U.S. stocks ended broadly lower Wednesday, wiping out early gains after strong data on job openings stoked fears the Federal Reserve could move to hike interest rates as early as next week. Based on preliminary numbers, the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA, -1.45% ended with a loss of 239.11 points, or 1.4%, at 16,253.57 after posting triple-digit gains in early trade. The S&P 500 SPX, -1.39% fell 27.36 points, or 1.4%, to finish at 1,942.05, while the Nasdaq Composite COMP, -1.15% dropped 55.40 points, or 1.2%< to 4,756.52.

A currency devalues when its value declines in relation to one or more other currencies. Let's say that on Monday $1 bought five rubles and that today, after the devaluation, it buys 10 rubles (not actual figures). Under this scenario, the ruble has devalued by 50%.Why do countries let their currency fall in value? Well, some do it on purpose, usually to try to boost their exports and decrease their imports.How does that work? Let's imagine I'm a Russian vodka exporter and I charge 100 rubles per bottle. On Monday, one bottle cost foreigners $20 (100 divided by five). Today, at the new exchange rate, one bottle costs $10 (100 divided by 10). In theory, Russia sells a lot more vodka and other goods because they are cheaper in dollar terms -- and exports go up.At the same time, foreign goods become more expensive to locals with rubles, so imports go down.However, sometimes devaluations are forced on a country when it can no longer defend its exchange rate. Russia, before its devaluation, was spending dollars and buying rubles to try to keep the ruble at the rate it wanted. Ripple Effect-Devaluation is the deliberate downward adjustment of a currency relative to another or a standard-It is a policy tool used to make a country’s exports cheaper and more competitive in the global market-China devalued its currency by almost 4% in mid-August amid concerns of growth slowdown-Rupee’s recent fall reflects anxiety about the negative impact on the Indian economy of a falling yuan-What Is Currency Devaluation & Why Should I Care? It is the deliberate downward adjustment in the value of a country’s currency, relative to another currency, group of currencies or a standard. In order to understand devaluation we need to first understand what exactly the value of a currency means. In simple terms, it’s the amount of a currency you have to pay, say Indian rupee, to purchase a unit of any other currency, say US dollar or euro — this is known as the exchange rate. For example, the rupee may trade at 66.69 against the US dollar while it trades at 74.34 against the euro.Some countries allow their currencies to trade freely in international markets while certain others, especially the controlled economies, link their currencies versus the US dollar as it ensures stability — this is called currency pegging. In case of currencies which are floating (not pegged to the US dollar) supply and demand help determine the exchange rate. Supply and demand are influenced by factors like GDP, interest rates, inflation and the trading relationship between the two countries.-Great, But What About The Ones Which Are Pegged? Certain countries use the exchange rate as a tool to stimulate their own economies. Devaluation is typically used as a policy tool to combat trade imbalances and infuse growth. It causes the country’s exports to become less expensive (since the home currency now becomes cheaper), making them more competitive in the global market. Conversely, it makes imports more expensive and is usually aimed at driving domestic consumers to reduce their purchase of imported goods.That Sounds Like It Should Always Be Done – But Why Not? While devaluation may seem like an attractive option to make a country’s economy more domestic driven, it can have negative consequences. It may end up making domestic industry less efficient as the pressure of competition is reduced or lifted entirely. Higher exports relative to imports can also increase aggregate demand, which is one of the reasons for a spike-up in inflation. Additionally, the country’s foreign currency debt will become more expensive to repay (as it now takes more of local currency to buy the same amount of foreign currency)-A Recent Example: China-China doesn’t let its currency trade freely in financial markets, instead it tightly controls it by setting a daily rate for the yuan versus the dollar. In China’s domestic market, traders are allowed to push the yuan 2% stronger or weaker for the day. But the People’s Bank of China (PBoC) often ignores any market signals when it sets the next day’s rate, sometimes setting the yuan stronger versus the dollar, even though the market may suggest a weaker yuan.But in mid-August, the Chinese central bank unexpectedly devalued its currency, sending shock waves through global markets. The yuan was devalued by nearly 2% — the largest single-day drop since 1994. On August 12, it was devalued by another 1.6% and on the following day, 1.1%. On the face of it, the 4% devaluation may seem modest, so let’s put it in context — China’s net export value to the US for July was $32 billion. A 4% devaluation means US importers have to pay $1.3 billion dollars less for Chinese goods. Wouldn’t they rather prefer China over other exporting nations? But Why Did China Have to Devalue The Yuan? Isn’t ‘Made in China’ Already Visible Everywhere? It could be seen as a distress call from Beijing. China’s last recorded GDP growth fell to 7% which is better than most countries, but a bad sign for an economy that had averaged 10.6% in 2010. In July, Chinese exports plunged by 8.3% compared to last year. With widespread slowdown and stock market crashes, the government stepped in to control the panic selling. A devalued yuan provides the Chinese government an opportunity to stop the decline in exports in an attempt to restore the GDP growth.-What Does It Mean For India? The fall in the yuan, despite a central bank statement that it will keep the currency stable, implies that more devaluation could be in the offing. Indian imports from China jumped to $60 billion in 2014-15 while exports plunged to $12 billion leading to a huge trade gap. A further devalued yuan will tilt the balance further in China’s favour. Analysts are also worried that China’s move could trigger a string of devaluations by other central banks to help their exporters.The rupee’s recent fall reflects anxiety about the negative impact on the Indian economy of the falling yuan. In August the rupee saw its worst monthly fall in the last two years. An increased inflow of very cheap Chinese goods making their way to the Indian market will put the pressure on our domestic market. Only time will tell how the currency standoff will work out for all the involved parties but clearly, the Reserve Bank Governor and the government will have their hands full for some time to come.

China’s foreign-exchange reserves fell by a record last month as the central bank sold dollars to support the yuan after the biggest devaluation in two decades spurred bets on continued weakness.The currency hoard declined by $93.9 billion to $3.56 trillion at the end of August, from $3.65 trillion a month earlier. Economists surveyed by Bloomberg had forecast a median $3.58 trillion. The yuan weakened in offshore trading and 10-year Treasury futures contracts fell after the data.The reserves’ decline illustrates the cost to China as it props up its currency and seeks to stem an outflow of capital that threatens to deepen the nation’s economic slowdown. The shrinkage in reserves means less money flowing into the financial system, creating what Deutsche Bank AG strategists have termed “quantitative tightening.”“If the central bank continues its intervention, China’s foreign-exchange reserves will continue to shrink -- the heavier the intervention, the deeper the fall,” said Li Miaoxian, a Beijing-based analyst at Bocom International Holdings. While the People’s Bank of China is trying to talk up the yuan exchange rate, it’s “inevitable” the nation will see continuous capital outflows and yuan depreciation pressure in the coming months.The offshore yuan traded in Hong Kong erased gains after the reserves figures were announced. It was trading down 0.2 percent at 6.4827 a dollar as of 6:07 p.m. local time. Ten-year Treasury futures contracts fell 10/32, or $3.13 per $1,000 face amount, to 127 15/32.Chinese officials telegraphed confidence in the economy’s underlying solidity, predicting a stabilization in stocks and the currency at a gathering of Group of 20 finance chiefs Friday and Saturday. The G-20, meeting in Ankara, pledged to avoid tit-for-tat currency devaluations; the U.S. Treasury chief separately said that China should avoid persistent exchange-rate misalignments.The biggest drop in China’s currency in 21 years last month spurred concern that a weaker yuan will hurt countries exporting to China.China’s reserves more than tripled in the past decade as the PBOC bought dollars to slow the yuan’s appreciation amid a swelling trade surplus. To ensure the influx of money didn’t spur a surge in inflation, the central bank raised the required reserve ratio for banks. With reserves now in reverse, the central bank has lowered reserve requirements, with economists forecasting further reductions. Expectations that the U.S. will increase interest rates for the first time since 2006 this year are also luring funds from China, which has been loosening monetary policy since November.“The hope for the PBOC, we believe, is that extreme selling pressure on the yuan subsides and they can allow a moderate depreciation to restore export competitiveness,” Bloomberg Intelligence economists Tom Orlik and Fielding Chen wrote in a note. “The fear is that today’s data will reinforce the market view that the only way for the yuan to go is down, and further accelerate capital outflows.”A sustained shift from buying to selling from China would add pressure for Treasury yields to rise, the analysts wrote.“The central bank won’t be so stupid to let its foreign-exchange reserves shrink by $100 billion every month,” said Li Jie, head of the foreign-exchange reserve research center at the Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing. “If the market really wants the yuan to weaken, the PBOC may say ‘ok, let it be’ and reduce its intervention.”

ANKARA, Turkey—The Group of 20 largest economies on Saturday renewed their pledge to avoid depreciating their currencies to gain a competitive trading advantage as the fallout from China's slowing economy roils international markets and threatens to stall a weakening global economy.The effort to avert a so-called currency war comes on the heels of China's yuan devaluation last month and as the International Monetary Fund plans to downgrade global growth prospects, warning that a confluence of downside risks threatens to slam the brakes on output."We will refrain from competitive devaluations and will resist all forms of protectionism," G-20 finance ministers and central bankers said in their communiqué Saturday following two days of talks in Turkey.Chinese officials, meanwhile, sought to reassure G-20 finance ministers and central bankers anxious about Beijing's economic management and its commitment to overhauls needed to ensure the country's longer-term growth prospects.Despite the threats to the anemic global recovery, the G-20 said it was "confident the global economic recovery will gain speed."A faster-than-expected slowdown in China has helped fuel a commodity-price slump and recessions in several major emerging markets. Worries that the world's second-largest economy is on the verge of a much faster and deeper deceleration than Beijing is letting on have spurred weekly currency, equity and bond selloffs in developing nations. Those emerging-market woes come as the U.S. Federal Reserve prepares to raise interest rates, possibly as soon as this month, pushing up borrowing costs around the world and creating new debt headaches.Weak growth is tempting many countries around the world to devalue their exchange rates in an attempt to spur their economies, a policy that boosts exports at the expense of other countries and fuels global trade tensions.The G-20 statement shows many countries are wary of triggering a global cascade of such competitive devaluations that could add another burden to an already anemic global economy.China's sudden decision last month to devalue its currency initially spurred worries that Beijing was reverting to its old policy playbook of using a depreciated yuan to drive growth in a bid to revive a flagging economy.The IMF, seen as the global arbiter on exchange rates, said the move was caused by Beijing allowing market pressures to play a greater role in setting the currency's value. Worries over China's growth have put downward pressure on the yuan of late, IMF officials said, so the depreciation was a natural occurrence.But the move was followed by currency depreciation in other countries, including Vietnam and Kazakhstan. Japanese officials also mentioned devaluing the yen, feeding worries that China's depreciation might have sparked a dangerous round of global depreciations.Saudi Arabian finance officials have had to tap their currency reserves to defend their exchange rate, which is pegged to the dollar, as investors bet the strengthening U.S. currency and falling oil prices would prove too costly for the country.U.S. officials acknowledge the yuan's depreciation is minor compared with the approximate 15% appreciation of that currency over the past year, accounting for inflation and given that China's currency is roughly pegged to the dollar. They also accept that Beijing's change in its exchange-rate policy is a move toward the currency being more market determined, part of a broader effort to get the currency included in the IMF's elite basket of currencies that comprise its lending reserves.But many G-20 countries, including the U.S., are also concerned China's currency could continue depreciating, that Beijing could reverse course if markets start pressing the exchange rate upward, and that this latest depreciation could be the first of a series of downward moves."There is a clear understanding that competitive devaluation presents a threat that everyone has to be on guard against, both in their policies and their words," U.S. Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew said.The critical test, U.S. officials say, is whether China allows the yuan to appreciate should market forces pressure it upward.The G-20 also has worried that China's slowdown and recent market turmoil could cause Beijing to slow, or even reverse its plans to overhaul its economy. The government has embarked on a strategy meant to shift away from reliance on exports to consumer demand, and open up its markets to foreign investment and liberalize its economy. Those efforts are necessary to ensure long-term growth prospects, the U.S. and IMF say, but will mean slower growth than in the last two decades.Several top finance officials at the meeting said Chinese officials vowed to stick to their liberalization strategy, acknowledging that it means more moderate growth and the transition will include bouts of volatility.In a statement Sunday on the Chinese central bank's website reflecting Chinese officials' comments at the G-20 meeting, People's Bank of China Gov. Zhou Xiaochuan reiterated "there's no basis for long-term depreciation" of the Chinese currency, and said that despite recent fluctuations in the financial markets, "the Chinese government's resolve to deepen reforms hasn't changed." G-20 officials are also concerned that China hasn't explained its policy actions clearly enough and doesn't provide enough transparency on the nature of its economy.But Italian Finance Minister Pier Carlo Padoan said Beijing addressed those concerns."They accepted it could have been better in terms of communication," he said in an interview. "From now on, the emphasis will be on greater exchange of information, better communication," he said.Jens Weidmann, Germany's central bank head, said he found China's commitment to reform "encouraging and reassuring."South Africa's finance minister, Nhlanhla Musa Nene, whose country is one of a host of emerging-market economies rocked by global market tensions, said "conversations with China have been helpful" in assuring the G-20.South Korea's finance officials said they were told by China's Finance Minister Lou Jiwei that restructuring efforts already were boosting an expansion of the service sector, which helps offset a cooling of the manufacturing industry.The G-20 jointly agreed in their communiqué to "carefully calibrate and clearly communicate our actions, especially against the backdrop of major monetary and other policy decisions, to minimize negative spillovers, mitigate uncertainty and promote transparency."That message wasn't only for China, however. Many countries are also wary of the U.S. Federal Reserve's plans to raise interest rates.There were diverging views on when the Fed should move."There is a fear that monetary-policy normalization will result in significant volatility in terms of asset prices and exchange rates, which will depress activity more," India's central bank chief, Raghuram Rajan, said Friday. 1. After the flood, Gd made a covenant with Noah, in the name of all of his current and future descendants, that is all of humanity, to uphold seven basic tenets of civilization. These tenets fall under the basic rubrics of respecting the Almighty, and not cursing Him; establishing courts of justices; respecting life, and the prohibition of murder and bloodshed; respect of property. and the prohibition against theft; upholding basic semblance of sexual morality and the prohibition of forbidden unions including, but not limited to, incest, homosexuality, and bestiality, and other perversions; and respect for nature and animals, including the prohibition of eating the limb from a living animal.

Overt Acts
2. The accused, collectively and individually, have knowingly and willfully violated the solemn and holy covenant between God and humanity through the perversion of justice, bloodshed, idolatry, theft, sexual immorality, false testimony, and other multiple violations.

COUNT TWO
Theft and Conspiracy to conduct theft of the Land of Israelfrom the People of Israel

Background
3. The Land of Israel is exclusive patrimony of the People of Israel, as stated in the Tanakh, also known as the Holy Bible, which is considered the foundation and authoritative for of all monotheistic religions. It is an accepted point of fact of history, and considered common knowledge that from the time of Abraham, , the Land of Canaan, and the territory of the 'Seven Nations' is considered the exclusive home and patrimony of and for the People of Israel. This is in fact, an eternal promise, acknowledged by the world, including and as represented by the defendants, from the Creator and Master of the World, the Gd of Israel, Who bequeathed the Land of Israel to the patriarchs Avraham (Abraham), YitsHaq (Isaac) and Ya'aqov (Jacob), and their descendants, His Chosen People, Israel. This promised was acknowledged and fulfilled when the Gd of Israel freed His People from slavery under Pharaoh, and delivered them out of the land of Egypt. The promise was further ratified at Mount Sinai, and in the plains of Moab and through the conquest by Y'hoshua (Joshua) son of Nun. The promise and title to the Land of Israel is eternally valid, and has no expiration.
4. Today there are approximately seven million Jews, descendants and rightful claimants of the patrimony. living in the western portion of the Land of Israel, including the area known as the Golan Heights. This represents the promised in-gathering of the exiles who have and are returning from the four corners of the globe. This return of the Children of Israel is historical proof that the promise's continued validity. In addition, there are approximately half a million self identified Arab residents, who are distant descendants of the seed of Israel, who lost or abandoned their national and religious identification through fear, and coercion from various foreign rulers and occupiers, including but not limited to the Roman, Byzantine, Persian, Arab, Crusader, Mameluke, Ottoman and British occupations.
5. The accused, as individuals and acting in concert have purposefully, intentionally and with malice, both publicly and in secret, have acted to undermine, diminish, repudiate and deny the People Israel's historic, moral and legitimate right to the Land of Israel. It has besmirched the name of Israel in world forums, and perpetuated a campaign of lies and propaganda in order to rob Israel of its birthright.

Overt Acts
6. The accused, collectively and individually, have publicly and legally, accorded official recognition to a foreign and hostile entity within the territory of the Land of Israel, and has recognized it as a legitimate state entity. This entity, known as the so-called 'Palestinian Authority' is a foreign body, whose sole reason for existence is the removal of the People Israel from their rightful and legitimate patrimony.
7. The accused, collectively and individually, masquerading their efforts as promoting peace and justice, have in fact, advanced false arguments, lies, slander and defamation in order to obfuscate Israel's rightful claim to the territory known as the Land of Israel. It has falsely accused Israel of being an occupier, of perpetrating war crimes, of enforcing a policy of apartheid and of breaching international laws treaties. All of these claims are false.
8. The accused, collectively and individually, along with their subsidiary organizations, have devoted huge sums of money and resources to establish the false “Palestinian” entity in place of Israel. They have trained its armies and security forces, provided and/or sold this entity weapons and provided weaponry to neighboring peoples of the region with the intent and purpose of pressuring Israel. They have condoned or failed to condemn the mass corruption, theft and financial waste invested in the “Palestinian” entity and neighboring countries, at the expense of the self-identified Arab residence, in order to allow terror organizations known as Fatah, Hamas, and an others to pursue their goal of eliminating eradicate the Jewish presence in the Land of Israel. It is to be recalled that during that period known as the Holocaust, wherein the expressed goal was the eradication of the Jewish People, many of the accused and associate organizations collaborated, assisted, facilitated, or failed to respond to the self same goal of the Nazis, to whit, the elimination of the Jewish People.
9. The accused, collectively and individually, have, in addition to the above, willfully ignored the exclusive national rights of the Jewish People in accordance with international law, as decided by unanimous vote of the members of the League of Nations through the (1920) San Remo Resolution. This resolution recognizes the entirety of the Land of Israel as the National Home of the Jewish People.
10. The accused, collectively and individually, refuse to acknowledge and ignore the fact that the representatives of the so-called 'Palestinians' refused the partition plan known as United Nations Resolution 181. It should be noted that the resolution, having been adopted by the General Assembly, and not the Security Council only has the authority of a recommendation, and therefore, legally, the Land of Israel was left undivided as in the original Mandate of (1920). However, the refusal by the Arab countries and the Arab occupiers of the Land of Israel to recognize the partition recommendation reflected their genocidal impulse and desire to destroy the Jewish people.

COUNT THREE
Bloodshed, Murder and Standing Idly by the Blood of Others

Background
11. The term “Palestine” is the historic appellation given by the Romans to the Land of Israel, and has never referred to any political state or nation in the Land of Israel, whether Arab or otherwise, and has never represented the inhabitants of the region. The local inhabitants in the Land of Israel, and the region were identified as part of Southern Syria or of the Ottoman Empire, which forfeited its possessions with its defeat in World War I.
12. When Rome conquered the Land of Israel in the year 3828 from the Creation of the World (1,947 years ago), they referred to the region as “Judea Capta,” which translates as “Judea has been conquered,” and later to emphasize and deepen the defeat, the Romans renamed the region, “Palestine,” after the former adversary in the region, the Philistim (Philistines), a people who had been lost to history.
13. When the Jews were being thrown out of Europe, prior to the Holocaust, it was done so under the slogan: “Jew, go to Palestine!” The intended reference was clearly akin to “Jew, go home.” that is, to the region of the Land of Israel. It was not referring to an Arab country, or any country, but rather the land of his ancestors.

14. The accused, collectively and individually, have promoted bloodshed, by terrorist organizations and tyrannical regimes by offering them legitimacy and support.
15. The accused, collectively and individually, have provided comfort and support, resources, training weaponry and equipment to murderous organizations.
16. The accused, collectively and individually, have willfully ignored the massacres and human rights violations occurring in the Arab world, and in Iran.
17. The accused, collectively and individually, witness and document the flow of chemical and other dangerous weapons, uninterrupted into the hands of ISIL and other terror organizations, and yet fail to act.
18. The accused, collectively and individually, have promoted and established that the The grounds for achieving a just peace should be through the recognition of an entity known as “Palestine” as a state. This has led to and facilitated the armament of the entire region, and has created a narrative wherein the “Palestinian conflict” is the focus and cause of all regional conflicts. This has justified providing the most sophisticated weaponry to the region's powers.
19. The accused, collectively and individually, either knowingly or through negligence, have advanced the diabolical goal of the eliminating the Israel and the Jewish People from their Land, and have undermined its status in the world.
20. Defendants #2, #3, #4, #5, and #10, collectively and individually, whether through criminal negligence or malice, signed a nuclear agreement with Iran that will endanger the world threatens the very existence of Israel, if not the total genocide of the People of Israel.
21. The accused continue to turn a blind eye to the clear, grave, imminent and certain danger which will result from the flawed agreement, instead have turned their animosity and aggression against Israel. The present agreement with Iran will lead to an arms race among the other nations of the region, which will lead to further bloodshed.

COUNT FOUR
Perversion of Justice

Overt Acts
22. The accused, collectively and individually, have perverted justice by ignoring agreed conventions and international law, in particular concerning the Land of Israel as the National Home of the Jewish People.
23. The accused, collectively and individually, have allowed for tyrants to tyrannize their own people. They have perverted justice by allowing the term 'human rights' to become a political tool and allow it to be used cynical manner.
24. The accused, collectively and individually, have accepted Syria and Iran as members, and at some times even as chairperson of the Human Rights Commission, This is a blemish to the Covenant and a perversion of the proclaimed commitment of humanity towards peace.
25. The accused, collectively and individually, accepted Iran into the family of nations by signing the Nuclear Agreement, while knowing that murderous and savage intent of the Iranian regime. Iran explained their achievements are after signing the agreement in Vienna as such:
"In the negotiations we sought to achieve four goals:
The first goal was to continue the nuclear capabilities, the nuclear technology, and even the nuclear activity within Iran.
The second goal was to lift the mistaken, oppressive, and inhumane sanctions.
The third goal was to remove all the UN Security Council Resolutions that we view as illegal.
The fourth goal was to remove the Iranian nuclear dossier from Chapter VII of the UN Charter and from the Security Council in general.
In today's agreement, in the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, all four goals have been achieved. Of course, as we know, the immense effort on the part of the diplomats, the jurists, the economists and the nuclear scientists continued for these 23 months in order to guard our red lines and in order to achieve our goals.”
Therefore, you stand upon the blood of your brother Jacob and are handing him over to be killed.
26. The accused, collectively and individually have twisted rules of evidence and rules of equitable judgment. they have distorted the courts, justice and the rule of law in order to attain results according to the lusts of their own hearts, in particular, and specifically, in regards to the matter of sexual immorality by creating a category of marriage that defies the definition of a sanctified union, i.e. homosexual marriage.

COUNT FIVE
Idolatry

Overt Acts
27. The accused, collectively and individually have forsaken the One True and only Gd. some of the accused have done so through obfuscation of the total Oneness and Unity of Gd
28. Defendant #1 has perpetrated such obfuscation through its doctrine of a trinity, and has confused its followers, who sincerely seek true communion with the One True Gd by placing themselves as a false intermediary.
29. Defendants #2 through #10 have either replaced or superseded the One True Gd with false gods labeled “humanity,” 'moral relativity,' and have promoted the primacy of 'individual choice,' 'personal happiness,' 'sexual freedom,' and 'self determination' in all matters of ethics and morality.
30. The accused, collectively and individually have undermined the birthright of the People of Israel, following in the footsteps of Esau by subverting the birthright of Jacob. For that purpose they claim that the Lord, the Gd of Israel has replaced His Nation with another nation.

COUNT SIX
Sexual Immorality

Overt Acts
31. Defendants #2, #3, #7, and 10, collectively and individually have promoted of sexual immorality in the world, particularly in the matter of homosexuality, and through the promotion of and promiscuity.
32. The defendants have promoted, legislated, and imposed through psychological, financial and medical techniques and resources a corrupt and corrupting ideology on the citizens of the world, in order to create an abomination which they call the “new family,” but in reality is an concerted effort to undermine the traditional family unit, and the sanctity of marriage. The defendants have led a campaign of wanton self indulgence and rampant promiscuity with the goal of separating the individual from his natural support base, and thus weakening his ability to withstand governmental control.

COUNT SEVEN
Bearing False Witness and Distortion of the Truth

Overt Acts
33. The accused, collectively and individually, ignore, obfuscate, and gloss over crimes of genocide committed throughout the Middle East, and the world. These include , but are not limited to cases of genocide against various ethnic groups, such as the Yazidis, the Kurds and the Druze, as well as against Jews.
34. The accused, collectively and individually fuel hostility among the Arabs and encourage aggression by the de facto granting of immunity from atrocities.

SUMMARY
35. The consequences of the war of the nations of the world against Israel are described in the books of the Prophets Ezekiel1, Zechariah, Joel, Zephaniah and Obadiah, and

5 therefore thus saith the Lord GOD: Surely in the fire of My jealousy have I spoken against the residue of the nations, and against all Edom, that have appointed My land unto themselves for a possession with the joy of all their heart, with disdain of soul, to cast it out for a prey;
6 therefore prophesy concerning the land of Israel, and say unto the mountains and to the hills, to the streams and to the valleys: Thus saith the Lord GOD: Behold, I have spoken in My jealousy and in My fury, because ye have borne the shame of the nations;known to all, and yet the defendants, collectively and individually have perpetuated, either through criminal negligence or malicious intent, the expected catastrophe outcome, which will fall upon the nations of the world.
36. Our sages are accusing Esau, brother of Jacob, in whose path you are following, of the following crimes: theft, immorality, bloodshed, and idolatry. This intent of this indictment, is not only serve the side of justice but also to act as a warning to the world of the inevitable outcome that will arise if the acts of the defendants are not immediately reversed.
37. The expression of divine peace and justice, as known to all students of the Bible, is contained in the very verses which appear on the Isaiah Wall of the United Nations in New York: “And they shall beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks”. Those same verses were part of the Divine Service in the Holy Temple of Jerusalem, in the section of prayers meant for all the nations, as well as part of the sacrifices, sacrifices for peace, justice, prevention of war and promotion of peace.

2. That the defendants will do everything in their power to help the People of Israel return to their Land in total. As the Bible says: “So said the Lord of Armies: In those days it will come to pass that ten men from all the languages of the nations will take hold, and they will grab onto the corner of the garment of a Jewish man saying: we will go with you because we have heard that the Lord is with you.” Zechariah 8:23
3. That the defendants will renounce all recognition of a foreign state or a foreign entity within the borders of Land of Israel to the full extent of its borders as defined by the Bible.
4. That the defendants will support the building of the Holy Temple to the Gd of Israel, Lord of the world, in order to radiate peace to the world and to atone for the misdeeds of the nations and bring offering of repentance before the whole world.

Let it Be known, that, if the defendants do not choose what is right, and good they will stand for charges listed in the indictment against them.

You are hereby summoned, collectively and individually to answer to these accusations. The commencement of the trial will take place on Mount Zion, on the 25th of Elul 5775 (which this year corresponds to September 9th), the anniversary of the creation of the world. There, you will be allowed to speak in your own defense.

If you ignore this summons and neglect to appear before the court, a defense attorney of the court’s choosing will be appointed to represent you.

Photo: Carter County Detention Center-LOUISVILLE, Ky., Sept. 7 (UPI) -- Kim Davis, the Kentucky county clerk who refuses to issue same-sex marriage licenses due to her religious convictions, appealed a judge's ruling that sent her to jail.As Davis entered her fifth day in jail Sunday, the Liberty Counsel, a nonprofit working on her behalf, asked the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals to expedite the appeal and set the contempt order aside, allowing her freedom."Mrs. Davis is entitled to proper notice and due process when she is threatened with the loss of her freedom. There was no indication that she would be incarcerated. We will be presenting our arguments on appeal and asking for an expedited ruling," her attorney, Mat Staver, said in a statement.The Rowan County clerk has been in jail since Thursday, when U.S. District Judge David Bunning found her in contempt for repeatedly refusing to issue marriage licenses to anyone, gay or straight, and not allowing her deputies to distribute them for her. Bunning said she will remain in jail until she complies.Five of her deputies began issuing marriage licenses Friday in her absence, but questions remain if they are legal without her signature.

The Supreme Court legalized gay marriage nationwide in a June ruling that requires all counties to issue licenses to couples who apply for one.About 300 people stood outside the jail holding signs and chanting their support for Davis's refusal to grant marriage licenses to gay couples. The signs depicted her as a hero upholding Christian beliefs, carrying messages that included "We ought to obey God rather than man" and calling Davis's arrest for violating the Court's ruling as "unlawful tyranny.""It's very clear that what this did was open up a Pandora's box for an attack against Christianity and tolerance is only going one way and that's toward the other side," Ohio-resident Stephanie Hunley told NPR after driving more than two hours to be at the rally. "Bible-believing Christians, we don't check our conscience at the door when we leave home. If you're a true believer in Jesus Christ that belief system will carry through 24/7."Protesters were asked to fast in support of Davis by one speaker at the rally, as well as pray and be ready for war against religious oppression.Davis was jailed Thursday when she refused an order by U.S. District Judge David Bunning to begin issuing the licenses. Bunning said she would remain in jail until she complies with the law."She won't bow, I promise you," Davis' husband, Joe, told the crowd, according to CBS News. No, I am not talking about the kind of Christianity that is so prevalent in America today where “Christians” just ignore what the Bible says and do whatever they wanted to do in the first place anyway.Rather, I am talking about the kind of faith that Kim Davis has demonstrated. Christians all over this country are being put into positions where they must choose to either submit to the “new morality” or potentially lose their jobs. For Kim Davis, deciding to take a stand meant that she was thrown into prison. The radical judge that threw her into prison has said that she will stay there until she is willing to change her mind.The pace of which our nation is circling the toilet is absolutely breathtaking. Just eleven years ago, a state constitutional amendment that banned gay marriage in Kentucky received support from 75 percent of the voters.Now, Kim Davis has been locked away, and more county clerks may be next. There is news that another county clerk named Casey Davis has stepped forward to say that he won’t issue any same sex marriage licenses either.What in the world has happened to America? We live in a country where Christians are being imprisoned for what they believe, but Planned Parenthood is free to slaughter babies, chop them up, and sell off their parts to the highest bidder.We better start paying attention. He was extremely good at his job, but he was forced out when it was revealed that he had once donated $1,000 to a group that supported Proposition 8. It didn’t matter that 52 percent of Californians actually voted in favor of Proposition 8. He broke “the code”, and so he was not fit to run a major tech corporation.By extension, that means that no Bible-believing Christian is fit to run a major tech corporation.And if you are a Christian, don’t think about a career as a high ranking military official either. According to a startling Buzzfeed report, Barack Obama actually told the top military officers in this nation that they could either support the end of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell or they could resign… In a meeting with the heads of the five service branches in 2010, President Obama offered the leaders a choice: Support my efforts to end the military’s Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy, or resign, the Commandant of the Coast Guard said.In a video obtained by BuzzFeed via a Freedom of Information Act request, Coast Guard Commandant Adm. Robert Papp revealed that Obama was unwilling to compromise with service leaders over DADT during a meeting in 2010. “We were called into the Oval Office and President Obama looked all five service chiefs in the eye and said, ‘This is what I want to do.’ I cannot divulge everything he said to us, that’s private communications within the Oval Office, but if we didn’t agree with it — if any of us didn’t agree with it — we all had the opportunity to resign our commissions and go do other things,” he said.Are you starting to get the picture? On Saturday, a non-denominational church in New York was firebombed…Police in New York are investigating after a firebomb was thrown inside of a door at a non-denominational church on Saturday.The incident occurred early Saturday morning at approximately 5:30 a.m. as a yet unidentified suspect threw a Molotov cocktail threw a glass door at the Chapel at Crosspoint in Getzville. The explosive then started a fire in the vestibule, which set off the sprinkler system and flooded the entryway.The Getzville Fire Department and the Amherst Police Department responded to the four-alarm incident, according to assistant Police Chief Charles Cohen.
