DOCTOR DOCTORIAN FROM ANGEL OF GOD
then the angel said, Financial crisis will come to Asia. I will shake the world.
JAMES 5:1-3
1 Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.
2 Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten.
3 Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.
REVELATION 18:10,17,19
10 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.
17 For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,
19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.
EZEKIEL 7:19
19 They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the LORD: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels: because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity.
REVELATION 13:16-18
16 And he(FALSE POPE) causeth all,(WORLD SOCIALISM) both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:(CHIP IMPLANT)
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.(6-6-6) A NUMBER SYSTEM

FALSE TEACHERS,PROPHETS,DECIEVERS
MATTHEW 24:4-5,11,24-25
4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
25 Behold, I have told you before.
1 TIMOTHY 4:1-2
1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
MARK 13:22-23
22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.
23 But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.
2 TIMOTHY 3:13
13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
DEUTORONOMY 18:10-12
10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch,
11 Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.
12 For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee.

In-Depth: a question of legitimacy
By Douglas J. Hagmann, Director
12 April 2010: Few are willing to cover what is, perhaps, the most important issue in current U.S. history at a time when freedom in America is at its most vulnerable stage since the birth of this nation. The issue before us is one mired in controversy, hindered by contrived obfuscation, and deliberately downplayed. It is an issue containing both rational simplicity and legal complexity, yet it sufficiently lacks much of the former and is overburdened with too much of the latter. As American patriots, we are facing a constitutional crisis that is being both intentionally ignored or told does not exist.The issue we cite is the legal eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the office of the American Presidency in accordance with Article II of the U.S. Constitution.The path to question the legitimacy of Obama’s eligibility status is a minefield of marginalization, but in the final analysis, it is indeed the path most consistent with our character and courage as patriots who care about the current state and future of the United States. Embarking on the path to question Obama’s eligibility is to be labeled as conspiracy nuts, racists, bigots, or a combination of each. After all, we have been told by our politicians and media that Obama has provided sufficient documentation to hold the highest office of the greatest country in the world. We have been told and even scolded that such documentation has reportedly been verified time and again in every venue where it has questioned, and even in some venues where it has not.
The reality, however, is far from removed from what is being provided as the truth.
When the evidence is examined, we find that there has been no such authenticated documentation provided by Barack Hussein Obama, the Obama administration as a whole, the Federal Elections Commission (FEC), the State of Hawaii, any member of the media, or anyone adhering to the assertion that such documentation exists and has been provided to the American people.Readers might find this assertion preposterous, noting the abundant references to a Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) once posted on the internet, and the recent statement from the head of Hawaii’s Department of Health about the Obama birth certificate. The former was never authenticated nor could it ever serve as a legitimate document for the intended purpose of Presidential eligibility. The latter is a carefully worded statement that fails to verify anything beyond the most obvious – that a document pertaining to Obama is on file in Hawaii.Next, there are the multitudes of lawsuits filed in various courts across the U.S. that have been filed and dismissed. To address this avenue of recourse, one must examine each lawsuit on its own merits. Admittedly, many have lacked merit, while others have reportedly lacked standing. Most can and should be dismissed from this argument based on a combination of factors ranging from the lack of competence by the filers to the improper citations, legal issues raised, and venue. The most egregiously incompetent have been effectively used as the gold standard by those denying the legitimacy of this matter. Who could blame them? Surely, any rational person would be led to the conclusion that the matter has be fully resolved, all questions asked have been answered, and what remains are the musings of a deluded bunch of malcontents with too much time and too little intelligence. The issue itself has become a lightning rod for lunatics, and what has been produced in many cases fodder for late night television and internet parodies.
Those who have yet to be convinced either way have appeared to embrace an equally dangerous middle ground, stating that the matter of Obama’s questionable eligibility, even if true, is a non-issue because he has already assumed office. To accept that position is to disregard the U.S. Constitution, at least in part, for reasons that encompass a wide range of logistical issues.What cannot be refuted as absolute fact is that the man who ran his candidacy on a platform of transparency is the same man who has spent an estimated $1.8 million in legal fees to fight all attempts to produce a number of documents (traditionally released by every U.S. President in modern history), including the elusive $10.00 document at the center of it all that would once and for all answer the question of his origin and birthplace. Such imperious reticence transcends rational principals and raises far more legitimate questions about the reasons he has fought so hard against such disclosure than by the questions themselves.To be clear, Barack Hussein Obama has been the least-examined Presidential candidate in American history, but the most aggressive in fighting against producing not only his birth certificate, but his transcripts from his undergraduate days at Columbia University, his lost thesis on Soviet nuclear policy, his lost Illinois Senate records, his medical records, passport records, application to the state bar, and an extensive list of other documents normally provided during a Presidential campaign. Obama’s promise and self-proclaimed penchant for transparency has turned to expending massive amounts of money and resources to prevent reasonable disclosure.The world witnessed the most devastating attacks against America on September 11, 2001. Americans were murdered on a wholesale level, icons of American economic power were destroyed, and the base of our military might was struck by an enemy intent on destroying this country. Our unified outrage was appropriately palpable. During the seven years that followed, however, that public outrage became subjugated by a powerful and polarizing demand for change. This, combined with years of infiltration and methodical softening of the internal structure of the U.S. resulted in our present situation of unprecedented peril.
Less than a month after the 9/11 attacks, I walked among the debris at Ground Zero in New York with a police official. It was still a scene of unspeakable horror, and our conversation about the destruction and peril was somber as we talked about the nature of the existing threats to our country and way of life. Less than a week ago, I walked the same area with that same police official. Our conversation was equally somber, although our discussion at this time centered on the threats to our country and way of life from within. Who would have thought that a short seven years later, a virtual unknown named Barack Hussein Obama would not only occupy the White House, but enact a policy of national security that intentionally downplays the threat posed by the very groups of people who caused the carnage and promises more? Who is Barack Hussein Obama and what is he hiding? Investigators with the Northeast Intelligence Network, together with journalists from Canada Free Press, have amassed a large amount of documentation pertaining to the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama as U.S. President and Commander-in-Chief of our armed forces. Starting this week, we intend to begin to methodically reveal our documentation, our evidence – direct and anecdotal, and the extensive information collected from a variety of well-vetted sources we have cultivated over the last 18 months. Our documentation and evidence will illustrate a cover-up involving not only Barack Hussein Obama, but by numerous political officials, both elected and appointed. Evidence that could not only withstand the scrutiny of the courts, but the skeptical mindset of the American public.As some continue to downplay the eligibility issue and affirm, without proof or substance, that Obama meets the requirements to hold the highest office in the U.S., it is interesting to note that minutes from a March 2010 meeting of the National Assembly of Kenya suggest otherwise:(PDF file of National Assembly Report – opens in new window – proceed to page 31)
Many other issues besides just Obama-Care, dividing Americans -- abortion, redistribution of wealth, social justice, welfare, illegal aliens
Something in the Air By Jim O'Neill Monday, April 12, 2010 CFPRESS
There are now two Americas: one conservative; the other liberal. Increasingly, we no longer just disagree, but we despise each other.—Jeffrey Kuhner Will America Break.You and I are told we must choose between a left or right, but I suggest there is no such thing as a left or right. There is only an up or down. Up to man’s age-old dream—the maximum of individual freedom consistent with order—or down to the ash heap of totalitarianism.—Ronald Reagan (1911-2004)
If you love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude greater than the animating contest for freedom, go home from us in peace. We seek not your counsel, nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you; May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.—Samuel Adams (1722-1803)

—Thunderclap Newman Something in the Air
Some people are saying that this is the most perilous period in recent memory. I’m a fair student of history, and I would say that to find America’s population so deeply, and acrimoniously, at odds with one another, you’d have to go back to the Civil War. As I write this, in some states, both the Governor and the Attorney General oppose the latest massive federal legislation (Obama-Care); in other states the Governor opposes it, and the Attorney General supports it, or the Attorney General opposes it, and the Governor supports it. In some states both the Governor and Attorney General support it, while the Lt. Governor opposes it. And on it goes, in myriad variations.There are, of course, many other issues besides just Obama-Care, dividing Americans—abortion, redistribution of wealth, social justice, welfare, illegal aliens, and on, and on, and on. The U.S. southern border is a powder keg primed to explode. The divisions separating liberals and conservatives are deep, wide, profound—and perhaps irreconcilable. Liberals are discovering that they aren’t thrilled with the idea of a fascist-style NWO, run by a cabal of banks, big corporations, and a Global Elite And it’s hardly just conservatives who are angry. The battle lines are still shifting, and a gratifyingly large number of liberals are discovering that they aren’t thrilled with the idea of a fascist-style NWO, run by a cabal of banks, big corporations, and a Global Elite. Extremists at both ends of the political spectrum are, as always, ready to explode at the slightest excuse—or no excuse—and the Far Left is increasingly of the opinion that our current government isn’t Marxist enough, or isn’t practicing the right type of Marxism.I appears that moderates, either of the liberal, or RINO variety, are fast becoming passe—insignificant features on the political landscape. Like it or not, extremism rules the day, and it’s shake and bake time, culturally, politically, and even geographically (if recent earthquakes are anything to go by).It’s an accepted fact by now, that the Lame Stream Media is merely the propaganda arm of the regressive, repressive Progressives, and that our U.S. government Departments are all Agenda 21 friendly, and aligned with political correctness.This, despite the fact that Agenda 21 is a UN, and not a U.S., agenda, and PC is obviously nothing but a way of censoring all but Far Left approved speech.
Insidious nature of Agenda 21
But in a relatively short period of time, we the people have awakened to the insidious nature of Agenda 21, and the shock value of being labeled a racist,homophobe,Islamaphobe,or whatever the current phobe-de-jour is, has lost most of its power to intimidate and silence. Many patriotic Americans are simply fed-up, and way past the point of caring what slurs are hurled their way anymore. They’re looking for answers, action, and direction.What is the best option available to patriotic, conservative Americans? Is it time to tip-toe on eggshells, or time to use every peaceful means of resistance at our disposal—or is it time to rip this thing wide open, and take it to the streets? Or some combination of all the above?
We the people know that as bad as things are economically, things can get drastically worse, very quickly, and irrevocably. We know that allowing America to stay on its present course of tax and spend, is not only unsustainable, but will lead inexorably to financial ruin. We ask ourselves, at what point do we the people say ENOUGH? Where do we turn, where do we go? The Tea Party looks increasingly attractive to an ever-expanding bloc of people. The Tea Party is, perhaps surprisingly, much more centrist then the pundits are willing, or able, to admit.
There’s also a rapidly growing group of activists located somewhere between the Tea Party, and the anarchists at the extreme right. This group is growing in strength, passion, and power daily. More about them in a moment, but for now let’s look at the Tea Party.The Tea Party is poised to become the de facto Patriotic Party, and is increasingly in the center of the political spectrum—former Democrats now make up about 40% of the Tea Party’s membership. They stand ready to support a Democrat, or a Republican, or an Independent candidate—of course, because of the nature of politics, the Republicans will garner the bulk of the Tea Party’s support.These folks are by and large opposed to violent revolution—in fact they see violence as being not only counter-productive, but playing into the hands of the Progressive globalists. They feel that any violence will give the Progressives the excuse they’re looking for to declare martial law—and then we really will be screwed.Hang tough until November, they urge, and after we get a large number of true patriots elected into positions of power, we’ll be in a much better position to make some moves. Their advice, is to use every peaceful means at our disposal, to slow down or stop the Progressive agenda, while we prepare to sweep the House and Senate in November. There are a number of peaceful ways to slow down the Obama/Reid/Pelosi train wreck, they say.For example, there’s a lot of smoke and mirrors surrounding Obama’s eligibility to be POTUS, and, as the saying has it, where there’s smoke there’s fire.You don’t have to be Sherlock Holmes to figure out there’s a lot being hidden from we the people, and that bringing some of these things out into the open, will result in a real game changer.Can you say quo warranto? A recent article by Marion Valentine in Canada Free Press, argued that we are seeing the final steps of the second phase of a four-phase takeover of America. According to Valentine, these final steps consist of:
•Discrediting and intimidating dissenters
•Creating a crisis in order to declare a national emergency and martial law.
•Creating violent civic unrest and blaming it on the dissenters.
Do we really want to walk right into a trap, through our violent activities?
Some conservatives argue to hold on just a bit more, and the Progressive facade will fall apart of its own accord. The Progressive juggernaut has been splintering for months, and all we need to do is nudge it along a bit, and it’ll break apart into the contentious factions that merged to form it.Copenhagen was a disaster, the H1N1 scam didn’t go as planned, and no way did they plan on Obama-Care taking over a year to get pushed through. Not everything has gone the Progressive’s way, not by a long shot. Be patient,they advise, we just have to hold on a little longer.As I mentioned earlier, because of the rightward shift of the political spectrum, the Tea Party has become increasingly centrist, and in between the Tea Party and the anarchists at the Extreme Right, has emerged a group of patriots, who, for simplicity’s sake, I’ll call the Far Right, who couldn’t disagree more with the idea of peaceful resistance.
Bull,they say. The time for talk is over! Cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war!—or words to that effect. Hand out the arms and ammo.They feel that the Progressives won’t stop until they are made to stop—forcefully. Force and subterfuge is how Marxists have always acquired power, and it’s all they understand and respect.The Far Right says hit em hard; hit em fast, and hit em NOW.Every day that they remain in power, is another day for the globalists to lay waste to America, and entrench themselves further. Today is the time to strike—yesterday would have been better!
Don’t talk to the Far Right about martial law—they’re already at war! They believe that the Founding Fathers must be turning over in their graves at what a bunch of mewling, weak-willed milquetoasts, Americans have turned into. Where’s your friggin’ backbone! The Progressive s.o.b.s can cause a Reichstag fire incident any time they choose, and then where will we be? We have to STOP reacting to their moves, and start making some moves of our own—forceful moves, revolutionary moves! These weasels are now the power structure, let them start reacting for a change!
Jonah Goldberg recently wrote, Conservatives like America’s economic growth, its dynamism and innovation.You had better believe it, and we’re not going down without a fight. In fact, we’re not going down at all—we’re taking America back, and we’re not stopping until we’ve reacquired all of the power that’s been stripped from we the people over the last hundred-plus years.What are we waiting for? John Brown helped to start the process of America throwing off the chains of slavery. Where’s our John Brown? Where’s our Washington? Where are our leaders of integrity and action? Let’s go! Let’s move! Let’s roll! NOW!That’s an example of how the Far Right is talking these days. The liberals are worried about the Tea Party? They ain’t seen nothin’ yet. Although the Tea Party has elements who share such Far Right views, they are very much in the minority (so far), and the Tea Party is (contrary to what the talking heads would have us believe) relatively moderate in comparison.
Far Right is growing exponentially
From what I’ve been able to pick up from various conservative media outlets, the Far Right is growing exponentially, both in and out (mostly out) of the Tea Party. They will soon be a force to be reckoned with – ask renowned radio talk-show host Michael Savage.I’m in nobody’s loop regarding these things (nor do I want to be), but although the November elections are relatively close, they’re also relatively far away—a lot can happen between now and then. Can the lid be kept on things that long? Do we want it to? I don’t trust the Progressives for a moment, and I do not take the fact that elections will be held next November as a given. All bets are off with the current crowd holding the power in D.C. So, although I lean toward peaceful solutions; I’m on my toes, and I’m leaving myself open to the option of changing my mind—in a nanosecond.As John Lennon once said, Nobody told me there’d be days like these—strange days indeed.Iranian President Ahmadinejad, and most of the Iranian theocracy believe that the time for the return of the 12th Imam (Al-Mahdi) draws nigh—as does a time of chaos and civil war.Christians around the world are waiting (impatiently, in some cases) for the End Days of Armageddon and the Second Coming. A number of New Agers, and others, are looking at December 21, 2012—the end of a Mayan calendar cycle—as being the day the world ends. All in all, the current hoopla is making the fuss over Y2K look like a tempest in a teapot. It must be something in the water—or in the air.
Perhaps we’re simply in the midst of an expansion of Teilhard de Chardin’s Noosphere—a wrenching, but ultimately benign, readjustment of the planetary consciousness—a cosmic shake-up, designed to remold reality nearer to the heart’s desire.Then again, perhaps these are indeed the End Days.It’s a good idea to be prepared for multiple possibilities anymore. While resting serenely in the knowledge that God’s-will reigns supreme, it’s nonetheless comforting to have a Plan B,and a Plan C,and a Plan D, and a Plan….Laus Deo.P.S. I have it on good word that Cherilyn Eagar is a righteous candidate in the U.S. Senate race in Utah. Eagar4Senate.com

ISAIAH 30:26-27
26 Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the LORD bindeth up the breach of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound.
27 Behold, the name of the LORD cometh from far, burning with his anger, and the burden thereof is heavy: his lips are full of indignation, and his tongue as a devouring fire:
MATTHEW 24:21-22,29
21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake (ISRAELS SAKE) those days shall be shortened (Daylight hours shortened)
29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
REVELATION 16:7-9
7 And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.
8 And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.
9 And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.

Hypocrisy, Cover-up and Deceptions Drive IPCC Climate Defenders By Dr. Tim Ball Monday, April 12, 2010 CFPRESS
A bizarre event occurred at the University of Victoria (UVic) in Canada on Thursday, April 8th. It typified the desperate effort to deny evidence and perpetuate the deceptions promoted by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). The central theme illustrates the delusion because it argued the media had distorted the truth and given priority to the skeptical side. Accusations that the media favored skeptics are a frequent theme of IPCC member, computer modeler and UVic faculty member Andrew Weaver; however, he did not participate openly in the promotion or the event. James Hoggan, Chairman of the David Suzuki Foundation handled this using his skills as owner of a Public Relations company. He is also founder of the Desmogblog web page that specializes in personal attacks on those who question the science. They’re usually accused of being energy company stooges. The hypocrisy of this is the Suzuki Foundation receives money from Oil companies and clients of his PR business are alternate energy companies, which benefit from having CO2 identified as the primary problem.
Bargaining Away Grief Caused By Reality
The UVic event is part of worldwide efforts to save the IPCC and perpetuate the fallacy that CO2 is causing global warming or climate change. It is the third of Elizabeth Kubler Ross’s stages of dealing with grief called bargaining. This involves the hope that the inevitable can be postponed or delayed especially by negotiation. Plans for the delay are under way including for the next IPCC Report, which involves the same structure and most of the same people including discredited Chairman Rajendra Pachauri.Two events have panicked those who benefited from the fallacy. This includes all those lured by massive inputs of government money from academics to businesses pursuing everything from carbon credits to alternate energies. Most vociferous are the political and environmental groups who used global warming as the major vehicle for their agendas. The first event was the cooling that began in 2001 in complete contradiction to the theory that human CO2 was driving temperatures. The second were the leaked emails from the Climatic Research Unit (CRU) at the University of East Anglia (UEA) that disclosed the machinations of climate scientists who also controlled the IPCC. Kevin Trenberth, CRU and IPCC participant, combined the two in his despairing 12 October 2009 comment that, The fact is that we can’t account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can’t.
Political Control By Hypocrites
People are angry everywhere about the corruption and failure of leadership in every aspect of society. Injury is insulted when anyone around them is guilty of malfeasance, corruption and criminality they orchestrate a cover-up. The UEA internal investigation was a guaranteed whitewash with the appointment of Sir Robert Muir-Russell and the people appointed to his committee. Sir Muir-Russell issued a statement last week claiming that the inquiry members, who are investigating leaked e-mails from the University of East Anglia, did not have a predetermined view on climate change and climate science”. The trouble is he had already expressed a belief that humans were the cause of warming. The academic journal Nature is among the most biased and deeply involved with the CRU people, yet they appointed its editor Philip Campbell to the investigative team. He did the honorable thing and resigned despite Russell’s attempt to persuade him otherwise. Professor Geoffery Boulton another appointee did not disclose his affiliations. It turned out he worked full time at the UEA from 1968 to 1980 and part time from 1980 to 1986. Russell insisted he stay on the team with the ludicrous claim that,I am completely confident that each member of the Review team has the integrity, the expertise, and the experience to complete our work impartially.Boulton told The Times: I may be rapped over the knuckles by Sir Muir for saying this, but I think that statement needs to be clarified. I think the committee needs someone like me who is close to the field of climate change and it would be quite amazing if that person didn’t have a view on one side or the other.A reasonable argument if they also had skeptics on the investigative team and Boulton’s integrity was not questioned by his failure to disclose only his affiliations with UAE.How objective can someone be who makes this statement? I declared my current view of the balance of evidence: that the earth is warming and that human activity is implicated. These remain the views of the vast majority of scientists who research on climate change in its different aspects. They are based on extensive work worldwide, not that of a single institution.He ignores the well-publicized fact that the consensus he accepts was a product of the people at CRU and the IPCC. Clearly he doesn’t understand climate science because if he did he would know the invalidity of the IPCC claims. (Source)
Apparently Russell’s inquiry was designed to investigate how the scientists, especially Phil Jones, behaved. They concluded he should have released the information but understood why he didn’t. Unbelievably, they bought the argument made by Jones and the gang at Realclimate that the requests were designed to cause delay and divert them from their work. What could be more anti-science than Jones’ February 21, 2005 reply to Warwick Hughes request for information on how he determined that global temperatures had risen 0.6°C since the end of the 19th century.We have 25 or so years invested in the work. Why should I make the data available to you, when your aim is to try and find something wrong with it.Jones’ temperature claim was second in importance only to Mann’s hockey stick in the 2001 IPCC Report claim of a clear human signal. There is simply no excuse for not making the data and the method available. Worse, Jones never released the information and subsequently claimed the data was lost. It should be a career ending transgression.
A Whitewash Of the Scientific Malfeasance
Now UEA have announced a second investigation under Lord Oxburgh to examine the science and the scientific papers produced at CRU. The fix was in before the investigation even began. He and members of the panel were recommended by the Royal Society (RS), which has a history of misdirection and machinations in the entire global warming debate. It was the RS that worked to convince other Societies worldwide to have a singular view. The contrived agreement among them became part of the consensus argument.Initially Oxburgh sounds ideal as the chairman of D1 Oils, until you learn that it is a biodiesel company. Others had difficulties with his connections. Climate sceptics questioned whether Lord Oxburgh, chairman of the Carbon Capture and Storage Association and the wind energy company Falck Renewables, was truly independent because he led organisations that depended on climate change being seen as an urgent problem. It’s worse than that because he is a member of the Climate Change Advisory Board of Deutsche Bank whose objective is to ensure that governments continue their climate protection initiatives systematically.But look who else is on that Board. DR R.K.Pachauri, Chairman of the IPCC. Lord Browne former CEO of BP who met with Al Gore, Bill Clinton and Ken Lay, CEO of Enron, in the White House in 1997 to arrange the carbon credit market. Less known but equally involved and standing to benefiting from claims of increasingly severe weather due to climate change is John Coomber of insurance giant Swiss Re. The more we can expose the vested interests of those involved in the cover-up the quicker we can move to the next stage of dealing with grief – depression. Then the person suffering grief finally accepts the certainty of death.

4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro,(WORLD TRAVEL,IMMIGRATION) and knowledge shall be increased.(COMPUTERS,CHIP IMPLANTS ETC)

1 Why do the heathen(EARTHS GODLESS NATIONS) rage,(AGAINST ISRAEL) and the people imagine a vain thing?(DIVIDING JERUSALEM)
2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD,(JESUS WHO IS GOD) and against his anointed,(JESUS) saying,
3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.
4 He (JESUS-GOD)(TRINTY) that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.

ISAIAH 9:6-7
6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

MATTHEW 25:31-46
31 When the Son of man (JESUS-GOD) shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:(IN JERUSALEM)
32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:(BECAUSE OF HATRED AGAINST ISRAEL)
33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand,(FOR ISRAEL) but the goats on the left.(AGAINST ISRAEL)
34 Then shall the King(JESUS) say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand,(NATIONS AND PEOPLE WHO HATE ISRAEL) Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.
46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.
Hamas Does Not Honor Truces, Palestine, Palestinians-A response to Israel’s haters By Joseph A. Klein Monday, April 12, 2010
My article appearing in Canada Free Press last Friday entitled Hamas apologist Norman Finkelstein attacks Israel again (along with its publication by FrontPage Magazine under the title Finkelstein’s Slander Against Israel) has apparently brought the haters of the Jewish state of Israel out from under their rocks. And I mean that literally, since the terrorist organization Hamas, which they so zealously defend, still has its founding Charter in force which quotes the prophet Mohammed:
The Day of Judgment will not come about until Muslims fight the Jews (killing the Jews), when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say O Muslims, O Abdulla, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him.Those who take what the Hamas Charter says seriously about the goal of obliterating the Jewish state are told not to worry. Hamas has changed and wants peace, its supporters argue. It is the villainous Jewish state that refuses to negotiate a peaceful resolution of the conflict, we are told.Yet, would any sane person trust an organization whose leaders have made statements in the last few years such as the following?
•Sheik Yunus al-Astal, a Hamas legislator and imam, in a column in the weekly newspaper Al Risalah in 2008 discussed a Koranic verse suggesting that suffering by fire is the Jews’ destiny in this world and the next. Astal concluded Therefore we are sure that the Holocaust is still to come upon the Jews.
•We will not rest until we destroy the Zionist entity stated Hamas leader Fathi Hammad in Gaza on Friday January 2nd 2009.
•In a sermon aired on Hamas’ Al-Aqsa television, cleric Yunis Al Astal stated, Today, Rome is the capital of the Catholics, or the Crusader capital, which has declared its hostility to Islam, and has planted the brothers of apes and pigs in Palestine in order to prevent the reawakening of Islam.He went on to say that Rome would become,an advanced post for the Islamic conquests, which will spread though Europe in its entirety, and then will turn to the two Americas, even Eastern Europe.
•Hamas has repeatedly refused to recognize the right of Israel to exist, refused to disown its Charter and refused to abide by the previous commitments of the Palestinian Authority. With that as background, let’s examine a few of the arguments that the Israel haters have thrown my way, when they weren’t engaging in their customary ad hominem attacks. The Jewish Zionists stole the Palestinians’ land and are not entitled to have a state of their own on any portion of Palestine.
Hamas’ apologists love to cite international law when it suits their purposes in holding Israel to account, but then reject the international legal framework under which the Palestinians could have had their own state more than 60 years ago. They have nothing to say that would justify why the surrounding Arab states torpedoed the original UN-sponsored two-state solution in 1947-8.All they do is whine that the land of Palestine was stolen from the Palestinian Muslim inhabitants. Aside from the long historical connection of the Jewish people to the land, including Jerusalem, that pre-dated Islam by well more than a thousand years, the region the British called the Palestine Mandate (the area that included Jordan, Israel and the West Bank) and out of which the British offered the two state solution adopted by the United Nations, emerged out of the pre-World War I Ottoman Empire. The Ottoman Empire had been ruled for 400 years by the Turks who lost it when they, fighting on the German side, were defeated in World War I.Many Jews who were living in this area had bought their homes from the absentee Turk landlords. Arab masses immigrated from outside this area along with the Jews. Most of those who were called Palestinian Arabs were members of families who migrated into the same region that Jews were migrating into beginning in the late 19th century. And there had been a continuous Jewish presence in the region for many centuries.To say that European Jews had less of a right to emigrate to the ancient Jewish homeland starting in the late 19th century (and develop the land from a desolate swamp) than did Arabs who emigrated during the same period from other regions outside of the Palestine Mandate is racist, not Zionism. In any case, the majority of Jews living in Israel today are non-European – some from Africa and many expelled from their homes in surrounding Arab countries.
Jordan was created on about 75% percent of the Palestine Mandate. The majority of its population was, and still is, Palestinian. Thus, even before the two-state solution was offered with respect to the 25% remainder of the Palestine Mandate, a state made up of a majority Palestinian population was already in existence. The fact that the minority rulers of a different Arab tribe run things in Jordan is a problem for the Palestinian majority that pre-dated the creation of the state of Israel. The 1947 UN Resolution 181 partition plan was to divide the remaining 25% of Palestine into a Jewish state and a second Arab Palestinian state (Trans-Jordan being the first) based upon population demographics. The partition was offered even though the Arab inhabitants’ leaders had sided with the Nazis in World War II.The Jewish inhabitants accepted the partition. The Arab inhabitants rejected the partition and the rest, as they say, is history. The Palestinians could have had their own independent state more than 60 years ago but for the rejectionism of their Arab neighbors who violated international law in trying to drive the Jews into the sea and the refusal of the Palestinian inhabitants themselves to negotiate a two-state solution in good faith.Israel has illegally occupied the West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem since 1967 and oppressed the Palestinian people in violation of international law.Isn’t it strange how the friends of Hamas blithely skip over 20 years of history? Why weren’t the Palestinians living in the West Bank and Gaza, while those territories were in Arab hands, provided the land to create their own independent state? Where was the outcry for justice under international law back then? After Israel took over the territories following the June 1967 war, the United Nations Security Council passed Resolution 242 which (i) called on Israel to withdraw its armed forces from territories occupied in the recent conflict; and (ii) called for termination of all claims or states of belligerency and respect for and acknowledgment of the sovereignty, territorial integrity and political independence of every State in the area and their right to live in peace within secure and recognized boundaries free from threats or acts of force.The resolution deliberately omitted the word all before territories in (i) above to allow the parties to negotiate a peaceful solution that would best achieve the goals set forth in (ii) above.
Israel has since returned the Sinai to Egypt as part of a peace treaty, normalized relations with Jordan, withdrawn unilaterally from Gaza and offered to give back 90% of the West Bank and negotiate the fate of Jerusalem – all of which was rebuffed by Arafat and his successors.There were no security fences or elaborate checkpoints in the years immediately following 1967. What has Israel received in return? Every year Israeli civilians have been murdered by Fatah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Al Aqsa Martyr’s Brigade, Hezbollah or some other terrorist group. Islamic terrorists use suicide bombers and increasingly sophisticated rockets, launched from lands relinquished by Israel to the Palestinians, to kill innocent Israeli civilians. Their killing machines of choice tomorrow will be whatever weapons of mass destruction they can get their hands on, including from their buddies in Iran whose president has vowed to wipe Israel off the map. Israel is falsely accused of collective punishment when it strikes back to defend its citizens. Yet it is the Palestinian and other Islamic terrorists who continually violate the Israelis’ human rights under the Geneva Conventions, which state that Collective penalties and likewise all measures of intimidation or of terrorism are prohibited.The innocent Israeli women and children, who have been slaughtered while going about their daily lives in their homes, their schools, on buses, at shopping malls, and places of worship, have committed no wrong against the Palestinian people. They are the victims of the Islamic terrorists’ measures of intimidation and terrorism, which violate their most basic of human rights - life itself. The Islamic terrorists are pursuing nothing less than the collective annihilation of the Israeli people. Just look at the Hamas Charter and the statements of their own leaders.When the Israeli government responded with stern but non-violent, defensive measures to protect its most vulnerable citizens from murder – for example, with border closures, security checks, economic sanctions and a separation wall which came years after the 1967 war – the terrorists’ apologists complain that it is Israel which is violating the Palestinians’ human rights under international law. Although Hamas has controlled Gaza since 2005, it is Israel’s citizens who continued to suffer intimidation and terrorism launched from Gaza in violation of their international human rights. Israel ceded the Gaza Strip to the Palestinians in a good faith effort to advance peace. Gaza turned instead into hostile territory under Hamas’s control. More than 4200 rockets were launched from Gaza into Israeli residential areas after Gaza was no longer occupied territory.Israel broke the cease-fire with Hamas and launched Operation Cast Lead that turned into a massacre of innocent Palestinian civilians. Israel’s war crimes are incontrovertibly documented in the Goldstone Report.
Hamas Does Not Honor Truces
Hamas, not Israel, unilaterally decided against extending the six month ceasefire that had expired in mid-December 2008.One fundamental problem overlooked by the Goldstone Report and other so-called human rights reports is that Hamas does not abide by truces or cease-fires for very long, even when it decides to enter into one. To Hamas, truces are just stalling tactics to use as lulls during which the terrorists build up their military capability. Don’t take my word for it. When asked if he could envision a 50-year hudna (cease-fire) with Israel, Hamas leader Nizar Rayyan (who was since killed in an Israeli bombing attack) responded,The only reason to have a hudna is to prepare yourself for the final battle. We don’t need 50 years to prepare ourselves for the final battle with Israel. Israel is an impossibility. It is an offense against God.Gaza’s fellow Arab neighbors in Egypt have witnessed first hand Hamas’s destructive ways. In the wake of the militants’ blasting of the barrier between Gaza and Egypt, more Egyptians finally realized themselves where the source of the Palestinians’ problems and of the real threat to peace lies.For example, Al-Ahram Center for Political and Strategic Studies director Dr. ‘Abd Al-Mun’im Sa’id criticized Hamas’s failed policies in a column he wrote for Egypt’s ruling National Democratic Party weekly Al-Watani Al-Yawm:Hamas’s election by the majority of the Palestinian people has invested it with the formidable responsibility of leading the Palestinian people, protecting its interests, developing its abilities, and managing its relations with the world and with Israel. Its military coup against the Palestinian Authority and its [currently] exclusive control of the Gaza Strip have forced it to assume complete responsibility over the Gazans, in financial, social, and security matters. However, Hamas has failed to fulfill this responsibility, both after it was elected and following its [Gaza] coup. In fact, it has done nothing but publicly condemn Israel and the PA, on television and in daily communiqués to the world, and to the Islamic Arab countries…
The rockets, [which are being used] as a means of opposing the peace process and applying pressure [on it], are not for pressuring Israel, but for gaining popularity among the Palestinians…The editor of the Egyptian government daily Al-Gumhouriyya and Egyptian MP Muhammad Ali Ibrahim was even blunter in his column:The Hamas fighters are not satisfied with Abu Mazen’s [i.e. Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas’s] way of reaching a permanent and definitive solution with the Hebrew state that will ensure the establishment and continuity of the Palestinian state. This is because the only aim of [Hamas Political Bureau head] Khaled Mash’al and his men is to keep this issue hot, so that regional [forces] such as Iran and Syria can continue playing the card of the Palestinian problem to promote their private interests – that is, Iran’s nuclear dossier, the liberation of the Golan Heights, etc…The Egyptians know their Gazan neighbors very well. They blame Hamas for sabotaging any prospects for peace with Israel and for the Gazan residents’ current suffering. Egypt wants to be left alone from Hamas’s aggression and interference with its sovereignty. So does Israel. And don’t tell me that Egypt is in cahoots with Israel. They have what is called a cold peace. They are barely on speaking terms.
Hamas uses its own civilians as human shields
This is not some wild charge of Israeli propagandists. It is based on the boasts of Hamas officials themselves.
Following are excerpts from a speech delivered by Hamas MP Fathi Hammad, which aired on Al-Aqsa TV on February 29, 2008:
Fathi Hammad: [The enemies of Allah] do not know that the Palestinian people has developed its [methods] of death and death-seeking. For the Palestinian people, death has become an industry, at which women excel, and so do all the people living on this land. The elderly excel at this, and so do the mujahideen and the children. This is why they have formed human shields of the women, the children, the elderly, and the mujahideen, in order to challenge the Zionist bombing machine. It is as if they were saying to the Zionist enemy: We desire death like you desire life.(Emphasis added)
The Goldstone Report
The Goldstone fact-finding panel, commissioned by the anti-Israel United Nations Human Rights Council, concluded that Israel may be guilty of war crimes based on the assumption that the country’s military forces and leaders deliberately targeted civilians. Israel’s enemies have seized on this conclusion to brand Israel’s military operation a massacre, to use Norman Finkelstein’s term. It is worth noting that not once in its 575 page report did the Goldstone panel actually use the term massacre to describe Israel’s actions during the Gaza conflict. One of the most serious charges leveled against Israel’s operation during Project Cast Lead was its use of white phosphorous. Yet while the Goldstone Report concluded that Israel was reckless in its use in built-up areas it also noted that white phosphorous is not at this stage proscribed under international law.The report cited one specific example of a family in which children were alleged to have died as a result of injuries from white phosphorous. This is tragic to be sure, but it hardly demonstrates a widespread pattern of deliberate and indiscriminate burning to death of Palestinian children by Israel’s military that Norman Finkelstein and his followers try to portray. It is curious why Israel’s enemies felt they had to exaggerate the Goldstone Report’s findings since the Goldstone panel was biased against Israel in the first place. It consisted of four members, three of whom considered Israel guilty before their investigation began. Judge Goldstone was outnumbered 3-1, even giving him all the credit in the world for his own objective judicial temperament.
Here are just a few examples of the Goldstone Report’s distortions of the facts as compiled and written up by the Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting in America:
REPORT: There is no evidence of Palestinian fighters using civilian clothes.
FACT: Journalists and eyewitnesses repeatedly noted the use of civilian clothes by Hamas fighters.
REPORT: There is no evidence of armed groups directing civilians to areas where attacks were being launched or forcing them to remain in the vicinity of attacks.
FACT: Palestinian witnesses and video evidence reveal that fighters did direct civilians to areas where attacks were being launched.
REPORT: There is no evidence that hospitals or ambulances were used for military activities.
FACT: Eyewitnesses describe Palestinian firing from hospitals and using ambulances. Why, for example, did the Goldstone fact-finding mission choose not to visit the al-Shifa Hospital or investigate allegations that Hamas leaders and fighters used this hospital as a base, especially given the testimony by a captured Islamic Jihad fighter to this effect?
REPORT: The mission could not determine whether mosques were used for military purposes.
FACT: There is video evidence of weaponry stored in a mosque, and of secondary explosions of mosques consistent with the storage of explosives. While the Report refers to allegations of mosques being used for military purposes and notes that it cannot rule out the inappropriate use of other mosques by Palestinians, the Mission nevertheless chose not to further investigate these possible war crimes by Palestinians and dismissed or ignored the readily available pictorial and testimonial evidence indicating that this was indeed the case.
CONCLUSION
I could go on and on, but one thing is clear. There can be no real peace so long as the Palestinian terrorists and their state sponsors such as Iran want more innocent Jews to die for death’s sake and will settle for nothing short of Israel’s extermination. As long as they allow Hamas and other extremists to rule them, the Palestinians will remain their own worst enemies.

Gingrich: Obama is most radical president ever By RON FOURNIER, Associated Press Writer – Thu Apr 8, 10:47 pm ET
NEW ORLEANS – Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, a potential presidential candidate in 2012, called Barack Obama on Thursday the most radical president in American history who oversees a secular, socialist machine.Gingrich reminded conservative activists why he was one of the nation's most polarizing leaders in the 1990s, opening the Southern Republican Leadership Conference with a biting assessment of Obama's policies.The most radical president in American history has now thrown down the gauntlet to the American people: I run a machine. I own Washington and there's nothing you can do about it,Gingrich said. He urged his fellow Republicans to stop what he called Obama's secular, socialist machine.Highly charged words, for sure. But that's standard fare at the three-day GOP gathering that is drawing several presidential hopefuls. Friday's headliner is former Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin.Gingrich has not declared his intentions for 2012, but his appearances in New Orleans had all the trappings of a fledging presidential campaign, from an intimate meeting with tea party activists — his staff photographer took grip-and-grin pictures of Gingrich posing with every activist — to his wade-through-the-crowd entrance at the GOP conference, with the thumping beat of Survivor's Eye of the Tiger drawing the crowd to its feet.
He said Obama's policies — particularly health care and economic stimulus legislation — have put the United States on the road to socialism. The former speaker did not specifically explain why he thought Obama is a secularist, though he did say the GOP wasn't afraid of recognizing faith's role in American society.
Gingrich offered Republicans an antidote to Democratic accusations that GOP leaders do little more than oppose policies — the so-called party of no. He said Republicans should underscore the policies they favor — yes on tax cuts, a lower deficit, fewer regulations and a sensible energy plan.The point is there are many things we can say yes to,Gingrich said.Will he say yes to a presidential campaign? That will be up to God,he said, and the American people.
Palin, Obama spar from a distance over nuke policy By LIZ SIDOTI, AP National Political Writer - APR 9,10
NEW ORLEANS – President Barack Obama and Republican Sarah Palin sparred from a distance over nuclear policy with each questioning the other's experience on the issue in a potential preview of the 2012 White House race.Unbelievable, Palin said earlier this week after Obama rewrote the U.S. nuclear strategy, and she suggested the president was weak on nuclear defense.Obama, in Prague to sign a nuclear reduction treaty with Russia, countered by deriding the former Alaska governor who resigned midway through her first term as not much of an expert on nuclear issues.
Palin then shot back Friday during a speech to the Southern Republican Leadership Conference in New Orleans with a reference to Obama's early career choice. Mocking the president, she dismissed all the vast nuclear experience that he acquired as a community organizer.Playing out over several days and across the globe, the spat foreshadowed what the country could see come the next presidential race should Palin run for president and win the GOP nomination.The 2008 vice presidential nominee is among roughly a dozen Republicans weighing candidacies. It's a wide-open field but Republican insiders say Palin would be a serious contender if she got in the race. She is beloved by tea party activists. She's a political celebrity who draws tons of media coverage. And she has an ability to raise big money. But she's also polarizing, and there's no evidence that she can broaden her base of support beyond conservatives to win the GOP nomination, much less to beat a popular Democratic president.Nevertheless, Palin is leaving the door open to a candidacy and has spent the past few months pummeling Obama in speeches, interviews and online. She used her speech in New Orleans to blister the president repeatedly, as did several of her potential rivals who also spoke at the three-day event.But, until now, Obama hadn't responded directly to Palin. The president typically doesn't counter criticism from Republicans weighing whether to challenge him. Doing so always has the potential to elevate a rival.The spat began Wednesday when Palin criticized Obama's rewriting of the U.S. nuclear defense policy. Her comments came during an interview on Fox News, where she is a paid analyst. She likened Obama to a kid poised for a playground fight who said, Go ahead, punch me in the face and I'm not going to retaliate. Go ahead and do what you want to with me.
Palin was particularly incensed about the policy that says if a non-nuclear state were to use chemical or biological weapons against the U.S. or its allies, it would face a potentially devastating conventional military strike by the U.S., but not a nuclear one.No administration in America's history would, I think, ever have considered such a step that we just found out President Obama is supporting today, Palin said.Across the globe in Prague, Obama was asked by ABC News to respond to the criticism.I really have no response, the president said.Because last I checked, Sarah Palin's not much of an expert on nuclear issues.Obama added: If the secretary of Defense and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff are comfortable with it, I'm probably going to take my advice from them and not from Sarah Palin.Palin got what could be the last word in her Friday speech in New Orleans. Among several potential candidates addressing the GOP rank and file at the conference, Palin got a rousing reception from the few thousand activists in attendance and delivered a speech rife with platitudes for the GOP and criticism for Democrats.Some in the crowd responded with a Run, Sarah, run chant. She didn't say whether she would.But Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal made his plans clear, telling the audience: I am not running for president of the United States of America. I've got the job that I want.
Texas Gov. Rick Perry of Texas also was speaking Friday, one day after Newt Gingrich called Obama the most radical president in American history.On tap for Saturday: Indiana Rep. Mike Pence, former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum, Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour and Texas Rep. Ron Paul. At least four possible candidates passed up the event. Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney was in the midst of a book tour. Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty was addressing the activists by video so he could welcome home returning troops. Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee and South Dakota Sen. John Thune also were absent.
AP EXCLUSIVE: Future pope stalled pedophile case By GILLIAN FLACCUS, Associated Press Writer - APR 9,10
LOS ANGELES – The future Pope Benedict XVI resisted pleas to defrock a California priest with a record of sexually molesting children, citing concerns including the good of the universal church,according to a 1985 letter bearing his signature.The correspondence, obtained by The Associated Press, is the strongest challenge yet to the Vatican's insistence that Benedict played no role in blocking the removal of pedophile priests during his years as head of the Catholic Church's doctrinal watchdog office.The letter, signed by then-Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, was typed in Latin and is part of years of correspondence between the Diocese of Oakland and the Vatican about the proposed defrocking of the Rev. Stephen Kiesle.The Vatican confirmed Friday that it was Ratzinger's signature. The press office doesn't believe it is necessary to respond to every single document taken out of context regarding particular legal situations,the Rev. Federico Lombardi said.Another spokesman, the Rev. Ciro Benedettini, said the letter showed no attempt at a cover-up. The then-Cardinal Ratzinger didn't cover up the case, but as the letter clearly shows, made clear the need to study the case with more attention, taking into account the good of all involved.The diocese recommended removing Kiesle (KEEZ'-lee) from the priesthood in 1981, the year Ratzinger was appointed to head the Vatican office that shared responsibility for disciplining abusive priests.The case then languished for four years at the Vatican before Ratzinger finally wrote to Oakland Bishop John Cummins. It was two more years before Kiesle was removed; during that time he continued to do volunteer work with children through the church.
In the November 1985 letter, Ratzinger says the arguments for removing Kiesle are of grave significance but added that such actions required very careful review and more time. He also urged the bishop to provide Kiesle with as much paternal care as possible while awaiting the decision, according to a translation for AP by Professor Thomas Habinek, chairman of the University of Southern California Classics Department.But the future pope also noted that any decision to defrock Kiesle must take into account the good of the universal church and the detriment that granting the dispensation can provoke within the community of Christ's faithful, particularly considering the young age. Kiesle was 38 at the time.Kiesle had been sentenced in 1978 to three years' probation after pleading no contest to misdemeanor charges of lewd conduct for tying up and molesting two young boys in a San Francisco Bay area church rectory.As his probation ended in 1981, Kiesle asked to leave the priesthood and the diocese submitted papers to Rome to defrock him.In his earliest letter to Ratzinger, Cummins warned that returning Kiesle to ministry would cause more of a scandal than stripping him of his priestly powers.It is my conviction that there would be no scandal if this petition were granted and that as a matter of fact, given the nature of the case, there might be greater scandal to the community if Father Kiesle were allowed to return to the active ministry,Cummins wrote in 1982.
While papers obtained by the AP include only one letter with Ratzinger's signature, correspondence and internal memos from the diocese refer to a letter dated Nov. 17, 1981, from the then-cardinal to the bishop. Ratzinger was appointed to head the Vatican's Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith a week later.California church officials wrote to Ratzinger at least three times to check on the status of Kiesle's case and Cummins discussed the case with officials during a Vatican visit, according to correspondence. At one point, a Vatican official wrote to say the file may have been lost and suggested resubmitting materials.Diocese officials considered writing Ratzinger again after they received his 1985 response to impress upon him that leaving Kiesle in the ministry would harm the church, Rev. George Mockel wrote in a memo to the Oakland bishop.My own reading of this letter is that basically they are going to sit on it until Steve gets quite a bit older,the memo said.Despite his young age, the particular and unique circumstances of this case would seem to make it a greater scandal if he were not laicized.As Kiesle's fate was being weighed in Rome, the priest returned to suburban Pinole to volunteer as a youth minister at St. Joseph Church, where he had served as associate pastor from 1972 to 1975. Kiesle was ultimately stripped of his priestly powers on Feb. 13, 1987, though the documents do not indicate how or why. They also don't say what role — if any — Ratzinger had in the decision. Kiesle continued to volunteer with children, according to Maurine Behrend, who worked in the Oakland diocese's youth ministry office in the 1980s. After learning of his history, Behrend complained to church officials. When nothing was done she wrote a letter, which she showed to the AP.Obviously nothing has been done after EIGHT months of repeated notifications, she wrote.How are we supposed to have confidence in the system when nothing is done? A simple phone call to the pastor from the bishop is all it would take.She eventually confronted Cummins at a confirmation and Kiesle was gone a short time later, Behrend said. Kiesle, who married after leaving the priesthood, was arrested and charged in 2002 with 13 counts of child molestation from the 1970s. All but two were thrown out after the U.S. Supreme Court struck down as unconstitutional a California law extending the statute of limitations.
He pleaded no contest in 2004 to a felony for molesting a young girl in his Truckee home in 1995 and was sentenced to six years in state prison. Kiesle, now 63 and a registered sex offender, lives in a Walnut Creek gated community, according to his address listed on the Megan's Law sex registry. An AP reporter was turned away when attempting to reach him for comment. William Gagen, an attorney who represented Kiesle in 2002, did not return a call for comment. More than a half-dozen victims reached a settlement in 2005 with the Oakland diocese alleging Kiesle had molested them as young children. He admitted molesting many children and bragged that he was the Pied Piper and said he tried to molest every child that sat on his lap, said Lewis VanBlois, an attorney for six Kiesle victims who interviewed the former priest in prison. When asked how many children he had molested over the years, he said tons. Cummins, 82 and now retired, initially told the AP he did not recall writing to Ratzinger about Kiesle, but he remembered when shown the letter with his signature on Friday. He said things had changed over the past quarter century. When he (Ratzinger) took over I think he was following what was the practice of the time, that Pope John Paul was slowing these things down. You didn't just walk out of the priesthood then, Cummins said. These things were slow and their idea of thoroughness was a little more than ours. We were in a situation that was hands-on, with personal reaction.Documents obtained by the AP last week revealed similar instances of Vatican stalling in cases involving two Arizona clergy. In one case, the future pope took over the abuse case of the Rev. Michael Teta of Tucson, Ariz., then let it languish at the Vatican for years despite repeated pleas from the bishop for the man to be removed from the priesthood.In the second, the bishop called Msgr. Robert Trupia a major risk factor in a letter to Ratzinger. There is no indication in those files that Ratzinger responded. The Vatican has called the accusations absolutely groundless and said the facts were being misrepresented.Associated Press writers Brooke Donald in Oakland, Eric Gorski in Denver, John Mone in San Diego, Raquel Maria Dillon in Los Angeles and Victor L. Simpson in Rome contributed to this report.

* - Division leaders are seeded 1, 2, and 3 in Conference standings. If two or more clubs are tied in points during the regular season, the standing of the clubs is determined in the following order:
1.The fewer number of games played (i.e., superior points percentage).
2.The greater number of games won.
3.The greater number of points earned in games between the tied clubs. If two clubs are tied, and have not played an equal number of home games against each other, points earned in the first game played in the city that had the extra game shall not be included. If more than two clubs are tied, the higher percentage of available points earned in games among those clubs, and not including any "odd" games, shall be used to determine the standing.
4.The greater differential between goals for and against for the entire regular season.

Tie-Breaking procedure

LEVITICUS 12:1 - 15:33
1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a woman have conceived seed, and born a man child: then she shall be unclean seven days; according to the days of the separation for her infirmity shall she be unclean.
3 And in the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised.
4 And she shall then continue in the blood of her purifying three and thirty days; she shall touch no hallowed thing, nor come into the sanctuary, until the days of her purifying be fulfilled.
5 But if she bear a maid child, then she shall be unclean two weeks, as in her separation: and she shall continue in the blood of her purifying threescore and six days.
6 And when the days of her purifying are fulfilled, for a son, or for a daughter, she shall bring a lamb of the first year for a burnt offering, and a young pigeon, or a turtledove, for a sin offering, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, unto the priest:
7 Who shall offer it before the LORD, and make an atonement for her; and she shall be cleansed from the issue of her blood. This is the law for her that hath born a male or a female.
8 And if she be not able to bring a lamb, then she shall bring two turtles, or two young pigeons; the one for the burnt offering, and the other for a sin offering: and the priest shall make an atonement for her, and she shall be clean.
LEVITICUS 13:1-59
1 And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron, saying,
2 When a man shall have in the skin of his flesh a rising, a scab, or bright spot, and it be in the skin of his flesh like the plague of leprosy; then he shall be brought unto Aaron the priest, or unto one of his sons the priests:
3 And the priest shall look on the plague in the skin of the flesh: and when the hair in the plague is turned white, and the plague in sight be deeper than the skin of his flesh, it is a plague of leprosy: and the priest shall look on him, and pronounce him unclean.
4 If the bright spot be white in the skin of his flesh, and in sight be not deeper than the skin, and the hair thereof be not turned white; then the priest shall shut up him that hath the plague seven days:
5 And the priest shall look on him the seventh day: and, behold, if the plague in his sight be at a stay, and the plague spread not in the skin; then the priest shall shut him up seven days more:
6 And the priest shall look on him again the seventh day: and, behold, if the plague be somewhat dark, and the plague spread not in the skin, the priest shall pronounce him clean: it is but a scab: and he shall wash his clothes, and be clean.
7 But if the scab spread much abroad in the skin, after that he hath been seen of the priest for his cleansing, he shall be seen of the priest again:
8 And if the priest see that, behold, the scab spreadeth in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a leprosy.
9 When the plague of leprosy is in a man, then he shall be brought unto the priest;
10 And the priest shall see him: and, behold, if the rising be white in the skin, and it have turned the hair white, and there be quick raw flesh in the rising;
11 It is an old leprosy in the skin of his flesh, and the priest shall pronounce him unclean, and shall not shut him up: for he is unclean.
12 And if a leprosy break out abroad in the skin, and the leprosy cover all the skin of him that hath the plague from his head even to his foot, wheresoever the priest looketh;
13 Then the priest shall consider: and, behold, if the leprosy have covered all his flesh, he shall pronounce him clean that hath the plague: it is all turned white: he is clean.
14 But when raw flesh appeareth in him, he shall be unclean.
15 And the priest shall see the raw flesh, and pronounce him to be unclean: for the raw flesh is unclean: it is a leprosy.
16 Or if the raw flesh turn again, and be changed unto white, he shall come unto the priest;
17 And the priest shall see him: and, behold, if the plague be turned into white; then the priest shall pronounce him clean that hath the plague: he is clean.
18 The flesh also, in which, even in the skin thereof, was a boil, and is healed,
19 And in the place of the boil there be a white rising, or a bright spot, white, and somewhat reddish, and it be shewed to the priest;
20 And if, when the priest seeth it, behold, it be in sight lower than the skin, and the hair thereof be turned white; the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a plague of leprosy broken out of the boil.
21 But if the priest look on it, and, behold, there be no white hairs therein, and if it be not lower than the skin, but be somewhat dark; then the priest shall shut him up seven days:
22 And if it spread much abroad in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a plague.
23 But if the bright spot stay in his place, and spread not, it is a burning boil; and the priest shall pronounce him clean.
24 Or if there be any flesh, in the skin whereof there is a hot burning, and the quick flesh that burneth have a white bright spot, somewhat reddish, or white;
25 Then the priest shall look upon it: and, behold, if the hair in the bright spot be turned white, and it be in sight deeper than the skin; it is a leprosy broken out of the burning: wherefore the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is the plague of leprosy.
26 But if the priest look on it, and, behold, there be no white hair in the bright spot, and it be no lower than the other skin, but be somewhat dark; then the priest shall shut him up seven days:
27 And the priest shall look upon him the seventh day: and if it be spread much abroad in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is the plague of leprosy.
28 And if the bright spot stay in his place, and spread not in the skin, but it be somewhat dark; it is a rising of the burning, and the priest shall pronounce him clean: for it is an inflammation of the burning.
29 If a man or woman have a plague upon the head or the beard;
30 Then the priest shall see the plague: and, behold, if it be in sight deeper than the skin; and there be in it a yellow thin hair; then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a dry scall, even a leprosy upon the head or beard.
31 And if the priest look on the plague of the scall, and, behold, it be not in sight deeper than the skin, and that there is no black hair in it; then the priest shall shut up him that hath the plague of the scall seven days:
32 And in the seventh day the priest shall look on the plague: and, behold, if the scall spread not, and there be in it no yellow hair, and the scall be not in sight deeper than the skin;
33 He shall be shaven, but the scall shall he not shave; and the priest shall shut up him that hath the scall seven days more:
34 And in the seventh day the priest shall look on the scall: and, behold, if the scall be not spread in the skin, nor be in sight deeper than the skin; then the priest shall pronounce him clean: and he shall wash his clothes, and be clean.
35 But if the scall spread much in the skin after his cleansing;
36 Then the priest shall look on him: and, behold, if the scall be spread in the skin, the priest shall not seek for yellow hair; he is unclean.
37 But if the scall be in his sight at a stay, and that there is black hair grown up therein; the scall is healed, he is clean: and the priest shall pronounce him clean.
38 If a man also or a woman have in the skin of their flesh bright spots, even white bright spots;
39 Then the priest shall look: and, behold, if the bright spots in the skin of their flesh be darkish white; it is a freckled spot that groweth in the skin; he is clean.
40 And the man whose hair is fallen off his head, he is bald; yet is he clean.
41 And he that hath his hair fallen off from the part of his head toward his face, he is forehead bald: yet is he clean.
42 And if there be in the bald head, or bald forehead, a white reddish sore; it is a leprosy sprung up in his bald head, or his bald forehead.
43 Then the priest shall look upon it: and, behold, if the rising of the sore be white reddish in his bald head, or in his bald forehead, as the leprosy appeareth in the skin of the flesh;
44 He is a leprous man, he is unclean: the priest shall pronounce him utterly unclean; his plague is in his head.
45 And the leper in whom the plague is, his clothes shall be rent, and his head bare, and he shall put a covering upon his upper lip, and shall cry, Unclean, unclean.
46 All the days wherein the plague shall be in him he shall be defiled; he is unclean: he shall dwell alone; without the camp shall his habitation be.
47 The garment also that the plague of leprosy is in, whether it be a woollen garment, or a linen garment;
48 Whether it be in the warp, or woof; of linen, or of woollen; whether in a skin, or in any thing made of skin;
49 And if the plague be greenish or reddish in the garment, or in the skin, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in any thing of skin; it is a plague of leprosy, and shall be shewed unto the priest:
50 And the priest shall look upon the plague, and shut up it that hath the plague seven days:
51 And he shall look on the plague on the seventh day: if the plague be spread in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in a skin, or in any work that is made of skin; the plague is a fretting leprosy; it is unclean.
52 He shall therefore burn that garment, whether warp or woof, in woollen or in linen, or any thing of skin, wherein the plague is: for it is a fretting leprosy; it shall be burnt in the fire.
53 And if the priest shall look, and, behold, the plague be not spread in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in any thing of skin;
54 Then the priest shall command that they wash the thing wherein the plague is, and he shall shut it up seven days more:
55 And the priest shall look on the plague, after that it is washed: and, behold, if the plague have not changed his colour, and the plague be not spread; it is unclean; thou shalt burn it in the fire; it is fret inward, whether it be bare within or without.
56 And if the priest look, and, behold, the plague be somewhat dark after the washing of it; then he shall rend it out of the garment, or out of the skin, or out of the warp, or out of the woof:
57 And if it appear still in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in any thing of skin; it is a spreading plague: thou shalt burn that wherein the plague is with fire.
58 And the garment, either warp, or woof, or whatsoever thing of skin it be, which thou shalt wash, if the plague be departed from them, then it shall be washed the second time, and shall be clean.
59 This is the law of the plague of leprosy in a garment of woollen or linen, either in the warp, or woof, or any thing of skins, to pronounce it clean, or to pronounce it unclean.
LEVITICUS 14:1-57
1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
2 This shall be the law of the leper in the day of his cleansing: He shall be brought unto the priest:
3 And the priest shall go forth out of the camp; and the priest shall look, and, behold, if the plague of leprosy be healed in the leper;
4 Then shall the priest command to take for him that is to be cleansed two birds alive and clean, and cedar wood, and scarlet, and hyssop:
5 And the priest shall command that one of the birds be killed in an earthen vessel over running water:
6 As for the living bird, he shall take it, and the cedar wood, and the scarlet, and the hyssop, and shall dip them and the living bird in the blood of the bird that was killed over the running water:
7 And he shall sprinkle upon him that is to be cleansed from the leprosy seven times, and shall pronounce him clean, and shall let the living bird loose into the open field.
8 And he that is to be cleansed shall wash his clothes, and shave off all his hair, and wash himself in water, that he may be clean: and after that he shall come into the camp, and shall tarry abroad out of his tent seven days.
9 But it shall be on the seventh day, that he shall shave all his hair off his head and his beard and his eyebrows, even all his hair he shall shave off: and he shall wash his clothes, also he shall wash his flesh in water, and he shall be clean.
10 And on the eighth day he shall take two he lambs without blemish, and one ewe lamb of the first year without blemish, and three tenth deals of fine flour for a meat offering, mingled with oil, and one log of oil.
11 And the priest that maketh him clean shall present the man that is to be made clean, and those things, before the LORD, at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:
12 And the priest shall take one he lamb, and offer him for a trespass offering, and the log of oil, and wave them for a wave offering before the LORD:
13 And he shall slay the lamb in the place where he shall kill the sin offering and the burnt offering, in the holy place: for as the sin offering is the priest's, so is the trespass offering: it is most holy:
14 And the priest shall take some of the blood of the trespass offering, and the priest shall put it upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot:
15 And the priest shall take some of the log of oil, and pour it into the palm of his own left hand:
16 And the priest shall dip his right finger in the oil that is in his left hand, and shall sprinkle of the oil with his finger seven times before the LORD:
17 And of the rest of the oil that is in his hand shall the priest put upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot, upon the blood of the trespass offering:
18 And the remnant of the oil that is in the priest's hand he shall pour upon the head of him that is to be cleansed: and the priest shall make an atonement for him before the LORD.
19 And the priest shall offer the sin offering, and make an atonement for him that is to be cleansed from his uncleanness; and afterward he shall kill the burnt offering:
20 And the priest shall offer the burnt offering and the meat offering upon the altar: and the priest shall make an atonement for him, and he shall be clean.
21 And if he be poor, and cannot get so much; then he shall take one lamb for a trespass offering to be waved, to make an atonement for him, and one tenth deal of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering, and a log of oil;
22 And two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, such as he is able to get; and the one shall be a sin offering, and the other a burnt offering.
23 And he shall bring them on the eighth day for his cleansing unto the priest, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, before the LORD.
24 And the priest shall take the lamb of the trespass offering, and the log of oil, and the priest shall wave them for a wave offering before the LORD:
25 And he shall kill the lamb of the trespass offering, and the priest shall take some of the blood of the trespass offering, and put it upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot:
26 And the priest shall pour of the oil into the palm of his own left hand:
27 And the priest shall sprinkle with his right finger some of the oil that is in his left hand seven times before the LORD:
28 And the priest shall put of the oil that is in his hand upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot, upon the place of the blood of the trespass offering:
29 And the rest of the oil that is in the priest's hand he shall put upon the head of him that is to be cleansed, to make an atonement for him before the LORD.
30 And he shall offer the one of the turtledoves, or of the young pigeons, such as he can get;
31 Even such as he is able to get, the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, with the meat offering: and the priest shall make an atonement for him that is to be cleansed before the LORD.
32 This is the law of him in whom is the plague of leprosy, whose hand is not able to get that which pertaineth to his cleansing.
33 And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,
34 When ye be come into the land of Canaan, which I give to you for a possession, and I put the plague of leprosy in a house of the land of your possession;
35 And he that owneth the house shall come and tell the priest, saying, It seemeth to me there is as it were a plague in the house:
36 Then the priest shall command that they empty the house, before the priest go into it to see the plague, that all that is in the house be not made unclean: and afterward the priest shall go in to see the house:
37 And he shall look on the plague, and, behold, if the plague be in the walls of the house with hollow strakes, greenish or reddish, which in sight are lower than the wall;
38 Then the priest shall go out of the house to the door of the house, and shut up the house seven days:
39 And the priest shall come again the seventh day, and shall look: and, behold, if the plague be spread in the walls of the house;
40 Then the priest shall command that they take away the stones in which the plague is, and they shall cast them into an unclean place without the city:
41 And he shall cause the house to be scraped within round about, and they shall pour out the dust that they scrape off without the city into an unclean place:
42 And they shall take other stones, and put them in the place of those stones; and he shall take other morter, and shall plaister the house.
43 And if the plague come again, and break out in the house, after that he hath taken away the stones, and after he hath scraped the house, and after it is plaistered;
44 Then the priest shall come and look, and, behold, if the plague be spread in the house, it is a fretting leprosy in the house: it is unclean.
45 And he shall break down the house, the stones of it, and the timber thereof, and all the morter of the house; and he shall carry them forth out of the city into an unclean place.
46 Moreover he that goeth into the house all the while that it is shut up shall be unclean until the even.
47 And he that lieth in the house shall wash his clothes; and he that eateth in the house shall wash his clothes.
48 And if the priest shall come in, and look upon it, and, behold, the plague hath not spread in the house, after the house was plaistered: then the priest shall pronounce the house clean, because the plague is healed.
49 And he shall take to cleanse the house two birds, and cedar wood, and scarlet, and hyssop:
50 And he shall kill the one of the birds in an earthen vessel over running water:
51 And he shall take the cedar wood, and the hyssop, and the scarlet, and the living bird, and dip them in the blood of the slain bird, and in the running water, and sprinkle the house seven times:
52 And he shall cleanse the house with the blood of the bird, and with the running water, and with the living bird, and with the cedar wood, and with the hyssop, and with the scarlet:
53 But he shall let go the living bird out of the city into the open fields, and make an atonement for the house: and it shall be clean.
54 This is the law for all manner of plague of leprosy, and scall,
55 And for the leprosy of a garment, and of a house,
56 And for a rising, and for a scab, and for a bright spot:
57 To teach when it is unclean, and when it is clean: this is the law of leprosy.
LEVITICUS 15:1-33
1 And the LORD spake unto Moses and to Aaron, saying,
2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When any man hath a running issue out of his flesh, because of his issue he is unclean.
3 And this shall be his uncleanness in his issue: whether his flesh run with his issue, or his flesh be stopped from his issue, it is his uncleanness.
4 Every bed, whereon he lieth that hath the issue, is unclean: and every thing, whereon he sitteth, shall be unclean.
5 And whosoever toucheth his bed shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
6 And he that sitteth on any thing whereon he sat that hath the issue shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
7 And he that toucheth the flesh of him that hath the issue shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
8 And if he that hath the issue spit upon him that is clean; then he shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
9 And what saddle soever he rideth upon that hath the issue shall be unclean.
10 And whosoever toucheth any thing that was under him shall be unclean until the even: and he that beareth any of those things shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
11 And whomsoever he toucheth that hath the issue, and hath not rinsed his hands in water, he shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
12 And the vessel of earth, that he toucheth which hath the issue, shall be broken: and every vessel of wood shall be rinsed in water.
13 And when he that hath an issue is cleansed of his issue; then he shall number to himself seven days for his cleansing, and wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in running water, and shall be clean.
14 And on the eighth day he shall take to him two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, and come before the LORD unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and give them unto the priest:
15 And the priest shall offer them, the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him before the LORD for his issue.
16 And if any man's seed of copulation go out from him, then he shall wash all his flesh in water, and be unclean until the even.
17 And every garment, and every skin, whereon is the seed of copulation, shall be washed with water, and be unclean until the even.
18 The woman also with whom man shall lie with seed of copulation, they shall both bathe themselves in water, and be unclean until the even.
19 And if a woman have an issue, and her issue in her flesh be blood, she shall be put apart seven days: and whosoever toucheth her shall be unclean until the even.
20 And every thing that she lieth upon in her separation shall be unclean: every thing also that she sitteth upon shall be unclean.
21 And whosoever toucheth her bed shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
22 And whosoever toucheth any thing that she sat upon shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
23 And if it be on her bed, or on any thing whereon she sitteth, when he toucheth it, he shall be unclean until the even.
24 And if any man lie with her at all, and her flowers be upon him, he shall be unclean seven days; and all the bed whereon he lieth shall be unclean.
25 And if a woman have an issue of her blood many days out of the time of her separation, or if it run beyond the time of her separation; all the days of the issue of her uncleanness shall be as the days of her separation: she shall be unclean.
26 Every bed whereon she lieth all the days of her issue shall be unto her as the bed of her separation: and whatsoever she sitteth upon shall be unclean, as the uncleanness of her separation.
27 And whosoever toucheth those things shall be unclean, and shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
28 But if she be cleansed of her issue, then she shall number to herself seven days, and after that she shall be clean.
29 And on the eighth day she shall take unto her two turtles, or two young pigeons, and bring them unto the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
30 And the priest shall offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for her before the LORD for the issue of her uncleanness.
31 Thus shall ye separate the children of Israel from their uncleanness; that they die not in their uncleanness, when they defile my tabernacle that is among them.
32 This is the law of him that hath an issue, and of him whose seed goeth from him, and is defiled therewith;
33 And of her that is sick of her flowers, and of him that hath an issue, of the man, and of the woman, and of him that lieth with her that is unclean.
PROPHETS PORTION
2 KINGS 4:42-5:19
42 And there came a man from Baalshalisha, and brought the man of God bread of the firstfruits, twenty loaves of barley, and full ears of corn in the husk thereof. And he said, Give unto the people, that they may eat.
43 And his servitor said, What, should I set this before an hundred men? He said again, Give the people, that they may eat: for thus saith the LORD, They shall eat, and shall leave thereof.
44 So he set it before them, and they did eat, and left thereof, according to the word of the LORD.
1 Now Naaman, captain of the host of the king of Syria, was a great man with his master, and honourable, because by him the LORD had given deliverance unto Syria: he was also a mighty man in valour, but he was a leper.
2 And the Syrians had gone out by companies, and had brought away captive out of the land of Israel a little maid; and she waited on Naaman's wife.
3 And she said unto her mistress, Would God my lord were with the prophet that is in Samaria! for he would recover him of his leprosy.
4 And one went in, and told his lord, saying, Thus and thus said the maid that is of the land of Israel.
5 And the king of Syria said, Go to, go, and I will send a letter unto the king of Israel. And he departed, and took with him ten talents of silver, and six thousand pieces of gold, and ten changes of raiment.
6 And he brought the letter to the king of Israel, saying, Now when this letter is come unto thee, behold, I have therewith sent Naaman my servant to thee, that thou mayest recover him of his leprosy.
7 And it came to pass, when the king of Israel had read the letter, that he rent his clothes, and said, Am I God, to kill and to make alive, that this man doth send unto me to recover a man of his leprosy? wherefore consider, I pray you, and see how he seeketh a quarrel against me.
8 And it was so, when Elisha the man of God had heard that the king of Israel had rent his clothes, that he sent to the king, saying, Wherefore hast thou rent thy clothes? let him come now to me, and he shall know that there is a prophet in Israel.
9 So Naaman came with his horses and with his chariot, and stood at the door of the house of Elisha.
10 And Elisha sent a messenger unto him, saying, Go and wash in Jordan seven times, and thy flesh shall come again to thee, and thou shalt be clean.
11 But Naaman was wroth, and went away, and said, Behold, I thought, He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of the LORD his God, and strike his hand over the place, and recover the leper.
12 Are not Abana and Pharpar, rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? may I not wash in them, and be clean? So he turned and went away in a rage.
13 And his servants came near, and spake unto him, and said, My father, if the prophet had bid thee do some great thing, wouldest thou not have done it? how much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean?
14 Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God: and his flesh came again like unto the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.
15 And he returned to the man of God, he and all his company, and came, and stood before him: and he said, Behold, now I know that there is no God in all the earth, but in Israel: now therefore, I pray thee, take a blessing of thy servant.
16 But he said, As the LORD liveth, before whom I stand, I will receive none. And he urged him to take it; but he refused.
17 And Naaman said, Shall there not then, I pray thee, be given to thy servant two mules' burden of earth? for thy servant will henceforth offer neither burnt offering nor sacrifice unto other gods, but unto the LORD.
18 In this thing the LORD pardon thy servant, that when my master goeth into the house of Rimmon to worship there, and he leaneth on my hand, and I bow myself in the house of Rimmon: when I bow down myself in the house of Rimmon, the LORD pardon thy servant in this thing.
19 And he said unto him, Go in peace. So he departed from him a little way.

MATTHEW 8:1-4
1 When he was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him.
2 And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.
3 And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
4 And Jesus saith unto him, See thou tell no man; but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.
MATTHEW 11:2-6
2 Now when John had heard in the prison the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples,
3 And said unto him, Art thou he that should come, or do we look for another?
4 Jesus answered and said unto them, Go and shew John again those things which ye do hear and see:
5 The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.
6 And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.
MARK 1:40-45
40 And there came a leper to him, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him, and saying unto him, If thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.
41 And Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth his hand, and touched him, and saith unto him, I will; be thou clean.
42 And as soon as he had spoken, immediately the leprosy departed from him, and he was cleansed.
43 And he straitly charged him, and forthwith sent him away;
44 And saith unto him, See thou say nothing to any man: but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing those things which Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.
45 But he went out, and began to publish it much, and to blaze abroad the matter, insomuch that Jesus could no more openly enter into the city, but was without in desert places: and they came to him from every quarter.
LUKE 2:22-24
22 And when the days of her purification according to the law of Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord;
23 (As it is written in the law of the Lord, Every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy to the Lord;)
24 And to offer a sacrifice according to that which is said in the law of the Lord, A pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons.
LUKE 5:12-16
12 And it came to pass, when he was in a certain city, behold a man full of leprosy: who seeing Jesus fell on his face, and besought him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.
13 And he put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will: be thou clean. And immediately the leprosy departed from him.
14 And he charged him to tell no man: but go, and shew thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing, according as Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.
15 But so much the more went there a fame abroad of him: and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities.
16 And he withdrew himself into the wilderness, and prayed.
LUKE 7:18-23
18 And the disciples of John shewed him of all these things.
19 And John calling unto him two of his disciples sent them to Jesus, saying, Art thou he that should come? or look we for another?
20 When the men were come unto him, they said, John Baptist hath sent us unto thee, saying, Art thou he that should come? or look we for another?
21 And in that same hour he cured many of their infirmities and plagues, and of evil spirits; and unto many that were blind he gave sight.
22 Then Jesus answering said unto them, Go your way, and tell John what things ye have seen and heard; how that the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, to the poor the gospel is preached.
23 And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.

9 When the plague of leprosy is in a man, then he shall be brought unto the priest;
10 And the priest shall see him: and, behold, if the rising be white in the skin, and it have turned the hair white, and there be quick raw flesh in the rising;
11 It is an old leprosy in the skin of his flesh, and the priest shall pronounce him unclean, and shall not shut him up: for he is unclean.
12 And if a leprosy break out abroad in the skin, and the leprosy cover all the skin of him that hath the plague from his head even to his foot, wheresoever the priest looketh;
16 Or if the raw flesh turn again, and be changed unto white, he shall come unto the priest;
17 And the priest shall see him: and, behold, if the plague be turned into white; then the priest shall pronounce him clean that hath the plague: he is clean.
18 The flesh also, in which, even in the skin thereof, was a boil, and is healed,
19 And in the place of the boil there be a white rising, or a bright spot, white, and somewhat reddish, and it be shewed to the priest;
24 Or if there be any flesh, in the skin whereof there is a hot burning, and the quick flesh that burneth have a white bright spot, somewhat reddish, or white;
29 If a man or woman have a plague upon the head or the beard;
32 And in the seventh day the priest shall look on the plague: and, behold, if the scall spread not, and there be in it no yellow hair, and the scall be not in sight deeper than the skin;
35 But if the scall spread much in the skin after his cleansing;
38 If a man also or a woman have in the skin of their flesh bright spots, even white bright spots;
43 Then the priest shall look upon it: and, behold, if the rising of the sore be white reddish in his bald head, or in his bald forehead, as the leprosy appeareth in the skin of the flesh;
47 The garment also that the plague of leprosy is in, whether it be a woollen garment, or a linen garment;
48 Whether it be in the warp, or woof; of linen, or of woollen; whether in a skin, or in any thing made of skin;
53 And if the priest shall look, and, behold, the plague be not spread in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in any thing of skin;
3 And the priest shall go forth out of the camp; and the priest shall look, and, behold, if the plague of leprosy be healed in the leper;
21 And if he be poor, and cannot get so much; then he shall take one lamb for a trespass offering to be waved, to make an atonement for him, and one tenth deal of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering, and a log of oil;
30 And he shall offer the one of the turtledoves, or of the young pigeons, such as he can get;
31 Even such as he is able to get, the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, with the meat offering: and the priest shall make an atonement for him that is to be cleansed before the LORD.
32 This is the law of him in whom is the plague of leprosy, whose hand is not able to get that which pertaineth to his cleansing.
33 And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,
34 When ye be come into the land of Canaan, which I give to you for a possession, and I put the plague of leprosy in a house of the land of your possession;
37 And he shall look on the plague, and, behold, if the plague be in the walls of the house with hollow strakes, greenish or reddish, which in sight are lower than the wall;
38 Then the priest shall go out of the house to the door of the house, and shut up the house seven days:
39 And the priest shall come again the seventh day, and shall look: and, behold, if the plague be spread in the walls of the house;
43 And if the plague come again, and break out in the house, after that he hath taken away the stones, and after he hath scraped the house, and after it is plaistered;
32 This is the law of him that hath an issue, and of him whose seed goeth from him, and is defiled therewith;
NEW TESTAMENT PORTION
43 And he straitly charged him, and forthwith sent him away;
22 And when the days of her purification according to the law of Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord;
