A mother at the center of a court case involving the ultra-Orthodox Jewish group Lev Tahor spoke out against child services, in an open letter sent to CTV News.The letter discusses the family’s struggle since leaving Quebec in November, amid an investigation into alleged child neglect. The woman also talks about alleged religious persecution by the children's services workers.Due to a court order, issued to protect the identities of those involved with this case, sections of the letters have been blacked out. A Quebec court has ordered 14 children of the ultra-Orthodox Jewish group Lev Tahor into foster care.

Child services in Chatham was not available for comment. The Quebec division of children's aid says they have no comment at this time.

My Children Under The Spell Of CAS: The Story Of The Magic Marker.

An open letter to the public audience. -FEB 1,14

With the help of Hashem!  (GOD-KING JESUS OUR JEWISH MESSIAH)                                                           

My name is Miriam Gittel Helbrans. I am the second daughter of Rabbi Helbrans, the Grand Rabbi of the Lev Tahor community. I live in Chatham-Kent, Ontario. I'm married and a mother of 3. I am going through a difficult time. The Youth Protection of Québec singled our entire community as a target for persecution, in order to achieve their secular agendas. Their persecution was backed up by Israeli institutions that hate us because my father, the Rabbi, is one of the most famous Jewish opponents of the Zionist regime. The Youth Protection of Québec used the excuse of schooling regulations to destruct our life by endless and senseless humiliating methods all under the cover of "investigation". As well known it ended up in finding nothing wrong in our community and then the Youth Protection of Québec called families to court to compel them to comply with the secular curriculum or to face the penalty of their kids seized for ever. As well known, all families of Lev Tahor, Implemented their long-planned contingency plan of leaving the Province of Quebec and resettling in the Province of Ontario where the laws fits the freedom of religion.

The residents of Chatham-Kent, Ontario had and still welcomed us, supporting us, praying for us and expressed understanding to our sensitive situation. We appreciate it and may Hashem (God) bless them. However, one small group of people, united under the banner of helping and supporting children, they are known as "Children's Aid Society", for reasons known only to them, they choose to sprinkle salt on our open wounds. I have no doubt that the Children's Aid Society was convinced on the high level of the care we give for our children; they know that the Quebec authorities didn’t find anything wrong after trying so hard to. Our community tried so much to cooperate with the Children's Aid Society, we open them all the doors, we let them interview again all our children and so on… The Children's Aid Society prejudged our community, thought that since we are persecuted people, we shall be easy prey for them. They start persecute us for nothing or may be for being devoted Jews. They started with the same two families that were randomly selected to be called to court in Québec. The Children's Aid Society know as a fact that the 14 children of those two families are at the best condition that is possible for a reasonable family beside that they are suffering from tremendous frustration. Why they have to be treated like criminals for being devoted Jews?

The lawyer of the Society should study a bit more the law and the Canadian Charter before hurrying to terrified innocent families for no reason. Where this hatred does stem from, that the Society lawyer overlooked the decision of the justice of peace that decide that this children should remain unharmed? why did she choose to appeal the decision on an higher court at the expense of the families?  As a human being she should rater resign than committing such horrible duty. But this was just the beginning; the next victim was no other than my innocent children that were apprehended, why?  You know why? Because I'm devoted Jewish mother from the devoted Jewish community called Lev Tahor! That's why the blood and pain of my children are no even worth for consideration by the Children's (afr)aid Society. Why they choose to begin to destroy my life before destroying other in the Lev Tahor, it is just a matter of finding plots, they probably do not have enough homes for keeping to many apprehended devoted Jewish children, so they must to start somewhere, grabbing some at a time for nonsense plots convert them to secularism and modernization and to grab a bit more children with some more plots… On my case, it was a permanent marker that caused the tragedy. They didn’t even sick to get a warrant, they hurried to horrify.

Don’t believe me!
Bellow you will find links to the full court files in my possession. It is PDF's. I did include both their files as well as my file and now it is up for any taxpayer to judge if his tax funded society did really concern for the safety of my children and if this was the reason for the apprehension.
At the time of the apprehension I was due to give birth. I will never be able to describe this painfully five days. Only Hashem save me from falling apart for ever.

Hashem did bless Ontario with honorable straight and true Judges that one of them ruled to immediate returning the children to my and my husband's care.However, at that time I was not in the position opposing the last minute offer from the Society to agree to a supervision order. I did agree and at the time, the honorable Judge approved the uncontested agreement as part of an interim court order. Just hours after the honorable Judge decision to return the children, I gave birth to my 3rd child, O Hashem how can I thank you, the baby born healthy and neither I nor my new born boy suffer any emotional or other health problem. It is a miracle from Hashem to show that he is in fact listening to prayers that are accompanied by tears.
Meanwhile my friends, the other innocent beloved mothers of the community, started to feel the nature of a wolf that seeks causes to scramble a sheep in any of the further daily repeated search visits and interviews, which lasts already more than 2 months just in Ontario, besides more than 3 months of unreasonable investigations by the Youth Protection in Quebec, with no any findings of abuse or neglect of any kind. But the children aid Society of Chatham says they have no intention to stop those unreasonable investigations...  
The level of stress, afraid and suffer that the small boys and girls have from the unreasonable search and frightening methods, did not let the community organizers any choice but to let the Society know that they will rather being imprisoned than to let this torture campaign of the innocent children and mothers to reach the 6 month blood-red line. I was left alone on the front line of the battlefield, bounded by a court decision that was done by good faith of the honorable judge, to allow the Society do conduct visits in my home. I was so hopeful that the court hearing last Friday will resulted in releasing me from the almost assured possibility that a libel will be anyway made up since I'm the only one left bound to unwillingly 'cooperate' with the Society.

However, it was my fault of a few hours delay in filing my concerns to the honorable court that resulted to adjourn the hearings. I can not imagine my children being further terrorized by seeing again persons visit their house to look for unreasonable reasons to abduct them. I know that my lawyer will be very upset by his client violating the law and publish all court document with identifying her self and her children's name for the public. But I have no choice; I will rather pay the $10,000 fine than watching my children horrified for noting.
I must cry out to just any one, please call the Society and look for some human feeling at the Society's office and ask them please gave up the improper visits and withdraw your unjustified case against any innocent parents including Jewish devoted one.

An Ontario judge has upheld a Quebec ruling ordering 13 children in the Lev Tahor sect to be surrendered to child welfare authorities. However, the children will remain in Chatham-Kent with their families pending a 30-day appeal period. "We’re disappointed," Chris Knowles, the lawyer representing the Lev Tahor families, said outside the Chatham, Ont., courthouse. "It’s not the ruling we expected. It’s not the ruling that we hoped for. We have to talk among ourselves to decide what the next step is."Child welfare officials are to make spot checks with the families to make sure they haven't fled, Justice Stephen Fuerth ordered. If no appeal is filed, the children will be removed and placed in foster care.Knowles said he is not sure there are grounds for appeal at this point, but he said his clients will consider all of their options. "We just received the judgment, there’s a lot in there, so we need to decide whether there are any appealable issues," he said.Around 200 members of the ultra-Orthodox Jewish community fled their homes in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts last November in the middle of the night, amid an investigation by Quebec social services into the well-being of several of their children.The Quebec court ordered the return of the children from three families after they had left Quebec. The Ontario court was considering whether that decision should be upheld.
The families are appealing the Quebec court decision and, if they are successful, it could render the Ontario decision moot, Knowles said.

Well-being of children questioned

Sect members say they left Quebec due to conflicts with the government over their school curriculum.
They have said that home-schooling in Ontario offers parents much more freedom to teach what they want, and the group wants to stay there."We’re not fighting against [the Quebec government], we’re just fighting in favour of our religion and other religious groups to have the possibility to have religious studies as our education," said Uriel Goldman, a spokesman for the Lev Tahor members.He said the families prayed as they awaited the decision. “We do claim again and again all the allegations against us are false.… After so many months and months, hundreds of hours have been spent by officials, how is it that nothing was found? We do feel persecuted."He said the group feels anti-Semitism explains the reason they were targeted.

Social workers concerned for children's health 

However, social workers in Quebec painted an entirely different picture of the community. Youth protection officials in Quebec’s Laurentians region said there were concerns about the children's health, their hygiene and shortcomings in their home-schooling.Social workers also testified in Quebec youth court that they were concerned about the age at which some of the girls in the group were allegedly married off and also about reports of intimidation by the community’s leaders. They also told the court about some reported incidents involving children being given melatonin, a purported natural sleep aid, to control their behaviour.
None of those allegations have been proven in court.Social workers who had been involved with the community in Quebec during the 18 months since youth protection services launched an investigation testified that the group’s departure in November was hasty and shocking.  They had a meeting with group members planned for the day after they packed up and moved.

'A very good decision': Quebec youth protection

Officials with Quebec's youth protection services said they are pleased with the judge's ruling."The judge rendered a decision where it was clear that what we decided here was justified, and that there was no reason to start a new investigation in Ontario. We worked for many long months here to carry out this investigation, and our decision was valid," said Francine Campeau, a director for Quebec's youth protection services in the Laurentians.The Ontario judge was critical of the community's decision to leave in the middle of the night without informing Quebec authorities.The group maintains that it had planned to leave the province and wasn't fleeing from the courts. "It was a very well-organized move," Goldman said. "It was at night because it was the easiest time to do that. We were co-operative."Goldman said they feel welcome in Chatham-Kent and have no desire to leave. "We feel that we really are not in an easy position, but we hope we can be strong here for the future."

Last month, comments by Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon were published in which he called Kerry “inexplicably obsessive” and “messianic” and lambasted the security arrangements drawn up by the secretary, saying the security proposal was “not worth the paper it is printed on” and would not provide security for Israel.

In a series of tweets, Rice wrote that “John Kerry’s record of support for Israel’s security and prosperity [is] rock solid.” And that the US government “has been clear and consistent that we reject efforts to boycott or delegitimize Israel.”Speaking at the Munich Security Conference on Saturday, Kerry said that Israel faces an “increasing delegitimization campaign that has been building up. People are very sensitive to it. There are talk of boycotts and other kinds of things.”Kerry said he was utterly certain that the current status quo was “not sustainable… It’s illusionary. There’s a momentary prosperity. People around the globe have taken notice of what appears to be very strange characteristics of the snow falling of late.  The snow does not appear to melt in a usual fashion and many report the snow emits a chemical smell when exposed to an open flame. Is this possible?

The short answer is yes. Though I can not speak directly about the flame experiments since there is no rain in most of California let alone snow, and cannot conduct my own test. I and others have long since been sounding the alarm about the artificially/chemically nucleated snow that has been and is a major component of geoengineering.

What are the known elements showing up in the snow during the last decade?

Lab tests of snow have repeatedly shown extremely high levels of aluminum and barium. Of course there are always the “debunkers” that try to tell us its “normal” to have these heavy metals in our rain and snow. The disinformation trolls have tried particularly hard to convince the public that there is nothing wrong with toxic metal laden precipitation. Any that believe such patently false statements are likely not willing to face the truth no matter how compelling the evidence.

Can snow really be artificially nucleated with chemicals and charged metallic particles? Can snow storms be engineered?

The short answer is again yes. Snow storms can and are being engineered from top to bottom.

What is an “Endothermic Reaction” ?

An endothermic reaction is the opposite of an exothermic reaction. With an exothermic reaction, like an explosion, energy and heat are released. With an endothermic reaction energy and heat are absorbed. In the case of the artificial snow storms, this energy and heat is absorbed from the atmosphere and precipitation. Such a reaction can “cool things down”, at least for a while.

So what elements can cause such a reaction?

Barium and ammonium are two. We know barium is in the snow, numerous lab tests prove this.

How much can an endothermic reaction drop temperatures?

The endothermic process can almost instantly drop temperatures from far above freezing to well below freezing and beyond.

Why is there very little water appearing when chemically nucleated snow is melted?

Partial “sublimation” is perhaps a factor in this equation. Sublimation is the process of conversion from a solid directly to a gas, such as what occurs with dry ice. There is a great deal we still do not know and can not know about the composition of this “snow”, but it would stand to reason that certain chemical constituents in artificially nucleated snow could cause the behavior being observed. Some have reported a more usual melting phenomenon from “older” samples of this “snow”. It is also possible that some of the chemical elements in this snow lose their potency over time. Again, there is much we can not know. What is certain from numerous lab tests already taken is that much, if not most, if not all of the snow now falling is toxic. It is also certain that we are now seeing snow fall regularly at temperatures far above freezing. Temperature Departures From 30 Year Average

The planet is in meltdown and the climate engineers are doing everything they can to hide this fact. This includes the use of toxic chemicals and metals in the creation of engineered snow storms. While main stream media (and unfortunately even many “independent” media sites) are falsely claiming the planet is cooling, the bigger picture is clear for any that choose to look past climate engineering and media hype. While it was snowing in northern Florida recently, Alaska was experiencing its warmest January on record. While the climate engineers and their Weather Channel cheer leaders were doing their best to keep the focus on the parade of theatrically named engineered “winter” storms, Australian had its warmest year on record. In fact, the bottom line on planet earth is this, it is getting hotter fast. Although the climate engineers and their media friends can fool many with their engineered chemical storms and spun media hype, Earth has just had its 37th consecutive year of above normal temperatures and has had 346 consecutive months of above normal temperatures, period. The geoengineers can create profound short term cooling, but it comes at the cost of a completely contaminated planet and a worsened overall warming. The power structure and main stream media has changed their mission from disclosing the warming to suit their agenda, to one of doing everything they can to hide the warming as they have now invested all on climate engineering. Those that wish to have any chance of a future for themselves and their posterity need to help with the effort to expose and stop climate engineering. The United States and other powers have called for the Palestinians and Israel to resume direct peace talks within a month and commit to seeking a deal by the end of 2012.The Quartet of the United States, Russia, the European Union and the United Nations acted after Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas formally submitted his request to the United Nations for Palestine to be admitted as a full member.The United States has vowed to veto the unilateral bid at the UN Security Council, arguing that the resumption of direct negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians is the only real path to peace and statehood.Direct talks stalled in September 2010 when Israel failed to renew a partial freeze on settlement construction in the occupied West Bank, but the Quartet urged both sides on Friday to return to the table and plotted out a path forward."We urge both parties to take advantage of this opportunity to get back to talks," US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told reporters on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly."The Quartet proposal represents the firm conviction of the international community that a just and lasting peace can only come through negotiations between the parties," she said, alluding to US opposition to the Palestinian bid.Quartet special envoy Tony Blair, the former British prime minister, said the proposal was "the only way in the end we deal with the difficulties around the table and in negotiations."In response to the latest Quartet peace blueprint, the Palestinians urged Israel to seize the opportunity while an Israeli official said the Jewish state was ready to resume negotiations."We hope Israel will seize the opportunity offered by the Quartet," Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erakat said."We are ready to assume our responsibilities according to the road map and international law, but Israel needs to assume its own and end settlement activity" in the occupied West Bank, he added.A senior Israeli official said his side was "currently studying the statement. We are ready to resume the negotiations".
