In a damning new lurch towards web censorship, Google’s news aggregator has blacklisted Prison Planet and Infowars despite the fact that both websites are internationally known and now attract more traffic than many mainstream media websites, while Google-owned You Tube has frozen the Alex Jones Channel based on a spurious complaint about showing Wikileaks footage that has been carried on hundreds of other You Tube channels for months. After carrying our content for years, Google News last week purged Prison Planet and Infowars from its aggregator system, ensuring that our stories no longer appear alongside the likes of CNN and Fox News in a frightening early salvo in the move towards a tiered Internet that favors large corporations while independent voices are strangled.Only smaller sites that re-post Prison Planet content have appeared in Google searches since early November, proving that the campaign is a deliberate effort on behalf of Google to restrict traffic to Alex Jones’ websites. Our stories have been linked almost every day on the Drudge Report for the past three weeks, as our readership figures soar past numerous corporate media websites that are carried by Google News. We are clearly a legitimate and internationally recognized news outlet and yet Google has blacklisted us because it disagrees with our political viewpoints. In addition, Google-owned You Tube yesterday moved to freeze the popular Alex Jones Channel, which has well over 100,000 subscribers and has had over 75 million views. You Tube made a spurious claim that the channel had violated community guidelines by posting a segment from the infamous Wikileaks Apache footage, when the footage is in fact posted in greater length on hundreds of other You Tube channels, including Al Jazeera, Russia Today and CBS News.Double standards: You Tube targets the Alex Jones Channel for showing a brief segment of a video that appears on hundreds of other You Tube channels, including CBS News and Russia Today.

When we responded to You Tube by pointing out that the Wikileaks footage in question appeared in multiple places elsewhere on You Tube in far greater length and detail, and that it was not vulgar or offensive but a real incident that was of clear public concern which was posted under fair use (USC Title 17, Section 106A-117), You Tube reacted by freezing uploading privileges for the account while also threatening to terminate it entirely. You Tube is essentially sending a message that if you disagree with their decision, your claim won’t be considered, you will simply be punished to an even greater degree.

Canada Surrenders Sovereignty and Privacy to U.S. Secure Flight Program
Dana Gabriel Be Your Own Leader November 30, 2010

Canada is under pressure from U.S. officials to further comply with American security rules which in some cases, threatens its sovereignty and the privacy of its citizens. As a result of the war on terrorism, the U.S. government now has more power to restrict air travel and is not only dictating North American, but also international security measures.U.S. government now has more power to restrict air travel and is not only dictating North American, but also international security measures.Bill C-42, An Act to amend the Aeronautics Act would require Canadian airline carriers that fly over the U.S. to provide the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with passenger information. This includes name, date of birth, gender, as well as passport and itinerary details when applicable. Airlines landing in the U.S. already have to supply this information, but allowing personal data to be shared on passengers who are only flying through American airspace essentially shreds existing Canadian protection and privacy laws. Bill C-42 complies with the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Security Flight Program which would take effect globally at the beginning of next year. Most Canadian commercial flights pass over the U.S. while en route to Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe which in many cases would give the DHS the final say on who is allowed to travel to and from Canada.

Under Canada’s Passenger Protect Program, airlines must compare passenger’s names against a list that is controlled and managed by Transport Canada before a boarding pass is issued. Secure Flight transfers that authority from airlines to the DHS. TSA will be responsible for pre-screening passengers and their personal information against federal government watch lists. According to the Secure Flight Final Rule document issued in 2008, If necessary, the TSA analyst will check other classified and unclassified governmental terrorist, law enforcement, and intelligence databases, including databases maintained by the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, National Counter Terrorism Center, and Federal Bureau of Investigation. With many well documented issues surrounding the accuracy of security watch lists, U.S. mistakes could further prevent more Canadians from flying to foreign destinations. There are also concerns that data collected on Canadian citizens will be readily accessible to a broad range of U.S. agencies and just what might be done with the information.Privacy Commissioner Jennifer Stoddart recently appeared before a committee examining Bill C-42. She acknowledged privacy concerns caused by increased aviation security measures which, have resulted in the creation of massive government databases, the use of secretive no-fly lists, the increased scrutiny of travellers and airport workers and greater information sharing with foreign governments. Stoddart explained that Bill C-42, will allow American or other authorities to collect personal information about travellers on flights to and from Canada that fly through American airspace and this, in turn, will allow American authorities to prevent individuals from flying to or from Canada. Public Safety Minister Vic Toews has insisted that the U.S would only use the personnel data for air security purposes, but Stoddart admitted, our understanding is that information collected can be disclosed and used for purposes other than aviation security, such as law enforcement and immigration purposes. The Canadian government has failed to sufficiently safeguard the privacy of its citizens and there are fears any information collected could be misused.

In October, NDP Member of Parliament Don Davies warned that Bill C-42 would give U.S. security agencies unprecedented access to Canadians’ personal information. He addressed a whole subset of data that could be obtained by U.S authorities through the passenger name record created when booking with travel agents. This includes, credit card information, who we are travelling with, our hotel, other booking information such as tours or rental cars, any medical condition of the passenger that may have been disclosed, dietary preferences, our email address, our employer information, our telephone information, our baggage information. Davis also added, This bill would effectively allow the United States to determine when Canadians can leave Canada to fly to many destinations in the world that have nothing to do with the United States. This bill violates Canadians’ freedoms. It violates Canadians’ mobility rights. Bill C-42 is an encroachment on sovereignty and gives the U.S. unprecedented power over who can board planes that fly over its airspace. In January of this year, following the failed underwear bombing and at the request of the U.S., Canada installed full body scanners at its major airports. So far, the Canadian government maintains that they will not institute aggressive TSA-style pat-downs, but another incident could change that. The new airport security measures can only be described as intrusive and degrading with some critics also labelling them as ineffective. In the U.S., there has been a growing public backlash against the use of naked body scanners and other invasive TSA security procedures. In an effort to prevent this discontent from spreading across the border, Canadian Transport officials have begun installing private search areas at designated airports. Booths set up at security checkpoints will give passengers the option of private pat-downs. In the near future, airport security practices could be expanded to other modes of transportation. Implementation of a high-tech control grid would further restrict, track and trace our movements.

Although the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) may no longer be active (in name only), the harmonizing of some of its key priorities in areas such as traveller, cargo and aviation security, as well as others continues through different initiatives. Part of the SPP agenda also called for merging no-fly lists into a single North American database. In an effort to keep travel and trade moving across the border, Canada will be further pressured to adopt a single security strategy dominated by U.S. interests.Dana Gabriel is an activist and independent researcher. JAMES 5:1-3
1 Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.
2 Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten.
3 Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.

REVELATION 18:10,17,19
10 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.
17 For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,
19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.

EZEKIEL 7:19
19 They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the LORD: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels: because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity.

Ireland's bailout boosts banks, inflames taxpayers By SHAWN POGATCHNIK, Associated Press – Mon Nov 29, 5:46 pm ET

DUBLIN – Ireland's international bailout boosted its bank stocks Monday but outraged many hard-pressed taxpayers, who questioned why the government's pension reserves must be ravaged as part of a deal that burdens the whole country with the mistakes of a rich elite.Shares in Ireland's banks rose sharply as markets were encouraged by the bailout's immediate focus on injecting euro10 billion into the cash-strapped lenders out of a total of euro67.5 billion ($89 billion) in loans. But the Irish were shocked by a key condition for the rescue — that the government use euro17.5 billion of its own cash and pension reserves to shore up its public finances, which have been overwhelmed by recession and exceptional costs of a runaway bank-bailout effort.

Opposition leaders and economists warned that the EU-IMF credit line's average interest rate of 5.8 percent would be too high to repay. They also questioned why senior bondholders of Ireland's struggling banks — chiefly other banks in Britain, Germany and the U.S. — still weren't being asked to bear some costs. This is not a rescue plan. It is the longest ransom note in history: Do what we tell you and you may, in time, get your country back, said Fintan O'Toole, a commentator and author who led a weekend protest by labor-union activists in central Dublin against the imminent bailout. He called the average interest rate being demanded viciously extortionate. The mood on Dublin's snow-covered streets was just as icy. We've been screwed by the IMF. It's going to be years and years until we're free of this, said Paul Flood, an unemployed 53-year-old Dubliner sheltering from the cold in a pub doorway. We have to use our own pension reserve, and we're still being stung with a 5.8 percent interest rate. It sounds ridiculously high. But the government's transport minister, Noel Dempsey, said the EU-IMF credit line has taken us out of the situation where we're at the absolute mercy of the markets. The high rate on the loans is also to discourage other countries from looking for cheap financing, said Patrick Honohan, the independent governor of the Central Bank of Ireland. It's not cheap funding, but it's cheaper, and it buys the government time to get its finances on track,he said. The senior International Monetary Fund negotiator, Ajai Chopra, insisted that the agreement's redeployment of Irish pension funds was the most cost-efficient course to take.Chopra said Ireland now was well positioned to reassure investors and eventually resume normal borrowing once interest rates being demanded on open markets fall.

This is a very good deal for Ireland in current circumstances, said Chopra, who arrived in Dublin 12 days ago to oversee negotiation of a bailout deal that leaders of all 27 EU nations approved Sunday at an emergency Brussels meeting.Still, bond investors Monday showed few signs of reassurance and instead kept selling the debt of the euro-zone nations considered most at risk of default: Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain and Italy. The yields on Ireland's 10-year bonds initially eased to 9.10 percent, reflecting some market relief, but then rose to 9.25 percent, a record high since the 1999 launch of the euro common currency.Yields on 10-year bonds also rose for Portugal, Spain and Italy. The yield for Greece — highest in the world since its own EU-IMF bailout in May — dipped to 11.77 percent after it was granted more time to repay its own loans.Chopra said it was smart to require Ireland to use its long-term pension money, which was earning around 1 percent interest, to reduce a bailout bill costing far more to finance.Ireland's three publicly listed banks surged on the Irish Stock Exchange following Sunday's euro85 billion agreement.

Honohan said Ireland would draw down euro10 billion to boost the banks' reserves over the coming two months, while euro25 billion more on standby for the banks might never be used at all. That money is a contingency fund to impress the markets, to say: Look, if things get really bad, that money is all there, Honohan said, adding he didn't expect Ireland to draw down the full loan on offer. Honohan said the fund would allow the capital ratios of Irish banks to rise to 12 percent, better than the international standard of 8 percent. The European Commission, meanwhile, approved the transfer of more toxic property-based loans to Ireland's year-old state bad bank, the National Asset Management Agency. It has already taken charge of hundreds of Irish construction sites, office blocks and housing developments gone bust since the 2008 collapse of the property-driven boom.Ireland faces at least a four-year fight to restore its deficits to the euro-zone limit of 3 percent of GDP from its currently postwar European record of 32 percent. Most of the bailout fund, euro50 billion, is designed to cover deficit spending over that period as the government seeks to slash its way back into the black.Prime Minister Brian Cowen last week unveiled a four-year plan to impose euro10 billion in cuts and euro5 billion in new taxes in this country of 4.5 million. The harshest cuts loom in the 2011 budget to be unveiled Dec. 7.Crucially, the government estimates that the economy can manage only tepid growth in the midst of unprecedented austerity. The European Commission is clearly less convinced. It offered Ireland a one-year extension to 2015 to reduce its deficit back within euro-zone limits, and published economic projections that are less optimistic than Ireland's own.

The commission expects Irish GDP to grow 0.9 percent next year and 1.9 percent in 2012. Ireland's deficit-fighting plan is based on expectations of 1.75 percent and 3.25 percent growth in those years.Chopra and Honohan say IMF and EU experts in coming weeks will subject each Irish bank to stress tests including worst-case scenarios to determine how much cash they need.Ireland has already committed at least euro45 billion to bailing out five banks, a bill the government was forced to concede it could no longer finance.Honohan said deposits in one of those banks — Anglo Irish — would be moved to a separate entity over the next few weeks, and that the bank's name will disappear. The bank's loan book will be wound down over several years, the central bank said.Shares in Irish Life & Permanent — the only bank yet to receive rescue cash — rocketed 56 percent off its record low from Friday. The bank, a specialist in insurance and residential mortgages, said Monday it doesn't require any state aid.Bank of Ireland jumped 22 percent as it announced plans to try to raise euro2.2 billion to avoid resorting to the latest bailout. Analysts expect Bank of Ireland to require state help to raise the cash, but fears are ebbing that the government would increase its 36 percent stake into majority ownership.Allied Irish Banks rose 10 percent, reflecting its humbled status as much more reliant on bailout funds and likely to face virtual nationalization soon.David McWilliams, a former Irish Central Bank economist who has argued for foreign bondholders to share losses, said that rather than shield public finances from the banking sector, the bailout soldered them together.Of course the bank shares will rise, he said of Monday's sharp gains. We've just put 10 billion in their pocket.AP writer David Stringer in Dublin contributed to this report.

PM faces anger over selling Ireland down the river by Andrew Bushe – Mon Nov 29, 8:08 pm ET

DUBLIN (AFP) – Outraged Irish opposition politicians and commentators lambasted Prime Minister Brian Cowen for agreeing to the terms of an EU-IMF rescue deal they slammed as a sell-out.Cowen insisted the 85-billion-euro (113-billion-dollar) bailout was the best deal available for Ireland, helping to shore up its banks and allowing his government to operate without imposing further tax rises or spending cuts. But the main opposition Fine Gael party called the agreement appalling, insisting the 5.8 percent annual interest rate on the loan -- higher than that paid by Greece when it was bailed out in April -- was unaffordable. This is a hugely disappointing result for the country. It's hard to imagine how this deal could have been much worse, said Fine Gael finance spokesman Michael Noonan.People are right to feel frightened, and worried about the future, when our own government has sold out the country on such lousy terms.Opposition parties have demanded Cowen quit over his handling of the crisis in the former Celtic Tiger economy, but he insists he will not call an election until early next year, after lawmakers pass a forthcoming budget. The budget to be presented on December 7 will outline cost-cutting measures for the first year of a four-year plan to save 15 billion euros. Cowen says the austerity plan is a pre-condition to the bailout. The draconian measures sparked mass protests in Dublin on Saturday and many people digesting the news of the bailout in the Irish capital on Monday were clearly angry. It's a farce, said Deirdre, a stay-at-home mother, arguing that the deal had been rushed through and agreed at extortionate lending rates.A man in his 40s, Enda McMullen, told AFP: The final act of our government is to shaft its own people. Thanks guys.Labour Party leader Eamon Gilmore denounced the deal struck Sunday with the European Union and the International Monetary Fund as a national sell-out.

This is a sad and sorry day for our country and the direct result of Fianna Fail (Cowen's party) mismanagement and irresponsibility,he added.Gerry Adams, whose nationalist Sinn Fein party won a fifth parliamentary seat in a by-election last week at the expense of Cowen's party, also called the rescue package a terrible deal.
He added that plans to raid the National Pension Reserve Fund to pay for Ireland's 17.5-billion-euro contribution to the loan were a disaster.Irish newspapers rounded on the bailout Monday, with the Irish Daily Mail saying the country had been sold down the swanny. It is pure fantasy to think the Irish people can afford to pay this bill. The taxpayer is being saddled with all the pain, while the bondholders get off scot-free. It is scandal, pure scandal, said the Irish Sun.However, the Irish Times said the bailout agreement was a difficult but essential deal, and the Irish Independent said: We will face years of hardship but it is well to know the worst. The governor of the Central Bank of Ireland, Patrick Honohan, has defended the package, saying it sets out a clear economic and financial path for Ireland and insisting the interest rate was realistic.People are not trying to scalp you. OK, they are not charging the cheapest interest rates that are ever found but they are trying to ensure that the economy comes back to strength again,he told RTE state radio.Anglo Irish Bank -- one of those rescued by the state -- will wind down its loan book over a number of years and will agree a revised restructuring plan by January, the central bank said separately in a statement Monday.

Tourism Minister Mary Hanafin said the rate was lower than Ireland would pay if it borrowed on the financial markets, where sliding investor confidence has sent the cost of Irish government bonds soaring in recent weeks. The bailout was intended to stop the crisis over Ireland's debt spreading to other heavily-indebted eurozone countries such as Portugal and Spain, but those hopes faltered Monday when the euro slumped to a fresh two-month low.Fine Gael enterprise spokesman Richard Bruton warned: If Europe sets a cliff too steep for Ireland to scale, it won't solve its own problems no more than Ireland's.

THIS 25 BILLION IS NOTHING.THE AMERICANS WILL BE FORCED TO PAY BACK THE 28 TRILLION THE BANKERS GOT FROM LAST YEARS TOTAL PAYOUT.THATS A LOT OF CARBON TAXES AND OTHER SKYROCKETNG PRICES AMERICANS WILL BE SLAVED TO PAYING.

TARP bailout to cost taxpayers $25 billion: CBO
– Mon Nov 29, 7:00 pm ET

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The U.S. Troubled Asset Relief Program, which risked up to $700 billion of government funds to bail out troubled banks and automakers, will cost taxpayers a mere $25 billion, according to an estimate released on Monday by the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office.CBO's latest assessment of the widely reviled program is lower even than the Obama administration's own estimate of less than $50 billion, which was criticized as too rosy after it was issued at the end of September.Clearly, it was not apparent when the TARP was created two years ago that the cost would turn out to be this low, CBO said in its report. With bailed-out firms returning to health, the government will spend less than previously thought on assistance to insurer AIG and automakers like General Motors, CBO said.Additional stock repurchases by formerly troubled Wall Street firms and lower-than-expected participation in mortgage programs has also lowered the cost, CBO said. With the country still struggling to emerge from the deepest recession since the 1930s, many backers of the bailout have paid a heavy political price. Republicans like Senator Bob Bennett and dozens of Democrats lost their seats this year in part due to their support for the program.(Reporting by Andy Sullivan; Editing by Jackie Frank)

Wall Street slips as euro concerns linger By Edward Krudy - NOV 29,10

NEW YORK (Reuters) – Stocks edged down in a low-volume session on Monday on worries Europe's credit crisis will spread despite a weekend agreement to bail out Ireland.
But stocks finished well off their lows of the day as the dollar retraced some of its earlier gains and energy and financial stocks rallied late in the session. While stocks tracked movements in the euro on Monday, a strong U.S. jobs report on Friday could bring the focus back to the economy and break the strong tie between U.S. equities and the euro. The correlation between the euro and stocks has become more pronounced in recent weeks as the euro zone's debt problems resurfaced, with traders selling the euro and stocks together.Tell me what the euro's going to do and I'll tell you where the (stock) market is going to go, said Michael James, senior trader at regional investment bank Wedbush Morgan in Los Angeles.Banks and energy stocks outperformed the wider market as crude oil futures rose 2.3 percent and banks recovered some of their recent losses. The KBW bank index rose 1 percent, helped by Bank of America (BAC.N) , which climbed 1.5 percent to $11.31, while Exxon Mobil (XOM.N) reversed earlier losses to close up 0.3 percent at $69.45.Light volume added to volatility, and traders turned their attention to technical markers in the absence of more fundamental news. The S&P 500 bounced off its 50-day moving average, preserving the lower end of its recent trading range. In the wake of a stronger-than-expected start to the holiday shopping season, investors took profits on a two-week rally in retail stocks. The S&P retail index (.RLX) fell 0.7 percent.

The Dow Jones industrial average (.DJI) dropped 39.51 points, or 0.36 percent, to 11,052.49. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index (.SPX) fell 1.64 points, or 0.14 percent, to 1,187.76. The Nasdaq Composite Index (.IXIC) lost 9.34 points, or 0.37 percent, to 2,525.22.European Union finance ministers endorsed an 85 billion euro loan package to help Ireland bridge its deficit, but investors worried how the 16-nation bloc might handle a wider crisis involving Spain and Portugal. The CBOE Volatility index (.VIX), known as Wall Street's fear gauge, rose 3 percent to hit its highest level since early October, indicating anxiety among investors was increasing. The 22-day correlation coefficient between the euro and the popularly traded E-Mini S&P futures has risen to 0.54, which shows a meaningful relationship between the two assets compared with an insignificant 0.06 correlation two weeks ago.The problems in Europe overshadowed signs of improving sentiment among consumers heading into the high-spend holiday season. The number of shoppers in stores over the long U.S. Thanksgiving holiday weekend rose 8.7 percent compared with 2009, according to a private survey.Online retailer Amazon.com Inc (AMZN.O) rose 1.3 percent to end at $179.49 after hitting a record high $181.84 on expectations of solid sales on Cyber Monday,a day of steep discounts for online shoppers.FedEx Corp (FDX.N) added 4.7 percent to $91.59 after Credit Suisse raised its rating on the package shipping company.(Reporting by Edward Krudy; Editing by Kenneth Barry)

EU downplays chance of climate alliance with China
ANDREW WILLIS Today NOV 29,10 @ 19:02 CET

EUOBSERVER / BRUSSELS - The EU has downplayed the chances of a new climate alliance with China, despite analyst predictions such a move could spur a reluctant US into taking stronger action. As UN multilateral talks get under way in Cancun, Mexico, the European Commission's top environment official Connie Hedegaard said the 27-member bloc would co-operate closely with China, but added that a specific bilateral initiative could prove illusive. We will work very closely with the Chinese, as with a lot of other key parties, Ms Hedegaard told journalists in Brussels before heading to Mexico this weekend.I have seen some press reports asking why doesn't the EU and China ally themselves and then everything will fall into place, she added.I'm not sure its that easy. There are many parties that we have to co-operate with. The Danish politician stressed the need for give-and-take between developed and emerging economies on the range of difficult issues up for discussion. To us it really means a lot whether we get progress in the field of transparency, she said, reiterating European calls for a system to measure, report and verify (MRV) national emission cutting efforts. Wealthy countries have made this a central demand of their poorer counterparts before committing to aid transfers.A number of analysts have called for closer EU-China co-operation in recent weeks however, including Chatham House energy research director, Bernice Lee.With the collapse of climate legislation in the US, it is up to the EU and China as the world's largest markets for low-carbon goods and services to strengthen their role as the locomotive of the low-carbon economy,he wrote in a paper last month.

Environmental groups also agree a Sino-EU alliance would have advantages. The biggest emitters - China and the US - are the biggest players,WWF climate activist Jason Anderson told this website. The key question at the moment is how to bring pressure on the US.Despite the recent US mid-term elections ushering in a wave of climate change sceptics on Capitol Hill, together with the White House's failure to enact cap-and-trade legislation this year, Ms Hedegaard said she remained optimistic. It shouldn't be an obstacle in itself, she said. As part of the EU's balanced package, European negotiators will push this week for non-binding emission pledges made last December by various countries to be anchored in the UN process.Brussels also wants an agreement on transparency rules (MRV), reform and expansion of carbon market mechanisms, as well as a mechanism to reduce tropical deforestation.

Brussels: EU economic growth spurt not likely to last
LEIGH PHILLIPS Today NOV 29,10 @ 18:07 CET

EUOBSERVER / BRUSSELS - The European Commission tried to put a positive spin on the highly uncertain results of its twice-yearly economic forecast issued on Monday (29 November), cheering an economic recovery in the EU and the eurozone that is making progress.Domestic EU GDP is predicted to increase 1.7 percent in 2011, down from a growth rate of 1.8 percent this year, and two percent in 2012, similar to predictions in the bloc's spring forecast.EU economics chief Olli Rehn said: The economic recovery has taken hold ... However, this recovery is uneven and many member states are going through a difficult period of adjustment. However, a growth spurt seen in the second quarter of 2010 was exceptional and not likely to last, said Marco Buti, the director general of the commission's economics department as a result of weak global demand and the disappearance of European stimulus.Mr Buti described the pace of the recovery as gradual and rather uneven across member states.
The level of uncertainty for our outlook continues to be very high, he said, introducing the forecast. In particular, the risks to the global economic environment seem tilted to the downside. He said that as it was only as the forecast was going to print that the eurozone's sovereign debt crisis began to re-emerge.

Indeed, a replay of the negative feedback loop [from the crisis] ... cannot be excluded, he continued, saying that if such a reality were indeed to materialise, this would htrow a spanner in the wheels of recovery. He added however that the bloc is not of the opinion that such a scenario is likely, thanks to Europe's bail-out mechanisms and a recovered health of the European banking sector in autumn 2010, with improved capital ratios within banks, signs of normalisation in the money markets and lending to the private sector that has begun to pick up.The forecast underscores that the global economy is set to go through a temporary soft patch in 2011, dampening EU export growth.Despite brightening since the spring, the outlook remains for a rather jobless recovery and potentially persistent high unemployment ahead. The major bright spot, the analysis said, was that the upturn such as it exists is set to be ntoably strong in Germany, where econmic activity is expected to expand by 3.7 percent this year, more than double that of the euro area.France is just below the area average, Italy half a percentage point lower and Spain due for continued recession. Outside the euro area, Poland is the only EU economy to have escaped a recession last year, although UK recovery is expected to match only the moderate EU average. A rebound is strong however for Slovakia (4.1 percent) and Sweden (4.8%), with these two performers posting th highest growth rates in the bloc.

GDP is set to contract in Greece, Latvia, Romania, Bulgaria and Ireland. The United States and France have consistently fretted about a lack of German domestic demand if there is to be a turn-around in Europe. In parts of the document, the authors are optimistic on this front, talking of a gradual strengthening of domestic demand in Germany while elsewhere of a noticeable pick-up the situation, as a result of overflow from a rising import content from German exports.Asked by EUobserver about this point, a commission source said: Actually, we are even a bit on the cautious side here. Many [German] corporations have put forward wage increases in the last year and we should also have a look at high level of private sector savings rates, which now has the possibility of coming down. There was also a decline in investment in equipment in 2009. So we should an increase there as well, given that we have some shortages in some sectors. We also see less outsourcing to Eastern Europe. It is however true that we are maybe a bit optimistic in terms of Germany's overall position as some of the major - although not all - major trading partners within the EU will have to cut back in terms of imports.

Economic homeopathy

Engelbert Stockhammer of the Vienna University of Business and Economics however said the commission's was cynical and rather daring to call this rebalancing, given the size of the problem. This is an adjustment of sorts, but eyeballing the commission's forecasts, German's current account surplus goes down by about 0.2 percent of GDP per year, he said. This would mean that it would take a mere 25 years for German surplusses to have disappeared. For this rebalancing to take place, the southern European countries will shrink by some five percent. Rebalancing now essentially means shrinking of the southern European economies. German wages would have to increase by, say, 5-7 percent per year, for, say, five years to make a real difference. You could describe the German domestic demand increase as homeopathic, he joked. Like those pills that people take that don't really do anything. There are a few vibrations, it's not really having any impact.

EARTH WORSHIP

DEUTERONOMY 17:3-4
3 And hath gone and served other gods, and worshipped them, either the sun, or moon, or any of the host of heaven, which I have not commanded;
4 And it be told thee, and thou hast heard of it, and enquired diligently, and, behold, it be true, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought in Israel:

2 KINGS 23:5
5 And he put down the idolatrous priests, whom the kings of Judah had ordained to burn incense in the high places in the cities of Judah, and in the places round about Jerusalem; them also that burned incense unto Baal, to the sun, and to the moon, and to the planets, and to all the host of heaven.

UN method hangs in the balance as climate talks begin
ANDREW WILLIS Today NOV 29,10 @ 09:09 CET

EUOBSERVER / BRUSSELS - A year after climate talks in Copenhagen failed to secure a highly anticipated global deal to cut carbon emissions, key players say a further breakdown in fresh discussions this fortnight could spell the end of the UN multilateral negotiating process. Representatives from roughly 200 states will descend on the beachside city of Cancun, Mexico on Monday (29 November), for the start of a 12-day session expected to be every bit as difficult as last year's acrimonious event. If Cancun delivers nothing, or not much, then the UN process is in danger, the EU's climate commissioner, Connie Hedegaard, said last week. Such a move would represent a step backwards say environmental groups.Failure in Cancun could move talks to the G8 or G20 fora,Greenpeace climate activist Joris den Blanken told this website. But away from the UN process, the mechanisms to test the reduction of emissions are lost,he added. In a face-saving exercise last December, a smaller number of countries including the US and China brokered the Copenhagen Accord, agreeing to limit global warming to two degrees centigrade but failing to outline concrete steps to achieve this goal.Despite deep unhappiness with the deal, negotiated behind its back, the EU signed the accord that also sets out national promises to cut carbon emissions, but purely on a voluntary basis.

Since then, Washington's failure to secure Senate approval for a climate bill, coupled with Republican victory in the mid-term elections, could make it harder for President Barack Obama to follow through with his pledge to cut emissions by 17 percent over the next decade on 2005 levels. The EU needs to start building an alliance so it can break the current US-China dynamic, says Mr den Blanken. The US won't act without pressure. For its part, Brussels has increasingly talked of a step-wise approach to the multilateral talks, hoping to iron out a number of differences over the coming days in Cancun before a final deal can be concluded in South Africa next year. One area where the 27-member bloc hopes to see progress is in efforts to slow global deforestation. Another is agreement on a system to measure, report and verify (MRV) national emission cutting efforts that wealthy countries demand their poorer counterparts adhere to before committing to aid transfers. If there is no progress on MRV, I think that could be a reason for no deal at Cancun, one senior EU official said ahead of the talks.Developing countries are more reluctant however, seeing the issue as an assault on their sovereignty. Instead they are keen to secure technology transfer and money from the West to help them adapt to the effects of climate change, including fast-track funding for the 2010 to 2012 period, and further details on last year's promise to provide $100 billion in long-term aid and private-sector finance.Already there are disagreements over the public-private nature of this long-term money, although the go-ahead to create a Green Fund to raise the cash could be one of the tangible results to leave Cancun.Parallel talks on the Kyoto Protocol over the coming fortnight could provide a key to securing a broader deal, with developing states calling for richer Annex II countries to pledge more funds under a second commitment period (post 2012).

This is our big bargaining chip, said the EU official in an off-the-record briefing. We will only play it when we see action from the other side.Meanwhile, the Mexican sun will help remind those meeting in Cancun that 2010 is on target to becoming one of the warmest years on record. If the world fails to stop emissions from continuing to climb by 2020, the prospects for the people on the planet are pretty bleak, said British energy and climate change secretary Chris Huhne this month.

16 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.
17 Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place.

WikiLeaks:Documents Show Livni Doubted Fatah as Peace Partner
by Maayana Miskin NOV 29,10

Opposition leader MK Tzipi Livni has often criticized Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu for failing to reach a peace agreement with the Palestinian Authority. Now, leaked documents published on WikiLeaks have revealed that Livni herself expressed doubts over the PA's ability to make peace.Livni told Senators [John] Kerry and [Christopher] Dodd that she doubted that a final status agreement could be reached with Abu Mazen [Abbas], and therefore the emphasis should be on reforming Fatah so that it could beat Hamas at the polls, according to a cable sent by former U.S. envoy Richard Jones.Despite her doubts Livni took part in talks with the PA one year later, and since Netanyahu took office, has repeatedly criticized him for not convincing the PA to resume negotiations. PA Chairman Abbas has refused to talk to Netanyahu without a complete construction ban for Jews living east of the 1949 armistice line; no similar ultimatum was issued to Livni and former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert.Livni said Monday that the leaked documents don't say anything that I didn't already say in public. Her doubts were expressed in 2007, at a point when Hamas had recently become stronger, and therefore chances of an agreement were slim, she said.In 2008 we began the peace process in order to change the situation, and in 2010 I say again – a peace agreement is possible,Livni said.It was unclear from her statement what had led to her change of mind between 2007 and 2010. Hamas remains in control of Gaza as it was in 2007 and Fatah, the faction leading the PA, has yet to beat Hamas in elections.Polls conducted among PA Arabs show that neither Fatah head Mahmoud Abbas nor Gaza-based Hamas head Ismail Haniyeh is the most popular candidate for PA Chairman. In the lead was Marwan Barghouti, a senior Fatah terrorist who is serving five life sentences in Israel for his role in multiple murders.(Israel NationalNews.com)

Meged Field May Be a (Black) Gold Mine for Israel
by David Lev & Yoni Kempinski NOV 29,10

http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/140899

There's gold in them thar hills – there seems to be black gold, that is, in the hills near the central Israeli town of Rosh Ha'ayin. For nearly two decades, an Israeli group called Givot Olam has been searching the area for oil, and in 2004, finally found commercially recoverable amounts of gas and oil. Since then, the company has further explored the Meged oil field – and on Monday, the company presented at a press conference the first independent geological assessment of the field, with the report claiming that there is anywhere between $200 million and nearly $900 million in oil buried in the field. And that, says Givot Olam chief geologist Tuvia Luskin, is a gift from Hashem. The estimate is the result of two reports by international geology firms Baker-Hughes and Greensand, discussing the amount of oil that they claim is definitely in the ground at the Meged field –the proven reserves (P1), and the potential reserves (P2). And according to the reports, former National Security Advisor Giora Eiland – who is Givot Olam's strategic advisor – there are between 2.2 million and 56 million barrels of oil in the field.

Eiland spoke a press conference given by the company Monday and introduced the reports from the two international firms. The lower estimate figure, according to the reports, are P1 reserves which could theoretically be extracted within months, while the latter number includes the firms' professional estimates as to the Meged field's full potential. Of that higher amount, there is at least a 50% chance to produce some 10 million barrels as well. The proven reserves are mostly in the Meged 5 oil well, while the P2 reserves of 10 million barrels are in several new wells that will have their drilling completed by 2012, Eiland said. These are conservative estimates,Eiland said at the press conference. The two firms are conservative in their outlook, as we are. However, he added, the excitement over the Meged find was genuine. The stock market and the media were all excited over news of possible finds of oil off Israel's coast, but here we have the first proven major reserves of oil in Israel,he said.Luskin told Israel National News that the find was a milestone for the company, and for the whole country. This is the first time that internationally recognized firms have given an estimate for the amount of oil in the Meged field, or for any field in Israel. The figures they provided represent P1 and P2 reserves, which is very exciting – no other oil project in Israel has ever received this recognition. We started exploring in 1992, and after many ups and downs, we are happy to have arrived at this day. It is by the grace of G-d that we have succeeded, he said. This is a blessed event.(IsraelNationalNews.com)

REBUILT 3RD TEMPLE (THE EU DICTATORS TEMPLE)

ISAIAH 30:10-15
10 Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits:
11 Get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us.
12 Wherefore thus saith the Holy One of Israel, Because ye despise this word, and trust in oppression and perverseness, and stay thereon:
13 Therefore this iniquity shall be to you as a breach ready to fall, swelling out in a high wall, whose breaking cometh suddenly at an instant.
14 And he shall break it as the breaking of the potters’ vessel that is broken in pieces; he shall not spare: so that there shall not be found in the bursting of it a sherd to take fire from the hearth, or to take water withal out of the pit.
15 For thus saith the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not.
16 But ye said, No; for we will flee upon horses; therefore shall ye flee: and, We will ride upon the swift; therefore shall they that pursue you be swift.

REVELATION 11:1-2
1 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.
2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.

DANIEL 9:27
27 And he( THE ROMAN,EU PRESIDENT) shall confirm the covenant with many for one week:(1X7=7 YEARS) and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease,(3 1/2 yrs in TEMPLE SACRIFICES STOPPED) and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

REBUILT 4TH TEMPLE (THE TRUE MESSIAHS TEMPLE)

ZECHARIAH 6:12-13
12 And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the LORD:
13 Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.

ISAIAH 60:9-10
9 Surely the isles shall wait for me, and the ships of Tarshish first, to bring thy sons from far, their silver and their gold with them, unto the name of the LORD thy God, and to the Holy One of Israel, because he hath glorified thee.
10 And the sons of strangers shall build up thy walls, and their kings shall minister unto thee: for in my wrath I smote thee, but in my favour have I had mercy on thee.

ISAIAH 2:1-5
1 The word that Isaiah the son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem.
2 And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD's house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.
3 And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
4 And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.
5 O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of the LORD.

MARK 11:9-10,15-17
9 And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna; Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord:
10 Blessed be the kingdom of our father David, that cometh in the name of the Lord: Hosanna in the highest.
15 And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves;
16 And would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple.
17 And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves.

Thousands Beseech G-d for Rain at Kotel
by Gil Ronen NOV 29,10

http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/140908 (PICTURES)

Thousands gathered at the Kotel Plaza Monday to pray for rainfall, as Israel experiences the driest November in almost 50 years. Rain is not expected until mid-December.The Kotel is part of the ancient external wall built by Jewish kings around the Temple Mount, where the Temple once stood, and which has been under Muslim Arab occupation for centuries. Observant Jews pray to rebuild the Temple at the earliest opportunity.Judaism teaches that the Land of Israel was given by G-d to the Jews and that it will receive annual rains on time and be plentiful if the Jews observe G-d's commandments. This message is contained, among other places, in the Shma Yisrael prayer that observant Jews recite at least twice a day, and which is one of the most basic prayers in Judaism. It contains a Divine promise that rain will come on time if the Nation of Israel does its part. The verses are taken from the Book of Deuteronomy: If then you obey my commandments, which I command you this day, that you love the Lord your G-d, and serve him with all your heart, and with all your soul: He will give to your land the early rain and the latter rain, that you may gather in your corn, and your wine, and your oil, and your hay out of the fields to feed your cattle, and that you may eat and be filled.Pictures by Yehuda Boltshauser / Kuvien Images:Chief Sephardic Rabbi, Rabbi Shlomo Amar,Chief Ashkenazi Rabbi, Rabbi Yonah Metzger.(IsraelNationalNews.com)

Knesset Probes Poor Response to Flu Shot Campaign
by Chana Ya'ar NOV 29,10

Deputy Health Minister Yaakov Litzman rolled up his sleeve for the cameras to set a personal example Monday as he publicly received a flu vaccination. The minister got his annual flu shot as the Knesset Committee on Children's Rights held a hearing to find out why more than 90 percent of Israel's children have not done the same. Some three weeks ago, the Health Ministry warned the public of the risk of contagion, complications and even possible deaths that could result from the low rate of immunizations, especially among the high-risk population that includes children ages five and under.United Torah Judaism Knesset Member Uri Maklev, who asked for the urgent hearing, noted that on one hand, much of the public does not realize how safe the vaccination is. Moreover, he said, many people do not have faith in the system.

On the other hand, he said, those who are interested in receiving a vaccination may not be aware of how easy it is to get one.Maklev called on the ministry to make an effort to increase this awareness among the public and encourage citizens to be immunized. The MK suggested that an example could be set by the ministry workers themselves: despite the fact that flu shots are mandated for Health Ministry workers, Maklev noted that most do not comply with the rule.(IsraelNationalNews.com)

US escapes major hurricanes for 5th straight year By MATT SEDENSKY, Associated Press – Mon Nov 29, 4:32 pm ET

MIAMI – The Atlantic hurricane season ends Tuesday, going down as one of the busiest on record but blissfully sparing the U.S. coastline a major hurricane for a fifth straight year. While extreme tropical weather ravaged Haiti, Mexico and elsewhere, U.S. forecasters are wondering if the nation can make history and extend its luck into 2011. If so, it would be the first time ever that the U.S. escaped a major hurricane for six years. That would be a record I would like to break, said Dennis Feltgen, a spokesman for the National Hurricane Center in Miami. All told, 19 named storms formed in the Atlantic, tying with the 1887 and 1995 seasons for third-highest on record. Twelve became hurricanes, tying with the 1969 season for the second-highest on record.

In the U.S., Texas suffered the worst of the tropical weather.Flooding spurred by Tropical Storm Hermine was blamed for the deaths of at least seven people in Texas. Hurricane Alex damaged or destroyed more than 300 homes in Texas and caused an estimated $42 million in damage to infrastructure.Aside from that, Tropical Storm Bonnie sent crews working to stop the flow of oil from a blown-out rig in the Gulf of Mexico into a fury. And Hurricane Earl brought flooding to North Carolina's Outer Banks and some rain to Cape Cod, but little damage.Fortunately most storms avoided the U.S., said Jack Hayes, director of the National Weather Service. You could say the season was a gentle giant.

Not so elsewhere, though.

Hurricane Tomas killed 14 people in St. Lucia and at least eight in Haiti. Hurricane Alex caused flooding that killed 12 people in Mexico. Hurricane Igor knocked out power to half of Bermuda but spared the country major damage or injuries.A persistent low-pressure system through the height of hurricane season is credited with the U.S. escaping major harm. The western edge of the high-pressure system that drove tropical weather from the coast of Africa was eroded by the low pressure, and ultimately helped propel it away from the U.S. shore. That's not an unusual pattern at all,Feltgen said, and we're fortunate that it was in place at the height of the season. The last major hurricane of Category 3 or stronger to hit the U.S. was Wilma in 2005.Online:National Hurricane Center: http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/

Signs of diplomacy in NKorea crisis By KELLY OLSEN and HYUNG-JIN KIM, Associated Press - NOV 29,10

OSAN AIR BASE, South Korea – As U.S.-South Korean war games continued, the United States and two crucial Asian allies agreed to meet in Washington for talks on North Korea's attack of a South Korean island and the North's nuclear weapons programs.
Although North Korean rhetoric remained high — the country warned the military drills could trigger full-blown war — a senior North Korean official left Pyongyang for talks with leaders in the country's only major ally, China. The visit of Choe Thae Bok, the chairman of North Korea's parliament, to Beijing, combined with the planned Washington meeting, raised hopes that a diplomatic solution could be found.

Even as Choe traveled to Beijing, however, the North reminded the world that it was forging ahead with its nuclear efforts. Pyongyang said Tuesday that it's operating a modern uranium enrichment plant equipped with thousands of centrifuges. The main Rodong Sinmun newspaper said in a commentary that the North is also building light-water reactors. The commentary, carried by the official Korean Central News Agency, said the uranium enrichment is entirely intended for peaceful purposes. The North first revealed the program in early November to a visiting American scientist. A light-water nuclear power reactor is ostensibly for civilian energy purposes, but it gives the North a reason to enrich uranium. Uranium enrichment would give the North a second way to make nuclear bombs, in addition to its known plutonium-based program. At low levels, uranium can be used in power reactors, but at higher levels it can be used in nuclear weapons.North Korea, which has pushed for renewed international talks on receiving much-needed aid in return for commitments to dismantle its nuclear programs, unleashed an artillery barrage on a South Korean island Nov. 23 that killed two civilians and two marines.
