be stressful, which is why Bilderbergers like to interrupt their scheming with the odd round of golf.Business facilities include 11 meeting rooms, 25 breakout rooms, 2 boardrooms, and a spacious amphitheatre accommodating up to 60 guests. All of the venues are equipped with the latest audiovisual technologies and ideal for holding congresses, cocktails, weddings and any other kind of event for up to 550 guests,states the promotional text for the hotel, suggesting it would be ideal for the Bilderbergers.

The Hotel Dolce Sitges has no rooms available from June 2 to June 6, strongly indicating that this is when the resort will be locked down for the arrival of Bilderberg elitists.The resort appears to be suitably secluded and away from the crowded tourist areas, making it perfect for Bilderberg’s needs. In addition, attempting to book a room from June 3-6 via the hotel’s website reveals that no rooms are available from June 2 to June 6, strongly indicating that this is when the resort will be locked down for Bilderberg.However, Bilderberg has been known to leak false information about where the group is staying, so we cannot confirm the exact location until Jim Tucker or Daniel Estulin pinpoint the precise location via their inside sources, who have proven to be habitually accurate.State of the art conference facilities and 5 star luxury suggest the Hotel Dolce Sitges may be the preferred location for this year’s Bilderberg meeting.This year’s confab will focus around prolonging the global financial recession and creating more economic woe in order to provide the pretext for more regulation in pursuit of world economic governance, according to Jim Tucker’s sources.Bilderberg hopes to keep the global recession going for at least a year, according to an international financial consultant who deals personally with many of them. This is because, among several reasons, Bilderberg still hopes to create a global treasury department under the United Nations. Bilderberg first undertook this mission at its meeting last spring in Greece, but the effort was blocked by nationalists in Europe and the United States. Nationalists (a dirty word in Bilderberg) objected to surrendering sovereignty to the UN,writes Tucker.Tucker’s source highlighted a recent speech by French President Nicolas Sarkozy in which he called for a “new global monetary order. As we have highlighted, such rhetoric has been abundant over the past year, with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and EU President Herman Van Rompuy repeatedly echoing similar ideas.

As Bilderberg investigator Daniel Estulin revealed during last year’s Bilderberg meeting in Greece, elitists were planning to paint a false picture of economic recovery in order to sucker investors into ploughing their money back into the stock market, which is exactly what has happened with the Dow soaring back to just below the 11,000 level.Estulin correctly predicted the housing crash and the 2008 financial meltdown as a result of what his sources inside Bilderberg told him the elite were planning based on what was said at their 2006 meeting in Canada and the 2007 conference in Turkey.Bilderberg’s ultimate goal remains unchanged, writes Tucker. Turn the UN into a world government with nation-states becoming merely geographic references. The European Union is to become a single political entity, followed by the American Union and, finally, the Asian-Pacific Union. The American Union is to include the entire Western Hemisphere, including Cuba and other offshore islands.

The world is lining up to submit to the Nuclear free Obama By Laurie Roth APR 8,10

Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev did it now. The nuclear arms reduction treaty was signed in Prague this week. They will disband, stop research and development, while pressuring other countries to curtail production of nuclear weapons. Obama plans to be the poster child in his own Nobel peace prize eyes for stopping nuclear development. He has even promised if countries sign up for the disarmament treaty the US won’t attack them even if we are attacked in a huge and deadly way. Biological, electrical/power grid, conventional or terrorist attacks are allowed. We won’t respond with nuclear. We will be the example and show the way. Just follow Obama.Already we are seeing the love fest and conviction from countries to reduce or stop their nuclear programs. Ahmadinejad has flipped off Obama and the west again, saying he won’t beg to avoid sanctions and will attack Israel immediately if his nuclear facilities are attacked and attack our troops in the Middle East. Aren’t we shocked that Ahmadinejad didn’t fall at the powerful feet of Obama and submit to his international nuclear plans? We are getting warned about attacking Iran from more than Iran, Major Hassan Firouzabadi was quoted with the Fars news agency,If America presents Iran with a serious threat and undertakes any measure against Iran, none of the American soldiers who are currently in the region would go back to America alive.He goes on regarding oil….If America wants to have the region’s oil and its markets then the region’s markets would be taken away from America and the Muslims’ control over oil would increase.

So, the threats are flying back at us if we move forward to stop Iran’s nuclear plans and as usual, oil, its controls and pricing comes up as the ace in their deck. Why not? It seems to work every time with the west. I remember how shocked I was when President Bush was so light on the Saudis and didn’t attack them or place severe sanctions on them when 15 of the 19 hijackers were Saudis on 9/11. Instead we went into Iraq and Afghanistan. Of course, we have found out over the years the long term and close relationship with the Bush family and the Saudis and obviously our desperate, codependence and caution regarding oil sources and pricing. The only nation that will be compromised and submitting to this absurd and dangerous nuclear disbarment plan is the US. Russia will lie. Iran will lie and flip us off. China will lie and consider buying less of our debts. We can’t have that so we will look the other way. We will be exposed and so will our allies.America is the one that will pay by us rendering our nuclear arsenal a non competitive fossil. There will be no research and development to go forward and compete in case we did need to use a nuclear weapon. It is a great day in the neighborhood for terrorists, communists and other enemies of the United States. Bring out the wine and cheese! The Islamic radicals peppering our planet, that hide behind radical states now have been assured that we will not attack back in kind if we are attacked. This President is walking us ever so politely to our graves. We must not let him. America’s nuclear bomb is coming…..mid terms for starters.

BREAKING: Attempted airline bombing
7 April 2010; 9:40 PM:

An unidentified male reportedly flying on a domestic flight from Washington, DC to Denver attempted to ignite some type of explosive smuggled aboard. Warnings have been issued to all domestic airlines. This incident was reported to this agency by an air traffic controller who was purportedly involved in the incident. We are attempting to secure more detailed information at this time. BREAKING – More details to follow.

Update 1: 10:38 PM: The Northeast Intelligence Network has confirmed that Mohammed al MODADI, a diplomat from Qatar stationed at the Washington, DC embassy, attempted to ignite explosives smuggled inside his shoe. According to a FAA source and further confirmed through a source within the FBI, al MODADI has diplomatic immunity…

Update 11:00 PM ET: There is no misunderstanding, according to a Federal Air Marshal speaking to Douglas J. Hagmann, Director of the Northeast Intelligence Network on the strict condition of anonymity. This was a clear incident of attempted terrorism, according to this source, who referenced news reports surfacing that al Modadi was involved in a misunderstanding. Mohammed al MODADI, 3rd Secretary and Vice-Consul at the Qatari Embassy in Washington, was subdued by at least one Federal Air Marshal aboard United Airlines flight 663 Wednesday night. The aircraft was carrying 157 passengers and 6 crew members, and landed in Denver at about 7:00 PM local time.

Update 11:55 PM ET: According to a FBI source, the Qatari diplomat who reportedly attempted to ignite something he brought aboard Flight 663 during its last hour of flight is taunting investigators by demanding his release, citing diplomatic immunity. The FBI source in Denver states that al MODADI is demanding intervention by the Qatari embassy and U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder. He is smug and uncooperative,states this FBI source.

Air Traffic Control audio of incident censored.

The audio between Denver ATC and United Airlines flight 663 has allegedly been censored for security purposes.The transmissions between the pilot and tower, beginning at about 19 minutes into this audio clip, become scrambled in an otherwise normal audio clip. The scrambling of the audio between Denver and flight 663 takes place between 19:00 minutes and 21:00 minutes (MP3 format).

Frisco Scraps Meatless Monday Plan!-Beef-Fry Days (B.F.D.) Resolution Passed By San Francisco Supervisors By William Kevin Stoos Friday, April 9, 2010 CFP

No sooner had San Francisco announced its Meatless Mondays program—proposed by Supervisor Sophie Meatless Maxwell—vegetarian, than they scrapped the plan in favor of a more traditional way to curb pollution in the United States. Of course, this startling development caught the eye of Ace Reporter and Most Trusted Name in the News 2010,Hugh Betcha. Hugh, Chief of the Food Bureau of the Stoos Views media conglomerate in Wynstone, South Dakota—where the air is clean, the crime rate low, the folks vote red and the centre still holds—called Heather Muffin Goodearth, spokes- individual for the San Francisco Board of Supervisors—to get the lowdown. Heather, who took the call for Maxwell, who was attending a conference on Offending the Goddess of Nature—How to Protect the Ecosphere,at the Frisco University Institute of Technology—Cows Are Killing the Environment division (F.R.U.I.T.C.A.K.E) explained the sudden change in attitude by the Supervisors.

We got it all wrong,she noted, almost apologetically.Studies by environmental scientists at F.R.U.I.T.C.A.K.E. have proved beyond any doubt that cow flatus—not automobiles, volcanic eruptions or industrial emissions—is responsible for most of the air pollution world wide. These are the same scientists who argued for the elimination of all plastic bags, the banning of warships in the harbor, the health hazards of smoking in outdoor cafes, the danger of mixing different types of compost, and the danger of mean thoughts, so we cannot question their findings. That being the case we decided that Meatless Mondays was the wrong approach altogether. Why? Hugh inquired—always good at such incisive questions. Simply put, cows are the enemy. By promoting Meatless Mondays, we are actually encouraging cow life—which is detrimental to human life and the environment. Their gas if you will, is sucking the life out of the planet. Al Gore has advised us candidly, that if cattle are allowed to live, there will be no oxygen left on the planet within five years—the same time that the polar ice caps melt. Therefore the answer is simple…....that is?

We must ban their production and eat them all.Say what? Yes, we have changed our thinking about this matter and have a two fold plan: First, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors will announce this week the passage of a strong resolution condemning the production of all beef henceforth, and banning the raising of cattle within the city limits of San Francisco. This ban will serve as a beacon to all other cities, states and nations—just as we have led the way on every major social issue of the day. We expect our great Leader Nancy Pelosi to introduce national legislation to this effect later this year—but we must start somewhere. So the resolution will be announced this week and strictly enforced. Second, beginning this week, the Board will pass a resolution announcing that, henceforth, every Friday in San Francisco shall be Beef-Fry Day. All citizens (except Sophie) will be ordered to eat as much beef as possible and thereby do their part to eliminate the scourge of these gas-passing behemoths who are sucking the oxygen from the planet, destroying the ozone layer, melting the poles and killing thousands of those baby polar bears who are left homeless by the melting icecaps.What is the theory here? Hugh inquired.By outlawing the production of beef—which will certainly catch on when others read our resolution and do the same—and eating those that remain, we clean up the air—it is that simple.

Wow, this is indeed innovative. What is next? We will ban auto emissions within the city limits and thereby eliminate the second biggest source of pollution on the planet next to bovine flatulence. You mean…. Yes….Motorless Mondays. No driving within the city limits of San Francisco on Mondays. Watch the papers. And if that works as we expect…Don’t tell me….

Keith Olbermann is an excellent example of a talking head with no residing mind Liberal Nazis By Bob Beers Friday, April 9, 2010 CFP

In his March 27, 2010 column, New York Times columnist Frank Rich compared the alleged tea-party treatment of marching Democrats to the Nazi treatment of the Jews during Germany’s Kristallnacht. Here is the line from Rich’s garbled prose: How curious that a mob fond of likening President Obama to Hitler knows so little about history that it doesn’t recognize its own small-scale mimicry of Kristallnacht.I’m pretty sure that unless they spend the time to do some digging, most of the Times’ readers have no idea what Rich is talking about. Let’s do some comparison, shall we? Here is the encyclopedia article:Kristallnacht [Ger.,=night of crystal], in German history, the night of Nov. 9, 1938, a night of violence against Jews and of destruction of the businesses and other property belonging to them. The name is a reference to the broken glass that resulted from the destruction. Using the pretext of the assassination of a German diplomat in Paris, Goebbels urged Storm Troopers to stage violent reprisals. A night of rampages by Storm Troopers, the SS, and the Hitler Youth resulted in 91 Jewish dead, hundreds injured, and 7,500 businesses and 177 synagogues gutted. 2008 Columbia University Press.I have been criticized before about denigrating the liberal intellect, or rather the lack thereof. Keith Olbermann is an excellent example of a talking head with no residing mind, and now we have proof that Keith has a clone at the Times. There really is no other way to rationalize the ravings that came from Frank Rich’s keyboard. A few Democrat Congressmen and women are called names and that compares with what Hitler did in 1938? How? By what logical measure? Somebody tell me how the two are even in the same universe?

Here is another Frank Rich logic bomb:But there was nothing like this. To find a prototype for the overheated reaction to the health care bill, you have to look a year before Medicare, to the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Both laws passed by similar majorities in Congress; the Civil Rights Act received even more votes in the Senate (73) than Medicare (70). But it was only the civil rights bill that made some Americans run off the rails.Run off the rails? I was there in 1964 and based on his writing, I’m pretty sure Frank was not. You see, Mr. Rich is attempting to do another typical liberal cloud the issue comparison. It is essentially the same sort of fact-twisting that comes from other liberal writers because they have no actual facts or history to give a foundation to the idiocy they espouse. The Civil Rights Act had some violence attached to it, yes. But who was doing the rioting? And where was the rioting occurring? Was it in the suburbs? Was it in Mill Valley? Brooklyn? Chicago’s Gold Coast? No, it happened in Harlem, Watts, Detroit, Newark and Washington D.C., bastions of the same lack of hope and deep rooted dispair that Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton fight to keep today. The riots ebbed and flowed from 1964 up to 1968 to the point that the National Guard had to be called out to protect American Citizens from…and you’ll love this…the people who, if they voted, voted Democrat. People who were to become Barack Hussein Obama’s mentors and friends.

Frank’s bio says he graduated from Harvard. Well, all of our great universities have fallen into disrepute these days…Remember what Mr. Rich’s buddies did in the 1960’s? Remember the ROTC offices and buildings being torched by Molotov cocktails? How the armed peace protestors at Columbia and Cornell? Does anyone remember what side of the political aisle planned bombings at commissaries and NCO clubs during the last days of the Vietnam war? It certainly was those of us who associate with the Tea Party Movement. No, it was the community organizers, the peace marchers, the Harvard and Columbia liberal art majors and professors who now see a chance to turn this country into their own version of the socialist ideal.

They have just one problem, America has woken up.In Searchlight, Nevada, Harry Reid kicked off his re-election campaign. The news has been very quiet about this since the numbers at his rally were tiny compared to those put up by the Tea Party rally held several days before.Secure Democrat seats have been lost in the last 4 elections and not a single Democrat coming up for election today can honestly say they have no worries about this November.The recently passed healthcare bill is not a constitutionally secure piece of legislation and since it does not have a two-thirds ratification as a constitutional clause, it could be gone by next spring. The news media will not mention this.Back in 1938, Germany was being run by a minority party that had majority control of the government. In order to consolidate power, that party selected the successful and the prosperous as a scapegoat.Sound familiar?

Hamas apologist Norman Finkelstein attacks Israel again By Joseph A. Klein Thursday, April 8, 2010 CANADA FREE PRESS

Norman Finkelstein, the professional Israel basher, appeared before the United Nations Correspondents Association in New York on April 7th to hawk his newest diatribe against Israel entitled This Time We Went Too Far.Finkelstein claimed in his book that he was providing an accurate record of the suffering that the Gazan population endured as a result of the merciless Israeli assault.He urged the UN correspondents to publicize his message about what he called the bloodletting in Gaza.Finkelstein was referring to Operation Cast Lead, which Israel launched in December 2008 to put a stop to the incessant rocket attacks launched from Gaza by Palestinian terrorists against civilians living in Southern Israel. In his remarks to the UN correspondents, Finkelstein said that it was inaccurate to characterize what happened in Gaza as a war. He described it as a massacre deliberately designed by the Israeli government and military to terrorize the people of Gaza with disproportionate force.The real reason for Israel’s invasion, Finkelstein asserted, was to teach Arabs a lesson after Israel’s defeat in Lebanon in 2006.

To support his thesis that Israel used unreasonably disproportionate force against a defenseless civilian population and engaged in a massacre rather than a war, Finkelstein cited testimony from unnamed Israeli soldiers who were quoted as saying that they did not engage any combatants on the Hamas side. He also referred, as an example of Israel’s true intentions, to former Israeli Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni, who said at the time that Israel demonstrated real hooliganism during the course of the recent operation, which I demanded.Often associated with rowdiness at soccer games, hooliganism is a slang word that in the worst dictionary definition of the term refers to willful wanton and malicious destruction of the property of others. Let us suppose for the moment that this is what Livni actually meant and that willful wanton and malicious destruction of Palestinian property in Gaza reflected Israel’s true intentions. Is Israel expected to stand by and let Hamas and its other terrorist allies shoot rockets into Israeli civilian centers all day and night long, day after day - following repeated Israeli warnings to stop or face the consequences - without finally inflicting real damage to Hamas’ infrastructure in return? The use of disproportionate force to inflict damage against the enemy’s infrastructure was the only means available to stop Hamas’ campaign of aggressive violence against Israeli civilians.

If destroying the enemy’s infrastructure were considered a war crime or a crime against humanity,then Abraham Lincoln deserves to be branded a war criminal for endorsing the strategy of his general Ulysses S. Grant who took command of the Union Army with the goal of seeking the utter destruction of the Confederacy’s capacity to wage war.Grant ordered his subordinates,To strike against [the enemy] and break it up, get into the interior of the enemy’s country as far as you can, inflicting all the damage you can upon their war resources.Cruel, yes, but the strategy put an end to the four year Civil War.I understand that this is a crude comparison, but Israel was at war with terrorists determined to destroy the Jewish state and who refused to heed Israel’s many warnings to stop the rocket attacks meant to kill and terrorize innocent Israeli civilians. On the other hand, Finkelstein does not believe there was any war in Gaza at all to bring to an end, which would possibly justify what Israel did. But he completely ducked my question concerning the Hamas Covenant’s threat of annihilation of Israel, backed by Hamas’ terrorism campaign. Didn’t Israel have a legitimate existential fear for its survival, I asked him? His response indicated the twisted nature of this Hamas apologist’s way of thinking.

First, Finkelstein said that my question was made up of 99% fantasy,even though I was quoting from the Hamas Covenant:Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it (The Martyr, Imam Hassan al-Banna, of blessed memory).There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad. Initiatives, proposals and international conferences are all a waste of time and vain endeavors.I also quoted Al-Zahar, the overall leader of Hamas in the Gaza Strip who said:I hope that our dream of having an independent state on the entire territory of historical Palestine will be realized one day.This dream, he added,will become real one day. I’m certain of this because there is no place for the state of Israel on this land.After refusing to directly respond to my question, Finkelstein said that even if this threat to Israel’s existence were real (which he continued to deny was the case) it would not justify Israel’s actions. This regular mocker of his fellow Jews’ Holocaust suffering (which had included his own Holocaust survivor parents) gave an incredible response to a question from another UN correspondent, who had asked him to compare the Nazi horrors with Israel’s alleged war crimes. Finkelstein said that he saw little difference between Jewish children being murdered in gas chambers by the Nazis and Palestinian children being burnt by white phosphorous in Gaza.

The loss of any innocent child’s life – whether Palestinian or Israeli – is tragic. Perhaps Israel could have done more to avoid some deaths and serious injuries in Gaza, even though the former commander of British forces in Afghanistan observed that in its offensive against Hamas in Gaza the Israeli army did more to safeguard the rights of civilians in a combat zone than any other army in the history of warfare.But even assuming the accuracy of the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights’ worst case figure of 313 children killed among the 1414 Palestinians who died over a 23-day period (which defined a child as anyone under the age of 18), does that really compare with the more than 1.2 million Jewish children deliberately exterminated by the Nazis during the Holocaust? By 1945, the Germans and their collaborators killed nearly two out of every three European Jews. In the Gaza Strip, the Arab population grew from 82,500 to 1,428, 757 between 1948 and 2006. There were no Jews at all living in Gaza in 2006. The Palestinians were handed a golden opportunity to govern themselves and create the foundation for an independent state. After Israel withdrew unilaterally from Gaza, there was no blockade of the borders. Only after Hamas came to power, bringing with it the real potential to make good on its threat to annihilate Israel, did Israel take more defensive precautions that included a blockade. Finkelstein never mentioned that Hamas smuggled arms into Gaza, crossed the Israeli border to kidnap an Israeli soldier who is still languishing in Hamas’ hands if he is alive at all, and launched thousands of rockets targeted to hit schools and other Israeli civilian centers.After Finkelstein got through excoriating Israel for what he called a terrorist attack on a civilian population and denying that Israel was engaged in a real bona fide war with a terrorist enemy sworn to Israel’s destruction, he went on to defend the findings of the Goldstone Report that had been commissioned by the anti-Israel United Nations Human Rights Council. He called the report’s findings incontrovertible and its conclusion that Israel might have committed crimes against humanity the most cautious of all human rights reports. Finkelstein claimed that the only reason Israel and its supporters were trying to debunk the report was because they were particularly upset about the credentials of the prime author, Judge Richard Goldstone of South Africa - a Jew and a self-described committed Zionist as well as a distinguished international jurist.

First of all, Finkelstein conveniently left out of his praise of the Goldstone Report the part about Hamas’ own violations of international human rights law. Second, he neglected to mention the biased composition of the panel serving with Judge Goldstone that conducted its fact-finding mission in Gaza at the UN Human Rights Council’s behest.The fact-finding mission had pledged to impartially assess all violations of international human rights law and international humanitarian law that might have been committed in the Israel-Gaza conflict. International law requires such impartiality – an ingredient missing in virtually every UN-sponsored investigation of Israel and sadly missing in this case.For example, prior to seeing any evidence a panel member, Professor Christine Chinkin, had publicly declared that one of the parties—Israel—was guilty. She remained on the panel even after this obvious bias was pointed out. Another biased member of the four person panel, Ms. Hina Jilani, was quoted as stating in 2005: Israel is depriving Palestinians of their basic human rights using security as an excuse.A third member of the panel, Irish Colonel Desmond Travers, showed his anti-Israel bias and motivation to find Israel guilty irrespective of the facts when in an interview he accused Israeli soldiers of having killed Irish soldiers in Lebanon with a significant number who were taken out deliberately and shot (in southern Lebanon.).There was no credible evidence presented for that allegation either.Poor Judge Goldstone, even assuming he brought to his task the most honorable of intentions, was outnumbered 3-1. How was the majority’s bias reflected in the Goldstone mission’s fact-finding? It simply ignored inconvenient evidence that contradicted the majority opinion that Israel was guilty as charged. For example, Israel produced photographic evidence that Gaza mosques were used to store rockets and other weapons. That could not be, said Desmond Travers.I don’t believe the photographs… Those charges reflect Western perceptions in some quarters that Islam is a violent religion.

Finally, the Goldstone Report applied an outdated notion of international law that, in its interpretation, requires a democracy to sit back and wait for its citizens to be murdered in droves by armed terrorists before responding with overwhelming military force to prevent more attacks. Israel has the right to defend its innocent civilian citizens from attack by whatever means it deems necessary after fair warning and less forceful measures were tried without success.Norman Finkelstein said that he is working with Arab nations and others to wrangle an invitation to address the United Nations General Assembly about Israel’s alleged crimes against the Palestinians. Of course, his arrogant pitch for attention and 15 minutes of fame should be rejected out of hand. But knowing the present composition of the General Assembly, he may well get that invitation. If he does, the United States and its allies should insist on a rebuttal address by someone like Professor Alan Dershowitz who can cut this provocateur down to size.

Greek turmoil raises prospect of imminent bail-out-Greek stocks tumbled on Thursday (Photo: Katrina.Tuliao)ANDREW WILLIS Today APR 9,10 @ 09:29 CET

EUOBSERVER / BRUSSELS - Fresh doubts over Greece's ability to meet upcoming debt obligations resulted in record high borrowing costs for the country on Thursday (8 April), ravaging stocks and leading analysts to suggest now was the time to call in EU/IMF support.It is now up to the Greek government to go publicly to the EU and IMF and ask for the cash and the support; the matter cannot be long delayed, said Chris Pryce, a senior analyst with Fitch ratings agency, reports Reuters. Despite everything the EU and the eurozone have done there is still a lack of clarity [and] confusion about what they intend to do, when they intend do it and how much would be involved.Greek bond prices dropped for a seventh day in a row, driving up the yield on the 10-year security to 7.5 percent, a euro area record of 4.5 percent above the benchmark German Bund. In a referendum last month, Icelanders rejected the terms of a UK/Dutch offer to payback money lost by savers in the collapsed Icesave account, saying the 5.5 percent rate being demanded was exorbitant.Estimates put the borrowing needs of Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou's government at roughly €11.6 billion from now to the end of May, with Athens set to auction a batch of 12-month Treasury bills next Tuesday in a crucial test of its capacity to raise funds.

The centre-left Pasok administration has so far held off from taking the bail-out plunge however, despite the growing clamour of calls this week for Greece to tap the EU/IMF support mechanism agreed by EU leaders in Brussels before Easter.We do not need to activate or modify any mechanism, Greek government spokesman George Petalotis told a news briefing on Thursday. Speculation that Athens was having second thoughts about IMF involvement prompted fresh market concerns at the start of the week, adding to doubts over how the support mechanism would actually be triggered and what interest rates lenders would offer. The recent eurozone leaders' agreement, based almost entirely on an earlier Franco-German text and largely dominated by German demands, stipulates that any EU/IMF support should only come as a last resort, adding that interest rates will be "non-concessional, i.e. not contain any subsidy element.Any disbursement on the bilateral loans would be decided by the euro area member states by unanimity subject to strong conditionality and based on an assessment by the European Commission and the European Central Bank, continues the statement. Speaking after the monthly meeting of the ECB's governing board on Thursday, the bank's president Jean-Claude Trichet sought to allay market jitters, referring to the EU/IMF mechanism as a very serious commitment which nobody should take lightly.Mr Trichet suggested to journalists that the interest rate charged on loans to Athens could be similar to the rates at which other eurozone governments borrow themselves.The comments could prove controversial with the government of Angela Merkel however, with Berlin desperate not to be seen as propping up an errant euro area member, a move that analysts say could prompt a German constitutional challenge.

Russian gas pipeline plans make progress
ANDREW RETTMAN Today APR 9,10 @ 09:54 CET

EUOBSERVER / BRUSSELS - Russian and EU officials will on Friday (9 April) mark the start of construction of the Nord Stream gas pipeline, as Russia strengthens its grip on EU gas supply despite concerns about its reliability. Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, EU energy commissioner Gunther Oettinger, Dutch leader Jan Peter Balkenende and French secretary of state Anne-Marie Idrac are to attend the ceremony in Vyborg, Russia. German Chancellor Angela Merkel is to take part by video-link.The officials represent the main Nord Stream shareholders in a consortium which is dominated by Russia's Gazprom but also includes the Netherlands' Gasunie and Germany's Basf and E.ON and which is to be joined by French firm GDF Suez. The first chunk of 48-inch-diameter steel pipe was laid on Wednesday on the Baltic Sea bed near the Swedish island of Gotland.The pipeline, running from Vyborg in Russia to Greifswald in Germany, is to start pumping gas in 2011 and to reach full capacity by 2012, supplying 55 billion cubic metres of gas - enough to power 26 million households.

Friday's ceremony follows years of debate among EU capitals, with Poland and the Baltic countries seeing Nord Stream as a potential tool for political blackmail, enabling Moscow to cut off gas to its former vassals while keeping it flowing to rich countries in western Europe.Polish foreign minister Radek Sikorski once compared it to the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact signed in 1939 between Russia and Germany to partition Poland. But the European Commission sees Nord Stream as an EU priority project which will diversify routes of supply and pave the way for future growth in EU gas consumption, which is expected to double by 2030. Russian energy minister Sergei Shmatko on Thursday also told news-agency Itar-Tass that Moscow will in April sign a deal with the Austrian government over its participation in the South Stream project.Russia's South Stream pipeline is to pump 63 billion cubic metres of gas a year under the Black Sea to Bulgaria, Austria, Greece, Hungary, Italy and Slovenia from 2015 onward, with construction due to begin later this year.The developments will entrench Russia's central position in EU natural gas supplies and reduce the viability of EU efforts to build a competing pipeline, Nabucco, to gain direct access to Caspian Sea-area resources.The recent advent of a new pro-Russian government in Ukraine is also set to complicate EU plans to Europeanise Ukraine's gas transit system in order to help avoid cut-offs such as the ones in 2006 and 2009. Russia currently supplies around 25 percent of EU gas consumption. But the 2009 crisis angered EU leaders, prompting EU commission chief Jose Manuel Barroso at the time to say:I've been involved in mediation processes since I was young, including in African matters. It's the first time I saw agreements that were systematically not respected ...Gas coming from Russia is not secure.

Commission officials have in private also raised eyebrows at the strong links between Gazprom and Russian security services. Matthias Warnig, the managing director of Nord Stream, formerly worked for East Germany's spy agency, the Stasi, while Alexander Medvedev, the director of Gazprom Export, is widely believed to be a one-time member of Russia's secret service, the FSB.It's not a normal company in the European sense of the word,a senior EU official told EUobserver.

MEPs back translation rights for EU citizens in criminal trials
LISBETH KIRK Today APR 9,10 @ 09:27 CET

An overwhelming majority of MEPs in the European Parliament's civil liberties, justice and home affairs committee on Thursday (8 April) backed plans to secure EU citizens interpretation in their own language when facing criminal trial in another EU member state.A German football fan arrested in Spain or an Italian tourist involved in a traffic accident in Sweden would, under the proposed rules, have the right to interpretation during an inquiry, for example during police questioning and in communication with lawyers. Translation and interpretation costs will have to be met by the member state, not by the suspect, MEPs said.Any extra costs that the directive will impose on member states are the irreducible cost of ensuring fair trials and avoiding miscarriages of justice and will in any case be balanced by fewer costly appeals and delays, said UK Liberal deputy Sarah Ludford, charged with steering the legislation through parliament. Member states would also be responsible for the training of translators and interpreters, for the legal work and for setting up a cross-border register of independent professional translators and interpreters available for lawyers and relevant authorities. The draft law will also apply to European Arrest Warrant cases. Some 11,000 European arrest warrants were issued in 2007, up from 6,900 in 2005. Under Schengen Information II rules, anyone who has a European Arrest Warrant issued against them will be automatically taken into custody.

Talks will now begin with the Council, the EU institution representing member states, with the aim of reaching a compromise deal before the summer.When presented in December 2009, 13 countries backed the initiative: Belgium, Germany, Estonia, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Hungary, Austria, Portugal, Romania, Finland and Sweden.The proposal is the first step in a series of measures in the procedural rights roadmap, adopted by the Council on 30 November 2009, including also the right to legal aid before and during trail, the right to communicate with family members, employers and consular authorities and protection for vulnerable suspects.Last month commission vice-president Viviane Reding, the EU commissioner for justice, fundamental rights and citizenship tabled a directive on the same subject. Without minimum common standards to ensure fair proceedings, judicial authorities will be reluctant to send someone to face trial in another country, a press-release from Ms Reding said.The UK and Ireland have notified their wish to participate in the application of the directive.

Gaza Rights Groups Angered by Misfired Terrorist Rocket
by Maayana Miskin APR 9,10

Terrorist groups based in Gaza have increased their rocket fire on southern Israel in recent weeks, launching dozens of attacks and murdering one kibbutz worker from Thailand. On Wednesday of this week, Gaza-based human rights organizations spoke out – after a misfired rocket accidentally hit Arabs, not Jews.The incident took place on Wednesday, when a rocket fired from northern Gaza fell short and hit civilian homes in the Gaza city of Beit Hanoun. Four people suffered shrapnel wounds, and at least two buildings were damaged.The Al-Mezan Center for Human Rights blasted Hamas over the latest incident. As the ruling power in Gaza, Hamas is legally obliged to provide protection to civilians... and law enforcement persons must take necessary procedures to protect civilians and their properties, the group declared.The organization has not seen fit to condemn attacks on Israeli civilians, which it terms resistance.Over 4000 fell on Israeli civilian areas before the Cast Lead Operation and many have been fired on Israel in the past few weeks.Wednesday's incident was not the first in which Gaza terrorists accidentally bombed their own people. Several Gaza children have been killed or wounded by misfired Kassam rockets in the past. (IsraelNationalNews.com)

No One Laughed at Qatar Diplomat's Joke
by INN Staff APR 9,10

Richard Colvin Reid, commonly known as the shoe bomber, was a British citizen who converted to Islam and joined Al Quaeda. He was convicted by a U.S. federal court of attempting to destroy a commercial aircraft in-flight on December 22, 2001, by detonating explosives hidden in his shoes and is currently serving a life sentence without possibility of parole in a maximum security prison. He is the reason for having to remove ones’ shoes during airport security checks.That is why it comes as no surprise that no one laughed when Mohammed Al-Madadi, a 27 year old member of the Qatar Embassy staff in Washington, caught while illegally smoking in the bathroom during a jetliner flight, jokingly told air marshals who were alarmed by the smoke emerging from the closed lavatory that he was trying to set his shoes on fire. Just smoking while in flight can cause a deadly explosion and is a federal offense, but the marshals were more concerned Just smoking while in flight can cause a deadly explosion and is a federal offense.about terrorism.They detained him and alerted authorities on the ground. Two F-16 fighter jets were scrambled to escort the plane and President Obama was notified.of the incident.

It did not help that Al-Madadi was en route to visit an imprisoned member of al Qaeda. He was flying first class to Denver for a consular visit with jailed al Qaeda member Ali Saleh Kahlah al-Marri who is imprisoned at the Colorado Supermax penitentiary. Al-Marri was arrested shortly after the 9/11 attacks and is believed to have been an al Qaeda sleeper agent. After questioning, law enforcement and counterterrorism authorities released him as they felt he posed no terror threat.

Al-Madadi’s macabre sense of humor about the threats that have led to ongoing enhancement of airport security measures is offset by his full diplomatic immunity, so he will not face any charges. Federal officials were quoted by ABC World News as saying that he absolutely will not be charged with a crime. He has diplomatic immunity. He invoked it.However, the diplomat is on his way back to Washington today and is expected to be sent out of the country soon, according to a senior U.S. official who spoke on the condition of anonymity.(IsraelNationalNews.com)

Report: US Fighting Israel's Nuclear Program
by Maayana Miskin APR 9,10

The United States has begun denying visas to Israel's nuclear scientists, according to the Hebrew-language daily Maariv. Workers at the reactor in Dimona told the paper that they had been treated poorly by US representatives, and had been told they could not travel to the States.For the past 20 years it has been common for scientists working at the Dimona reactor to travel to universities in the U.S. to enhance their knowledge in the fields of physics, chemistry, and nuclear engineering. The only reason the Dimona scientists' visa requests were refused was their work at the reactor, sources in the military establishment said. None of the researchers has had any trouble with the law, in Israel or America.A former Dimona worker told Maariv that the problems between Israel and America went beyond denied visas. The US has also created a de-facto embargo on equipment needed in the Dimona reactor, he said. The refusal to sell Israel certain parts began after current US President Barack Obama took office, he said. When it comes to certain other pieces of equipment, he added, the US now permits sales only if Israeli officials explain exactly what the part will be used for.And yet, when it comes to those who manufacture nuclear terrorism, we hear a lenient approach, even though the entire world can see that Iran's leaders are making a joke out of the US, he said.

Professor Zev Alfasi of the nuclear engineering program at Ben-Gurion University confirmed the statements made by the anonymous former Dimona worker.Some people are not getting visas to the United States for the sole reason that they work at the Dimona reactor,he said. In addition, he said,The US does not sell a single piece of nuclear-related equipment to the Dimona reactor... They sell to the universities, but they refuse to sell equipment to the reactor.On Friday morning, spokesmen for Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu announced that he would not attend a Nuclear Security summit in the US as previously planned, but would send a senior minister in his place. Netanyahu apparently decided not to attend the summit due to concerns that he would face pressure over Israel's nuclear program. The visa refusals may have been another factor leading to his concerns. (IsraelNationalNews.com)

More Than 10,000 Pray at Joshua's Tomb
by Maayana Miskin APR 9,10

More than 10,000 Jews prayed at Joshua's Tomb in Samaria on Thursday night to commemorate the anniversary of the Jewish leader's passing. Joshua, a prophet, took over the position of leader of the Jewish people from Moses, and led the Jews into Israel.The first people to arrive at the site were horrified to discover that the tomb had been desecrated by Palestinian Authority Arabs, who had left graffiti praising Arab nationalism and denigrating Jews. IDF soldiers brought white paint and helped worshippers cover the offensive graffiti.PA Arabs have desecrated the tomb on several occasions, sometimes going so far as to set the historic site on fire, but in recent months the tomb has been kept in good condition due to increased IDF protection.Organizers noted that participants in Thursday's prayer session included all types of Jews: men and women, Israelis and visitors from abroad, secular, traditional, religious and hareidi-religious. Participants were guarded by the IDF's Ephraim Brigade. Among the participants were students at the Yakir elementary school, who celebrated their completion of the Book of Joshua along with their families. At 1:00 a.m., worshippers came together for a mass recitation of the Aleinu L'shabayach prayer, a prayer that tradition says was composed by Joshua as the Jews conquered the land of Israel. Several noted rabbis, among them Rabbi Elyakim Levanon and Rabbi Yitzchak Ben-Shachar, took part in the recitation, as did Samaria Council head Gershon Mesika and Member of Knesset Michael Ben-Ari.

Mesika noted that the number of participants was larger than that of previous years. There's no doubt that this is a record... It warms the heart to see secular Jews, religious Jews and hareidim coming together to Joshua's Tomb and connecting to our heritage, to the Jewish people's first chief of staff, he said.Joshua's Tomb is located in the Samaria village of Timnat Heres, as recorded at the end of the Book of Joshua. The village is now known as Kefer Hares, and is under the control of the PA. However, the IDF allows Jews to enter on occasion in order to pray at the tomb. (IsraelNationalNews.com)
