MATTHEW 24:37-39
37 But as the days of Noe (NOAH) were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man (JESUS) be.(IN THESE LAST DAYS)

EARTH DESTROYED WITH THE EARTH IN NOAHS DAY(BECAUSE OF SIN,VIOLENCE AND GODLESS PEOPLE)

GENESIS 6:11-13
11 The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.(WORLD TERRORISM,MURDERS)(HAMAS IN HEBREW IS VIOLENCE)
12 And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.
13 And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence (TERRORISM)(HAMAS) through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

HOSEA 4:1-3
1 Hear the word of the LORD, ye children of Israel: for the LORD hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land.
2 By swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery, they break out, and blood toucheth blood.
3 Therefore shall the land mourn, and every one that dwelleth therein shall languish, with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven; yea, the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away.

LUKE 22:28-33
28  Ye are they which have continued with me in my temptations.
29  And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto me;(JESUS)
30  That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
31  And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:
32  But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.
33  And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death.

ISAIAH 30:28
28  And his breath, as an overflowing stream, shall reach to the midst of the neck, to sift the nations with the sieve of vanity: and there shall be a bridle in the jaws of the people, causing them to err.

Ferguson officer testified he feared for his life in confrontation with teen-Reuters-By Laila Kearney and Letitia Stein-NOV 26,14-YAHOONEWS

(Reuters) - The white police officer recalled that he felt like a powerless child sitting inside his patrol vehicle as the fist of a black teenager swung through his open window.Just moments later, 28-year-old Darren Wilson would fatally shoot Michael Brown, 18, in an incident that has sharply divided the country amid conflicting accounts of what happened in the middle of a street in Ferguson, Missouri, on Aug. 9.Newly released documents detail his crucial testimony to a grand jury that eventually declined to indict him, revealing what happened from his perspective.Wilson, who is about 6 feet 4 inches tall (1.95 metres) and weighs 210 pounds (95 kg), said he struggled with Brown, who was similarly tall and 289 pounds (130 kg), from inside his police car."I felt like a 5-year-old holding on to Hulk Hogan," he said.Brown's family and supporters have maintained a different version of events, saying the unarmed teenaged was the victim of an officer who aggressively confronted their son and then shot him while his hands were raised in a sign of surrender.Events began to unfold, Wilson told the grand jury, when he stopped Brown about halfway into a 12-hour shift, which began at 6:30 a.m., and observed he was holding cigarillos that had just been reported stolen from a nearby store. The first thing he noticed about Brown was how big he was, walking in the middle of a road with a smaller friend, Dorian Johnson.Wilson, who has been on paid administrative leave since the shootings, did not learn their names until the next day, according to testimony, in which he described the neighborhood as being "antipolice" and acknowledged being on high alert.Initially, he said, he tried to talk to Brown from inside his police vehicle, but the teen cursed at Wilson and then lunged at him.Brown landed two punches to his face, Wilson testified, adding that he feared a third could have been deadly. With no taser in his car, Wilson considered using mace or a flashlight in defense, but the five-year police veteran said he felt neither would be effective.

'GET BACK'

He drew his gun, which Brown had grabbed and twisted until it dug into Wilson's hip, Wilson testified.
“I said: ‘Get back or I'm going to shoot you,’” Wilson recalled saying.“He immediately grabs my gun and says: ‘You are too much of a pussy to shoot me''"Wilson said he fired a shot from inside the vehicle, shattering the window. It was the first time he had fired his weapon at someone on duty, he said.According to Wilson's testimony, Brown stepped back, then lunged again. Wilson fired again and Brown began to run. Wilson exited the car and chased him.Across the street, Brown stopped and turned to face Wilson.Wilson said he told Brown to get on the ground. Brown did not. Backing up rapidly, Wilson fired multiple rounds of shots."I know if he reaches me, he kills me," Wilson testified.Wilson said he did not know how many bullets struck Brown, who was shot six or seven times.Brown fell face forward, and Wilson said he knew he was dead.Later, when police backup arrived at the shooting scene, a sergeant asked Wilson what had happened. "I said, I had to kill him," according to his testimony.(Reporting by Laila Kearney in New York and Letitia Stein in Tampa, Fla.; Additional reporting by David Bailey in Minneapolis and Brendan O'Brian in Milwaukee; Editing by Douglas Royalty and Peter Cooney)

National Guard, police curb Ferguson unrest as protests swell across U.S.Reuters-By Ellen Wulfhorst, Daniel Wallis and Edward McAllister-NOV 26,14-YAHOONEWS

FERGUSON, Mo. (Reuters) - (Please note offensive language in last paragraph)

Some 2,000 National Guard troops helped ward off a second night of rampant arson and looting in suburban St. Louis after a grand jury declined to indict a white policeman in the fatal shooting of an unarmed black teenager, and sympathy protests spread to several U.S. cities.President Barack Obama appealed for dialogue, and his attorney general promised that a federal probe into the Aug. 9 slaying of 18-year-old Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, would be rigorous.Officer Darren Wilson, the policeman who shot him, said his conscience was clear.Despite a beefed-up military presence in Ferguson, a police car was torched near City Hall as darkness fell, and police fired smoke bombs and tear gas to scatter protesters. A crowd of demonstrators later converged near police headquarters, scuffled with officers who doused them with pepper spray, then smashed storefront windows as they fled under orders to disperse.Still, the crowds were smaller and more controlled than on Monday, when about a dozen businesses were torched and others were looted amid rock-throwing and sporadic gunfire from protesters and volleys of tear gas fired by police. More than 60 people were arrested then, compared with 44 arrests on Tuesday night, police said."Generally, it was a much better night," St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar told reporters early Wednesday, adding there was very little arson or gunfire, and that lawlessness was confined to a relatively small group.Police and Guard troops mounted a vigorous defense of City Hall out of concern it might come under attack by arsonists, but damage to the building was limited to some shattered windows, Belmar said."We saw some protesters out there that were really out there for the right reason," he said. "Unfortunately, there seems to be a few people who are bent on preventing this from happening in the most ideal way that it could."The unrest surrounding Brown's death in Ferguson, a predominantly black city with a white-dominated power structure, underscored the often-tense nature of U.S. race relations and strained ties between African-American communities and police.Monday's racially charged protests were more intense than disturbances that followed the shooting itself, though much smaller than widespread rioting and looting that followed the acquittal of police officers in the beating of black motorist Rodney King in Los Angeles two decades ago.An enlarged contingent of National Guard troops surrounded businesses damaged in Monday's violence. Groups of men also gathered on the roofs of some boarded-up stores to protect the buildings from further damage. Armed with fire extinguishers and, one said, guns, they planned to stay all night.

DEMONSTRATIONS SPREAD

Elsewhere, protests swelled from Los Angeles to Washington, D.C., on Tuesday. In New York, police used pepper spray to control the crowd after protesters tried to block the Lincoln Tunnel and Triborough Bridge and marched to Times Square. Several hundred also marched in Harlem, chanting "Racist police!"Protesters in Los Angeles threw water bottles and other objects at officers outside city police headquarters and later obstructed both sides of a downtown freeway with makeshift roadblocks and debris, authorities said.In Oakland, California, protesters set rubbish on fire in the middle of a street and swept onto a downtown stretch of Interstate 980, briefly halting traffic. Demonstrators also blocked traffic in Atlanta, where 21 arrests were reported.Four people were arrested for blocking a roadway in Denver, where police said several hundred people turned out for a protest march. In one of the night's biggest rallies, an estimated 1,500 people took to the streets of Boston, though police there reported just a handful of arrests. Inmates at a correctional facility in Boston taped Brown's name on a window in solidarity with protesters who marched outside.Missouri Governor Jay Nixon said about 2,200 National Guard troops were to be deployed to the Ferguson area by late Tuesday, more than triple the number from the day before, to help protect homes and businesses and to support local law enforcement. While no serious injuries were reported, police were investigating the discovery of a body in a car in Ferguson, saying they could not rule out a possible link between the death and Monday night's rioting. The grand jury decision shifted the legal spotlight to a U.S. Justice Department investigation into whether Wilson violated Brown's civil rights by intentionally using excessive force and whether Ferguson police systematically violate rights through excessive force or discrimination.Wilson, who could have faced charges ranging from involuntary manslaughter to first-degree murder, told ABC News there was nothing he could have done differently in his confrontation with Brown that would have prevented the teenager's death. "The reason I have a clean conscience is because I know I did my job right,” he said, adding he would have acted no differently had Brown been white.Wilson's lawyer, Jim Towey, later told CNN that his client's life as a police officer was over.Documents released by prosecutors said that Wilson, who was placed on administrative leave after the shooting, told the grand jury Brown had tried to grab his gun, and that the officer felt his life was in danger when he fired."I said, 'Get back or I'm going to shoot you,'" Wilson said, according to the documents. "He immediately grabs my gun and says, 'You are too much of a pussy to shoot me.'"(Additional reporting by Brendan O'Brien in Milwaukee, Julia Edwards in Washington, Alex Dobuzinskis in Los Angeles, Carey Gillam in Kansas City, David Bailey in Minneapolis, Fiona Ortiz and Mary Wisniewski in Chicago, Jonathan Kaminsky in New Orleans, and Laila Kearney and Letitia Stein in New York, Eric M. Ghomeshi released on $100,000 bail, lawyer says he will plead not guilty to sex assault charges
By Yahoo! Canada News | Yahoo Canada News – NOV 26,14

Former CBC Radio host Jian Ghomeshi, charged with four counts of sexual assault and one count of "overcome resistance - choking", has been released on $100,000 bail.According to a press release, Toronto Police say Ghomeshi, 47, voluntarily surrendered to police Wednesday morning. In a 25-minute hearing Wednesday afternoon, Ghomeshi was formally charged. His next court appearance will be Jan. 8.Under terms of his release, Ghomeshi must turn over his Canadian passport and live with his mother in Toronto. His mother is his surety.Ghomeshi left the courthouse in a crush of media without saying a word. However, his lawyer, prominent criminal defence attorney Marie Henein, is quoted as saying that Ghomeshi will plead not guilty to the charges."We will address these allegations fully and directly in a courtroom," Henein said. "We will not be making any further media statements, nor will Mr. Ghomeshi be making any further media statements."The charge of overcome resistance by choking carries a maximum penalty of life imprisonment. The maximum sentence for sexual assault is 10 years in jail.Ghomeshi, the former host of CBC Radio's popular 'Q' program, was fired by the CBC on October 26 when allegations about sexual abuse surfaced. He promptly filed a $55 million lawsuit against the public broadcaster and defended himself on Facebook. According to the CBC, Ghomeshi was fired when management saw "graphic evidence" that he had allegedly harmed a woman. On Tuesday, Ghomeshi dropped his lawsuit and settled with the CBC. Ghomeshi is expected to pay $18,000 in legal costs to CBC as part of the agreement, CBC has said.Since Ghomeshi was fired, nine women have come forward with allegations of sexual assault, some dating back over a decade. All of the women have described simiar events. Only three of the women spoke publicly, including Trailer Park Boys actress Lucy DeCoutere. Women describe incidents of choking and hitting. The three women filed complaints with police.

In a statement released Wednesday, DeCoutere said:"The past month has seen a major shift in the conversation about violence against women. It has been an overwhelming and painful time for many people, including myself, but also very inspiring. I hope that victim's voices continue to be heard and that this is the start of a change that is so desperately needed."Wednesday's announcement are the first charges Ghomeshi has faced in the ongoing scandal. On Facebook, Ghomeshi admitted that he engaged in "rough sex," or BDSM, but said that any acts of violence were consensual.“I’ve been fired from the CBC because of the risk of my private sex life being made public as a result of a campaign of false allegations pursued by a jilted ex girlfriend and a freelance writer,” Ghomeshi posted on Oct. 26.He has since removed his profiles from Facebook and Twitter, and has not spoken to the media.A CBC spokesman declined to comment on the charges against Ghomeshi."We don't comment on criminal investigations or matters before the court," said Chuck Thompson. The CBC has launched an independent investigation looking into harassment allegations in the workplace. The inquiry is being headed up by prominent Toronto employment lawyer Janice Rubin. The broadcaster has also begun its search for a permanent replacement for Ghomeshi on "Q" and is looking at possibly changing the name of the program in the future. He had also filed a union grievance against the CBC alleging dismissal without cause — a matter which still remains active.(With files from The Canadian Press)

Ghomeshi reaches agreement with CBC, withdraws lawsuit against broadcaster-The Canadian PressBy Diana Mehta, The Canadian Press | The Canadian Press – NOV 25,14

TORONTO - Scandal-plagued former radio host Jian Ghomeshi has reached an agreement with the CBC to withdraw his $55-million lawsuit against the public broadcaster, a CBC spokesman said on Tuesday.Ghomeshi was fired by the CBC last month amid allegations of "abusive behaviour'' from numerous women — claims which he has denied. The 47-year-old former "Q" radio host launched his lawsuit a day after the termination of his employment, alleging defamation and breach of confidence in his statement of claim. The CBC then argued in court filings earlier this month that Ghomeshi's allegations were frivolous or vexatious, and urged a court to dismiss the suit.CBC spokesman Chuck Thompson confirmed that lawyers for both sides have now reached an agreement."The suit is being withdrawn with costs in favour of CBC," he said. "He's getting nothing."Ghomeshi is expected to pay $18,000 in legal costs to the CBC, Thompson said. The agreement still needs to be formalized through a court — a step Thompson said is expected in the near future.Ghomeshi had also filed a union grievance against the CBC alleging dismissal without cause, a matter which Thompson said still remains active."That's the next piece," he said. "That process still needs to unfold."A lawyer for Ghomeshi confirmed that the lawsuit between his client and the CBC "has been resolved.""CBC and Mr Ghomeshi will address all issues in the lawsuit in binding arbitration in accordance with the collective agreement between them," said Jonathan Lisus. "Counsel appointed by the union will have carriage of the arbitration."The CBC has said it decided to fire Ghomeshi after seeing "graphic evidence'' that he had physically injured a woman.Since his dismissal, nine women have come forward with allegations, some dating back a decade, that Ghomeshi sexually or physically assaulted them, and police are investigating complaints by at least three of them.Ghomeshi — who faces no charges — admitted in a lengthy Facebook post published on Oct. 26, the day he was fired, that he engaged in "rough sex," but insisted his encounters with women were consensual. In a follow-up post a few days later, he said he would meet the flurry of allegations against him "directly," but has not made any public statements since. The allegations against Ghomeshi led the CBC to launch an independent investigation into the scandal, a process that is being spearheaded by a Toronto employment lawyer with expertise in workplace harassment. The CBC has urged anyone who worked on any of Ghomeshi's shows to contact lead investigator Janice Rubin with any complaints, concerns or experiences involving harassment, discrimination, violence or other inappropriate workplace conduct. The broadcaster has also begun its search for a permanent replacement for Ghomeshi on "Q" and is looking at possibly changing the name of the program in the future.

JOHN 3:18
18  He that believeth on him (JESUS) is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

ROMANS 10:8-10
8  But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
9  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10  For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

MATTHEW 25:41,46

MARK 9:43-44
43  And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched:
44  Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.(YOUR BODY NEVER DIES-YOUR IN BURNING TORMENTS FOREVER AND EVER-NEVER ENDING)

MATTHEW 10:28

REVELATION 14:11
11 And the smoke of their torment (THE LOST) ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

2 PETER 2:4-7
4  For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;
5  And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;
6  And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;
7  And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:

JOHN 8:44
44  Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

2 PETER 3:9
9  The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us–ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
10  But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.(JESUS REFURBISHES OR RENEWS THE EARTH BACK TO THE GARDEN OF EDEN AT THE END OF HIS 1,000 YEAR REIGN ON EARTH.AFTER THE LOST OF REV 20:10-15 OCCURS.THEN NO MORE SIN ON EARTH.THE CHRISTIANS AND ISRAEL AND JESUS RULE THE EARTH FOREVER-NEVER ENDING.AND JERUSALEM BECOMES THE WORLD CAPITAL FOREVER THEN.NOT JUST ISRAELS CAPITAL.THE WORLD NATIONS WILL GO ON JUST LIKE TODAY.BUT NO SATAN-HIS ANGELS OR GODLESS SINNERS WILL BE ON EARTH EVER AGAIN.JUST THE SAVED BY THE BLOOD OF JESUS OR THE CHRISTIANS FOREVER-NEVER ENDING.

42  And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

REVELATION 20:10-15 (GEHENNA HERE IS THE PENITENSURY JAIL FOREVER SENTENCE)
10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

THE HELL OF LUKE 16 IS WERE THE SPIRIT AND SOUL OF THE PERSON THAT IS LOST WILL BE IN FIRE AND TORMENTS UNTIL JESUS AFTER HIS 1,000 REIGN ON EARTH.SO WE CAN SAY THE HELL OF LUKE 16 IS THE LOCAL JAIL WERE THE PERSONS SPIRIT WITH ALL FUNCTIONS OF EARTHS BODY GOES.THEN AT THE END OF JESUS" 1,000 YEAR REIGN ON EARTH.REV 20 TELLS US THAT JESUS RESURRECTS ALL THE LOSTS BODY-SOUL AND SPIRIT TOGETHER. PUTS THEM ALL TOGETHER JUST LIKE YOU WERE ON EARTH.AND THEN THE LOSTS BODIES WILL BE TAKEN FROM THE LOCAL JAIL WERE THEY HAVE BEEN IN BURNING AND TORMENTS.TO THE FINAL PENITENSURY JUDGEMENT IN FRONT OF JESUS.WERE THEY GIVE ACCOUNT OF THEIR LIVES AND DEEDS.AND THEN GET THROWN IN THE LAKE OF FIRE AND TORMENTS FOREVER.THIS IS THE FINAL SENTENCE FOR THE LOST AS THERE IS NO ESCAPE AND YOU WILL BE WITH SATAN AND HIS ANGELS FOREVER AND EVER-NEVER ENDING.BURNING IN TORMENTS AND SULFUR AND FIRE.THIS IS THE SECOND LITERAL DEATH FOR THE LOST LIKE THE BIBLE SAYS.BECAUSE JESUS PUT THEIR BODY-SOUL AND SPIRIT ALL BACK IN THEIR LITERAL BODY TO STAND IN FRONT OF HIM.THEN THAT LITERAL EARTHLY BODY GETS THROWN IN THE LAKE OF FIRE FOREVER.SO THE BIBLE DOES NOT LIE ABOUT ANYTHING.WHEN IN REV 20:11-15 IT SAYS THIS IS LITERALLY THE 2ND DEATH FOR THE LOST SPIRITS THAT WERE IN HELL WAITING TO STAND BEFORE JESUS AT THE FINAL FOREVER JUDGEMENT.

2 CORINTHIANS 5:10
10  For we must all (MEANS EVERYONE EVER BORN ON EARTH FROM ADAM-EVE ON) appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.(FOR THE CHRISTIANS-WHEN WERE RAPTURED TO HEAVEN BEFORE THE 7 YEAR TRIBULATION PERIOD.THIS IS WHEN WE STAND IN FRONT OF GOD-JESUS AND GIVE ACCOUNT OF OUR LIVES-ITS AN INVESTIGATION,AND IF WE HAVE EARNED CROWNS FOR OUR CHRISTIAN LIVES.WE GIVE THEM TO JESUS.BUT LOTS OF US WILL HAVE EARNED NO CROWNS TO GIVE TO JESUS.BECAUSE WE DID NOT LIVE A TRUELY CHRISTIAN LIFE.BUT THANK GOD WE STILL WILL BE SAVED BY THE BLOOD OF JESUS.AND THO WE WILL BE ASHAMED OF OUR LIVES ON EARTH.WERE STILL SAVED BY THE BLOOD OF JESUS AND RULE WITH HIM ON EARTH FOREVER.WE WILL NEED THE 7 YEARS FOR THE CHRISTIAN INVESTIGATION.BECAUSE MILLIONS WILL HAVE TO GIVE ACCOUNT OF THEIR LIVES.YOU CAN NOT DO THAT IN A MID-RAPTURE OR A YO-YO END OF THE TRIBULATION RAPTURE.THIS WILL TAKE THE FULL 7 YEARS FOR THE MILLIONS OF CHRISTIANS TO GIVE ACCOUNT OF THEIR LIVES.

AFTER THE LOST GET THEIR BODIES BACK TOGETHER.THEY STAND IN FRON OF JESUS TO GIVE ACCOUNT OF THEIR WORKS AND DEEDS.BUT THIS LOST CROWD GETS THROWN IN THE LAKE OF FIRE FOREVER IN BURNING TORMENTS TO SPEND ETERNITY WITH SATAN AND HIS ANGELS.THERES THE DIFFERENCE FROM THE SAVED BY JESUS SHED BLOOD AND THE LOST.THE SAVED SPEND FOREVER ON EARTH WITH JESUS.THE LOST IN THE BURNING LAKE OF FIRE FOREVER WITH SATAN AND HIS ANGELS SEPARATED FROM GOD FOREVER.

2 THESSALONIANS 1:9
9  Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

LUKE 16:19-31 (LITERALLY WHAT HELL IS LIKE HERE)(SHEOL OR HADES IS THE LOCAL JAIL)
19  There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:
20  And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,
21  And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.
22  And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;
23  And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
24  And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.
25  But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.
26  And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.
27  Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father’s house:
28  For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.
29  Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.
30  And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.
31  And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

6  I went down to the bottoms of the mountains; the earth with her bars was about me for ever:(FOREVER JAIL CELLS-TILL JESUS TAKES YOU OUT AT THE WHITE THRONE JUDGEMENT) yet hast thou brought up my life from corruption, O LORD my God.

15  And where is now my hope? as for my hope, who shall see it? (NO HOPE IN HELL)
16  They shall go down to the bars (LITERAL STEEL BARS OF CELLS IN HELL) of the pit, when our rest together is in the dust.(THE SECOND YOU DIE AS A LOST PERSON-YOU ARE PUT IN A JAIL CELL IN HELL WITH TORMENTING DEMONS TO TOTURE YOU)

RIOTS-BURNING-SHOTS-LOOTING AT FERGUSON AFTER THE INNOCENT PLEA OF OFFICER DARREN WILSON

JEWISH KING JESUS IS COMING AT THE RAPTURE FOR US IN THE CLOUDS-DON'T MISS IT FOR THE WORLD.THE BIBLE TAKEN LITERALLY- WHEN THE PLAIN SENSE MAKES GOOD SENSE-SEEK NO OTHER SENSE-LEST YOU END UP IN NONSENSE.GET SAVED NOW- CALL ON JESUS TODAY.THE ONLY SAVIOR OF THE WHOLE EARTH - NO OTHER

THE PART THAT I SEEN ON TELEVISION LAST NIGHT THAT GOT ME THE WORST WAS SEEING THE HOARD OF LAWLESS CRIMINALS FIRST BREAKING THE GLASS ON THE 2 DOORS OF THE FERGUSON MARKET AND LIQUOR.THEN JUST LIKE FLYS TO DUNG.OR LIKE A GANG ATTACKING AN INNOCENT PERSON ON THE STREET.THE LAWLESS THIEVES GOING IN THE DOORS QUICKLY STEALING ANYTHING IN THE MARKET STORE.AND QUICKLY COMING OUT.AND I COULD NOT COUNT HOW MANY THIEVES WERE GRABBING IDEMS FROM THE STORE.TO ME IT JUST LOOKED LIKE A HERD OF CATTLE GOING IN-STEALING AND COMMING OUT QUICKLY.I JUST FELT SO HEART BROKEN FOR THE OWNERS WHO WERE JUST TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING.THEN IN 5 MINUTES.CRIMINALS WITH NO CONCIENCES.BREAKING IN THAT PERSONS BUSSINES AND JUST EMPTYING THE STORE OF ALL IT ITEMS.I JUST DO NOT KNOW HOW THESE UNGODLY SINNERS CAN POSSIBLY FEEL GOOD BY STEALING AND DESTROYING A PERSONS BUSSINES AND TAKING ALL THEIR MATERIALS.THAT JUST DONE IT WHEN I SEEN THAT.I SAID TO MYSELF.I HOPE IF ANYBODY JUST THROWS A BOTTLE OR CAN OR ANYTHING AT AN OFFICER FROM NOW ON IN FERGUSON.THAT THE POLICE ARREST THAT PERSON INSTANTLY.ENOUGH OF THIS BREAKING GLASS-DESTROYING POLICE CARS AND LOOTING AND STEALING AND BURNING FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE THAT GIVE THAT CITY FERGUSON THE ITEMS THEY WANT TO BUY.I JUST PRAY FATHER-THAT THE POLICE WILL REALLY CLAMP DOWN ON THE CRIMINALS TONIGHT AND ALL THE NIGHTS IN FERGUSON. UNTIL IT IS CALM AGAIN.AND TILL THE MEDIA STOPS RACE BAITING AND GETS THE FINAL SAY IN THEIR HEADS THAT OFFICER WILSON IS INNOCENT.AND IF THE BLACKS GET A MIND CHANGE IN FERGUSON.AND QUIT DOING CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES.THEN THE POLICE WOULD NOT HAVE TO TRIPPLE THE AMOUNT OF POLICE IN THAT CITY.THE POLICE WOULD NOT HAVE TO PROFILE AND WATCH THE BLACKS LIKE HAWKS.THE BLACKS IN FERGUSON NEED A MIND CHANGE ABOUT CRIMINAL ACTIVITY.IF THE BLACKS WOULD NOT DO THE CRIME. THE BLACKS WOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THE TIME.AND THEN THE POLICE AND THE CITIZENS OF FERGUSON COULD GET ALONG IN PEACE AND HARMONY LIKE THEY CLAIM THEY WANT.BUT THE DEEDS AND FRUITS IN FERGUSON TELL US A DIFFERENT STORY RIGHT NOW.AND I PRAY THIS IN JESUS NAME AMEN AND AMEN.I ALSO PRAY FATHER FOR DARREN WILSON AND THE POLICE OFFICERS PROTECTION.THEY ARE MINISTERS OF YOU TO KEEP THE PEACE IN FERGUSON.I ALSO PRAY FATHER THAT YOU WILL COMFORT THE BROWN FAMILY.AND THAT THIS VIOLENCE IN FERGUSON WILL END NOW.AND PEACE CAN COME TO FERGUSON.AND I PRAY THIS ALL IN OUR JEWISH GOD AND SAVORS-KING JESUS NAME AMEN AND AMEN.IT IS DONE.THANK YOU JESUS.

WELL SO MUCH FOR A PEACEFUL PROTEST.YES MANY WERE PEACEFUL AND THEY WENT HOME AFTER THE LAWLESS LUNATICS STARTED SHOOTING GUNS-BREAKING GLASS IN STORES AND TRYING TO FIRE BOMB AND THROW BOTTLES AND BRICKS AT THE PARKED POLICE CARS ON THE STREET.AFTER THE POLICE THREW TONS OF SMOKE AND TEAR-GAS AT THE LAWLESS LUNATICS.THE PEACEFUL PROTESTERS LEFT.AND MOST OF THE LAWLESS LUNATICS WERE CHASED DOWN AND SPLIT UP.I THINK I SEEN AT LEAST 3 LAWLESS GOONES GET LOCKED UP IN A POLICE VAN.ONE WOMAN HAD A HEART ATTACK REPORTS SAY.JUST AS THE TEAR-GAS WAS SHOT AT THE GOONES.4 OR 5 PEOPLE THEN PICKED UP THE WOMAN AN CARRIED HER TO THE POLICE SO SHE COULD GET TO THE HOSPITAL TO GET LOOKED AFTER.ITS NOW 11:30PM.ON THE STREETS IS POLICE CARS ON FIRE.SMOKE ALL OVER THE STREETS FROM THE BURNING CARS. UPDATE 7:17AM-NOV 25,14
I FELL TO SLEEP JUST AFTER 12:30AM TUES NOV 25,14.BUT I HEARD THIS MORNING 29 GOONES WERE ARRESTED AND AT LEAST 150 SHOTS WERE FIRED BY THE CRIMINAL ASPECT OF THE CROWD.BUT NOT ONE SHOT WAS FIRED BY THE POLICE OFFICERS. THEY KEPT THEIR PART OF THE BARGAIN.BUT THE LAWLESS GOONES FROM THE OUTTA TOWN ANGRY HOARDS CAME TO FERGUSON AND MADE FERGUSON LOOK BAD.WHEN IT WAS JUST A COUPLE OF HUNDRED LUNATIC CRIMINAL THIEVES THAT CAUSED ALL THE TROUBLE.THE TRUELY PEACEFUL CROWD OF 97% LEFT WHEN THE LOONY-GOONY OUT OF TOWN CRIMINALS STARTED RIOTING-SHOOTING-BURNING-LOOTING AND JUST TRYING TO INSTIGATE THE POLICE OFFICERS IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE.WE HOPE TONIGHT THE POLICE ARREST THE GOONES AS THEY SEE THEM ON THE STREETS BEFORE THIS LAWLESS HOARD CAN CAUSE DISTURBANCE AGAIN LIKE LAST NIGHT.NO MATTER HOW THE BROWN FAMILY PLEADED FOR PEOPLE TO PROTEST IN PEACE.THE LAWLESS GOONES STILL SPOILED IT FOR FERGUSON AND ITS PEACEFUL PROTESTERS.

THESE LAWYERS ARE DOING NOTHING BUT RACE BAITING.AND I PREDICT ANOTHER NIGHT OF VIOLENCE TONIGHT AS A RESULT.I THOUGHT THIS WAS TO BE A PEACE CONFERENCE NOT A RACE BAIT CONFERENCE BY THE BROWN FAMILY.AT 12:45PM CNN CUT OFF THE RACE BAITER AL SHARPON- SO I CAN'T HEAR HIS RACE BAIT AGAINST THE PROSECUTOR. HOW CAN FERGUSON HEAL.WHEN THE BROWN LAWYERS CONTINUE TO CLAIM RACISM AGAINST ROBERT MCCULLOCH AND THE POLICE OF FERGUSON.WHEN ALL THEIR DOING IS COMPLAINING AGAINST THE GRAND JURY PROCESS.EVEN MARK O'MARA SAYS IT WAS A FAIR PROCESS.THE BROWN LAWYERS ARE JUST MAD BECAUSE OFFICER WILSON KILLED A CRIMINAL AND ASSAULTER.AND THE TRUTH CAME OUT.AND THE WHITE HATERS CAN NOT STAND THE FACT THAT OFFICER WILSON WAS DEFENDING HIMSELF FROM A CRIMINAL AND AN ASSAULTER.THE BROWNS WILL BE SPEAKING SHORTLY.

UPDATE-NOV 25,14-12:58PM
THE BROWN FAMILY NEVER EVEN SPOKE.AND PEOPLE IN THE AUDIENCE WERE YELLING AT THE BROWN ATTORNEYS TO ANSWER QUESTIONS.GRAY TOLD THE CROWD THIS IS A CHURCH.AL SHARPTON CLAIMS IT WAS A BLOGGER THAT CAUSED THE HASSLE AT THE PRESS CONFERENCE HERE THAT WROTE SOMETHING ABOUT AL SHARPTON.CRUMP ONCE AGAIN IS COMPLAINING ABOUT ROBERT MCCULLOCH THE PROSECUTOR AND IT WAS AN UNFAIR DECISON.HE SAYS WE WANT EQUAL PROCESS AND EQUAL RIGHTS.SHARPTON CLAIMS THE POLICE LET FERGUSON BURN LAST NIGHT.WE HAVE GOT NOTHING HERE BUT RACE BAITING BY SHARPTON AND THE LAWYERS FOR THE BROWN FAMILY.SHARPTON CLAIMS WE WILL DEAL WITH THIS CIVIL RIGHT SITUATION.THE BROWN FAMILY SAYS THEY WANT CALM AND PEACE.BUT THEIR RACE BAITER LAWYERS AND AL SHARPTON CLAIM INJUSTICE AND BIAS RACISM AGAINST THE SYSTEM THAT WAS JUST COMPLETED BY THE GRAND JURY.CRUMP SAYS THE REMARK BY MIKE BROWNS STEPDAD ABOUT BURNING DOWN FERGESON WAS INAPPROPRIATE.BUT CRUMP HIMSELF IS PROMOTING RACE HATE AND BIAS.WATCH OUT FOR TONIGHT AFTER THIS RACE BAIT PRESS CONFERENCE.I CAN SEE THE SAME HAPPENING AS LAST NIGHT AGAIN.

WILSONS FUTURE IS STILL UNDECIDED AND WILSON IS STILL ON LEAVE THE MAYOR FINALLY SAYS WITH THE LAST QUESTION.D-LACY GRAY OF MISSOURI SAYS THE GRAND JURY WAS NOT FAIR-BIAS FOR THE PROSECUTION. AND HE CALLED FOR CHARGES TO BE LAID AGAINST DARREN WILSON IN THE SECONDARY INVESTIGATION.I WONDER WHY THESE BLACKS CAN NOT ACCEPT THE RESULT.BUT INSIST ROBERT MCCULLOCH WAS BIAS AND SET THE WHOLE THING UP SO OFFICER WILSON GETS OFF.AND FERGUSON AND BROWNS GET NO JUSTICE.THIS THINKING IS JUST REDICULAS.THIS WAS A THOROW INVESTIGATION AND THE GRAND JURY OF 12 CAME TO THEIR DECISION.WHY CAN THE BLACKS NOT ACCEPT THE RESULT IS MY QUESTION.ONE SIDE ALWAYS LOSES.SO GET OVER IT BLACK LEADERS.AND ACCEPT THE RESULT.AND QUIT TRYING TO SAY IT WAS A SETUP-FLAUD BIAS RESULT JUST BECAUSE WILSONS WHITE.

Protests Flare After Ferguson Police Officer Is Not Indicted-By MONICA DAVEY and JULIE BOSMAN-NOV. 24, 2014-new york times

CLAYTON, Mo. — A St. Louis County grand jury has brought no criminal charges against Darren Wilson, a white police officer who fatally shot Michael Brown, an unarmed African-American teenager, more than three months ago in nearby Ferguson. The decision by the grand jury of nine whites and three blacks was announced Monday night by the St. Louis County prosecutor, Robert P. McCulloch, at a news conference packed with reporters from around the world. The killing, on a residential street in Ferguson, set off weeks of civil unrest — and a national debate — fueled by protesters’ outrage over what they called a pattern of police brutality against young black men. Mr. McCulloch said Officer Wilson had faced charges ranging from first-degree murder to involuntary manslaughter.Word of the decision set off a new wave of anger among hundreds who had gathered outside the Ferguson Police Department. Police officers in riot gear stood in a line as demonstrators chanted and threw signs and other objects toward them as the news spread. “The system failed us again,” one woman said. In downtown Ferguson, the sound of breaking glass could be heard as crowds ran through the streets. As the night went on, the situation grew more intense and chaotic in several locations around the region. Bottles and rocks were thrown at officers, and windows of businesses were smashed. Several police cars were burned; buildings, including a Walgreens, a meat market and a storage facility, were on fire, and looting was reported in several businesses. Gunshots could be heard along the streets of Ferguson, and law enforcement authorities deployed smoke and gas to control the crowds. In St. Louis, protesters swarmed Interstate 44 and blocked all traffic near the neighborhood where another man was shot by police this fall. Before midnight, St. Louis County police officers reported heavy automatic gunfire in the area where some of the largest protests were taking place. Flights to Lambert-St. Louis International Airport were not permitted to land late Monday as a safety precaution, officials said.At this point it looked like he was almost bulking up to run through the shots, like it was making him mad that I’m shooting at him.And the face that he had was looking straight through me, like I wasn’t even there, I wasn’t even anything in his way.Mayor James Knowles III of Ferguson, reached on his cellphone late Monday, said he was there and wanted to see National Guard troops, some of whom were stationed at a police command center, move to protect his city. “They’re here in the area,” he said. “I don’t know why they’re not deploying.”Just after 1 a.m., Gov. Jay Nixon called up additional members of the National Guard to Ferguson, where they will provide security for the police headquarters. At a news conference around 1:30 a.m., Jon Belmar, the St. Louis County police chief, said at least a dozen buildings had been set on fire.“As soon as Mr. McCulloch announced the verdict, the officers started taking rocks and batteries,” said Chief Belmar, who said he personally heard about 150 shots fired. He said the police did not fire a shot.Documents and evidence presented to the grand jury that was deciding whether to indict Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting of Michael Brown.

He added that 29 people were arrested.

“I didn’t foresee an evening like this,” Chief Belmar said. The night’s damage had been far worse than any of the nights of unrest that had followed the shooting in August, he said.Mr. Brown’s family issued a statement expressing sadness, but calling for peaceful protest and a campaign to require body cameras on police officers nationwide. “We are profoundly disappointed that the killer of our child will not face the consequence of his actions,” the statement said. “While we understand that many others share our pain, we ask that you channel your frustration in ways that will make a positive change. We need to work together to fix the system that allowed this to happen.”But outside the police station, Lesley McSpadden, Mr. Brown’s mother, voiced frustration with the decision. “They wrong!” she yelled, pointing toward the police officers standing outside of the station. “Y’all know y’all wrong!”At the White House, President Obama appealed for peaceful protest and “care and restraint” from law enforcement after the grand jury’s decision not to indict Officer Wilson, even as he said the situation spoke to broader racial challenges in America.“We have made enormous progress in race relations over the course of the past several decades,” Mr. Obama said in the briefing room, where he made an unusual late-night appearance to respond to the decision. “But what is also true is that there are still problems, and communities of color aren’t just making these problems up.”Protests, often well organized and orderly, also occurred in cities across the country, including Los Angeles, Seattle, Philadelphia and Chicago, where about 200 mostly young and mostly white protesters gathered at police headquarters, despite frigid temperatures and light snow.In a lengthy news conference, Mr. McCulloch described the series of events, step by step, that had led to the shooting, and the enormous array of evidence and witnesses brought before the grand jury. He described an altercation inside Officer Wilson’s vehicle, after which Officer Wilson had Mr. Brown’s blood on his weapon, shirt and pants, the prosecutor said, as well as swelling and redness on his face.

Violence or looting

1 As news of the decision spread, protesters surged forward, throwing objects at officers in riot gear. The sound of gunfire could be heard. 2 Police officers used tear gas and smoke to disperse people who were hurling rocks and breaking the windows of parked police cruisers. A vehicle was set on fire. 3 At least a dozen buildings were set on fire around the city, many in the vicinity of Ferguson Market and Liquor, the store Michael Brown was in before he was killed by Officer Wilson.

“Physical evidence does not look away as events unfold,” he said.

Mr. McCulloch also pointed to inconsistent and changing statements from witnesses, including observations about the position of Mr. Brown’s hands. Some witnesses have said he had his hands up as the final shots were fired. The prosecutor, who had faced widespread calls to recuse himself after opponents cited what they called flawed investigations, took the unusual step of directing his staff to present “absolutely everything” — rather than a witness or two — to the grand jury.Even before the decision was announced, National Guard troops were sent to a police command post; political leaders, including Governor Nixon, flew in to hold last-minute meetings with community members; schools closed for the week; and businesses and residents, including parents of schoolchildren, braced for what might come next.Mr. Nixon, who had declared a state of emergency and called up the Missouri National Guard last week, called for peace and calm in a news conference several hours before the decision was announced. “Our shared hope and expectation is that regardless of the decision, people on all sides show tolerance, mutual respect and restraint,” he said.Yet many here questioned why the authorities would announce the decision in the evening, rather than waiting for daylight hours. Furious, sometimes violent, demonstrations and tense clashes with the police took place late into the night for several weeks in August, and some law enforcement officers had urged a daytime announcement. Over a period of weeks, many leaders here had suggested that a Sunday morning announcement would be best, but the grand jury, which had been meeting on the case since Aug. 20, finished its work on Monday. Asked about the timing, Mr. Nixon said it had been the choice of Mr. McCulloch. Many of the elaborate plans for how the grand jury’s decision would be released — including 48-hour notice for the police after the decision — appeared to have been scrapped. The family of Mr. Brown, 18, who was killed by Officer Wilson on Aug. 9, was notified by prosecutors in the afternoon, after some reports had already appeared on television and online. A lawyer for the family expressed frustration that they had not been told sooner. The lawyer, Benjamin Crump, added that the family would be exploring their legal options now that the grand jury has failed to indict Officer Wilson. “They don’t trust this prosecutor; they never did from the beginning,” Mr. Crump said. “And they are going to try to see if they can do something to get some positive change out of this because they understand this system needs to be changed.”Since August, Officer Wilson has stayed close to St. Louis, reading news articles and following television coverage of the case, those close to him said. He has made no public statements or appearances. In a private ceremony in October, he married his fiancée, Barbara Spradling, also a Ferguson police officer, court records show. Officer Wilson, who testified before the grand jury for more than four hours, saying he was convinced that his life was in danger, remains on paid administrative leave from the police department, but local officials said they expected that he would resign in the coming days, regardless of the grand jury’s decision. The Brown family has, by contrast, traveled widely to speak out, including appearing at the BET Hip Hop Awards, meeting with United Nations officials in Geneva and talking with protesters near the spot where Mr. Brown was killed.Mr. Brown’s father, Michael Brown Sr., handed out turkeys to needy families over the weekend, and he filmed a public service announcement urging calm once the grand jury decision was announced. The parents have been pushing for what supporters have called the Michael Brown Law, which would require officers to wear body cameras. As the news of the decision spread, school officials were deciding whether to open schools on Tuesday. At least one district canceled after-school and evening activities, and at least four announced they would not hold classes on Tuesday. All around, there were signs of businesses closing at the prospect of trouble. At least two area malls, including the St. Louis Galleria and the Plaza Frontenac, closed early on Monday evening.Another investigation, a federal civil rights inquiry into the case, continues, though federal officials have said that the evidence so far does not support such a case against Officer Wilson. A second federal investigation is examining whether the Ferguson police have engaged in a pattern of civil rights violations.Reporting was contributed by John Eligon, Campbell Robertson, Mitch Smith, Manny Fernandez and Alan Blinder from Ferguson, Mo.A version of this article appears in print on November 25, 2014, on page A1 of the New York edition with the headline: Grand Jury Declines to Indict Police Officer in Ferguson Killing.

Grand jury doesn't charge Ferguson officer Darren Wilson in shooting death of Michael Brown
No indictment: Grand jury decides Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson will not face criminal charges in Michael Brown shooting death-Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon made plea for 'respect' and 'restraint' ahead of announcement-Jason Sickles, Yahoo-NOV 24,14-YAHOONEWS

FERGUSON, Mo. — Police Officer Darren Wilson — the suburban St. Louis patrolman who killed unarmed teenager Michael Brown in early August - will not face criminal charges in the controversial shooting death, a grand jury has decided.Wilson, who is white, became a national figure after he shot the black 18-year-old multiple times in broad daylight on a residential street. The grand jury deliberated for months and Ferguson was rocked by violent protests in the immediate aftermath of the shooting. The decision was announced by prosecuting attorney Robert McCulloch, who discussed the lengthy deliberation period of the grand jury citing consideration of differing witness reports as a one reason for the unusually long session.Ahead of Monday's announcement, Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon made a plea for peace."Our shared hope and expectation is that regardless of the decision, people on all sides show tolerance, mutual respect and restraint," he said.Meanwhile, officials in Clayton stepped up security measures erecting barricades around the courthouse to prepare for possible protests. A Yahoo News reporter spotted members of the National Guard arriving in military vehicles. Several Ferguson-area schools have announced they will be closed Tuesday.“The men and women of the National Guard also will be in the area to provide security at critical facilities like firehouses, police stations and utility substations, and offer logistical and transportation support as needed. This will free up law enforcement officers to do their jobs effectively," Nixon said.Demonstrators gathered ahead of the announcement holding signs, chanting and honking car horns. The 12-member St. Louis County grand jury — which included one black man, two black women, six white men and three white women — has been hearing testimony since Aug. 20 to determine whether there was probable cause that Wilson had committed a crime.Police experts have said officers generally have leeway to use lethal force if they reasonably fear they are in imminent danger. The Aug. 9 shooting sparked protests and riots in the mostly black St. Louis suburb and fueled a nationwide debate on race, policing and justice.
“Regardless of the grand jury's decision, the Brown family and our legal team ask again for peace and calm, even though we understand people may have feelings of anger or disappointment,” Benjamin Crump, the family’s attorney, said in a statement prior to the announcement. “We encourage people to take their frustrations to the ballot box, not the streets.”Brown, who graduated from high school in May, and his friend Dorian Johnson were walking down the middle of a two-lane street around noon, when Wilson encountered them in his marked police SUV.Wilson, a Ferguson officer for three years, either asked or ordered the pair to get on the sidewalk. From there, accounts differ as to who instigated a scuffle between Wilson and Brown at the driver’s side door.Johnson, 22, told investigators and reporters that Wilson was antagonistic toward them, abruptly backing up his SUV and throwing open the door, which bounced off Brown.“He just reached his arm out the window and grabbed my friend around his neck, and he was trying to choke my friend,” Johnson told reporters after the shooting. “He was trying to get away, and the officer then reached out and grabbed his arm to pull him inside the car.”Wilson, who has been on paid leave since the shooting, has not spoken publicly about what happened. However, he reportedly met with investigators on several occasions and testified before the grand jury for four hours — a move that surprised some legal experts, since he was not bound by law to go before the panel.Ferguson police and the St. Louis County Police Department, the lead investigating agency, released sparse police reports about the shooting and have refused to provide details of their findings.St. Louis County’s official autopsy on Brown’s body has not been made public, but the St. Louis Post-Dispatch obtained a copy from an anonymous source and published it on Oct. 22. The autopsy included a summary from Detective Patrick J. Hokamp’s preliminary investigation of the shooting.“The deceased became belligerent towards Officer Wilson,” the document states. “As Officer Wilson attempted to exit out of his patrol vehicle the deceased pushed his door shut and began to struggle with Officer Wilson, during the struggle the Officers weapon was un-holstered. The weapon discharged during the struggle.“The deceased then ran down the roadway. Officer Wilson then began to chase the deceased. As he was giving chase to the deceased, the deceased turned around and ran towards Officer Wilson. Officer Wilson had his service weapon drawn, as the deceased began to run towards him, he discharged his service weapon several times.”The county autopsy and a private exam commissioned by the teen’s family both concluded Brown was struck by six of Wilson’s shots, including a fatal hit to the top of the head. Other exit wounds and grazes were found on the teen’s head, upper body, arm and hand. The injury to his right hand may have been of particular interest to the grand jury, since the county autopsy discovered it was inflicted at close range, possibly supporting Wilson’s account that there was a struggle for the gun in the police cruiser. Sources told the Post-Dispatch that Brown’s blood had been found on the officer’s gun.

Crump, the attorney for the Brown family, immediately downplayed the newspaper’s account.“We are not surprised by the information leaked last night by the St. Louis Medical Examiner's office,” Crump said in a written statement. “Several independent witnesses indicated there was a brief altercation between Michael Brown and Officer Wilson at the patrol car. What we want to know is why Officer Wilson shot Michael Brown multiple times and killed him even though he was more than 20 feet away from his patrol car; this is the crux of the matter!”The shooting scene unfolded on a neighborhood street amid a cluster of apartment buildings. A resident who lives in one of the apartments later turned over a purported audio recording of the shots being fired. Authorities have not disclosed how many times Wilson discharged his weapon, but veteran forensic audio expert Paul Ginsberg told Yahoo News that he heard 10 shots on the recording — “six shots, followed by very close to three seconds of pause, followed by four more shots.”A shot that struck the back of the teen’s upper arm could support the statements of witnesses, including Johnson, who said Brown was hit from behind as he ran from the officer. Some of those witnesses reported that Brown then turned around and raised his hands in surrender when Wilson fired the fatal shots.A federal investigation into whether Wilson violated Brown’s civil rights continues. The Department of Justice is also looking at how the entire Ferguson Police Department operates. The sweeping review is focusing on how officers use force and how they search and arrest suspects.

Ferguson protests small but growing amid din of car horns, drum-Reuters-By Ellen Wulfhorst and Daniel Wallis-NOV 24,14-YAHOONEWS

FERGUSON, Mo. (Reuters) - Tensions mounted among hundreds of protesters waiting for Monday night's grand jury decision on whether to indict a white police officer in the fatal shooting of an unarmed black teen in Ferguson, Missouri, as National Guard and police moved into position for possible mass arrests. Not far from the stretch of Ferguson that saw the worst of the rioting after the shooting death of Michael Brown in August, dozens of police and military vehicles parked in a strip-mall parking lot that officials set up as a command center for responding to protests.Hundreds of protesters gathered outside the Ferguson Police Department, growing increasingly boisterous as the minutes ticked down to a highly anticipated 8 p.m. CST (0200 GMT Tuesday) news conference about the grand jury deciding whether to indict a white officer in Brown's death.Trying to maintain the peace were a handful of Amnesty International volunteers in bright vests and crowds were being held back by barricades surrounding the precinct. But a couple of protesters with bandanas hiding their faces rushed across the street and started dismantling the barricades, prompting police to emerge from the building and the crowd to begin taunting them.Officials urged tolerance and assured residents that the National Guard would provide security at critical facilities like fire houses, police stations and utility substations."I do not want people in this community to think they have to barricade their doors and take up arms," said St. Louis County Executive Director Charlie Dooley.Earlier in the evening, outside the police department, the slain teen's father, Mike Brown Sr., slowed down in a car to chat with demonstrators after hearing that the panel had reached a decision on whether to indict Officer Darren Wilson in the Aug. 9 shooting.Protester Byron Conley, father of a teen son, said he spoke with Brown about the pain of losing a child and "spending a holiday like Thanksgiving without your son. I could tell what he's going through."

'WE WILL NOT LET THIS SLEEP!'

Tensions have been mounting over the decision, which officials fear could touch off a repeat of last summer's violence and property destruction in the predominantly black St. Louis suburb of 21,000 people. At a makeshift memorial on the street where Brown was killed, a handful of people gathered on Monday night, some wearing masks in the cold evening where temperatures were predicted to dip to 26 degrees F (minus 3 C)."We are ready for war. We are ready for war. We will not let this sleep!" said a man wearing a "I Am Michael Brown" hoodie sweatshirt, who identified himself only as D. White, aged 30, and said he lived nearby.Protests, largely non-violent, have been held regularly in the community, with some evidence of self-policing. In recent days, when a protester threw a water bottle or otherwise acted aggressively, the rest of the crowd screamed: "Agitator! Agitator!" and pointed the person out to police."I hope we can do this in a peaceful way. I just don't want no one to look at our little town thinking we're a bunch of wild animals. We're really good people here," said Conley, 51, a black resident who works for a medical supply company."I'm not on Mike Brown's side and I'm not on Darren Wilson's side. I'm here for the residents and we just want our town back," said Conley.A small but growing group of 20 protesters, mostly young men bundled against the chill in winter clothing, their faces covered by bandanas reminiscent of the ones worn last summer to shield against tear gas, banged a large metal wash bucket outside police headquarters. They broke sporadically to toss around a football near a parked car covered with painted exhortations including "Honk 4 Mike."(Additional reporting by Adrees Latif in Ferguson, Sascha Brodsky in New York, Scott Malone in Boston; Writing by Barbara Goldberg, Eric Walsh and Peter Cooney)

Missouri governor urges calm ahead of grand jury decision on shooting-Reuters-By Daniel Wallis and Ellen Wulfhorst-NOV 24,14-YAHOONEWS

CLAYTON, Mo./FERGUSON, Mo. (Reuters) - Missouri Governor Jay Nixon urged people in the St. Louis area to show respect and restraint following a grand jury's decision on whether to criminally charge a white police officer in the August fatal shooting of an unarmed black teenager.Prosecutors are set to announce the grand jury's decision at 8 p.m. local time (0200 GMT) on Monday. Authorities have stepped up security in and around Ferguson, Missouri, to guard against the kind of rioting that flared in the weeks after incident. The death of 18-year-old Michael Brown, a resident of a predominantly black city with a white-dominated power structure, sparked weeks of sometimes violent protests in the St. Louis suburb and has become a flashpoint for strained U.S. race relations."While none of us knows what that (decision) will be, our shared hope and expectation is that, regardless of the decision, people on all sides show tolerance, mutual respect and restraint," Nixon told reporters."This is not the time to turn on each other," St. Louis County Executive Charlie Dooley said at the same news conference.Dooley said he did not want residents to feel they need to barricade themselves in their homes. "I do not want people to accidentally shoot or harm someone out of fear," Dooley said.Nixon has called up the National Guard and local officials have been planning a massive police presence to quell any potential violence, particularly if officer Darren Wilson is not indicted in the Aug. 9 shooting.St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch's office plans to announce the finding in Clayton, Missouri, where the grand jury met, spokesman Ed Magee said. The grand jury, with nine white and three black members, has been meeting since late August, and has heard evidence including witnesses called by the prosecution as well as a private pathologist hired by the Brown family to review the shooting. Nine jurors need to agree to bring charges. The victim's father, Michael Brown Sr., told a group of protesters outside the Ferguson Police Department that he had been told the grand jury had reached its decision but said he did not know what it was."He's calling for peace and he wants people to be not violent," said Byron Conley, 51, who briefly spoke with Brown. "I hope we can do this in a peaceful way. I just don't want no one to look at our little town thinking we're a bunch of wild animals. We're really good people here."White House spokesman Josh Earnest told reporters at the White House that President Barack Obama has "delivered a pretty forceful message" that any protests following the grand jury's decision should be peaceful. Brown's parents, ministers and community leaders also have urged sympathizers to remain peaceful, whatever the outcome. In St. Louis, officials may allow protesters to occupy public spaces and slow traffic so long as they remain peaceful, Mayor Francis Slay said."My message to protesters: We will protect your right to peacefully assemble and speak your mind," Slay told reporters. "But turning violent and damaging property will not be tolerated."

ON EDGE

Ferguson, a city of 21,000 people, has been on edge for weeks as residents await the grand jury's decision. Shop owners in the city, which faced weeks of sometimes violent protests following Brown's death, have boarded up their windows. The local school district and some neighboring districts canceled classes on Tuesday due to expected protests.Protesters have said they plan to demonstrate at the Ferguson Police Department and at the county courthouse in Clayton, about 8 miles (13 km) to the south, following the grand jury's decision. Many have said they will take to the streets regardless of whether Wilson is indicted, saying the case illustrates long-simmering tensions between black Americans and police.Dozens of protesters assembled outside the Ferguson Police Department on Monday evening. One man pounded on a metal bin, using it as a drum to rally the group.Police in Clayton placed large barricades around the courthouse and put locks on mailboxes to prevent them from being opened ahead of the announcement.Lawyers for Brown's family say the teen was trying to surrender when he was shot, while Wilson's supporters say he feared for his life and opened fire in self-defense. Brown was shot at least six times.Brown is suspected of having stolen cigars from a nearby convenience store shortly before the incident. Brown and a friend had been walking down the middle of the street when Wilson approached them. The grand jury could indict Wilson on charges of manslaughter or murder, or simply conclude that it did not have enough evidence to charge him, said Jens David Ohlin, a professor at Cornell Law School who specializes in criminal law.Its decision will likely focus on what happened in the final seconds before the shooting, Ohlin said."They would have to say, look, there is no specific one piece of evidence that contradicts the police officer's claim that he was acting in self defense," to bring criminal charges, Ohlin said. "If there isn't any one piece of evidence from those last few seconds that contradicts him, they may determine that they have no 'true bill,' that there are no charges."(Additional reporting by David Bailey in Minneapolis, Carey Gillam in Kansas City, Fiona Ortiz in Chicago, Adrees Latif in Ferguson and Will Dunham in Washington; Writing by Scott Malone; Editing by Jim Loney and Will Dunham)

Missouri prosecutor to speak on fatal shooting of black teen: CNN-Reuters-By Daniel Wallis and Ellen Wulfhorst-NOV 24,14-YAHOONEWS

FERGUSON, Mo. (Reuters) - A prosecutor in Missouri will announce on Monday whether a grand jury has decided to indict a white police officer in the fatal shooting of an unarmed black teenager in Ferguson, a killing that sparked angry protests in the St. Louis suburb, according to media reports.St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch's office was due to make an announcement on the grand jury, CNN reported, citing an unidentified law enforcement source.A spokesman for McCulloch did not immediately respond to a request for comment.Activist groups have pledged fresh street protests if officer Darren Wilson is not indicted in the Aug. 9 shooting death of Michael Brown, 18, while the state has been planning a massive police presence to quell violence.Awaiting the grand jury's decision, shop owners have boarded up store fronts, and students in one area school district began an extended early Thanksgiving break on Monday. Lawyers for Brown's family say the teen was trying to surrender when he was shot, while Wilson's supporters say he feared for his life and opened fire in self-defense.Missouri Governor Jay Nixon has declared a state of emergency in anticipation of the ruling and called in the National Guard.Brown's parents, ministers and community leaders have urged sympathizers to remain peaceful, whatever the outcome.(Additional reporting by David Bailey in Minneapolis; Writing by Scott Malone; Editing by Doina Chiacu)
